I order a pair of van heusen shoes via order no.. Od[protected]. I was promised that i will be getting my order by 1st june. On the very same day i was informed by a cce named priyanka that i will not get the product due to some logistic issues. She further said that your order has been cancelled. I was shocked to hear this. I told her that this is not justified since i have managed to order that shoes on a discounted price, to which she said i can't help. Then i told her i will be moving to consumer court, to which she said we are not afraid of consumer court, do whatever you can, but ur order has been cancelled and you wont get the product. Now this is a sheer case of fraud, cheating, consumer misleading and mental harassment. I want the same pair of shoes at same price. Flipkart is a fraud company... Say no to flipkart

    I had purchased one mobile phone from flipkart. After receiving i found that the mobile phone has over heating and speaker problem
    I raised a request for replacement of the mobile phone. After 1day i received call form flipkart and i explained all the problems and the call was disconnected suddenly.
    I received a message stating that the conversation was not completed and again they will call me after 24hrs.
    Again i received a call on 03rd june 2016 and again the call was disconnected after explanation of my problems.
    And again i received same sms stating that conversation was incomplete and they will call me on4th june.
    I think they are playing with me and wasting my precious time.
    As per company policy they should return the material with in 30days.
    Please look into the issues and arrange for the replacement

      Hi my name is sagar maske.On 13 th may 2016 i bought fayon yellow feather earring from flipkart for 360rs.it a gift for my fiance .but when she opened it one earring is damanged so we returned the product on 19th may.i got message from flipkart refund will be in bank after 7 8 days.till now today is 3rd june there is no 360rs in bank.i also attached and send email a proper bank statement there is clearly written there is no refund of 360 rs . 5 6 times i called customer care they are only saying sorry we done our procedure we crediated the 360 rs .we dnt know what happen. Is between u and bank.its pathetic.never experianced this before from flipkart.i completly loosed trust on flipkart now. I raised a complained too they told me they are going to call me on 2nd june.still they are calling today is 4th june. I also called in my bank too they told me there is no money of rs 360 from flipkart.why they will lie??also have bank statement it saying same thing.but flipkart customer care people still not beliving in mee dnt know wh?? Why would i scam flipkart for 360 rs.????
      they telling me go and visit bank.i m in hyderbad and bank is in mumbai how can i go there ???

          I purchased a power bank (Qualitri m10400i-le1sj power bank 10400 mah) from flipkart with 10 days replacement guarantee. As per specification it has 10400 mah power backup but when i am using i have seen that actually it is less than 1000 mah. Fully charged 10400 mah power bank is completely draining out by recharging my 2500 mah battery maximum upto 25%. For that i have applied to return that item as still i am in 10 days replacement period. But they cancelled my return request.

              Dear sir,

              My complaint is pertaining to misguiding business malpractices done by flipkart.

              I have ordered asus zenfone max zc550kl mobile phone from flip kart on 26th may 2016 and which got delivered to me on 30th may 2016. My order id od[protected], on 30th may 2016 when i used this mobile phone and kept this phone for charging it took 7hr to get 100% charging. Normally it should get fully charged in 4 hrs.
              I raised my concern with flipkart for returning this mobile phone on 31st may 2016, i received reply from flipkart hat your refund request will be approved by 1st june 2016, however till today on 3rd june it is not approved and i got call from customer service team stating on 1st june 2016 stating that they will send engineer to check the phone and after that refund will be initiated.
              After so many follow up today on 3rd june 2016 flipkart engineer visited my place saying that he has received my complaint for battery draining, i clearly told him that my complaint is pertaining to charging not battery draining and said you have to keep your phone on charging for 6 to 7 hr and there is no solution for my complaint.
              I requested flipkart for returning this product & refund of my money which they are not accepting.
              I bought this product from flipkart because i saw their tv advertisement of easy return, but in my case and many other customer case this was not followed.

              I wants to return this product and wants refund of my money.

                I had ordered a samsung galaxy s5 on the 29th of may '16 which was to be delivered by 30th, order no. (Od[protected]. I got no call from any executive from flipkart and no one showed up at my place. I kept on calling daily from my reg. Mobile no. And got the same reply that it will be delivered in 24 hrs. And today on the 6th of june it got cancelled. I think if flipkart don't intend to deliver product they should'nt provide such a service at the first place. Moreover today on calling the customer service their executive ms. Sahara told me we can't help u with anything go ahead and place the order again. After a delay of 4 days i have to keep waiting for another 5 days. This was a bad experience from my side as i have been an old customer and i don't intend to shop from flipkart ever again!

                  This new product has some dark irremovable spots/scratches at the pack panel. Why would I accept this in a new phone. That too I have highlighted and placed the replacement request on the day itself the phone is delivered to me.

                  I purchased this product in an exchange of my Moto G phone with a very good condition. My point is that when they come to pick up the product they do a thourough check of the product if satisfied then only they will take up the old product. The same logic should be applied on a new product sold. Why a customer should accept the product if it has some defunct.

                  I raised the matter a couple of times but this got rejected by the flipkart team.

                      I ordered a shirt (Vvine party, casual short sleeve self design women's black top) medium size, on sun, 29th may'16. Received it on wed, 1st jun'16. But the shirt is a defected piece. 2 buttons of the shirt were already broken and 3rd button fell off in front of me.
                      When i went to return the product on flipkart site, the return button was disabled. I couldn't request for return or exchange of the product.

Its camera like painted something real visibility not coming compare to this its back camera front 5 mp is good .                               I am a registered seller on flipkart. I have been selling my products since past 3 months on flipkart. Initially when i started selling, my experience was good but soon it got bad and then worse. I got frustrated through an uncountable no of returns through flipkart. If i was to dispatch 10 products in a day, then i was getting 20 returns the same day. It was fine until I came to know that these flipkart fraudsters are deducting logistics cost and their own commission from the returning order. How is that possible when a product is not sold and is being returned?? So they have deducted all these charges from my account for no reason.

                              Now the water got over my head when i opened a fresh return that I received through flipkart. I am selling thread over this website. The customer took 3 spools of thread out of my box and returned the box. I mean this is open cheating and flipkart & its customers are thieves.

                              I recommend no one to sell on flipkart.com as you may get cheated, back stabbed and you will surely find yourself in big losses.

                                I am very disappointed with the service of flipkart. I previously also ordered one mobile from flipkart but that was perfect and service was also good.

                                But this time moto x play I got damaged, the sim is not detecting in either of slots. And service is also pathetic. It's been one week over my return request is not confirmed.

                                And you remove the direct option to call back to flipkart guys who came for delivery or pickup is another pathetic worst idea. Pick up guy called me and phone ring was for only 15 sec, after he didn't called 2nd time. Do you wanna take control on your customers. Where is customer experience now, now nothing is in customer's hand.

                                Do flipkart guys are so busy that they don't have a option to call 2nd time if somebody missed the call. Now nobody can sit for whole day and waiting flipkart's guy call.

                                  I purchased the honor mobile phone and i do not like that product, size, clour and over all i do like that product. I need refund. You can see how many mobile i purchased previously i did not have any issue. In this product i do not like this product.

                                  Kindly request you please refund. I have already raised the request but it is rejected.

                                  It is kind of harassment and made me crying. Please refund.

                                  If i will not get refund i will go to consumer Forum. I am the regular customer of Flipkart and you people are not helping me. I never ever thought such kind of service from Flipkart.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I am having worst experience with flipkart. The thing is that I placed order for "Apple 16 GB iPad Mini with Retina Display" which is at 90% discount rate(Dated on Wed, 11th May'16).Actual cost of the product is 23, 003Rs and offered value was 2203RS. I placed order without wasting time. I palced order for two product even call me for confirmation. I confirmed that I placed order twice for "Apple 16 GB iPad Mini with Retina Display" and my order was approved from flipkart on the same day.
                                    But dated[protected] I got mail from flipkart that saying one of "Apple 16 GB iPad Mini with Retina Display" cancelled by giving me foolish reason. At the time of placing order, product was available and I already provided confirmation for the same. There were no terms and condition for placing order. There is no seller policy defined. I was able to place as many order as I can.
                                    So how can flipakrt cancel the order and say " due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your Order ".If this is the case they have to mention this thing on product page "one product one account" but there is no such policy and mentioned there and one more thing I Placed order on 11-May-2016 and on 31-May-2016 flipkart canceled both the order. If this the case Flipkart has to intimate me immediately that only one customer allowed to place order but you haven’t. Instead of that flipkart called me for confirmation that I placed order for same product twice or not? I gave confirmation that I want both product and then flipkart approved it. This is totally bad business tactics and fooling customer. This is again the same thing which we had faced during Big billon Day. Such thing not expected from such a big e-Commerce giant.
                                    When I contacted flipkart they said it was technical error and denied it to deliver product at discounted price. How it can be technical error while in cancellation mail it is clearly mentioned that “However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel”, which clearly shows it’s not an error from flipkart .flipkart done this intentionally and nowadays this is e-commerce sites tactic by giving huge discount and cancelling order by giving foolish reason.

                                    So I request you to please take action against Flipkart e-tailor site so it will not happen in future and not make consumer fool and I wanted the product for which I placed order at discounted rate.

                                    I have already documented mails, invoice slip, snapshot, recorded call with flipkart executive for the same. If want more information feel to contact me.

                                      I had purchased one water purifier "eureka forbes aquasure amrit 20 l water purifier" on 18 may, 2016 1:28 pm as per my flipkart order id: "od[protected]". At first as per their confirmation, they have provided me the delivery date by sat, 21st may' 2016. But i didn't got product on that day. Again they had provided me a new date that you will get product by 25th may' 2016. But after dropped a complaint mail they had delivered their product on sunday evening 22nd may' 2016. Even they hadn't delivered their product on home, they had delivered on road far from home. Since it was big box, we had done the receiving signature &received it. When we unpacked this box at the home, we found it is faulty & some parts are broken. Same day i had again launched a order for replacement & got two more ids: replacement (Return id:[protected] & return id:[protected]. Finally they have given their feed back "we're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request. Reason : we have provided you with an alternative return as per policy. Please refer to flipkart return policy". I want to file a complaint against flipkart for cheating & giving mental harassment to me & my family. They are playing a fake adds on tv channels that they will replace product easily.

                                      Issue is addressed.
                                      They became big cheater now a days, for such things always visit local vendor.
                                      No customer support when you are cheated by their seller or by themselves.

                                        Please help.

                                        During their offer period 25-27 may, i ordered some items combining to have cart value more than of 5999 to have offer of citi bank 10% cashback.
                                        But now flipkart seller cancelled one item and total value down to 5999, now flipkart saying that my purchase is not eligible for cashback as total cart value is less than 5999.

                                        But in this case they cancelled item its not due to me, it seems they are cheating customer by cancelling item to make not eligible for offer.

                                        Please help what to do.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Why customer have to loose when there has no cancellation from customer and you and your seller cancel item to make customer not eligible for applicable offer.
