I have purchased redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart in august 2017 by my debit card loan emi option. But no any emi debited from my bank account till further. What can i do to solve the matter? Please help me i have already contact my bank account branch manager but he advised me to submit the letter of loan where you have purchased the item. I already wrought about this matter to flipkart customer care but no any satisfied answer given from flipkart sight.

    Cheating on the part of e commerce i am not able to open my account i'm regularly contacting from last 15 days to flipkart but they didn't solve my case and given time again and again. It's been 2 weeks but no resolution. I'm too tired sending emails and calls in 2 weeks but they don't want to hear anything and ask for more time. How much time they need i don't know... Is 2 weeks are not enough to solve a issue like that. So it's my humble request solve my issue and given a positive response. Otherwise i'll take some legal action in future.

      I have placed my order od[protected] on december 7th and flipkart has committed to delivery it by 11th dec. But still there is not update on delivery when i track my i'd fmpp[protected] it's showing as simply lying at suchitra hub office.
      I have asked flipkart to share the address or contact number of ekart logistics for which they failed saying they don't have address of it's own office.
      Please share the ekart office address of suchitra hub office when my order is ideally lying since yesterday.

        So please advice us, what i should do for reimbursement,

        It was duly packed when i was recieve this shipment through courior, and i trusted the service of courior company but i just wonder after i open the box of courior...

        I had ordered a pixel 2 phone on dec 9th and the promise date to delivery was 13th dec now they say it's delayed and customer care doesn't have the reason why it is delayed and i ordered 1 more pixel phone on 15th dec for my brother and it's already dispatched on 16th to the same location. Order no od[protected] ordered on 9th dec. Please let me know the reason why it's delayed i have paid the money not asking for free

          Hi am salman from chennai, i had applied for supervisor post in flipkart through olx. I got an offer letter and appointment letter from flipkart team aryan and binod heading the team promised me of job and they took 4500rs online payment from me in the month of december-2017. But after paying 4500rs they were supposed to call back for joining. After my payment is done their mobile number was in switched off, no call from their side for clarification or the refund. Some images have to attach below for your clarification. I received all things by this mail id [protected]@gmail.com. They are cheats many persons via olx so kindly look about this.

          I complained before 15 days there's no update for this complaint so kindly look about this for not a single person, many persons are cheated with the name of Flipkart by Aryan Mallik. They cheat us with your company name papers.

            Have ordered ivoomi, with order id od[protected] received and used the product. It is overheating and charging was down in 8 hours only. Out of 8 hours only 1 hour used the phone.

            I have called to customer care and requested to exchange the product with moto c plus by paying additional amount. He was giving some wrong examples and compared flipkart company with retail store outside. I have requested multiples times but not agreed.

            Could you please arrange as per my request as received product is very bad and replacement product is also may will be the same.

            Requesting you again to get service as a regular flipkart customer. Hope you understand request as an exception.

            We interacted with the customer and informed that we will raise a new return request so that technician visit can be arranged but he was not ready for that and wanted to exchange the product with another brand, apologized and informed that as per policy it is not possible. He did not want to talk further and asked to close the case hence, closing the complaint.
            If revert received in delay and which effect the replacement of product TAT, am not responsible. Should reverse my amount if you are failure to server

              [protected] is my registered mobile number in flipkart. I had ordered a protein supplement. And cancelled it immediately. I had paid it through debit card. The amount of 455 rs. Was deducted from my account but 7-8 days passed. It is still not refunded. I want my refund as soon as possible. Its getting too late. Kindly help me out of this issue and make my refund fast.

                  I have purchased an item from flip kart using the flip kart pay later and
                  Purchased bluetooth head set worth of rupees 3999/- on 4th sept but due to some reasons i have cancelled the order in the same day itself...

                  The order number is: “od[protected]”

                  But flip kart has sent a payment request for payment on 3rd november to my indusind bank credit card and they have settled the payment to flipkart...

                  Here one thing i need to highlight...

                  Even though the item has cancelled why flip kart has sent a payment request...?

                  Ok it happened by mistake till today one and half month finished and

                  Flip kart has not returned the amount back to my credit card...

                  Up now i have explained only half of the problem...

                  Here comes the main problem please read it carefully...

                  I want to close my existing indusind bank credit card and i have paid off all

                  The un-billed amount and raised a cancellation request 31st october 2017

                  And the card is going will cancelled within 7 working like bank people said..

                  So i have thrown my card a side and completely forget...

                  But from flip kart side they raised payment request on 3rd of november, i

                  Don’t know about this...

                  So i didn't checked statement...

                  Now in december again i have received a statement copy and message from

                  Indusind stating that i have to clear pending funds...

                  I have shocked and called the customer support regarding to this...

                  They said flip kart has requested for payment of rupees 3999/- on 3rd

                  November, so we approved like that they said...

                  And also bank people has charged me 1000 rupees for not clearing the

                  Pending payments in november (I. E., 3999/-).

                  Here the complete mistake is flip kart only...

                  I requesting you to take a serious action on flip kart and including the fine

                  Amount (5000/- i need my money back...)

                  And the registered email with flip kart is: [protected]@gmail.com

                  I mean to say one and half month back flip kart has taken my money...

                  So i am insisting them to clear funds along with the late fee which was

                  Imposed to me by the bank.

                  Some intruders are seeing this complaint in this portal and they were calling to the particular person and introducing them self as they are calling from so and so... And asking for the bank details...

                  Admin please make all complaint visible to only respective persons...

                  Other wise all cheaters are calling...

                  We had interacted with the customer, customer stated that he couldn't check his ICICI statement as the customer support of team of ICICI couldn't give it, informed that the order OD[protected] was placed using indusind credit card itself and informed that he has to contact his bank for entering the txn in the statement of November instead of September. Customer said he will check this with the bank and asked to close this case from our end

                      I purchased a i phone se from flipkart app. When i received the product, i observed that there are dead pixels on the screen. We have contacted the flipkart for product replacement when flipkart denied to replace and asked to check with apple for replacement. I have contacted the apple support who responds that product was purchased from flipkart so flipkart needs to replace. Product was delivered with no screen cover or back panel cover as well.

                      When we informed flipkart that we will raise a consumer complaint they said we can go ahead with the complain and they cannot help or assist use.

                          And the order was unsuccessful even though the amount was debited from my debit card. The amount of rs 1458 is deducted from my bank account and rs100 from my gift card wallet....

                          I could have lodge fir for forgery but you people know very well that common man is stucked in his day today life and do not have time for all these things.

                          These are not ethical business practice and you are looting common man hard earned money by such unethical business practices

                          hehehe grt resolution provided by the flipkart. its a planned loot deliver the defective product. Do not pick the product till customer gets frustate and catch the words of customer that you have denied for refund or replacement and finally deny for replacement or refund. Good business Practices.
                          I am getting the same reply since beginning but no result.

                            Hello,

                            I bough a phone from flipkart using 0% emi and had to cancel the order as they could not deliver the product on time. The bill of my credit card got generated before they processed the refund, and bank changed interest. Now both hdfc and flipkart are denying refunding the interest they charged.
                            Hdfc is saying that they have given emi amount to flipkart, but flipkart is saying they did not received any amount of emi portion.
                            At least one of them are definitely lying.

                            Can you please help me in resolving the issue.

                            Customer raised a complaint because bank charge the extra interest. We interacted with the customer and informed him that the payment which was done from his end we've refunded that amount for any further interest charges kindly get in touch with the card issuing bank. Closing the complaint from our end.
                            As Flipkart has given in writing that they did not receive the EMI part, it is clear that HDFC is lying about the same as they are supposed to refund the amount but they are playing game.

                              Order id - od[protected] of pixel 2 delayed by flipkart.

                              The phone was ordered on 8th december with delivery promised on 15th dec. However, the product is not packed or shipped even now while the same phone is available for delivery on 18th dec if ordered today, 15th dec and through the same seller - omni tech retail.

                              The customer support has no answers and has no idea on how to handle the situation. The blame is put squarely on the seller who doesnt seem to have responded to flipkart's emails about the delay. The only thing they did was apologise but couldnt provide any update on the delivery date. A ticket only has been raised which will give me an update by 18th with no real update on when the phone will be delivered.

                              There has still been no effort made by flipkart to resolve or provide any update on this aspect. Good luck to you flipkart for your treatment to someone wanting to buy a flagship product.

                              Customer raised a complaint for delivery delay, we interacted with the customer apologies for the delay and confirmed with the customer regarding delivery customer confirmed that he received the product hence closing the complaint from our end.
                              Same for me order id OD[protected]. Now they saying by 20 dec they will update about the status.. what is this?? A government department?

                                Gadget-wagon 13 to 46 inches 180 deg swivel 20 deg tilt for lcd, led, plasma & monitors corner full motion tv mount.
                                Flipkart delivered wrong product as the product doesn't have 20 degrees tilt function please deliver the correct product with tilt function. This is ledtv wall mounting fixture. Photo of delivered product is attached with this complaint. Mobile no [protected]. Name ps ravindra. Order no. Od[protected]. Delivery of wrong product one hour ago. Please acknowledge and let me know when correct product will be delivered. You can pickup the wrong product when courier comes to deliver correct product according to order.

                                  I have ordered a poloport round black sunglass on sunday 29 th october of rs 269 but i returned it for bad quality, and it is shown in their website that they have made refund but i didn't get any refund till now to my bank account i have been also update my bank book but there is no details for transaction of refund. I complain their customer care forum many time but there is no progress.

We provided the reference number and informed customer to raise a charge back in the bank and get in touch with the bank for further assistance hence closing the complaint from our end.

                                    They had a bank offer saying instant discount of ₹10, 000 with all bank debit and credit cards on purschase of google pixel2
                                    I confirmed the offer with flipkart customer care he said pay the full amount then the offer will be valid
                                    But i didn’t receive the cash back yet
                                    And flipkart is denying me the fact that they had such offer and saying it was on selected banks.
