They had delivered empty box and now not refunding my hard earned 24900/-.. [protected].. I placed order on 10 june & delivery was expected on 17 th june but got product on 27th june.. Everytime i called for status they said you were not available at home or your number was not reachable.. And when product got delivered on 27 th i got a used pair of shoes in place of camera.. Od[protected]..

What the f... K. I lost my hard earned money to these guys and now they are giving me a new date everytime.. I had contacted some where about 30 times to customer care team but they are so reluctant to understand the problem and gives a new date like our judiciary & now got a call today that my request has been rejected...

    I bought mobile Moto E(2nd Gen) 3G.

    Invoice date: 22, 07, 2015
    Total cost : Rs 6999.
    This handset is not working properly. The screen of the handset is not displaying and getting switch off after sometimes. This problem is once resolved by the service center dehradun. Now i m not finding any service center in dehradun of Motorola Co. The warranty period is one year so the warranty period is still valid. Please kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      I have received the following mail from flipkart & now they have blacklisted me. Now they have cancelled my return request as there was a issue with the product & they have a replacement policy for 10days. Apart from this there was no communication from their end.

      So if raising a complaint can lead to blacklisted then the entire customer should be blacklisted.

        Bought a laptop in flipkart and delivered the laptop on 30th june 2016 and found it is damaged and raised a complaint immediately.

        The return policy says replacement will provided with in 10 days only. today is 5th day.

        They are postponing everyday to provide the replacement saying supplier rejected the request.

        I am not with the way of approach by flipkart. please kindly help me to get the refund from flipkart.

        The issue is not resolved, They said we will be refund with in 8 working days, once we pick up part (Order)the . Daily i am getting message today we will pick the part in the morning, i have applied leave and waiting for pickup. but in the night i received message, today we have attempted to pickup but failed sorry, we will pickup tomorrow before 7 PM. they given contact number in the message i have tried to reach it will connect to the IVR and then it will be disconnected.

        Today is 8th day i have lost the hope really they will pickup. i need help from consumer complaints

          I had ordered a router and it was scheduled to be delivered today i.e., 4th july. the executive gives a missed call at 7.15 and then i receive a message the executive was unable to reach. now his phone is switched off. they also do not have any proper time to deliver. should we wait entire day leavig our job to sit and check delivery?
          This is not the first time and has been happening to me or my friends almost every time. if your executives are that inefficient to deliver an item then do not write an expected date while buying a product.
          Now i know why people are preferring amazon and others over this damn flipkart. worst service!!!

          P.s.:- executives are entitled to deliver an item as scheduled. if they cannot for their own reasons, they do not have the right to harass the customers.

          Flipkart WS Retail is the fraud seller. They are showing their products with attractive offers but when I placed the orders they canceled that orders every time.
          I strongly recommend that don't buy anything from Flipkart.

            I had purchased aquaguard enhance ro from flipkart and the shipment was delivered on 28 june 2016. (order id - od[protected]. on 2nd july the engineer from aquaguard came for installation, and it was intimated by him that the aquaguard enhance ro will not work as the water tds level is low, he advised to replace the purifier with model uv/uf.

            On same day i contacted flipkart toll free number they advised me to place a return request for aquaguard enhance ro and place the new order for aquaguard enhance uv+uf. it was assured that the aquaguard enhance ro will be taken back. i got a mail with return request id[protected]
            Based on the assurance given by the flipkart, i placed the order for aquaguard enhance uv+uf and the item is already dispatched.
            I got a call on 04th july from flipkart, stating that the return policy does not allow to take back the earlier delivered item - aquaguard enhance ro
            Now i am stuck with two water purifiers aquaguard enhance ro (which was not installed still in packed condition) and aquaguard enhance uv+uf, resulting in loss of rs.11, 999/-
            Please help with the return of aquaguard ro and refund of money.

            I have recieved a damaged mobile and when i complaint about this product, they promised me for the pickup of the product but it was not done and later on they said that they cant arrange any pickup of the product.

              Flipkart had an iphone 6 on sale for 750/-. I made the order with 100/- extra for shipping and they cancelled the order after 1 week stating that there was high demand. Then they shouldn't be allowed to post at such rates! Their website's slogan says 'every order a wish to be fulfilled‎'. If so, they should keep a check on their website and not let sellers with fake accounts post such deals and disappoint customers! I want some sort of justice here!

                I ordered one mobile today; refer the order id. And I am aware that there is no issue with my address as I've received multiple items to the same items, and also I used to check the delivery area coverage before ordering any item. But now, I received an email like, it got cancelled, and while I checked the item price is also increased.
                I don't want to hear any apology message or something stupid like that. When I ordered, there was absolutely no problem; now if you cancel my item like this, it wont be beneficial to you at all; simply you will just loosing an valuable customer.
                I didn't expect such a tragic incident from Flipkart.
                I just request you guys to look into my order and do the needful ASAP.

                  I have raised multiple queries, sent many emails, called on the customer care number many times, but the flipkart customer care team is always sending me an email that they will resolve it in 24 hours, and then they do nothing about it. I have a 10 day replacement guarantee which they have not honored till now.
                  I have purchased a new laptop for my use now, as it was urgent for me. I need the refund to be issued now asap.

                    I have purchased a jbl earphone from Flipkart on 26 march 2016.
                    Earphones after just 15 days o[censored]sing stopped working, one of the earphone stopped working, even earphones are not easily readable on mobile phones.

                        For a months and over, been following for the pick up of the product which was to be done by a weeks time person came and was unable to pick up the product as the IME number was miss match with the invoice he has been provided from Flipkart office.
                        Customers Care helpdesk requires help...as they are themselves in a trouble.
                        Following with the CS of flipkart no solution was been provide for more then 15 -20 days and then got the invoice corrected after a thousand follow up's
                        After a 40 days still the product is with me and I am been struggling to get the refund.Its too very bad that a customer has been punished for the mis- take which Flipkart back office been done.

                            I have I booked a mobile letv 1 s eco vide order no OD[protected] under 10 days replacement warranty .In my mobile some problems are there it's automatically get switched off I lodged the complaint for replacement of mobile in 8 days.Flipkart customer care are not responding well.they told me call letv company I called there they told me it's flipkart issue we can't help you.again I called flipkart they told me visit to letv service centre I told them letv service center not available in my area. Then they didn't tell anything didn't respond they told we lodge the complaint to our senior authority we will call back but they didn't call.after sometimes they mail me we are trying to call you but couldn't contact.but actually they didn't call me false they msg me.

                            We request them please solve my issue and replace my mobile as it's replacement warranty period.

                                I have p-laced an order on 1st July for SAMSUNG GALAXY Mobile with order id: OD[protected] & They promised me the delivery for next day by paying Rs. 140 extra. As it was a gift to some one i left with no option but to buy from flip kart., The entire day i was waiting for the delivery but there was no communication. I called up their so called customer support but everything went into vein. They were giving me assurance that they will deliver the product by 9 pm but nothing. infact i got a message that they wont be able to deliver the product.

                                & Now they are trying to keep my mouth shut while giving Rs.280 in the form of Gift card which i dont need.

                                Please help me in this regards

                                  I bought an Asus Zenfone Go (2nd Gen) with order OD[protected] from Filpkart E-commerce on 4th June 2016 . Unfortunately they can't handover my product within the promise date, that is 14th June 2016. So I cancelled this product on 15th June 2016. After that they promise me to refund my money within 4 days. Today 3rd July, from 15 June to today i raise near about 100 complains over phone, mail, facebook to Flipkart authority. They tell me every time to wait next day or wait until unlimited time, sometimes they tell that your refund is successfully done. I have not received any amount from flipkart, I have my bank account statements as proof and I also send the soft copy of the statement to Flipkart also ([protected]@flipkart.com). Flipkart is not interested to refund my amount. Actually Flipkart cheated me.

                                      In less than 24hours o[censored]sage of LeEco Le Max2 phone, the fingerprint scanner on the phone ceased to work. Called Flipkart to return my money back as the product delivered was a sub-standard/defect prone. But, the Flipkart team rejected the return request with no substantial reasoning why it was rejected. I raised another return request and now some executive will come to take a look at the phone and replace the defective part. Well, why should i settle for a defective product? I want my money back and Flipkart has cheated me.

                                      I want to proceed with legal action with Flipkart as the product sold to me is a defective one and Flipkart says that there's a 10day money back guarantee.

When contacted for the same, i have been told to return the product. As the original packing has been misplaced since 7 months have passed, Flipkart refuses to do a refund/replacement. So now i cant repair my phone under warranty as i dont ve invoice with IMEI no. nor my phone is being replaced or money refunded. Since every purchase of phone needs to be provided with the correct invoice with IMEI no., Flipkart seems to running some sort of scam or selling stolen phones without IMEI no. and refuses to return or refund or replace my phone. I request all customers to beware of such scams as you will only realise it when you need to repair your phone within warranty and the service center will reject it as there is no IMEI no on the invoice. I shall also be reporting this matter to Consumer Court as i have spent Rs 20000/- and will not let Flipkart cheat customers illegally by selling phones without IMEI no.

                                        I never expected Flipkart to behave in such a way; making false claims of a 1 day delivery scheme. I had ordered a mobile phone ( Order ID OD[protected] on 29th June to be delivered on 1st July.
                                        Since it was ordered under 1 day delivery scheme, it obviously was urgent.

                                        If Flipkart does not have enough resources it should avoid making false claims and mislead customers.
                                        I have still not received the order and on the above I receive a call today telling me that I did not respond to the call of the delivery agent. EXCUSE ME ?
