I purhased a moto g(3rd gen) on[protected]. After a month o[censored]se, its sensor stopped working. During the call, sometimes it works sometimes not. After the call is disconnected the screen goes black and the phone is switched off, nothing is displayed in the screen.
The ringer also stopped working.So when someone calls, sometimes it rings and sometimes not (And its not on silent mode also). Despite telling the issue to flipkart they refused to exchanged the product .And for the same issue i have visited ambedkar road service centre of ghaziabad .To my amuse the team there is too dumb and dont know any technical stuff. When the problem is with hardware they keep updating and reinstalling the softwares and updates. It has been done around 5 times. Despite so many failed attempts, he didnt accepted that he can't repair it or device is beyond repair .Another day he took the phone and told he will change the motherboard, he returned the phone after a week and there was no mention of changing the mother board on service sheet nor the problem was resolved, which meant that he completely lied. Again it was just the software update. Still the same problem exists, that of motion sensor and ringer. And on contacting him again, he said that leave the device with him for around 15-20 days and he will observe(Just observe and wont repair it) .Earlier also called to motorola customer care and flipkart care but no reply and resolution at all. This is the worst service i have ever seen provided by such a established company, other times it was just the verbal communication with the service centre as he was not ready to submit the phone and repair it so he didnt provided with any service sheet nor he was ready to send the product to the company. Hope, you will be providing me with some solution, not just another trip to customer service center or calls and mails.
