I am an old customer who purchased several items including some valuable stuff like microwave, mobiles from flipkart since 2012.

But now a days i am going through a bitter experience with this popular shopping site.

In a short "flipkart has started cheating with their customer"

I have purchased redmi note 3 (Order id od[protected] for my uncle.
Before purchasing this item, my uncle has gone through the descriptions provided in flipkart mobile app where it was not clearly mentioned that it mobile with hybrid sim means at a same time 2 sim and one sd card could not be used.
As he were unaware about this thing due to incomplete information in flipkart app he asked me to purchase this but after getting the mobile my uncle unable to use his both the sim and sd card in this mobile.

Hence i have requested for a return. After repetitive follow-up one person from fipkart call today to my uncle though he has unable to convince my uncle, who desperately wanted to return the mobile. But filpkart rejected the request with following comments
*"we're sorry. We are unable to process your refund request. Reason: the
Issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no
Replacement or refund."*.

Again i have requested for a return and someone from flipkart called me and told me they cannot accept it. When i am going to explain the problem related to flipkart mobile app he did not put any interest to listen my problem also he has denied me to send any mail that there have an issue in their app. And again rejected my request

“please be informed that the seller "ws retail" would replace the product
Only if there is a manufacturing defect in the product as per the
Replacement policy”
Though in their replacement policy it is written
“flipkart advantage has nothing to do with the replacement policy. As per flipkart's replacement guarantee, you are eligible for product replacement if the product received is damaged or defective or not as described.”
But my question why should i suffer due to your system fault???
This is the worst service i ever had from flipkart. And will never ever buy a product from flipkart now and would not advise anyone to buy from flipkart... Highly disappointed with your customer service.

    We have purchased a micromax canvas 4g mobile last weak through authorised flipkart site. After using it speaker was not working and defaulted and nobody is helping me. Call toll-free no 7 to 8 times but no response. They are not supporting me. Very bad experience with flipkart. Worst experience. 7 days has been gone but still no response from flipkart

      My name is md: muktadur rahman. I ordered a product in flipkart (Its headquarters in bangalore, karnataka, india, telephone no[protected]. I received a damaged product that is "adata premier ddr3 4gb ram". The order id is "od[protected]". And the ram serial number is "adds1600w4g11-b".

      I request to flipkart to replace this product and flipkart accept the request. Flipkart message me to replace the product on[protected]. Then, i've gone to flipkart courier office at "malda, west bengal, india, near city hospital". And then flipkart executive rejected to replace this product. They are told me serial did not match. They are told me that the ram serial number is "adds1600w4g11-r" but it is wrong, because flipkart give me a ram with this serial number "adds1600w4g11-b".

        I was assured that issue on installation of Sansui 1.5 ton 5 star split AC would be resolved today 14th June 2016 by 3:pm. My incident No is :IN[protected], but still nobody visited my place, then how come I am getting such false update that it is been installed and ready to use. What kind of fraudulent action is this ?

        I was really excited when I purchased this AC from Flipkart, as Flipkart was a big brand for us and I was getting good discount, but now I am felling trapped, why did I purchased it and installed it from Flipkart.

        I have went through lots of mental harassment and tensions while following this up right from 6th of June ' 2016( where Mr Anish from installation and Demo department kept on flipflopping from his words and made me conference with Jeeves people in Patna telling me he is from Sansui and both of them cornering me that all fault is mine), when a technician from Sansui (arranged by Flipkart)visit my house for inspection of AC and told its installation is not done correctly so your unit is not giving effective cooling and since Flipkart has involved it authorised 3rd party agent to installed it they cannot re-installed it, as it would cost be again.

        On requesting Flipkart executive again and again about the complaint, till date I only get calls for that I need to pay again for certain accessories for re-installation.
        Why should I pay more if it is not my fault?
        Now I am receiving such mails and sms, when no body came to house

        Now I have gone through enough mental tensions and had been enough patient, I request you to please take away your units and refund my total amount Rs 22900(AC cost)+RS 1500 (Installation) . I can't take more pains now.
        Now please stop advertising for easy refund if you can't do it

          I had ordered a mobile phone on flipkart.com. I received my order on 8th june 2016, and on 9th june, i requested them to cancel my order and get my money refund. This was because the handset was getting terribly hot in just 10 minutes of its usage, and also there was a display issue.

          Since this mobile phone "swipe elite plus" was exclusively available on flip kart, i had no review of the product earlier, as the product was just launched on june.

          In reply to my request on 9th june, i was told that i will be notified within 2 days. After 4 days, when i again reminded them about the issue, they simply reverted me with the email that the seller has disapproved my request. Later on contacting them via phone, their lines are constantly not reachable.

          On writing to them again about my issue on - [protected]@flipkart.com, the email also gets bounced back!

          It's my hard earned money (Rs.6999/-) and these guys just end the topic with a simple sorry!

          Would request you to please look into the matter, and the do the needful asap.

            Dear team,
            I have purchased l'oreal paris kajal pack of 3 from flipcart order number od[protected], first time when i ordered the product, the seal was open, so i returned the products 2nd time when i got the product, again the seal was open for all the 3 packs, then i took to the shop and check with the original l'oreal paris kajal then i found it was duplicte product. Please replace it.

I facing problem with this mobile as it is network problem and the handset will not working properly.                 I've bought intex cloud m6 phone 5 months ago with a warranty of 1 year but within 5 months it has created many problems such as it's battery was damaged and it's software is not responding and phone is not starting on.I then went to the intex company for repairs but the repairer said that it is totally damaged and throw it.So please repair my phone or replace it!!!

                    Dear sirs,

                    I want to make a high level complaint against flipkart. I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 03/06/2016. They have told me that it will be delivered on or before 14/06/2016.
                    I was not ready to wait so long. Hence, i called to cancel the order or to check if i can get it delivered early. The advisor promised me that it will be delivered on 10/06/2016.
                    I have waited for all day. However, the mobile is not delivered. I called again and they requested to wait till 14/06/2016.
                    I have raise complaint twice by calling. However, no one has contacted me. Now, after waiting for 11 days and wasting hours over the phone, they are telling that the product is out of stock and asking me wait again. They are still not telling the delivery date. I want them to compensate me for the inconvenience caused and the time i have wasted with this useless company.

                        I have place an order for study table thro flipkart online vide order no.[protected]. I have recd kosmo study table on 02.06.16. But i am unsure the date on which instllaion of study table will happen... The company has promised me to install the same on various dates but the latest date they promised on 11th june by mr. Ravindran of call centre, but till today no response or any feedback from the company. The flipkart has received full money for the said study table.

                            Ordered the case after receiving it I tried to put it on the phone it was bigger than the phone the case was not for lenovo vibe p1m
                            Bad delivery
                            Wrong case for lenovo vibe
                            Very disappointed
                            And after receiving it thought of refunding it
                            They said (sorry no refund available for this product)
                            Wasted my money
                            And waste of time

                              It’s regarding my recent purchase on flipkart. I had ordered an infocus 125.8cm (50) full hd led tv on 8th june to avail the best offer from flipkart. But i feel that flipkart is no more stable
                              Enough in providing proper support to the customers. I have been seeing a
                              Lot many issues after unit delivery and there is no proper resolution yet.
                              I am forced to take the help of consumer complaints forum. Please help me on this.

                              Summary:

                              Tv unit problem: i am getting humming sound from tv out jack when connect to
                              External speakers. No solution yet and they are simply cancelling and delaying the replacement request. This item is listed under 30 days replacement category just to fool the customers. As they are not accepting the replacement request even the tv is faulty from the day of installation and delivery.
                              Other issue is tv is coming with 2year extended warranty* offer till 15th june" which is nowhere listed on warranty card or on invoice. As per flipkart customer care suggestion when
                              I called infocus customer care they said we are providing only one year
                              Default warranty and incase flipkart is giving this, it should be mentioned
                              On warranty card. They are directory cheating the indian customer.

                                  I have ordered InFocus M680 on 8th June, 2016. I am not satisfied with the product quality. InFocus M680 having 13MP Rear & front camera. But the quality of images is not even of 5MP, I am not happy with the product quality.

                                  Spending 8999/- on InFocus M680 is not a good deal. There are many more good options in the same range I would like to prefer Redmi Note 3 by spending 3000/- more rather of wasting 8999/- on InFocus M680.

                                  Product is in unused, undamaged, factory conditions. Even the seal of the box is not broken with undetached tags and all accessories.

                                  Mobile category comes under 10 Days Return Period after Delivery. Kindly arrange the return for the product.

                                  I prefer to buy from shopclues.com rather then Flipkart.com atleast they having good after sale services.

                                    I placed order for a lava cdma phone. Third day after receiving phone it started saying no signals. Then blank screen. Called customer service to return order they said won't return. But would do troubleshoot. Advisor said just to switch off/on. Phone started working. But on the 8th day phone stopped permanently. It turned off and never started. Called customer service but got no help. Then took it to lava service center where they said the phone is out of warranty as its already opened and the phone seal is broken. We then realised that a screw of phone is missing. This is pathetic. Can you imagine flipkart sold me a used phone. Now i won't ever trust flipkart. This phone is now of no use and my money got wasted. But i got a lesson and now will never buy from flipkart and i urge everyone to blacklist flipkart.

                                      My name is shrinivas bhandari, this complaint regarding the cashback offer on flipcart where they had mentioned that within 3 months the cash back will happed. But the same didnt happened and when mailed to them revert received as we will not addressed post 10th may 2016.

                                      Am suprised that the time which you had mentioned for cashback that didnt happened but when we called for it post the date.. Then we get revert will not entertain for it.

                                        I brought a redmi note 3 mobile online from flipkart on 2nd june 2016 which do have a 30 days return policy and now am suffering from various issues. First of all i got used product as there were tiny scratches and with in a
                                        the proximity sensor of the mobile start to not work properly. the phone screen light will turn off when i make a call and it wont turn if even if i press any of the buttons so i wont be able to do anything until the call has been disconnected from the other end. addition to that the finger print sensor also not working properly. i have registered a complaint in their site also requested a replacement as am not able to use this mobile and despite the 30 days return policy they rejected my request. as this mobile i brought to gift someone it brought be ashame and guilty.
