I have oder ikall k42 model from flipkart and i oder for black piece on day off oder when i recivee it it was of red colour but which do not matter mee as much but have some software issues the phone cant able to charge other phoneand network issues on sim soo on that shamee day i request for return and i call to coustumer care they approved it all was going good as easy but it was long proceer but on day of replace ment they check my phone and on that courier boy phone they info was diffrent from my original product soo hee refuse too takw myy replacement but its not my problem its thier retailers problem hee sent me wrong product and bill which both dont match and due too this i am help less u am trying my best and dont know how much time it will take more. I relly got frustated bcoz its more than 20 days. I am strugling for this product what kind of service is this they make me fell like criminal bcoz i truley dont know whats going on as if i change the product and trying to give another and making fool is this a kind off joke it reuien my expriencee of online shooping bcoz its just wastee my 20days + more. For single product if it take long i am gone complain a Case to company bcoz its matter of my degnity

    Flipkart is fooling customers by selling the product at higher price .I just had an experience of what flipkart does, i bought a pair of sandals

    The real price of the product is rs 299 and it is already printed on the sandals but still what we as a customer see is its price 1299 with 69% off n we get it at rs 445 . This is how flipkart is fooling there customers ... I strictly want to complain about this i am also attaching a photo showing the real price that is written on the sandals.

      I delivered this letv1s mobile on 10may 2016 since I m using this mobile I can't receive any what's app massages can't download any app on play store even with WiFi.I called customer care of letv they told contact to vodafone Sim provider while Vodafone gallery told that go to mobile company as it has any issue in it.I tried my best to return this mobile to flipcart but I can't return it as mine account is changed even my mobile nos also changed in flipkart account. I called up to Flipkart customer care I didn't got any response as there is electronic recording from customer care.pls help me out I want my money back

        They are least bother about customer complaints. I have complained more than 5 times in the last 3 weeks about the new moto g turbo phone overheating issue. They checked my phone remotely with one of their apps. Even after the phone crossed 45 degree on their app, the didn't accept it. Finally after repeated complains, they sent me an email saying that they would accept if i send them a screenshot when phone goes beyond 45 degree celcius, at time upto 46 degree celcius as well. I sent them three screenshots. Now they are telling me that i have used a third party software for the screenshot and i should rather use a code to know the battery temperature and send them the screenshots again.

        Why didn't they tell me about the code from the first day? This is ridiculous and irresponsible of them. I need a full refund as well as they are liable to apologize publicly for the harassment i have faced since last 3 weeks.

          Order was placed through flipkart on 5th may for tommy hilfiger th1791206j watch - for women, for the amount of: 9000 rs, order id: od[protected]. The parcel got delivered on 12th may. But the parcel which got delivered was a empty parcel and on the same day the complaint was logged with flipkart as well email was sent to them along with the snap of the worst packing i have seen from flipkart and on 15th may i got a call from flipkart that they will not be able to help me with the replacement or refund. And when asked the escalation officer (Veena) what are the investigation done and what is your findings she was clueless and bluntly told on my face that she does not have any report of the investigation her job is only to call the customer and inform about the complaint status and when asked for the manager she refused to transfer the call. When i informed her that as a customer i need to know what was the investigation done and why it was rejected she kept on saying that she do not have any update on the same and we can't help. I never thought that flipkart has come to a position that they started begging/looting the money by the name of business. Flipkart you should be ashamed of doing this sort of business with the hard earned money of customers. If you are really sort of money ask us and we will give it to you as charity to run your business shop. But not by cheating customers. And on top of that they have blocked my account stating there many returns in my account and as per knowledge out of 120+ orders i have placed i had hardly returned 20 orders either due to replacement not available or quality issue.

            They have delievered to my adress earlier. and now they are informing no delievery even i cannot go and collect from there office.
            All these after tracking online and after my call to their office, no communication or message about delievery
            This happened in alleppey, kerala, india.
            I will file a case in consumer court.

              I had raised a request for returning my Huawei Honor 5X phone, it was requested on 24th April, 2016. flipkart accepted it and told reverse pick up will be done but till today they are calling and continuously playing with date by postponing.. they are calling and telling tomorrow day after tomorrow likewise, No one has come and picked up.

              And also when i try their customer care ...they did not respond well ...
              When i placed order of my product, they didnt tell that they cant deliver the product on the pincode provided by me..then after shipping and today morning they send me a message that my order has been cancelled, bcoz they cant deliver it in the pincode address given by me... They didnt try to refund me..
              Please provide the delivery of LeEco le 1s in aligarh(uttar pradesh) and noida sector 2.

              After lodging a complaint, i got a phone call saying that they are from consumer authority, and she said she is going to refund and later they take money from flipkart with the pressure from their end.. And she asked me i am doing card 2 card transfer and asked all details of my card, cvv all.. I told it's for debiting know why are u asking these for crediting!!? Then she said no sir trust me, it's a government call it's recorded and nothing will happen and said hesitatingly, she said please confirm the otp to confirm she said i told the otp... Money find film my account... What the where we have to go..

                I am extremely disappointed to inform you that that made the mistake of buying a samsung galaxy s7 edge on march 12, 2016 through flipcart under the scheme to get a gear vr free alongwith the phone. The flipcart order number od[protected] dated march 12, 2016.

                Now when i tried to get the gear vr, he has got a coupen (Code vr2303chcd59ppqy) in the my galaxy app for 50% discount on gear vr, as against 100% which on promised when we bought the phone.
                I then called the samsung helpline number on my galaxy app at[protected] and was informed that there is an error made by the galaxy department and i should send an email to this e mail id.

                Several reminders on facebook and twitter have fallen to deaf ears. After making many effort, was able to get through to samsung’s so called ceo’s office through email id and there has not been any response for last few weeks. I challenge anyone to find out any email id of any samsung personnel.

                Both samsung and flipcart will tell you that they will call you and they expect the customer to be available whenever they call. When you ask them to correspond on email, they will not respond. Surprising isn’t it.
                Now samsung has launched gear vr at rs. 990 with its galaxy phone which again is a sham and i am sure no one will get anything.

                This is a huge mistake committed by samsung which is hurting your brand and image big time. Do you expect the customers to have so much time to keep chasing and writing emails for something that they are entitled to get. Can you not check internally and find out customers who paid and bought the phone during the scheme period irrespective of the channel and make sure that an appropriate discount coupen (100% of 50%) is provided to them. It is really surprising to see samsung carry out such a big blunder with its brand.

                Earlier last month, i visited samsung retail shop at linking road, bandra (West) to get this sorted out and learnt that it was shop operated by a franschisee called ssk retail. The senior most person at the store named shahnawaz khan informed me that he was not able to help and advised me to write an email to samsung and flipcart. He also informed me that if we had bought the phone from the shop instead of flipcart, he would have resolved the issue. This is ridiculous. Is this is the case, then why is samsung selling the device through e comm channel.

                I for sure am going to think twice before buying into any samsung product or promise henceforth. To top it all, i am told that it was a mistake (I) to buy on flipcart and not on ssk retail and (Ii) by samsung but i will have to write an email to make them realise that and get my due.

                A highly irritated and aggrieved customer of samsung and flipcart.

                  My self praveen kumar and i boughat a mobile phone frome flipcart by paying 12999 rupes.First time he send me a empty parcel then i complane to flipcart regarding issu, then they provide me a replacement and i accepted the replacement product in condision that is same day delivery because tomorrow i went to kolkatta doning my some urgent word .Now i have not recive any courier call for deliver then i call the coustmer acutive to cancle my order because i am not avillable on my location and they cancle the order but they didn't refund my amount.They told me that there is a heigh no of returns so i didn't fullfill my request.Now sir flipcart took my money and my product both they have to return my money because i already pay for the product earlier but they didn't return my money.please solve my problem

                    Now the problem is the phone in low sound, when i using the internet on mobile it is hanging and hanging.the mobile is struck also.
                    i remove my battery and reset my battery on phone then it is working.

                        Hi,

                        I have placed an order of iphone SE and i have received iphone 5s. Which are identical but the price and features are different.

                        As per them the account has been freezed due to high number of returns. I have total 15 orders and only 2 were returned. 1 because of poor quality and another due to partial products. 2 were cancelled before delivery.

                        How the account can be blocked if the acceptance% is 77%.

                        They are sending wrong products and not entertaining the complaints.

                          Now I realized the Flipkart may be delivered used mobile for the the mobile is not functional after 1 year.

                              It is of my utter frustration and ridiculous that flipkart lacks in service with analysts uneducated to their own system. They several times assured to resolve the subject line issue in 24 hours. Last of all agreed to seven days tenure which passed on 12th. Even on 14th they do not even care for a call back to long pending issue. I am unable to start selling in flipkart as if I share the info that my product is in flipkart, people will try to search through search box and fail to find. It will be harassment for the buyers.

                              Ridiculous associates technically either lag or are careless to issue resolving. I doubt their capabilities.

I tracked the item and the item received at Alleppey Hub.The Alleppey Hub peoples simply cancelled the order without informing me . I received the message that the item cancelled when I am standing near that Hub. I asked the people about the reason. They telling that you will get the refund. The peoples in the Hub are very lazy to deliver items.

                                  I purchased said item thru flipkart online shopping on 19.01.2016.It is not getting charge . Since last three months i am trying to either replace or refund. Flipkart is just mentioning that we will get in touch with you. But till date no action or solution has been given.From the lenovo authorised service station it is come to know that, flipkart sold duplicate item as they were got about 06 complaint of the same serial numer item. Mail corresponance has been given to both . But both are not responding.

                                    We had ordered for 3 Asus mobile and 3 flipcover on Flipkart. Only 1 mobile and 1 flipcover is delivered. Payment is made for 3 mobiles and 3 flipcovers. On the packing the quantity mentioned is 3 mobiles and 3 flipcovers but the product is only 1. The invoice inside is for 1 product only and the buyer name is also different. Return our payment ASAP.

                                      I have purchased iball 3g q45 vide order od[protected] from flipkart whose seller is center 1, i have paid rs.4949/- for the product thru cod. When opened and on the product it was displaying 0% battery. Then i charged thru the given charger. After 1 hour also it was displaying 0% battery. Then i realised that the seller has dispatched a defective piece to me thru flipkart. I want my money back so that i can purchase a good one locally face to face with the seller. Here the seller is not known to me. Kindly refund my money back to my account b'cas i purchased from flipkart and flipkart itself is responsible for the refund payment. Don't make your words 'easy return/replace' only a myth.

                                        Maine spice boss silver order kiya tha, 219 mb storage wala or flipkart ne bheja black spice boss 9 kb internal storage.. or ab na replace kar rahe hai na refund kar rahe hai or jhuth bol rahe hai humne silver hi bheja hai...couruer wala pickup krne ata hai black colour dekh kar reject kar deta hai... flipkart wale bol rahe hai humne silver bheja tha silver hi lenge.. box me nilka black to silver knha se du.. phone ka imi no. bhi check kar liya hai unhone fir b black phone ki wajah se reject kar diya
