Hi,

I had ordered this phone from flipkart, due to some mistake i had ordered this thing wrongly as i was busy so after opening the phone immediately called them this is not what i had ordered or might something wrong happen but they guy don't even bother and today after using getting lot of problms at my end but they are like makking fool to customer.

    I have purchased LeEco Le 2 phone on 28/06/2016 and received it on 02/07/2016.

    After 3 days it suddenly auto restarted and only eui logo is flashing.

    I had requested flipkart for my refund, but they refused my request and they told me to go to nearest service center this is not possible for me because the product is in warranty period.

    Flipkart stated 10 days of return policy for mobiles.

    What to do now ?

    How can I get my refund ?

      This the second instance when flipkart start misleading the customers. They have done it in past & promised me thatvit wont happened again after arranging the shoes as advertisement price however flipkart started again misleading their loyal customers. There is an advertisement which shows that a particular sparx shoes Olive Orange is available in Rs 299 however they are selling it on Rs 999. Can you please elaborate this or else i will involve ombuds this time if i don't satisfactory resolution.

          I had placed order on flipkart, order no. od[protected] dtd.07.07.2016. product asus et2040iuk-bb007m all-in-one (celeron dual core/ 2 gb/ 500gb/ free dos)

          Received product on 10.07.2016, 12.30pm only open the product and want to install os on it, there is error occurred, i have opened refund request on flipkart immediately.

          After 2 hours, received call from flipkart, flipkart employee said that, "unable to process your refund request", also he said that, he only follow the flipkart policies, we do not care about customer satisfaction.

          Many time i request him, please help me against issue, then he said that, "you had read the product specification, and there had written that, os is free dos and you use only dos on pc.

          Friend, please suggest me, what can do, where.
          If product cost is rs.20500/- and did not use product, what is my mistake. i
          Am common man and i lost rs.20500.

          I promise myself, in whole life i did not try to place order on filipkart, also suggest my friend, do not buy from flipkart, my experience is very bad.

            I ordered redmi 2 prime on 1st july 2016. first of all i got notification that my mobile has been delivered to me on 09/07/2016. don't know whom???. but not even a single paper reached me on that day. on 10th when i went to postman's home he gave me broken seal container missing mobile from it. only adaptor was there. i don't know what's happening with flipkart... it's a fraud company and always cheating with customers.

                    I have ordered hitachi 1 ton ac 5 star on 25.06.2016 for rs. 33, 035/-, the delivery date promised was 30.06.2016. since 30.06.2016, they started sending wrong sms and e-mail and they tried to deliver the product but house was locked, the complaint of which i filed with flipkart.

                    On 5th july 2016, they sent me e-mail and sms that my order has been cancelled and will send the refund. on 5th july 2016, price of product was increased from 33, 035 to rs. 36, 000.

                    I have made complaint about this to company and they assured me that i will get the product delivered. however, since that day, there senior officers refused to talk to me and yesterday they told that they will refund only rs. 33, 035/- and not deliver the product as well as don't pay difference amount to me.[protected]. i am feeling cheated. till date, i have also not get refund.

                          I had ordered 2 split air-conditioners from flipkart and received delivery on 19th june, 2016. however, after the installation team visited my apartment the next day, they disclosed that i would be required to make certain structural modifications in my apartment to install the acs. subsequently, flipkart had a senior installation team visit my apartment on 23rd june, 2016 who suggested a way-out for installation of one of the acs; however, the cost of installation was substantially higher than initial at rs.6300.

                          Despite the significantly higher installation expenses, i agreed for this since their team was insistent and i was left with no other choice. however, for the other ac (which continues to lie in my house untouched), there was no feasible solution provided and despite me having requested flipkart several times, they are not co-operating in taking return of the product (although the product is still packed and in the same condition as it was initially delivered).

                          This instance reflects very poorly on flipkart's customer service and is causing great loss to someone like me who has been a regular customer for them.in fact, i have checked and all other retail outlets also co-operate with the customer in such instances. i would request flipkart to take a return of the product and duly refund the amount paid for the same.

                                Ordered for samsung galaxy s5, i was out of station, i came back on 28th may and opened the package and found phone came with no accessories though it was properly seal packed. Also taken unboxing video because these days if you purchase any product from e-commerce websites its mandatory take video while opening the shipment package, as their sellers did too many scams already.
                                Then,
                                Within 30 days of replacement policy i filed my concern on 28th may.
                                Customer care guys are just wasting time every day, but senior already promised me for the return of my order.
                                Check the note of senior team, and my pickup already been arranged by flipkart.
                                Check my previous screenshot, and the same status same concern you are sharing me over 4 days.

                                Your call was scheduled every time and wasted my valuable time. Contacted over 15-20 times.
                                So now do the needful asap.
                                As per my complaint senior check all details, she also placed the note my device is not starting up apart from missing accesories.
                                So right now you have to the needful within 24 hours

                                Customer care is passing time by asking inorder to look into the complaint. But they are doing nothing. Been a loyal customer since 2010. But i'll never order any product from flipkart anymore.
                                Take an action by end of day else i'm prepared to file a lawsuit against flipkart.

                                  I purchased a samsung galaxy j7 2016 on 23rd of june 2016 thinking that it will be delivered in a weeks time as i had to gift it to somebody and i also paid extra to flipkart to do birthday packing gift box. to my surprise i got it delivered on 24th june 2016 itself and i just kept it aside. i gifted it to the person on 4th july 2016 and we observed the call sound quality was wierd at different times. so we took the phone to samsung service and have it checked, they said its defective piece and speaker has to be replaced. when i called up flipkart on 5th july 2016 they said 10days policy is over and you have get it repaired. i just opened the box and flipkart tells me to get it repair. i doubt if flipkart is selling new products or showroom s rejected handsets and doing false business. i was such a loyal customer of flipkart specially from ws retail and this is what we are getting in return. daily i spend 2hours on call with flipkart and every new person says our escalation team will cal back and nobody will call back. even floor managers gives wrong commitments to customers. i spoke to mr aijaz and ms pushpa who are floor managers in flipkart cs desk and they say in few hours your getting call and nobody will call back. now i am planning to appeal it and proceed legally and sue flipkart big time for their false business practice and cheating customers this way.

                                      This is to bring to the notice that an order was placed order id: od[protected] for 2 portable chargers. on receiving its delivery on 08/07/2016, the bill mentioned about payment for 2 chargers and the same was done i. e. rs 1378/- but on opening the parcel it was a great shock to see that only 1 charger was delivered.
                                      The same was immediately to mr. mukesh saini ([protected]) who delivered the product.
                                      Further on their customer care page a complaint cannot be sent. i have tried sending it multiple times.
                                      This is highly unacceptable being a customer of flipkart.
                                      Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
