Respected sir,
I, dinesh kumar, purchased a bicycle “hero studd 26t 18 speed sprint sstd26bkgn02 road cycle” from filpkart online shopping website on 9th may 2016. Its product id is od[protected] and its price (Rs. 6516 with delivery charge) was paid through my icici net banking. I had purchased it as a birthday gift for someone. At booking time they assured me that they will deliver it at given mailing address (At hodal, district palwal, haryana).
Since 15th may 2016, i am communicating with their customer care executives and their seniors regularly for timely delivery and they assured me that till 16th may evening, you will receive product delivery, then they extended delivery date by 17th may evening, then again extended till 18th may evening, then till 19th may evening, but i did not receive my product so far.
Now after 10 days they are denying for delivery at given address and asking me to cancel your product booking. Several times i called their customer care executives (Nilesh, vijayalakshmi and many more) and their seniors (Upasana, prashant and vivek) and requested, but every time their reply was same “we will not deliver your product”. Their behavior was very rude and misleading.
They are neither delivering my product nor refunding my money. Now even they are not taking to me properly.
Flipkart and their team made me to suffer a mental harassment and huge time loss. I told them i would take legal action against you but their overconfident team replied me “you can take legal action we do not care”.
By this arrogant behavior they are making fun of customer and are doing unfair trade practices with customer. Is this the way flipkart is working nowadays, i feel cheated by flipkart.
Therefore, i, request you to take strict action against company so that they do-not harass again any customer in near future, besides it, i advice every customer to be careful about these type of online bogus companies like flipkart...
