My mobile Moto E2 bearing IMEI: [protected] bought through flipkart started hanging and contacts was missing. I gave it for troubleshooting at Xplus communication, 10 Vignesh Plaza, Salai Road, Thillai Nagar, Trichy-8 on 4th January 2016. They say mother board has to be changed. it is in warranty period. kindly arrange as early as possible....

I had ordered a mobile phone on Flipkart. I received this mobile in a proper condition and the delivery was done in the expected time which I am happy with and totally satisfied with. The problem was with the delivery man named 'Sudhir Kapoore'. When he reached near my area to deliver my order he didn't come to my house instead insisted us to come at some bus stop to receive my order. I understand he was having problem...

Sir I purchased one iBall brillante Tablet from flipkart and they are changing the item but from 3 days I am getting message today they will pickup the item today is 4th day till know they did not came and I am calling flipkart member from 2days they are telling within 24hours they will pickup the item but 48 hours over they did not pickup the item and They give me one number I call that no. But they are not pickuping the phone and

My moto E1 hndset is not working past 24 hours, phone hanged initially then it got switched off and then it didn't start.It is under warrantee period. kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible....

Delivered material is not as per my specification so I had requested them to take back the item and refund my money which i pad but as on now they did n"t take back the item, I got a mail from the Company they said they will be taken back the product on 12.01.16 but as on now they did n"t do anything on my request.

Hi I purchased remote controll helicopter from Flipkart. After Arrival, I noticed, the helicopter is damaged. I requested for a replacement or cash back. They agreed but I have not yet recieved any amount. They said their courier boy will come and give the amount but it has been more than 20 days. I am frustrated. As per as my replacement is concerned they are not providing me the replacement also they are just doing formality only i am seeing this product out of delivery from 18th of jan 16 but till now it is not replaced and now i donot want any replacement at all i want refund of this order and i have already given refund request from my account .

Last time i am not satisfied with the product because the product was out of stock now also the same has been happen after palcing the it was in out of stock this time also it is going happen because you are sending last cheap quality product for the last customer...

Flipkart is harassing me mentally. I have been calling them from 3 months for replacement or refund. And always customer care was gave me date or time, but they never solved my issue.

We are private limited company and have had account with flipkart.we are garment manufacturer and we dispatch according the customer order through flipkart.They have collaboration with courier service company name Ekart .Every Time when we dispatch order we received from flipkart through ekart it returns withing few weeks with open packaging or with old product inside the packet..Even after complaining about it we did not get any satisfying...

I purchased a copy of Windows 7 from Flipkart which was delivered through Blue dart and paid cash on delivery of 5197.

The copy sent to me is a pirated version of Windows 7 and the key does not belong to this copy when checked with Microsoft.
When asked for replacement, without sending replacement they send me another copy of same and ask to again pay 5297, which I returned.
