I had ordered a mobile phone on flipkart.com. I received my order on 8th june 2016, and on 9th june, i requested them to cancel my order and get my money refund. This was because the handset was getting terribly hot in just 10 minutes of its usage, and also there was a display issue.
Since this mobile phone "swipe elite plus" was exclusively available on flip kart, i had no review of the product earlier, as the product was just launched on june.
In reply to my request on 9th june, i was told that i will be notified within 2 days. After 4 days, when i again reminded them about the issue, they simply reverted me with the email that the seller has disapproved my request. Later on contacting them via phone, their lines are constantly not reachable.
On writing to them again about my issue on - [protected]@flipkart.com, the email also gets bounced back!
It's my hard earned money (Rs.6999/-) and these guys just end the topic with a simple sorry!
Would request you to please look into the matter, and the do the needful asap.
