Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I purchase MOTOROLA 3RD GEN on 01/08/2015, the product is stated to be an IPX7 WATER RESISTANT phone which is under warranty .

Recently my handset got dead and contacted the Motorola service center but they did not accept the warranty stating the problem is caused due to water splashing to the USB area.

If this product is claimed to be IPX7 water resistant phone how can just few drops of water entering through USB area will cause damage to the phone.

Request you to kindly take this issue forward and service the phone which is still under the warranty or else kindly remove the IPX7 WATER RESISTANT from the features from your website to avoid further complaints from the other customers

Still no solution provided from the customer . Upset with the way they react fast to the complaints posted from customer end . I deposited my mobile at service center on 25th February 2016 and lodged complaint on march 2nd 2016 still my problem not resolved .
I contacted authorized service center refereed by motrola and those people are not issuing me job card and he is telling once job card issued the mobile having balance 6 months warranty will be cancelled.

Please guide me in this issue and poor response from service center, still I never got any reply from service center on my mobile status no proper response on phone call and mail.

Myself calling them daily and two days before they told mobile ready and now today they told your mobile has been sent Bangalore head office for servicing . I dont know hat they people doing with my mobile and its new mobile still under warranty and don"t gaurentte that i will get my mobile in good condition as before I used.

I am not getting support from service center as well as from your end and I am wasting my time by mailing you and calling you and service center people but no solution still .

Finally I am going to raise complaint on consumer court about this issue and I have poof of of all conversation mail and phone call recording which I had with your Motorola customer care person and service center person .


You refereed me and appointed such a worst authorized service center for Motorola products in Chennai who cant able to respond to the customer after submission of my mobile for servicing on 25th feb 2016.

Regarding this I talked to MONIKA/RAJU/PRASANTH but no support and solution from your end .

Awaiting for your immediate course of action or else I don"t have choose other than lodging complaint legally,

    If you want to get cheated pls buy from flipkart. This is what I want to say after buying Letv1s mobile from flipkart. I have purchased one letv1s mobile from flipkart vide invoice no.154496/[protected] dated 22/02/2016. There was offer from flipkart stating that a customer will 10% from axis bank if you purchase le1s provided that mimium value should be Rs. 10, 999. While making the payment, flipkart has offered Rs. 2 as promotional amount for the reasons best known to them and I have never requested for that. Because of this Rs. 2 discount, I have not got the 10% cash back. I complained to them, there executive told me that many customers face this issue and don't worry u will get positive resolution. Despite failing repeated deadlines to resolve the issue, I called their customer care executive stating that I will not got the resolution today I will return the product. I got the same reply as that on the first day. Pls judge yourself these e-commerce companies are making a fool of customers. They have given me Rs.2 discount just for avoiding customer getting Rs. 1099 discount. Thanks Pankaj Khanna [protected]

      Order the headphones from flipkart and they turned out to be the duplicate ones. I ordered for a replacemenet and they accepted it. Its been 10 days and my order is stuck at approved. 😠😠 what if i dont get them by the estimated delivery date. It cost me 1390 rupees and i want my money back. Why doesnt flipkart kick out all the fake sellers like 4sells.? 😠😠 they are selling the duplicate headphones to everyone 😠

        Item was shipped through ekart.
        It came to manipal hub on 28th feb. When i checked internet it is showing address pin code mismatch. But nobody informed till now.
        Same adress same pin code amazon delivered 3 items.
        If you cant deliver properly why you take the order?
        Many people complained about this.why ekart senior manager not taking action on this branch?

          I have paid for the product on 25th February 2016. I have not received the product. The order track shows that I am not available at address, attempts failed. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG. I made a complaint today morning around 11-12noon and the message update is that I am not available at address. Flipcart is making fool of me and nobody is calling or giving the right feedback. I am sure they do not have the product. Neither field executive nor any Manager is contacting me. If Flipcart has their own management problem then it is being extended to the customer.

              Dear Team,
              I am pleased to inform you that, I have placed an order at flipkart on[protected] at 9.00P.M for purchase of LG Refrigerator model no- GL-D205KGHN 190 Litres single door and my order ID is OD[protected]. I was given a delivery date of[protected]. But I received a message that the items has been shipped on[protected]. I have not got any information neither any things was told by customer care. But the order was not received on[protected], when we contacted customer care no clue whatsoever about the product. And they keep giving me future dates for delivery next is 10th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 26th, 27th, 29th February 3rd & 7th of March/ Issue Resolution.
              On[protected] I got a call from flipkart that we are still trying to track the product, however if you wish we can cancel the order now. I said what the hell, this is just plain rubbish, you are shying away from your responsibilities. And if you really want to cancel the order then you need to pay for the interest cost incurred in last one month for the amount paid.
              Sowmya, Mandar, Gourav, Monalisha & Varsha these are the peoples who are working in your organisation, they are very irresponsible employees in your company and not giving the proper information to the customer. And bull flipkart, never ever I suggest to others to go for your company.

                My order id OD[protected] for Rs.485. When I received damaged products, I returned the items the very next day and I got a sms saying that my refund is initiated and I will get it to my account in 8 working days. But its almost a month since I returned the articles, but I have not received the refund amount till now.

                I raised many complaints against the same to Flipkart, but all in vain and I don't even get proper replies from them nor my refund amount. But the status of the order alone says that refund is successful which is really frustrating.

                I got a call from Flipkart person stating that they have already refunded the money and asked me to approach my bank with the incident id they gave.
                I did inquire my bank regarding the same and told them about this incident id. The bank representative clearly told me that there is no need of such incident id and that there is no credit for refund has been made. They also stressed me that it is the creditor's (Flipkart's) responsibility to check on the incident status.

                Flipkart representives should look into this and return my money. I have also emailed Flipkart regarding the same.

                  सर मैंने आपकी कंपनी में बहुत बार अपील की लेकिन मेरी अपीलों को आपकी कंपनी ने नकार दिया मेरे पास फ़ोन नही आया है अभी तक और पहले जो आया था वो missing product था और इस संधर्भ में मैंने काफी request भेजी जा चुकी है पर मेरी request पर कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई ।
                  अगर आप कार्यवाही नही कर रहे हो तो मैं consumer cort में अपील कर दूंगा या फिर मैं दूसरे फोन का order करके फोन रख लूंगा । और PAY नही करूँगा कृप्या करके मेरी request पर कार्य वाही करें मुझे और परेसान ना करें मुझे आपने इस matter में बहुत परेशान कर दिया है मेरी आपसे हाथ जोड़कर विनम्र विनती है की मुझे मेरा फोन लोटा दिया जाऐ।

                    I ordered a mobile phone order idOD[protected] motorola moto g3 on dated[protected] and paid amount 9449 by my debit card. After two hours i cancalled my orded and received a message from flipkart that ' your order is cancelled and refund to your debit card has heen done and it will take maximum time 8 days to reflect in your account, but its more than 15 days and i didnot receive any refund. I raise the same complaint 5 times to flipkart. But they dont have any solution they are making me fool by writing this mail again and again...
                    ...refund of Rs. 9, 449/- has been initiated on[protected] and will reflect in your bank/card within 8 business days from the date of initiation as per standard banking procedures. You can contact your bank with the refund reference number '85215226044606026768528 to confirm that your account has been credited. I contacted with my bank they declined to accept this fake refrence number and also shared bank statement with flipkart.
                    But there is no Support from flipkart they did fraud with me

He has already shared the bank statement also checked with the card issuing bank with the reference 85215226044606026768528 but bank states its a fake ref.no. Informed customer will revert back with the update within 24 - 48 hours. Customer agreed.

                        I submitted a complaint few days back and I was asked to call the customer care number. I tried several times and it was always busy and I did not get any further assistance.
                        I complained about the charger socket of my phone as it was not charging properly. I was asked to claim my warranty from a lenovo servicing center in my city. Unfortunately we have no lenovo service centre for mobile phones here in Shillong. I really do not know what I should do.
                        My phone is not charging. I put it for charge for 30 hours today and still I'm left with 44% battery life. This is really a frustration to me as I depend so much on my phone and I can't even make proper calls let alone perform any of my needs on my phone.
                        With regards to this, I really hope you do something about this as I am a really unsatisfied customer.

                                    I've placed an order at flipkart on 26th Jan'16 for purchase of Sofa set. I was given a delivery date of 24th Feb'2016. I received a message that the item has been shipped on 11th Feb'16. Post date I've not got any information neither any thing was told by the customer care.

                                    But the order was not received on 24th Feb'16, when contacted customer care had no clue whatsoever about the product. And they keep giving me future dates for delivery / issue resolution.

                                    Yesterday I got a call from them that we are still trying to track the product however if you wish we can cancel the order now.

                                    I said what the hell, this is just plain rubbish. You are shying away from your responsibilities. And if you really want to cancel the order then you need to pay for the interest cost incurred in last one month for the amount paid to you.

                                    They immediately denied for doing the same.

                                    Right now I’ve left with only two options according to them
                                    1. Wait for the order (Even if takes eternity)
                                    2. Take my money back (No compensation on the plans, lost schemes on other websites)

                                    Both the options are not acceptable to me.

                                    I would like to know how can I contest their unilateral decisions.
                                    Any help is appreciated.

Post receipt inquired about the product details being different on the box and in mobile verses the Redmi 2 Prime. Post confirmation from your customer service executive had placed a return request for right product.

                                      2. Second and third time also similar product was delivered and basis the recommendation of your customer executive had finally placed a refund order. This not only lead to a loss on INR 700+/- which was a special discount given by Flipkart but also my purpose of getting and gifting the mobile on 25 Dec failed.

                                      3. As I needed only Redmi 2 prime only available with Flipkart had placed a new order OD[protected] on 14 Jan 2016 with advance payment of full amount, however again post 2 attempts the product was recommended to be replaced being different post confirmation from Flipkart executives. With the third return request I had received a confirmation email on 28 Dec indicating confirmed pick up of the product from my residence by 30 Jan 2016 which when failed to pick up checked with Flipkart customer executive who then mentioned that the request had been cancelled as the product was right and as expected . With multiple followups and updates finally have received a disappointing and threatening email by one of your team members stating "As a consequence of these activities, you may not be able to place any more orders on Flipkart using this email id or other associated email accounts since they may also result in cancellation"

                                      I have been buying mobiles and other items from Flipkart since last 2 years and was happy with the products and service till the recent one and sorry to say but with my recent experience will not be recommending basis the mental agony and time cost, flipkart have caused to me for this one product.If the product was right the first time then fail to understand why was I made to reorder and take refund then, however now when I was fed up on the followup it is been explained to me that the product is right and I should be undertaking test locally to confirm the same?

                                      Appreciate if you could address this issue to ensure that the product is collected and my refund along with the difference/ expense amounts are settled at the earliest.

                                        Deliver product in patiala, in website you are showing you can deliver the product in patiala too. That's too urgent at that time and made mistake
                                        To adopt flipkart as my first option to order. Seriously, this is first
                                        Time worst ever experience i faced. I will proceed for legal action
                                        Regarding harassment from your company's worst courier service side.
