Dear authority,

I have ordered infinix zero 5 pro smart phone (Od[protected] and
Paid ₹19, 999 through credit card. But after getting the product i got very
Bad review and i am personally unhappy with the performance. I have made

I want my money refund, but was unable to get the refund option.

Please arrange return and refund of that product.

    I order one mi a1 and one redmi note 4 in two different days. But they give it to me in one packing. Due to money problem i can buy only mi a1. But due to one packing by flipkart i can't buy one mobile. If i cancel one mobile then another mobile also get canceled. Also it's price increases. This is totally wrong by flipkart. Different packing needed for two different item whether it is from a same address. I am totally harassed with it.

      Dear sir,
      I would like to know that how much returns i have filed on which basis they are disabling my account. And, the subject they have mentioned about the return id, that i have never returned actually, therefor flipkart is making false excuses for it. The actual issue to which i am requesting you is that my id is disabled without any reason. I request you to please enable the same login asap. Because i am not in those people who will make different id with a different number. I am a professional one and i need the same id to be active. And please don't make a false claim on me for a high number of returns which i have never done. I challenge them against it. They may check my order history as well.
      I request you to please enable my login as soon as possible.

        I had ordered-. Skinn by titan skinn womens imera 100ml eau de parfum - 100 ml (For women)
        But the product delivered to is - titan skinn women's eau de parfum, nude, 100 ml.
        Obviously i want the product which i had ordered. Not any other.
        The order was placed on sat, dec 30th '17. The cost is ₹1, 757.
        I recieved it today ie. Jan 6th '18 at around 12 noon.
        I want the right product (Which i jad ordered) to be delivered as fast as possible.
        And if you cannot give the right product to the customer (Me) please return my money.

          One of the micromax laptop claimed to be 6gb but in actual only 2gb was installed. We approached to flipkart regarding this but they washed their hands away, we should complain to micormax. I placed several calls to micromax but [protected] refused to entertain us. I emailed to flipkart as well as micromax the bills, but they refused accept their products.
          According to micromax we have been cheated by flipkart by selling us an ingenuine products.

          Why my complain is marked as resolved as no solution is reached as yet...you told me you are in touch with the micromax..
          I have been asked to provide this Ticket id as none of Flipkart email address provided is working from my end. I was given to understand that they will provide me a different email address as "" is not working but again they forwarded me the same above mentioned email. I guess something is wrong with you guys. So iam attaching the email received from Micromax ...

            I bought mi a1 mobile in flipkart. The mobile is getting over heated all the time and battery is draining very fast. But mi a1 mobiles basically doesnt have that issue. So i applied for replacement. They contacted me for one day that i should make a changes in settings. They also said that you have applied before 10 days so if again the issue remains you can return it. After that i am not getting any call from them regarding this. I need to replace it else its just a waste of money for me.

              Complaint: cx wanted to return since he doesnt like the product.

              Solution: cx saying there is no opening gap for camera so wanted to return, so as per policy apologized and politely denied and closed the case.

                  Dear sir,
                  I umesh singh kushwaha purchase a reebok shoes od no.[protected] on dt 15.10.2017 approx. Rs 7221 (Mrp 12999) by flipkart but recieved a reebok shoes mrp 2999 with diffrent style and colour so i contact flipkart customer care and tell about my issue they say for return request, after many time wait no one come for reverse pick up and automatic cancell reverse pick up 2/3 times.
                  After many time contact with customer care then they courier guy come and pickup my product but next day return to me my product & saying it is not match with flipkart description and tell me kindly talk and update issue flipkart customer care.
                  When i re-contact with customer care then say - we update to courier & now pick up compelet no issue but after re-pick up and cancell my pick up after reach on office... Till time my parcell put courier office w/o refund/replacement after copleted approx. 2 month.
                  Also my account suspended which is i can't login...

                  Kindly look into this do needfull.. I want refund/re-placement as soon as possible.

                      I received 2 products with single order id and wanted to return both products due to defective. But i got option to return one product. I dropped a mail with the same to flipkart when pick up request created. Both products handed over to pick person (Wish master) and verified by him. Flipkart is refunded for one product and stating other product is not refundable
                      Only because its not returnable. After multiple follow up with flipkart, they said wish master received one product during return and trying to close complaint

                        I had order xiomi mi ai mobile phone on 2nd jan, 2017 and expected date of delivery was 4th jan, 2017. Then, on 4th jan, i got a message that it will be delivered on 5th jan. I was still ok as it was only one day delay from date of commitment. On 5th jan, i again got a message that it will now be delivered on 9th jan. Without any concrete reason, my order got delayed for 4 more days. I tried to call customer care for that and they said that they can not help me on this. I can either cancel my order or wait till given date. Now, this is a very bad customer experience. There was a reason that i went ahead and ordered my phone on 2nd jan. If committed date can not be kept by flipkart, better not display it while placing order as it really hurts customer sentiments.

                          I have purchased a hp laptop from flipkart on 9th of december and it got delivered on wed, dec 13th '17. There was some offer at the time of purchasing the laptop “get flipkart protect extended warranty” in zero payment but i have not received any confirmation on it whenever i made a call to customer service, they hangup the call without any resolution also saying the we are escalating this matter to higher level but it been a month passed no resolution till the time.
                          They people have very bad customer service as they have outsourced their business.

                          Issue offer related: informed that it was technical glitch due to which offer was not applied, as a token of gesture we have added Rs.500/- EGV to your flipkart account which he can use for future purchase, customer was not satisfied with the resolution. I have purchased the product because of offer, i i buy this offer (extended warranty ) its value is Rs.1000/- and you are providing Rs.500/- . Informed it is token of gesture we can not provide more than that .Case closed from our end

                              Hi,

                              I am a regular customer of flipkart since 2014, & they have cheated me 2nd time.

                              On 4st january, 2017, i ordered 2 sets of “redmi 5a (Gold, 32 gb)” (Two different orders) from my flipkart account. Payment was successful and order was placed. I got confirmation message and email stating that my order will be delivered between 6th jan to 7th jan.

                              After this when i checked my order in my account, i was surprised to see that the order status is cancelled reason are as bellow.

                              “ you made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity, the seller had to cancel the following items in your order with od[protected] & od[protected] “

                              If seller has to meet this criteria, why was i even allowed to place the order in first place. Also, this condition is no where mentioned in flipkart site or in seller/product profile.

                              In this regards i have discussed with customer care executive mr. Vikas saras & mr. Aman jain, they told me to that i am the final authority and we have right to cancel your order for placing bulk order.

                              I have requested them to confirm one order only. But they have refused to do so. After long discussion of two hours, they have not provided me e-mail ids or contact number of senior authorities & disconnected call from their side without any confirmation form my side.

                              Is the ordering of 2 mobile is bulk order?? You can understand how this cheap behavior is.

                              Now i planning to lodge complaint on “consumer court”, i wana to teach them, indian consumers are not fool.

                              Customer raised a complaint for order cancellation. We interacted with the customer and informed him that as he placed the order in bulk and its a demanded product so seller is not able to fulfill the requirements to two product as he has to serve to other customer also. Informed customer that order is cancelled from seller side and its not possible to re-initiate the order hence closing the complaint from our end.

From that voucher i ordered two t-shirt of rs 630 where i paid rs 130 through debit card and rs 500 through voucher. But due size issue i returned that items. But till date i don't receive rs 500. I only get rs 130 which i had paid through debit card. I want my rs 500 back. Flipkart is fooling people. Many times, i have contacted to flipkart for last 20 days, and they are just saying technical problem. Now they are not refunding my remaining rs 500 money. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    I have purchase a set motor e4 plus on 30th november 2017. Since new buying it was giving minor trouble and finally screen off on 9th december and submitted to nearest service center. They repair and after three days return back my mobile, again my mobile screen off again i submitted to nearest service centre on 27 december, this time they told me that they replaced the mother board and give back to me on 04th january 2018 again screen off on same day on reaching home. Its repeatedly problem because of its manufacturing defect and neither service center nor their customer care is taking it seriously,
                                    Flipkart people also not taking care of this matter, they directly refuse to help but they didn't understand its their responsibility if you become mediator in between us,

                                    I request you to please replace this phone. For your reference i attached the service centre recipt and invoice of mobile purchase.
