I have ordered for a tablet through flipkart on 14th june, 2016. Very next day seller confirmed and the status was ready to be shipped. Lthe promised date for delivery is on or before 18th june, 2016. But i didn;t receive it and when i contacted flipkart then i realised that till 17th june, 2016 5.31 pm it was still in the same source hub. Later they rescheduled to 21st june but they assured me that it will be delivered on 20th june itself. Now the fate is even after 21st they didn't deliver it. It was supposed to be delivered by yesterday and when i contacted again customer service, they are going to reschedule it. They promised to me that the purchased item will be delivered by 2-3 days but unfortunately even after 9 days it hasn't reached manipal. They are asking some more days. Flipkart simply promises to get noticed and get business and it is not committed to fulfill the claims.

      I have ordered a product order id:- od[protected] from flipkart by seeing low price but they cancelled from approved status.

      Initially message came that it will be delivered within 6 days then on the next day they cancelled the product mentioning that by mistake they shown low price its not possible from them to deliver.

      I have ordered as its price was low then why i should suffer. They ave shown such price taken my order then why not giving.

        My name aditya gandhi recieved captioned watch which is not as per specification i wanted to return it already conveyed company. Flipkart has genereted return id[protected]
        But after that there is no information nor return company denied for return, very bogus company all fradulent people, kindly solve or i will take legal help, amazon india service is really very fine, i will take help from amazon to solve my problem

            Very very bad! I don't know wthr the companies are providing them rejected stuff for sale on discount. I never had faith in online shopping, but tried twice with flipkart. But both times, i feel cheated. Product quality is very low grade, which is not expected from companies like red-tape and hp. Never seen such low grade quality products of these companies in shops!

              I have bought the deluxe collection of paulo coehlo's books for rs 321. But they cancelled the order with a badly auto-generated apology message. There happened to be an issue with address and the courier company cancelled it. Also at the time when i was swiping the address of new delhi's with bihar's; their executive could have told me. So i raised a complaint regarding this and they asked me to place a new order with the current price tag of rs. 1724. Also when i reasoned them with the fact that my friend is also getting the same order from the same seller for the same pincode then they said that the seller didn't had the books at time when i placed the order then how came i able to place the order. I don't know about technalities and neither i want to fall into those... So just like to say if i am not wrong here please take some concrete steps regarding this

                I have received a software manufacturing defect laptop from flipkart. Seller vci.
                The laptop has a default os as ubuntu.
                Dell inspiron[protected]tb2bu core i5 - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/ubuntu/2 gb graphics) notebook
                The model must support up gradation to window. But this particular laptop is not supporting any up gradation to window.
                I have installed all the related drivers and related bios. But none of it is effective. Presently due to bios upgradation for window the laptop got crashed and i cannot even switch on the laptop.
                I am continuously contacting with flipkart services. They are simply calling on request and asking for the issues. They are even making fake promises to send dell support executive on spot to resolve the issue. But none of the actions are effective.In last 8 days from the date of delivery neither i got any support from flipkart nor any trouble shoot help. The seller is not returning the product also. My 40, 000 is a total waste.
                Looking forward to get some help from flipkart side.

                  This is first time when i am disappointed with your product where you charge for two bottle and sent only one bottle (230 ml actual price is 575rs).

                  Please don't say your product is costlier compare to market price..

                  I already bought the same product 1 month back 230ml xtenso shampoo at 550 rs. Now when i ordered this it was showing two bottle of 230 ml at 1099 so i placed order.

                    Hey, so as unsatisfying flipkart's customer service has been, you once again didnt disappoint me with what was expected from you: a pathetic product service. The mobile phone lenovo vibe k5 I bought from flipkart, for which I also logded a complain that I want to return the product but never got a satisfactory response. Well now it has stopped working and screen is all blank and the phone didnt even work well for two months. What is there to do for it now?

                        i ordered one LeTv eco 1 s mobile with Flipkart on 14th June 2016.
                        it is told in the offer that i will get one head phone worth Rs.1300 free along with the mobile phone and also one back cover free.
                        i appreciate flipkart for delivering the mobile by 18th June against committed date of 20th June.
                        but, in the box i couldn't find the head phone.
                        please arrange the same giving top priority to the same delivery address.

                          I told to customer executive and he is not even trying ti listen my complaint. He simply answered me that seller has cancelled your order.

                              I have purchased the above phone from flipkart seeing its features as listed by flipkart at it website. However, when i received the order, i found that the features as listed at flipkart portal are wrong and does not exist in totality in the phone at all. Hence i raised the concern with the customer care, but unfortunately, again i received the same phone with the features not matching with the flipkart portal.

                              Now again i complained 3rd time and customer care again lodged a replacement request. But i know that i will receive the same phone again with the features not matching with the flipkart portal.

                              Please assist and provide me a phone with the features as mentioned at the flipkart website.

                                I got a text from flipkart on 19.06.2016 reagarding the delivery, but when the delivery man called me up, I told him that there was no body in my home & I am also out of the town, so kindly make a arrangement for tomorrow ( 20.06.2016) . Next dat morning at around 10.35 am I had received a call from flipkart derelivery boy ( DEBAYAN MAJUMDER : [protected]) regarding the delivery, I
                                replied him that please cancel my order, after telling this, suddenly that person told me " IT IS NOT A MOBILE GAME THAT YOU ARE REFUSING TO RECEIVE, THIS PRODUCT IS COMING FROM CHENNAI ", then I told him that simply I want cancel this order, why you are telling me all this things ???? that person replied me " when you are not going to accept this order then why you ordred this ?????? I am realy very much shocked by the behaviour of this guy . Is this the proper correct way to talk with the clients ???? I am also working at hospitality industry & serving my organisation to my clients . It is my humble request to FLIPKART that kindly taken care about this part beacuse me & my family members used to buy goods, clothes, beaauty products etc from FLIPKART, but after receiving such behaviour from delivery man, I am realy shocked .

                                  I ordered a Kelvinator 6Kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine in Feb, 2016. It started making a lot noise in its initial days. I raised a replacement request within 1 month of my purchase and the Techinician from Flipkart visited my rtesience and confirmed that product was faulty and will be replaced.
                                  Since then I have called and written to them many times, but every time they say sorry and give me new deadline.

                                    Above given are the details of the 2 items have been shopped online on sunday 29th of may 2016 and the delivery were supposed to be done by saturday 11th june 2016 but still the products are not been delivered yet and when i go on their site to track my order its say that delayed in delivery.
                                    At the same time i am getting a continuous call from flipkart executives & they are confirming that the both item will be delivered today only or within 2 business days but their "today or 2 business" days are not coming from last 15 days. I became so irrigated by their executive calls. I wonder even they are not aware of the delivery status & they all saying the same thing that the item will be delivered today at 7 pm or 2 business days.
                                    For the same thing i have registered a complain to flipkart also & i got a confirmation message that the issue will be sorted out on or before 15th of june 2016 only but that too has not happened.

                                    So kindly do the needful.

                                      Order.no .OD[protected] vide inv. dated 03/03/2016. The was received and checked and 3G and micro SD slot were not working. The same was given at micromax service centre. Instead of rectifying this minor problem, the whole system software is messed up, moreover while giving the system was locked by admin password and the original was windows 10. but he gave windows8.1. Now I am unable to use the system as no word doc is opening, no downloading. system hangs. In general it is junk now. is the way a quality is maintains. Please arrange to change the product or refund money.

                                        Brought a Phone( Intex Cloud 4G Star) Order ID: OD[protected] On 20 May, 2016 12:45 PM, Battery got bulged in just 15 days of purchase. i have clicked for return on Sat, 11th Jun 05:17 pm. Its Been 9 Days and I am Fed up calling, Messegeing through Facebook, Tweeting But No one is Not responding to me Well.. on the 5th day after i octed for return there was a messege saying that technician wil come and check and he dint come that day when i called him next day he says he is out of station. after talking 10min in phone he said ill inform them they will confirm your return. From Then Return as been confirmed then Ekart Delivery person Says that my adress was out of his coverage and he can't come to my address and he is saying the same for 3 days and flipkart doesnt even responding for this.
