I have given my xiaomi handset mi4 in the service centre as a yellow spot was being displayed on the the screen. I have given the handset in the service centre as i had the warantee of one year. It has been almost two months and yet they have not returned my handset. So i request you that please handover my handset to me as fast as possible beacause i m fed calling in the service centre. Please take some action as fast as possible. So that we customers dont face any problem ahead in buying any products from flipkart.

      On 26/02/2016, i bought chess board with a order id od[protected]. I made this purchase at online with cash on delivery. I have received the product on 01/03/2016 and i made the payment of rs.695/-.
      Unfortunately, the product mrp (Maximum retail price) written on product is rs.422/- that is chess board of rs.150/- & chess piece of rs.272/-. And flipkart are showing on their site that mrp of the product is more that rs.1, 200/- and they are giving discount to us. For all this they charged me rs.695/- (Rs.595 for chess & rs.100/- is shipping charges).
      In this regard i have complained them twice (On 28/03/2016 by mail on [protected]@flipkart.com & second by registered ad on flipkart internet private limited, vaishnavi summit, ground floor, 7th main, 80 feet road, 3rd block, koramangala industrial layout, bangalore - 560034) but haven’t yet received any reply from them.
      Please help me to get justice for this.

      Respected Sir/ Madam,
      I am receiving mail from Flipkart from dated 3 June 2016 that “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 03 Jun, 6:00 PM. for resolving problem” from 3 June 2016 they are sending me the same mail and saying that they will resolve this on next day that is 4 June, 5 June but still they don’t resolve the problem.
      It can be observe that Flipkart intentionally delaying this matter.
      I have mailed this on 28/03/2016 at [protected]@flipkart.com & also done the Registered AD at their address on 05/50/2016 (Flipkart Internet Private Limited, Vaishnavi Summit, Ground Floor, 7th Main, 80 Feet Road, 3rd Block, Koramangala Industrial Layout, Bangalore – 560034).
      It might be shown as they are not interested in resolving this thing.
      I request you to help me on this.

        I have ordered an ac through flipkart with order no:order id - od[protected]
        Product - hitachi 1.2 tons 5 star split ac copper

        I have received the above mentioned product a week ago. The same was notified to flipkart the same date. Since then we don't have any update on the availability of the technician. Every time we ask we receive a mail saying that the issue is escalated to concerned team and requires 2 days time to resolve. Please note that without updating the delivery of item into ur database, flipkart is bluffing the customers. Pls note that if flipkart intends to have long term business, customer relationships is quite necessary.
        As i couldn't attach invoice, pls consider this as a matter o[censored]rgency and sort out my issue.

          I purchases a honar 4x mobile form flipkart on 11/05/2016 order number od[protected], on 29/05/2016 i face lots of issue with this hand set so i put replacement request, as per flipkart customer care conversation they told they send there technician to my location and they come and check my product after that only they can go for replacement, but 1 day over no response form flipkart, they i call customer care 31/05/2016 by 8:33pm they also not provide me proper information about replacement, they told if you unhappy with service's then you can deactivate account we dont have any issue, this the service's flipkart offering to customer such a useless

            I had given my complaint before i had ordered a panasonic led tv 19 inches n found it to small.N want to exchange it by 22 which was denied by ur executive ms anjali. Then same day i was called from filpkart no [protected] informed me to order a fresh tv what so ever i want n make payment of differnce amt. I ordered 22 samsung but delivery person was not ready to make it so n took the tv back. Now my request is if not possible in policy please cancel my order of panasonic 19 n pay me back rather than boiling blood.               I have ordered (Order no od[protected] samsung galaxy s7 on the flipkart app on 28 may 2016 and the product was supposed to be delivered on 29 may 2016 while it didn't. When i contacted the customer care on 29 may, i was told that they the product will be delivered on priority within 48 hours and that i can expect the delivery by 31 may 2016. I still hadn't received the product by then and when i contacted the customer care, i was given the same textbook reply that the issue will be attended to within 48 hours. This is such a pathetic response from flipkart which is unexpected of a company like this.

              I have ordered this product to gift to someone special and flipkart betrayed the trust. When flipkart can't deliver on time, it should not make fake promises.

                I have ordered a lenovo vibe k5 plus phone on march 25th and here is my order number od[protected]. It has been three months now after i am using the mobile, the product was good in the first and second month and on third month the surface of the touch screen mobile stopped working and even the rear camera is not working properly the images are not clear at all, the rear camera is in worst condition the pictures taken through it are coming as blurred images...                   Now, they are not ready to reactivate my flipkart seller account. I have also taken loans to sell product on online on flipkart. You should take strict action again flipkart & tell him to reactivate my flipkart selling account again.

Following documents are acceptable to show that you are selling genuine products: 1. Authorization letter from the brand. 2. Purchase invoice from authorized dealer.

                  Ditto! Same with us. We only seller genuine products typically sourced through authorized channels and one product saw 4 fraudulent returns and after escalating to Flipkart about these frauds, they neither reimbursed our cost due to these fraudulent returns nor we are aware of any action taken against these fraudulent buyers (they want 5 fraudulent orders from the same buyer, seriously!). And instead they asked for invoice of the product which we duly furnished of the authorized distributor for a product which comes with 10 years Brand Warranty which anyone can validate. They kept asking for invoices of all other products they randomly blocked suspecting them to be fake (for no apparent reason like this one) and now when we don't have all the invoices handy during the lockdown, they have suspended our account suggesting that our invoice has failed validation. When asked WHY, no response and instead they deleted the case itself from the system (atleast not visible to us anymore!)

                  Writing to Sachin and Binny didn't trigger any response either and cshead only create cases promising to revert in 24 hours which never comes. Mindless and hopeless, abusive behaviour from absolutely incompetent staff of Flipkart

                    On 25 may, 2016 i purchased a leco tv smart phone via flipkart. I was lured by the low price in addition to some crazy offers, like a 10% cash back on citi cards, free headphones, a free back cover and free membership.

                    I have now received the order and see a phone and a cover, what about the headphones? I got in touch with flipkart and they abruptly contact me back and advise, the offer was never for 4 items, just one. So, in case i have received the headphones will i not receive the cash back?

                    This is crazy stuff with the main intention of fooling people. It is either flipkart or leco have lost it or blackmarketing. I have attached 2 print screens, which show the 4 offers. At no place does it state, you will only get only 1 thing

                      This was placed on 25th may 2016 during the flipkart sale days.
                      After ordering, i got the tracking id fmpp[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by 28th may 2016.

                      On 28th eve, message was received that there is a delay in processing your order, it will be delivered by 31st may 2016.

                      On 30th may 2016, at 15:30 hrs, i got a mail that the refund has been processed for above order id

                      On 30th may 2016 at 16:21 hrs, i got a mail that your shipment will be delivered to your doorstep by the date promised.
                      Then again at 16:55 hrs, i got a mail your shipment is not delivered due to incomplete address, hence we had to cancel this order. Ifyou still want to purchase the product, you place a new order. Your refund has been processed.

                      This was not the first time i was getting any courier at the provided address. I receive all my couriers here only without any issues. And moreover, flipkart too had delivered at the same address previously now they are saying that the address is incomplete.
                      If they had any issue in locating the address, there was a contact number also provided. Why din’t they bother to call at that number and asked for the address clarification.

                      Flipkart simply cancelled the order without even asking the customer. If we were having so much of time, then obviously i would have gone to the store and purchased the product. Why would i have bothered to order it online.

                      I wrote a mail to flipkart after getting this mail and the reply simply was you have to place the order again if you want to buy the product, three mails i wrote and for each mail i got the same revert. They dint even look what is written in the mail.
                      I called up at customer care. There the executive was also repeating the same thing, somehow he arranged a call back and i got a call from bangalore num [protected]. They also kept on repeating the same thing.
                      When i asked that how will you ensure the delivery of the product at the same address when you have just returned it. They have no answer for that.
                      I bought this product during sale when there was a 10% cashback, they are not ready to give that cashback to me saying it was a limited period offer. Moreover, the product i got was at the price of rs. 6899/-, now if i have to buy it, its available at the price of 7499/-.

                      Flipkart is not at all keen on resolving the issues they themselves have created. If this sale was some kind of a gimmick, that they take the orders, then they cancel it at their own wish without even asking the customer.
                      This is highly unethical at their part.

                          I purchased letv le 1s mobile in feb 02, 2016 flash sale on flipkart. The *axis bank cashback offer with debit card or credit cards* was associated with this flash sale under which 10% cashback amount is suppose to be credited in axis bank account by april 2016.

                          I have used *axis bank debit card* to complete this order and to avail this offer as per term and conditions mentioned in offer on flipkart site. Till today no amount is credited in bank account associated with used *axis bank debit card.*

                          I discussed with flipkart customer care, they are saying '10% cashback on axis bank credit or debit card' offer was not available with first flash sale of letv le 1s mobile on feb 02, 2016 for which i made this purchase. This is totally wrong.

                          This was a well known offer and people were awaiting for this flash sale. This flash sale and axis bank offer with this sale was so popular that it was discussed on many online platform, news channel and news websites such as ndtv, indian express websites.

                          I registered my complaint with flipkart but now they are not entertaining my problem by saying "any query regarding the program will be entertained until may 10 2016. Post such date, flipkart internet pvt. Ltd will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this program from any persons".
                          Even tho this date was not mentioned in their offer.

                            Dear sir\ Madam,

                            On 10th May 2016 I wrote to you a detailed and long letter to bring home to you that for the last few months, the payments you made to me against the sales of my products, books in my case, caused a heavy damage to my business. Your mode of payments violated every norm of business, infringing upon common sense and justice. For example against a Rs. 150.00 book more often than not, you pay me around Rs. 22. You did not show the least of courtesy to give a reply of my letter. I know fully well that you are not a half-witted fellow. You know publishing a book involves costs of production, royalty to the author, establishment costs and in your case packaging and stationery costs, too. The price of a book is determined by taking all these expenditures into consideration. But to my utter dismay I discovered that for the last few months you have started, in the name of a bogus “ Market Place Fees” deducting a huge amount of money, very often almost 80% of the price of a book. Then you go on deducting service charges. S.B. charges etc., leading at times to a negative value of a book e.g. against the sale of a Rs. 150 book I, instead of getting a single paise, have to give you Rs. 1 or 2 on the contrary. What is the logic? What is the rationale behind this arbitrary, nay, the fraudulent “Settlement”? What appeared to me to be more treacherous is that you started with reasonably fair payments for the first few months of my business with you, only to lure me into the den of a shark hidden behind the façade of the flamboyant name of your big business. As of now, I am not in a mood to accept this gross exploitation and duping lying low.

                            During the last four months, i.e., from Dec. ’15 to March ’16, I have incurred a loss of Rs.20, 676.00, details of which were placed before you in my previous letter sent to you and which you kept on ignoring, standing, as it were, on the height of your pedestal. Under the circumstances, however, I ask for the total indemnity within 15 days from to-day. And if you fail in this, I will ----

                            1. Put up a litigation in an appropriate court or forum against your company,

                            2. organize a Press Conference in New Delhi where my major author Taslima Nasrin will speak to expose the misdeeds of your company.

                            3. spread the news of your malpractices in social media (Nasrin has lakhs of followers), electronic and print media to alert your prospective sellers.

                            I deem it my social responsibility to save my fellow citizens. If, on the other, hand, you pay me the compensation, I am ready to resume my business with you basing on terms and conditions agreed upon by both o[censored]s.

                              I ordered a backpack from flipkart on dated 24may 2016. They provide me a delivery date which is 28 may 2016 for the delivery after not getting the product i called customer care, again they provide me a new date. After waiting whole day when i had not received, i again called they again promise me for next day, then again waiting for whole day i still not get my order. They are telling me for wait some more days.
                              By the false promises of the company i suffered mental stress and loss of time.

                                  Hi team i'm extremely disappointed with such a kind of service. I have been regular customer for flipkart. I had order leeco phone vide order no. Od[protected] on 3rd of may. On may 9 i got my order and on 29 may i got the replacement and i started using phone but couldn't figure it with the qualities and specifications, from 1 st day phone was heating and phone tempreatur goes very high on charging and 10 to 15 minutes continous use,. I am not able use the phone due to heating problem.
                                  I have request for return the product vide return id:[protected] dated 30/05/2016 before expiry of flipkart advantage and i want a refund but i am not getting support from flipkart.

                                    I'm extremely disappointed with such a kind of service. I have been regular customer for flipkart. I had order LeEco phone vide order no. OD[protected] on 12th of May. on 18th may I got my order. I started using phone but couldn't figure it with the qualities and specifications, from 1 st day phone was heating and phone tempreatur goes to 40 to 48'c, after 5-6 days phone taking restart automatically. i am not able to talk with this phone due to heating problem.
                                    i have request for return the product vide Return ID:[protected] dated 30/05/2016 before expiry the period of return policy.I simply want to return my product as they claim in their return policy that if the product is not as per the expectation then also they will take it back and return policy will be applicable and will refund the money. So, i want to return the product and my money back in my account.

                                      We have faced below issues.
                                      1. We are not interested to receive product and cancel button is not enable to cancel the order.
                                      2. We have sent an email to flipkart team, there is no responce for that.
                                      3. We denied order to receive product from seller. They updated status as "delivered product" without receiving product.
                                      4. We have made a call multiple times to flipkart customer care. They just managing by various reasons like product will be not cancel-able etc.
                                      5. It took nearly 2 months, product not cancelled and money is not refunded.
                                      6. Flipkart customer care response is not good and cancelling the call in between conversations.
                                      7. There is no cancellation/return is enabled. Simply blaming customers with cheap techniques.

                                      we have received a call from 8067985000, 8046605900, they are not ready to cancel the product/ refund the amount. Even they agree with status of delivery which updated mistakenly as "Delivered" without delivering the product to customer

                                        This is to bring in your kind notice that i have ordered a leeco le 1s eco handset from a reputed brand “flipkart” but very sorry to say that i have a worst experience from both ur delivery and customer care care services….. Your company have picked my handset imei number and offered me exchange offer with “ x” value but really to sorry to say that at the time of delivery ur e-kart executive revaluated my handset again??? And denied to handover me my goods and said company had given u wrong offer!!! And after my written complaint on ur website, your two of the senior members assured me that ur goods have been reshippen and u will receive the same within next 24 hrs…. Now really shocked to see that they have cancelled my order and issued refund of my goods…whereas i have not requested for any refund???

                                        What is this sir??? Not expected from such a brand.

                                        Would request you to pl help me in delivey of my goods…. Its already too late.
