I have ordered the product as mentioned above on June 1, 2016 from flipkart.com by paying the complete amount and on June 6, 2016 they have mailed me that your order is cancelled without informing me anything in advance. They have stated the following in a mail : "This is to inform you that we tried to contacting you to confirm a few details before we could process your order OD[protected] but were unable to reach you. Due to insufficient details the order had to be cancelled." But no one from flipkart team had contacted me even I have purchased so many products from them and they are having my all the details with them. This is my most worst experience with flipkart.com. I want my order to be processed as scheduled by any way.

I have ordered the product and order no. is mentioned below on May 30, 2016 from flipkart.com by paying the complete amount and on June 6, 2016. They have mailed me that your order is cancelled without informing me anything in advance. They have stated the following in a mail : "We would like to inform you that we are processing your cancellation request for the following items in the Order OD[protected].

Before cancelling the order I didn't get any call from flipkart that we would like to cancel your order because of XXXX issues.

Regarding the delivery I had discussion with Flipkart executive and floor manager on 5 June 2016, they committed me that you will get your order by 6 June upto 6:30 PM,

After got a call of cancellation from flipkart I had word with floor manager Shoheb Shaikh, he told me the same that your order got cancelled. I Explain him each and everything like, I didn't cancelled any order...

I have purchased so many products from them and they are having my all the details with them. On the same address flipkart delivered me other orders. This is my most worst experience with flipkart.com. I want my order to be processed as scheduled by any way.

    I ordered a charger for my MacBook Air. After almost one and a half years now i find out that it wasn't original when my laptop charged only occasionally and battery started draining quickly and i had to get it checked in the service centre. This is when I found out that I was given a duplicate charger. I had to get my laptop battery, side card and charger changed amounting to Rs. 20600.

      I bought a phone leeco 1s eco from flipkart on may 27. Its left part of speaker and back button were not working. And i don't got my free back cover. I didn't knew how to return a product so i waited for 4 days. After that its screen bottom broke while charging. How can a gorilla glass break so fast in 4 days. I got call from flipkart when i requested return. They said that i must give compliant in 48hours after purchase. And they cant give replacement if screen if broken. They said go to service centre. Then why is the 30 day replacement policy.
      For the first time i am getting a compliant for an item purchased from flipkart. I have bought so many things from different accounts for me and my relatives. And suggested it to all. When i asked for an exchange of my phone for the first time you are saying you can't... I have too many reasons for why i requested to exchange... I don't have time for running to service centers which are so far from here and why should i repair my phone. If i repair it also it will not last for 1 or 2 weeks. Usually a phone should last for minimum 1year. The phone which cant last for 1 week. How can it last for 1 year? What should i do?
      I don't want replacement i just want to exchange it with any other low cost phones. And i don't want remaining money back. Please... I can't waste my money again for this phone.
      Please do something. I don't have money to waste for a phone which is not worthy.

          My order no. Is[protected] a set of brand swiss republic cotton towels in green and orange colour. But the product i received was not the bad in quality, with patches, made from scrap or leftover material, no brand, cutsize, different in colour. Flipkart advertisles in all media that they sell 100%original product. Than the product i received was a complete cheat as they claim verified product. Kindly look into the matter and i ask for a compensation.

            The package is to be delivered on 5th June'16.
            It shows dispatched from their Ghansoli HUB at 1:42 PM & out of delivery.
            I wait till 7:00 PM product not delivered (Ghansoli is 15-20 mins away from my residence)
            Customer care provides the number of Delivery boy - incorrect number.
            I ask customer care to provide an estimate time - They say anytime till 9:00 PM.

            I am made to wait the whole day for getting the product delivered. I could not step out of the house as no time window was provided for the product to be delivered -- All we hear is Apology.

              Flipkart management,
              It's almost a month since, i raised the issue of the product ordered that i received a damaged, another colour object from your marketing executive. It was refered, considered after my complaint and i was called twice from banglore, shashank as to resolve the issue by replacement. This is the second time again where the very same marketing executive has refused to replace the right product just because i didn't mention about the colour issue. I personally feel that to be very irresponsible and complete false statement has been sent to my mobile as i refused to accept the product.
              I'm very disappointed and feel it's completely a cheating irresponsible way with the customer who trusted flipkart for the decent, responsible services.
              Hope the issue might be noted for further transaction.
              It's really very awkward to get this notified several times for a responsible service.

                  I ordered a sandisk cruzer blade 32 gb pen drive, usb 3.0 - image attached (Od[protected].

                  When the product arrived, it was a 32 gb pen drive, usb 2.0. I requested to get it replaced.

                  The replacement product was again a usb 2.0. I again requested for a replacement.

                  Not sure what's the purpose of asking for a replacement if the wrong product gets sent every time.

                    I had ordered a book (Rs. 380) but they delivered the wrong book ( Rs. 280), even though over the phone they assured for the right book but in replacement also delivered the wrong product.Whose mistake is this? Now when I asked to return the price difference, despite resolving the issue they are talking about company policy.The wrong product which I received is not worth of what I paid that time then how can they not refund the money.Apology is not a solution.

                    I ended up following multiple times. Now they are not responding. I suggest others to not buy anything with flipkart.

                    It's really very sad to realize that flikart can lose its valuable customers but cannot resolve the issue.Valuing customer's time is the most important thing a company can do to provide a good service.

                      I said this mobile is guarantee period.
                      why show me this mobile from outsider in warrante period.

                        I have ordered a 40"vu led tv. My order id is : od[protected].
                        I have ordered this with my friends id his name is himanshu naidu. He purchased so many other thing from flipkart. So ii get impressed by him and ordered a tv from flipkat.
                        According to flip kart it has to be deliverd on 20th april 2016 but the order was delayed upto 4th may 2016. I contiously followed up with flipkart customer care but the said due to some reason we are unable to deliver the product on the given date. This is really awful service from flip kart.
                        This is not ends here, when the product delivered at there were not tv inside the karton. I was shocked it was a shocking moment there are bricks placed in karton tagged with cello tape as shown in the pictures.
                        After that i called to flipkart customer care an launch a complaint against this issue. But i haven't got any resolution from flipkart. One of the executive called me and said"we do not entertain you" and we are closing your request. This is really shame full & pathetic situation for me. I had made a payment and din't receive any product and executive at flipkat is misbehaving with me also. Again i called to customer care and requested to raise this issue they said you have number of return request so we are closing your case. For me its like i am fool who select flipkart for online purchase.
                        Dear @_sachinbansal its a humble request to you please resolve my case as i paid you for my product and i have faced mentally hash moment by your team ant din't get any resolution.
                        I requested you to please give me my product or my refund.

                          Hello i am aakash. Last year on September 2015 i bought a mobile from flipkart LENOVO K3 NOTE (Touch Screen). The phone is not working properly and i have a warranty up-to 1 year for exchange. I am facing touch problems in that phone and i tried calling flipkart customer care so many times. The response is really poor. They are asking last 4 digits of order id and i typed correctly but its saying that your order is incorrect... How can it be incorrect when i have a warranty till one year from the purchase date. so i need immediate exchange since the mobile's right side touch pad is not working properly. The screen is good, not broken but still its not working. I have already complained once two months ago, Flipkart said that, you can go to any lenovo show room and you can ask for the exchange, they will accept it. I went to secunderabad Lenovo show room and asked for the replacement but they said they will accept the replacement, replace directly with flipkart. After that i tried calling flipkart customer care but there is no response. I am not satisfied with Flipkart's Customer care. Really poor stuff. I want justice for my problem.                             Purchased a Haier Refrigerator on 7th March 2016. Received it on next day 8th March. Found Problem with Refrigerator by end of April that is just 45 days after receiving the product.
                            Filed Complaint about the Fridge with Haier, they sent their service engineer about 4 times. They can't fix it. So I contacted Flipkart, they took longer time to respond to the complaint as they promised. Now, Flipkart is asking to contact Haier to get product fixed or replaced. And Haier is asking to contact Flipkart for replacement or return.

                                Hi consumer complaints,

                                I am raising this complaint for flipkart for supplying used product of hp pendrive despite of the replacement being asked for.

                                First delivery was a wrong delivery in which the pen-drives did not work, second when asked for a replacement they have provided the replacement with a faulty product again!

                                The customer care agent and managers i spoke with was not helpful and were rude in managing customer requests. The names are as follows:

I have received the shoes and also returned them because of any defect etc. They told me that the payment refund will be sent u by cheque. The payment was nt not refund till now 4/ june/2016. It ws a year that i beg for the payment refund. When i called them they said we will solve the problem but they cant.. They said we send the check on ur adress...                                     Refer my flipkart order no. Od[protected] dated 25 april 2016 with mangalore as the delivery address. The product was delivered on 29 april 16 and the installtion mechanic came in the first week of may 16. The mechanic had opened the brand new ac packaging and mounted the ac on the wall but the ac did not work and the mechanic concluded that the pcb of the ac is defective and promised to replace it from bangalore as the stock of pcb of carrier ac is not available in city. Its been almost a month since then but the ac has not been installed as yet and the mechanic is missing since. I did get a call from the call centre and requested to either replace the ac or change the pcb. How can pcb be defective before installing i dont understand. Flipkart please wake up the installation agency to do needful. The payment for installation of ac has not yet been made.

                                      I purchase blackberry z3 on 26/03/2016 and the problem is that the phone can not be switch on and for this isssue i already give 2 times complain to blackberry service station but the service station people said that there is no warranty on this product as this product was bought from flip cart so till now my problem is not resolved. Your site made me so impressive that i bought so many product from your site and suggest my friend circle to purchase from this particular site so do i think this is my fault to purchase product from your site?it is unbelievable that flip cart give such a bad service as a reputade brand. It make me so sad that there is no service if we buy product from your site and do we believe you further?

                                        We bought this a. C around 3 months back, since then number of carrier service technicians and flipkart technicains came but unable to fix the issue with a. C.Initially a. C was not cooling proper properly, then they told the installation is not proper, after few days they found gas is not enough, then water is coming out of that system, now again technician is telling gas is not there. We are literally fed up of this. Now carrier service is telling to check with flipkart about they product they delivered.

                                        In brief, its terrible experience we had in last 3 months, flipkart need to exchange the product or give money back!!
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
