I have purchased lenovo laptop on flipkart.
Lenovo g50-80 80e5038pin intel core i5 (5th gen) - (8 gb ddr3/1 tb hdd/windows 10/2 gb graphics) notebook
It is product with flipkart advantage and 30 days replacement guarantee
There is a small, white spot (About 1 to 2 mm diameter) on screen, clearly visible on the screen.
It is manufacturing defect.
I have already talked to flipkart customer service ([protected]) for replacement on 12th may
I have talked with flipkart technician about my problem on 14th may
He had scheduled personal meeting with technician for this problem on 17th may.
On 17th may i have not received any call from flipkart, lenovo and no technician came. This is very worst service from flipkart.
On 17 may, i called again to customer care, again they gave me message wait till 20th may
On 20th may, no call from flipkart then i again called customer care, again they gave me message "wait till 22th may"
On 22th may, again there is no call from flipkart, i called them, again they gave me message "wait till 25th may"
I also talked with lenovo team. It is very worst customer service
There is no coordination between flipkart and lenovo. Flipkart just wasting my time.
Flipkart is making delay in replacement. I have talked customer care, technician, lenovo technician 6-8 times.
Please give me replacement or refund
