Two days ago i bought a moto 360 2nd gen smart watch for rs. 23999/- from flipkart and within 2 hours of receiving the product, i wanted to returned it as it did not look as appealing as the picture. The product is sealed and unopened. Flipkart refused to take back the product saying that we don't accept returns on electronics. I even offered them that they don't return the money but give me a credit for that amount. This also they refused.
I think most online shoppers are not aware of this and should be careful when ordering any electronics from flipkart.

    I had ordered a Tommychew Scissor Nail Clipper with Shredder, its order Item ID is [protected],

    I got my product today and only half the product has been delivered, there is no shredder, only the clipper has been sent, how am i supposed to cut my dogs nails without shredder, when after cutting with nail clipper they are just as rough and sharp, you have cheated me out of the shredder, i want shredder to be sent to me, i have notified the flipkart delivery guy about this issue and given him the packing back to tell flipkart, i have not received any reply, hence if this issue is not solved, i will know flipkart as liars and will never order anything from them again.

      Purchased in Flipkart on 3-6-2016 and within next 2 days im facing lot of issues like overheating, network service dis connectivity issue.when i contact Flipkart they rejected my request for replacement approval.I need my money which i paid or a replacement.since july 17 flipkart has 30 days replacement policy after that they have changed the return policy and now they are informing me that they couldnt provide any return or replacement.Kindly consider my issue and do the needful.         I ordered 50 inch Infocus TV from flipkart. When I got the package, the remote & stand was missing from the box. When I contact infocus support, they told me to call flipkart...When I called Flipkart, they told me...We'll put money in your flipkart wallet & you can buy any other china remote which will work with your TV. I told them When I have Paid the full price for TV, then why should I use a china remote? This is very bad response. Flipkart and Infocus are both fraud company. They cheat customers. I will never ever purchase any product from FLipkart. Flipkart is a fraud company.

          I bought a caprese handbag from flipkart on 31st jan and made the payment via my debit card of indian overseas bank. i returned the product and flipkart was supposed to refund the amount of RS1637 to my bank account. they say that they hav initiated the refund on 7th feb. it never reflected in my account till date. i have called them 20 to 25 times and sent inumerous mails. their only response is to contact my bank with the reference no 74766516038605823982182 . i have also contacted my bank several times . they say that its not their fault and they cant do anything. its been more than five months . please help resolve this issue and get my refund back.

            I had ordered Knight Ace Men Sandals black size 8(42). I was given Bachini Men Sandals black and in MRP price 499/-. Knight Ace Men Sandals which was exactly the same had listed price for Rs.1200/- for which Flipkart was giving the customers for Rs.499/-. This was pure fraud by Flipkart because what I had ordered was not given to me and instead Bachini Men Sandals black was given to me in which clearly MRP was written as Rs.499/-. How can Flipkart sell the same items with different company. One with Knight Ace Men Sandals and other with Bachini Men Sandals.

            Now both the items are available and Bachini is available for Rs.399/- with Rs.200/- as delivery charges. This is also pure fraud by Flipkart. I had put a letter to Grievance officer and also to CEO about this and they told me that they will contact the seller for the same for which till now no action has been taken by so called Grievance officers and Escalation team along with CEO of Flipkart.

            All are minting money in Flipkart and now Mr.Sachin and Binny Bansal are having a very huge flat in Mumbai. They are not satisfying the customers and their services are very very poor. Recently they have changed their policies and they are least bothered about customers.

            When I brought this to Flipkart they were speechless but they are not bothered to help me.

                  I placed an order for a Winsome Deal Men Formal Blue Genuine Leather Belt for Rs.709, which was cancelled right before the delivery date with the following message from Flipkart: ‘We would like to inform you that due to some issues, seller has cancelled the following items in the Order OD[protected] : We sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you. To get the items, we humbly request you to place a new order on our website’.
                  I placed a fresh order for a Grey Belt of Rs.989, which was also cancelled right before the delivery date with the following message from Flipkart: ‘We've just been informed that Haywire Men Formal Grey Genuine Leather Belt in your orderOD[protected] is unavailable with the seller - PRATISHTHA. As there is no clear date when the Seller will have it back in stock, we understand any further delay wouldn't be ideal. So we've gone ahead and cancelled the item’.
                  I placed another order for a Blue belt for Rs.1207. Once again the same was cancelled with the following message from Flipkart: ‘We've just been informed that items mentioned below in your order OD[protected]are unavailable with the seller - SAHARIYAENTERPRISES. As there is no clear date when the Seller will have it back in stock, we understand any further delay wouldn't be ideal. So we've gone ahead and cancelled the items.’
                  I fail to understand why these products were displayed on the site and available with the sellers. Three in a row smells of a scam.

                    Its really a very bad experience buying anything from Flipkart.

                    I had purchased a refrigerator and got a faulty one. Then I applied for replacement and got confirmation for the same.

                    But when I called for the status then they are saying that it had been put on hold I mean if it was put on hold then why I got confirmation for the replacement and now they are saying for visit of Technician this is happening only when I called them.

                    That's really a very bad experience seems like I have been cheated and my 14000 is wasted.

                      I purchased a Asus Zenphone 2 Laser 5.5 handset through online portal Flipkart on 3rd June 2016, i received the handset on 4th june 2016.
                      The handset worked fine for 2 days from the 3rd day it started having problems where the touch screen would not respond sometimes and when i am charging the phone there would be message been displayed on the screen as "No photos selected".
                      I upgraded the phone to Android 6.1 Marshmellow hoping that the issue would resolve but it has still not resolved.
                      I contacted Asus customer case, hoping that the issue could be resolved by there technical team, but even after doing multiple checks, like going on Safe mode, doing a Factory reset the issue would still not resolve, i was asked to get the phone taken to an authorized service center.

                      Post this i raised a return request on the Flipkart website, to which they responded back stating that a technical support guy would call back and do some remote check on my phone, and i was asked to download an app for it, which i did, but even when the technical guy had called the phone again had the same issue of the touch screen not responding, for which i was told that a technical support guy would do a personal visit and check the phone.

                      When the technical guy came on 16th June 2016, he rebooted my phone twice and stated that the phone has no issue and stated that if the issue persists i can once again call flipkart and lodge a complaint.

                      Even post the visit the issue with my phone still persists, for justifying my phone issue i have done a video recording on when the fault occurs, when i again lodged a complaint on Flipkart, asking for getting my money refunded, i received a call from technical support team and they are asking me to get my phone taken to a authorized service center, i informed them that i have suffcient evidence to justify that the phone is giving me a lot of issues, but they were just insisting me to get the phone checked at the authorized service center and only after that can they do anything.

                      Requesting you to help in getting this faulty phone taken back by Flipkart and my money refunded.
                      My experince with Flipkart has been good in the past but currently i am totally dissatisfied.

                        I've purchased a Nextbit Robin from flipkart which is Rd 20000/-. There was some issue with it such as phone is getting too hot during charging that you can't even touch. And now the phone isn't getting switched on.

                        I have raised return request for the same. Flipkart executive called me 3 times but without any solution the ticket is being closed. In my last return status it was mentioned that issue closed as it has been sorted out between me & seller where as seller hasn't contacted me.

                        When I purchased a phone from Flipkart it was mentioned that 30 days hassle free return policy. Now they are saying seller is denying. Why should I hear seller ???

                          I bought an iBall PC 3 1/2 months ago and there were too many issues in the product which was delivered. I returned it within few days and asked Flipkart to send me a proper PC. The unit which was delivered the second time was not too good too. We had made complaints about it and the CS executives told us excuses. After a month the system started hanging up and it rebooted over and over again without any operation performed.

                          We registered a complaint to Flipkart and the CS executive asked us to take it to the nearby service center. Upon bringing it to the service center, the service personnel of Kingston (RAM), gave us a certificate saying that the product was a duplicate and Kingston will not help us anyway. The processor was a used/old one (Manufactured in 2010) and the service personnel informed us that most of the components inside the PC was either used and/or duplicate.

                          After this we examined to see if the product matched the description mentioned on Flipkart, and the results showed us that the configuration mentioned did not match with what was inside the PC (No Graphics Memory).

                          After all this, we filed a complaint with flipkart on the 17th June 2016, for which we were told that we would be provided with a solution ASAP. It is more than a week now and the Customer Service, Supervisors, Asst. Mgrs, and Managers do not seem to help us with this issue.

                                Gift Cards stolen from my wallet

                                On June 14th I got a mail from flip kart says that my two gift cards were transferred from my account to [protected]@gmail.com. Actually I didnt transferred those cards and flipkart doent providing such an option.
                                I already raise a complaint regarding to this with complaint ID: IN[protected], but customer care representative has sent a irresponsible mail says that contact original buyer. Actually original buyer...

                                    Item (Leeco mobile phone worth rs.9999, including a back cover, track id-fmpp[protected]) has returned saying that it is out of delivery area. There is no direct delivery to my place. So i wrote my original address and put the pin code of my nearby area where service is present. Last time when i have purchase on flipkart (Hp laptop worth rs.58760, including a mouse and keyboard), i did the same. But at that time the service people showed the courtesy to call me ask whether i would be able to reach there and collect the same, otherwise the item will return. So i went there and collected it. Thats why i did the same this time also. But this time they didnt call me and they have returned it.. Very poor servicing.. I have already paid the price of the item.. Is this the service to your customers???

                                      Dear sir/ madam,

                                      I use flipkart for online shopping, and once, in my flipkart wallet, inr 31995 was returned against one of the product (In the month of dec 2015).
                                      As per statements used on flipkart website in wallet section (Plz click on http://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre), i was ensured that my wallet money will always be safe.

                                      On this 15th of june16, i got to know that i am unable to register in my flipkart account. It was shocking to me & immediately i called to flipkart customer care. Then i understood that, my flipkart account has been approached & misused by some stranger.
                                      My whole wallet money (Inr 31995) was nullified by this person.

                                      Now, after so many calls to flipkart customer care & back end team, flipkart has parted itself completely from this issue.
                                      Flipkart has told me to go consumer forum & police.

                                      Now, i am under the high need of consumer forum to help me in this issue.

                                      After so many calls to flipkart customer care & getting all detail i am damn sure that the culprit is from banglore (And if i am not wrong he/she must be the part of flipkart customer care)

                                      I request, once again, kindly help me to get back my hard earned money.

                                      I dont have any hard feeling from flipkart but in this case i am completely shocked that how flikart can part itself from this issue? As this is the question on their online security system. I am sure that flipkart is not going in detail & doesn't want to resolve this issue

                                      The key evidences for my above statement are as follows :

                                      1. As per order history (I took all order history from flipkart customer care)
                                      On 10th june 16, a mobile mi5 was orderd of inr 25000 by:
                                      Kiran devraj
                                      Mobile number : [protected]
                                      Add: 228/62, 45, cross jai nagar, 8th block, near sangam circle, banglore)
                                      2. On 2nd june 16, i recieved a call on the name of flipkart, he was talking to me about some of schemes by flipkart, till the i was not believing, but he sent me one msg & msg was from flipkart (I am dam sure abt this) which was including some codes & he asked this code from me which i told him bcoz of my belief on this msg.
                                      This is the starting point of this whole incidence as all shopings was started from 3rd june 16.

                                      Sadly, i use nokia 1100 (Very basic handset) which always goes out of memory & thus i deleted this msg (Which is only proof, i was having, for this i have already contacted to vodafone for retrieving this msg)

                                      All complain number with flipkart customer care :

                                      In[protected] — adityan rajendran (On 15th jun)

                                      In[protected] — mr abhay (On 20th june):
                                      This man has accepted that something has gone wrong inside the flipkart

                                      In[protected] — mr varun patil — this man raised his hand & told me to go to consumer forum & police
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
