We bought this a. C around 3 months back, since then number of carrier service technicians and flipkart technicains came but unable to fix the issue with a. C.Initially a. C was not cooling proper properly, then they told the installation is not proper, after few days they found gas is not enough, then water is coming out of that system, now again technician is telling gas is not there. We are literally fed up of this. Now carrier service is telling to check with flipkart about they product they delivered.
In brief, its terrible experience we had in last 3 months, flipkart need to exchange the product or give money back!!
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Before cancelling the order I didn't get any call from flipkart that we would like to cancel your order because of XXXX issues.
Regarding the delivery I had discussion with Flipkart executive and floor manager on 5 June 2016, they committed me that you will get your order by 6 June upto 6:30 PM,
After got a call of cancellation from flipkart I had word with floor manager Shoheb Shaikh, he told me the same that your order got cancelled. I Explain him each and everything like, I didn't cancelled any order...
I have purchased so many products from them and they are having my all the details with them. On the same address flipkart delivered me other orders. This is my most worst experience with flipkart.com. I want my order to be processed as scheduled by any way.
