I had purchased iphone6 16gb from @flipkart on 21st dec'16.
Since september'16 i have been facing problems with the charging cable.
I have complained to apple support about it, battery is fine.

I have used a friend's iphone cable, it works fine with the phone.
I asked them to use mine with their iphone. It started giving problems within a few hours o[censored]sing it.

Today, i took it to @izenica dlf mall of india in noida.
In less than 5 seconds of seeing the cable, they came to the conclusion that the cable is fake!
I showed them my friend's cable - it was original.
Upon asking them, they told me here are the reasons why it's fake

1. The cable is plastic (Y) whereas my friend's cable is softer
2. The inside of the usb (Metal) is silverish-golden whereas my friend's original cable is golden.
P. S. My cable is less than an year old (White) whereas friend's is 2-3+ yrs old

I would request your team to look into the matter asap!
If you need any other details from my end. I will provide.

The customer complaint about the fake cable received. We had interacted with the customer and asked her to purchased a new cable from brand authorized service center and what ever the charges of cable we will refund the same and customer purchased the same and cable cost Rs.1800 and we have refunded the same and it will take 5 business days to credit the amount. Hence closing the complaint from our end.

    I placed the order od[protected] for product redmi note 4 (Gold, 64 gb) on dt. 21/08/2017 through credit card. But it was placed wrongly. It was
    Cancelled in the same date i. E 21/08/2017. Till now i am not received the
    Refund amount. Frequently i informed and mail to customer executive of
    Flipkart. As per credit card section, no refund amount reflected in statement.

        I ordered google pixel 2 on 8th december and te promised delivery date is on or before 15th december.
        So on 16th december i was told "your pixel 2 is delayed due to some issues" you will get it on or before 18th for sure"and again on 17th december they (Customer care) called me saying" sir, for sure you will get your product by 21th of december".
        So right now i have zero hopes on flipkart people that they will even deliver on 21th december or not, and i payed through online payment method.
        Flipkart is makeing fool out of people through there customer care service.

          I've made the order on 8th december. As of now, it's been 10 days and there's not even a hint of what's wrong. Only some ambiguous excuse blaming it on the retailer. If you launch a flagship phone on a major sale, isn't it supposed to have adequate stock? Now i'm getting an update that they'll "get more details" on 20th december. What is this? A government office? Give me a hard timeline, so i can plan accordingly.

            Redmi5a automatically cancelled by flipkart idont know whay?

            Placed order on 14 dec 17 through flipkart for mi 5a which should be delivered today 16 dec as per the commitment date. But current status showing it is cancelled my product atomaticly without any information now showing my product is noida hub phase 03. Complain raised with flipkart also but they are also not resolve my problem.
            Current status or when it will actual deliver.
            Not sure, it is delayed by flipkart or truenet for such a poor service.

              I had bought google pixel 2 from flipkart on 7-dec-2017, till now product has not been shipped.. When enquired today, the cs guy is asking me to cancel the order if i want, the delivery will be done as per company convenience.

              Flipkart got money from me on 7th dec, delivery date has been changed 3 times. Now the date they gave me was 18th dec (But they are claiming that 18th they will only update on the order). This means i waited for 9 days for nothing (If you could have told me on 8th dec that you cannot ship this product it would have been ok with me.

              You blocked my money for 10 days and now you are asking me to purchase else where. Your cs guys are harassing the customers and making us run pillar to post.

                Ordered the google pixel 2 smartphone on the morning of 8th of december. Original price - 61000, flat discount - 11001, additional discount of 10000 for all debit and credit cards which brings down the total price to 39999, which is solely the reason i purchased it instantly. The delivery was promised (Flipkart assured product) on 16th december. But i immediately noticed that using my debit card did not avail the offer and i had to pay rs 49999 which is rs 10000 more. So i called the help centre, they acknowledged the issue and asked for 48 hours to investigate the matter. I was promised that the team handling the issue would contact me back in the said period. After waiting for 2 agonising days, i called them only to find out they had done nothing and needed 48 hours more. Keeping my calm, i let them have the additional time, only to find a message later asking an extension for 24 hours. After calling them after the waiting period, it was the same story all over again. Each time the agent would apologise, ask me the entire story, said he or she was noting down the entire complaint (Even though they could see in the system that it was the same initial complaint that had been placed days ago and was unresolved), put me on hold (Upto 6 or 7 minutes) and ask for additional time or give false guarantees to fix the problem by next day. Even asking for their superior and talking to the manager was in vain. After about eight calls and one week of worrying, there has been no trace of that rs 10000. They even asked for a last 24 hours when i said i'd take this to the consumer court and nothing, there was no difference in the outcome. This has been a harassment to me, they're making me repeatedly call only to find out no progress has been made.
                After all that happened, i had to find out that my phone has not been shipped or even packaged after the designated delivery time on 16th december. Now they have extended the date to 19th december, but it hasn't still been packaged, so it will be extended again for sure. The funny part is if you look at the pixel 2 page on flipkart right now, it shows a delivery period of 4-5 days. This shows the point from which they start making a fool of their customers, even before we actually purchase the product and are just considering it.
                This purchase has left me insulted and worn out, the callous attitude of this supposedly big player in the field disgusts me. I couldn't even cancel the order because the refund amount was shown to be rs 39999, 10000 short of what i paid.
                All in all, this has been a terrible shopping experience and i hope i have to never purchase from flipkart again.

                I received my delivery on 20th which was as I expected, later than even the postponed delivery date. There has been no word about the money. I will be pursuing this legally now.

                        I ordered samsung 253l refrigerator in flipkart on date fri, dec 8th '17 3:45 pm. But while installation person opened the package we found its damaged and packed and went out. And said "place return request".
                        I placed return request after 3 days its rejected. Many times called customer care people but they are telling we are deputing service person for estimating damage and to approve return request.

                                My order was expected to arrive by 16th Dec 2017 .but it was not delivered on that date saying "Order has reached nearest hub to you "--"order is out for delivery"--fake reason (delivery attempt failed (door locked)), I was not even contacted by delivery man .Then i contacted him he told me that he will deliver it by Monday (2 days after 16th dec). Then on 18 th dec same fake reason (delivery attempt failed door locked ).Then I contacted your "Support" for this they told me that they will initiate a reattempt after 2 business days .On 20th dec --"order is out for delivery "--same fake reason delivery attempt failed (door locked)...what is going on ?if flipkart is not able to deliver the product I request flipkart "Support" to initiate a cancel and refund request.[Every time order is out for delivery and door locked ...pathetic service]

                                  Ordered a pixel 2 handset on 8th dec and was promised to be delivered on 15th. When i spoke to the customer care, they simply said it cant be delivered and changed the date to 18th. The status has still not changed from processing to packed. Doesnt live up to what has been promised. Lethargic attitude and answers inspite of continuous follow ups. When the product says "flipkartassured", this is not something any customer would like to hear.

                                    I was expecting a bean bag delivery and it was delayed. All i asked was to cancel the order if it doesn't reach today. The so called supervisor was supposed to pick up the call, it was disconnected. I called back and then reached a horrible english speaking person, within two minutes of me explaining the problem, guess what? Disconnected again.

                                    Spoke to them for the third time, i reached an imran who did not understand anything i said with thick hindi accent. I told supervisor like fifteen times and he transferred the call.

                                    Guess what? Disconnected and i can't call you guys again.

                                    Why do you hire these people? Trust me i will go ahead and go to consumer board. I am already sending a mail to your corporate office.

                                    What is Flipkart? - A mental harrasment company.

                                    These guys don't know how to operate their workforce.

                                    I bought a sd card from Flipkart online, which eventually came out to be a fake product. Now these guys have only a "call me back" option, which means I can't make a call myself, instead wait for one of those agents to call me.

                                    Once they call back, the line gets disconnected every now and then. I just can't speak with any supervisor as well. They don't call me back on their own if a call is disconnected.

                                    End point, I am still expecting a resolution of the issue unfortunately.

                                    Rotten service, rotten company. I will make sure this gets spread out in every social media platforms.

                                    I purchased a mobile phone through flipkart, they didn't provide imei number in invoice, after complaining about 40 days they blocked my account saying that too much of refund/replacement product.
                                    Where all replacements/refund of my mobile is done by them.
                                    Whenever their customer support staff calls me the calls gets disconnected, even after giving alternate numbers they didn't try to contact on any number.
                                    They are just delaying my complain by saying plss wait for 24 hrs we will solve your issue.

                                    Horrible experience faced by Flipkart. I ordered a phone and I received the product as well. Few days later, I got the same amount credited back to my account. I informed Flipkart this issue and they asked me to send the money back. I did and as a proof send a screenshot as well to the mail which they’ve sent . Now after few days, the amount is deducted from my account. My issue is not resolved yet. I called customer care 20 times, either they disconnect or kept me wait for long. No response or no progress after reporting this issue. I submitted all my proofs and details to Flipkart and still they are not working on it. They can just check the mail which they’ve send me and can verify and resolve this issue. But they are wasting my time and money . I need an immediate solution for this issue.

                                      I ordered a smartphone on flipkart order number od[protected]

                                      Everything was done correctly i paid with my credit card and order was successful, after one day i tracked my shipment and it was shipped by vision star the seller and received by, konde products services private limited, khasra no. 14/6 gurgaon.

                                      But then i got sms saying "your order is cancelled and amount will be refunded to you bla bla bla". I called customer care and they say that a seller can cancel a shipment any time.

                                      My point is when they agreed to fulfill my order and taken the amount, then it is a fraud case to not deliver the product to me and they should pay penalty for this inconvenience.

                                      We had interacted with the customer informed to place a fresh order again as courier returned by seller due to bulk order placed.
                                      sir i had odered a smart phone of one plus nord by a company named
                                      Konde products and services private limited by payment method of cash on delivery i received my package on 15 july 2021 but the send me wrong phon of Samsung . i have paid 14000rs to their company . I have applied for refund of money of 14000rs on 16 july 2021 but they are not responding to refund my money .
                                      they are also not providinge any customer care no.

                                        This is regarding the order with order id od[protected] placed on 7th dec 2017 for an acer predator helios 300 original price 1, 09, 990/- at an offer discount of 69, 990/-. Now, on 11th dec when i check the order status, there is a notification saying: shipment undelivered due to damage (See attached images). I then called their customer care and the resolution provided was to place the order again. Now, i am certainly not willing to pay 40, 000/- additional for no fault of mine. So, i sent an email asking for a replacement piece and got no response there as well.

                                        I did some searching online on this issue, and i find that customers have faced this issue during the earlier sale period of 7-9 oct this year, on the exact same laptop, and by the exact same seller retailnet.                                         I urge you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and sincerity, as this is extremely fishy and seems like ekart and retailnet together may be deceiving them.

                                        I placed a fresh order at Rs. 1, 09, 990/- and have got the refund of Rs. 40, 000/- after the product was delivered, as was agreed upon. Hence I am closing this issue. Although I am happy about this, I also wished that I was given the discount right upon ordering, rather than having to pay the higher price initially and then getting the refund.

                                        Customer raised the complaint regarding product cancellation, we have interacted with customer and informed to place a fresh order so that price adjustment can be provided. Later customer place the order and finally looking for the price adjustment amount in the bank account we have processed and initially he agreed that price adjustment amount received in bank account hence closing the case from our team.

                                        As Flipkart has posted, this was effected last tuesday (2nd Jan). I am now happy to close this issue now.

                                        I am facing the same issue today.I ordered the same product from the exact same seller retailnet at 81999/- on 17th Feb and on 18th Feb it shows status as "Undelivered due to shipment damaged". Now when I contacted customer support they have asked me to cancel this order and place a new one. And now the price of that product is 1.09L. When I asked can anything be done to give me that laptop at the deal price they said nothing can be done.

                                        Always was happy with Flipkart service and this has really disappointed me.

                                        This has not happened only to me. I see a lot of complaints regarding the same laptop on this site on the various thread. It seems there is something really fishy with this seller. Please help me how to proceed and get my laptop at the deal price.
