    I received a Nexus 6P mobile with a Faulty Screen having yellow/pink tint. Making it worse, the yellow color is only at certain angles, which is irritating while using.

    I requested for a Return and Refund.
    Incident: IN[protected]

    Your team inspected my mobile using Smart Check App and you customer service representative said that they couldn't find any errors with the software installed in the mobile (nice finding though !!!). So, they cannot accept the request for refund. Instead, he sent me a huge list of Huawei Service centers and asked me to give the phone for a repair to Huawei service center (Are you serious??)

    Purchased a brand new premium phone for Rs.39, 999 and without being able to use that for even a single day, I should give it for repair??

    From you customer reviews page and other similar pages, it is clear that the Yellow/Pink tint issue is a very common defect/complaint with Nexus 6P devices. But, trusting on your "30 Days Return Policy" only, I purchased it without any hesitation. If I can trust you this much, why can't you keep up your word???

    I made so many calls, loads of emails to your customer service team. They are simply extending the time giving me fake promises about solution to the issue. You must understand that this is not my only job. But, I am trying to get back my hardly earned money.

    As far as my knowledge, this yellow tint is a common problem faced by many Nexus 6P users and they all got replacements or refund from Flipkart. But, this is my second worst experience with Nexus 6P and I don't want to give it a try again unless I am sure that it is fully resolved. Also, I am working abroad
    Smart Check App couldn't find an issue doesn't mean that the defective product is not defective. If required, your technical personnel can directly come and inspect my device for the faulty screen defect it has got. The address and contact number are already given to you so many times.

    I need to get the full refund for the defective product which was delivered by flipkart in either of the two ways mentioned below:

    1. As a refund to my bank account
    2. As a credit to my Flipkart Wallet account so that I can do the purchase at a later stage.

    Please let me know your decision on this at the earliest.
    Still if your not understanding my problem means, I have to try for other ways to get back my money.

        I have purchased a honor holly 2 plus on 29th feb 2016, since the purchase of this device i am struggling to access the conference call facility.

        I have registered my compliant so many time at huawei customer care center but didn't get any solution till now. One of their executive has suggest me to visit there service center which is located at ganpati plaza, m.I. Road jaipur. It was very worst experience ever had at their service center, they asked me to submit the device for next 20-25 days. Guys are looking very inexperience and there attitude was very lethargic.

        As per huawei there some technical issue in particular my device so i have replaced the device 2 times from flippkart but still facing the same problem in new device.

        Today i have called to flipkart customer care to come out from the situation and i have spoken to mr. Musa but it was more surprising that he has disconnected the call during our conversation and put the call on feedback mode... It very very lethargic attitude of flipkart guys...

        So i am going to file a case of mental harassment in consumer court against both companies flipkart and huawei...

        Tried calling customer no response, Follow up will be done.
        Someone has called me from the Flipkart refund department. The gentleman has requested me for, do not file any case in consumer court and offered me refund with compensation by today it-self. I asked him to send the same in written so that i can consult with my legal adviser. Almost 1.5 hrs has been passed neither i received any mail from that gentleman nor any call. My advocate Mr. Singh has called on that number ([protected]) and given their introduction, the guy who attended that call has put them on hold for 10 minutes and discounted the call.

        It is very shameful that Flipkart is plying with customer's emotions... But this time Flipkart has to pay for this...

        Despite of regular follow-up, Flipkart is not bother to solve my issue even their executives and managers are doing false commitment with me. As i have already mentioned that yesterday i got a call from Flipkart and the person has requested me to do not file the complaint in consumer forma. He offered me that we are going to refund you with the competition by end of the day positively. However in evening again some one call me ([protected]/[protected] and denied on that offered and told me that he has wrongly offered you refund with competition. and he asked me to wait for next 48 hrs we don't have any solution.

        It is so ridicules... I have all the documented proof, Call recording of my all conversation which i had with Flipkart and Huawei. I also have the call recording of that call where Mr. Musa has disconnected the call and put me on feedback mode... I have all the E-mail proof which i have shared with both the companies but didn't get any reply on those E-mails...

        Further, now my legal adviser is ready to file the case as all the proofs have been collected and consolidated by us and tomorrow we are going to file the case against both companies (Flipkart & Huawei...

            I've ordered a motorola mobile from the flipkart. after a week i've got the mobile. at first three months i haven't faced any issues regarding mobile. but, before a month mobile started to hang like anything and sometimes it will be off. i can't able to call or do anything. i want to raise a complaint about that so i called for consumer support but no one picked a call. after a week through twitter i've found out to make call. i've called and asked for service centre number . after a sometime i got and i went to service centre but no response from there and after a week they have said that my mother board got damaged and i want to pay 75% of mobile MRP to replace that with original motherboard . seriuosly customer like my is facing huge problem like this. i raised a complained about replacement but no use. i wont buy anything hereafter from flipkart no use of buying dont believe people . flipkart not considering anything but only money.

            P.S. i haven't dropped phone on any single time . so, no chance of damed motherboard. i want to get replacement of mobile. i bought on last november 24

                Had heard a good name of flipkart but really very disappointing. They had given the GUARANTEE of the product being delivered after one day which was not fulfilled.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered MOTO X Play mobile hand set from FlipKart. Product is not as per my expectation. I dont like the camera performance of this mobile phone. 21 MegaPixel was mentioned in description but performance is like 13 MP of other mobile set like sony.

                  Flipkart is not refunding the order or even they are not ready to replace the mobile with same price with different company mobile hand set.

                    I have purchased lenovo k3 note (K50a40) on 8 feb 2016 through flipkart.com as order id od[protected]. Its screen buttons is not working since 3rd april 2016. I have made online chat at lenovo (Support). Lenevo support team shared that there is no details of imei with lenovo and it has been suggested to send image of imei no and invoice copy to [protected]@lenovo.com. After mailed, support team replied that we are unable to provide any assistance due non-availability of details of imei no. Then it has been suggested to send details to [protected]@lenovo.com. After mail, replied that we are unable to provide any assistance due to non-registration/no-availability of such imei detail with lenovo. I am in puzzle for solution.
                    It is case of wrong product sale by flipkart.com. I would like to return or exchange of smartphone with authentic imei no.

                        Sir my name is abhinav gupta. I purchased Letv 1S mobile from flipkart on 19-march-2016. The product got delivered on 21- march. But mobile phone fingerprint sensor is not working. When i comlaint and marked return request. Than real drama of flipkart start. First they send technition to verify that it is working or not. Than technition comes and verify the problem. Than he give a slip and told send this slip to flipkart they will accept your return request. When i sent this slip to flipkart they told we are processing your request.
                        I am disappointed from now i will never use flipkart it is better for me to move amazon and snapdeal. And stop your fooling ads because there is no bilkul pakka it should flipkart matlab all fake.

                          Flipkart committed falls offers to sale the product, don't perches product i you are attracted by offers. I am perches honor holly2 plus with offer o[censored]nlimited data for 3 months, but after fill-fills all the requirement told by flipkart after sale, but everytime they said wait for 24-48 hour, there team working on the issue, some time they told - contact to reliance, but reliance rejected such offer. When i try to contact to flipkart customer case they hold my call until i disconnected.
                          So beware with filpkart offer, they are just for attraction, not for you.

                            I bought puma sneakers from flipcart of Rs.1375.00 on 10 th March, 2016 and returned the product on 13th March, 2016due to quality issue. According to them the refund was done on 13th March but till now I have not got the money. They gave me an ARN number which is of no use for me as My bank i.e.Punjab National Bank is not able to track the transaction with the number. I m very disappointed by flipcart as they are not taking my issue seriously and sending the same types of messages every time I gave complain and blaming the bank for it.

                              I purchased a iphone 6 from flipkart there was an issue that phone gets heated when its charged i thought its usual issue, but lately this was a problem.. My charged sparked and mobile went off.. I took this to apple store and i was said duplicate charger is the one was delivered to me by fliplart, i raised a complaint and was promised refund and from last 2 weeks they are just dragging it stating they are working, please stop products sold on flipkart

                                I have purchased the H.P.D Compact Selfie On Stick from Flipkart website.
                                Request raise to purchase OD[protected], We have received the defective piece return two times but could not get OK piece.

                                Now I have requested to no. of times to return items & refund the payment in my amount Rs.279.00 mention account.
                                No one is coming to pick the item, already requested to customer care 3 times no proper respond, They are speaking to me every time next 2 days
                                item would be pick & refund will process.

                                Kindly request to you that sue on Flipkart team & ask for granted action.

                                They have every time fake commitment & fake products selling in market on High MRP discount.

                                    I had received a product few days back and today when I opened it I found one of the items is different than the one I ordered and I requested your customer care to replace the same but they refused it saying it cannot be replaced as its beyond 10th day. They denied it saying its 11th day. U know in the past I had ordered many items and I always waited for many days to receive the items from the actual ETA but these guys are not ready to wait only one day.. this is utter nonsense. I was out of town from last few days and today when I opened it I was shocked to see an item is different with low quality compared to one that I ordered.

                                      I had bought an Samsung LED in Rs 20, 283 from Flipkart which was delivered on 23rd with broken screen. The demo and installation person came after 4 days(promised time was 48 business hours, they don't count the day of delivery as 1st day). He found the product was packaged broken because there was no apparent damage on outer packaging. Since 26th we are calling flipkart to give update on when the return will be, and they said that someone will come till 28th..then 31st..till today also nobody has showed up. Then too this person will only inspect the product and won't take it back(then what the hell did the installation guy do?? He was from flipkart only). Again wait for 10 days(seeing the way they are delivering)..then return person will take it and after another 5 days the refund will be processed. That means for almost 1 month the money will stay with them and my Father is tense about whether they will give it back or not.


                                      This is what this company is doing.. Everytime some other executive picks the call..we explain him the story.. he gives a false promise and doesn't send back a mail. This is Fraud and harassment of the customer in everyway. They want money first on delivery and refund amount they would take back the product and keep extending time.


                                      Today(5th April, 2016) I called again and on asking several times they gave me the tracking id of return from safexpress tracking id 81478340. I called on there number [protected] and their executive said that this id doesn't exist. They have lied straight this time as well.


                                      I need action on this from Consumer Court. Kindly send a notice to their office for giving me refund(INR 20, 283) on immediate basis(as there has been almost a month that they are giving false information on call and mails) and stop the fraud business.

                                        I have ordered a lg washing machine order no is od[protected]
                                        I am troubling a lot of problem wit the washing machine full vibrating when i m calling to flipkart customer fo retur there is no response from their side daily they are saying same story we did not get any update..So please solve my issue and for two more i did not get any refund untill now but there are saying fom there side they have completed processing the refund but i did not get any refund both the order numbers are od[protected] which is ambrane power bank and another one od[protected] which is v guard mini crystal voltage stabilizer
