I have ordered for Wifi modum with router on 26th January 2016 but the flipkart have delivered me only Router without Modem cost Rs.1025/- on 27th February 2016. Then I report this through their site and thereafter their Customer Care Executive contact me and replied me that the product cannot be changed. As per the advertisement of flipkart they offered that the customer can change the product if it not satisfied by him. Here my request is to change the product only because they delivered me the wrong product. Its their mistake and they are not ready to change it. Hence, I request to refund me the amount of Rs.1025/- by taking back this product as it is useless for me, otherwise I have to move legally.

    Hello,

    I am Deepak Jain from Delhi. I am highly disappointed by Flipkart.

    On 20th Feb, 2016, i placed an order of Regent Analog 28 cm Dia Wall Clock (1 piece) Order ID: OD[protected]. But Flipkart cancels my order and sent me an email accussing me as if I am a seller.

    The mail reads like this " We want to inform you that your recent order(s) have been cancelled since our systems observed that you have been buying items in quantities beyond one can use for personal usage and these might be for re-selling "

    I called customer care and they told me that multiple orders has been created in the system for the same Item. How is that possible? My orders book doesn't show any other order except the one I placed.

    I want apology from Flipkart because of this behavior. Totally disappointed.

      Flipkart give worst class service. I'm totally unhappy within 20days. I'm 6time sand mail and many time talk to Custmer care of Flipkart. BT no response.
      Phone dose not work home key may time. And heating problems.
      BT Flipkart Custmer care say go service center. I'm go 1time on service center. BT my problems continued.
      Flipkart can't replace my phone.

          I had Purchased through EMI Samsung Galaxy On 7 (Gold) mobile phone i received on 13th Jan. and i complained against it 27th Jan that flipkart din't accept EMI request and they sad that flipkart support team will contact you asap, but i did not get any call from flipkart side when i called again and again i got cock and bull story, they said they we will contact,
          when my guarantee one month completed by me they contact and said to me do what ever you can, i have been all recording since 27th jan. to 19th feb. communication,
          kindly tell that do you have any solution or should i complain in consumer court...????

            I had placed an order of Asus zenfone 2 which was shown for the amount of 1rs and 40rs delivery charges on 25th December around 12:20 AM. My payment was approved by Flipkart and they sent a confirmation for the same, The expected delivery date was 26th DECEMBER. I don't know why but they cancelled my order saying it was an error. If they cannot provide discounts then why do they give Christmas Discount. This is very disappointing from FLIPKART. I have the screenshot of their listing for 1rs. This is not something which happened due to the fault of customer, it is the fault of the Flipkart team and the customer should not suffer from it. Either they should provide me the same discount or any other equivalent phone for the same price.
            As consumer court in the case of Snapdeal ordered them to provide Iphone 6s at 68rs in offer Flipkart should provide the same.

              Hi I have purchased Lenovo K3 note on Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected] Order Date:[protected]. There is a huge Airtel signal Problem . I thought it was airtel problem, but i visited Airtel store and confirmed that all the settings are fine and there is no problem with airtel. The problem is with the phone .                       I had placed an order for the MOTO G Turbo edition during the sale period from 11-12th February during which it was being offered for Rs-10799 instead of the normal price of Rs-12499.The order was under the one-day-delivery option but the order was not delivered the next day. As it was under promotional offer it is expected that the demand might have surged so I gave flipkart the leeway to ship the product in a few days time. However to my utter horror the order was cancelled on the 15th February citing an absurd reason that "that your order has been cancelled due to unavailability of a courier partner for your location".
                      So, I would like to know If there is no courier partner available for my location then how is that the flipkart page is now showing that the phone can be bought at Rs 12499 and delivered at the same location in-a-day ??Also the address provided for the delivery very well falls within the delivery region of flipkart as this is not the first time I am ordering a product to the said location.I just ordered a Moto G 3 to the above location about a month back.I believe that the order was cancelled as it was bought at a discount and flipkart cannot afford to keep the false promises it makes to lure its customers.I have tried time and again to bring this to the notice of the customer care executives but they have decide to turn a blind eye to our problems and their hollow assurances do not sound appealing at all. Moreover my refund has not been processed so far and they are just dilly-dallying and dragging even the refund process.

                          I ordered an iphone 6s from flipkart at 99% discount at Re.1. They charged me 101Rs including the delivery charge. First i thought its a mistake but they send me a mail that item has been confirmed and shall reach u in 7 days. But after 5 days they tell me that the seller has gone out of stock so they cant send it any more and i shall try any other seller.

I ordered Moto-G Turbo edition during Flipkart anniversary Sale.

                                  I ordered this because I was getting handsome discount (500 Off + 10% extra on SBI card). 

                                  But now, due to mismanagement of their delivery department, they routed my phone in some other city.

                                  I got a call from Mumbai office and your officer just said Sorry and informed me to cancel the order and place it again..
                                  I planned to give this phone as a gift to my Dad. Flipkart has spoiled all my planning.

                                  Really very disappointed with this..

                                    Dear sir i am order Dlink DWR 710 Wi-Fi 21 Mbps Data Card Fri, 5th Feb'16 from flipkart .com and i am waiting my order but next day 6th Feb'16 flipkart cancel my order without me notice then i call flipkart customer care but he said the order is stock out but i put the order that time the product is in stock so flipkart .com customer care told me whatever you go i am not complete your order pls help me sir

                                      I received refurbushied mobiles of micromax mt500 2 quantity instead of new one worth of 12331 from seller icetreecollection order id[protected] from flipkart but when i call to the customer care they are saying they cannot help me i paid for a new mobiles but i received used one what i do i dont understand i fell like i totally got cheated delivered on sat 6th feb the day when i received i send the mail to them i received a sms that they will contact me with in 48 hours but no baody contacted me again call to the customer care agai i receive sms saying that i will receive a call they are taking to long and nothing doing i as the for replacement also they refuse what i do

Customer is stating that he has received used product twice which is suspicious (http://www.dealerservicecenter.in/list/mobile-phones/lava/telangana/hyderabad/new-me-mobiles/444397) Customer is linked with multiple accounts and placing only handsets in bulk.                                         I had placed an order with flipkart for a Davidoff Cool Water 125 ml ETD perfume on 14th feb 2016 with order number OD[protected]. The order was received by me on 17th feb 2016 and it has come to my notice that the product is a fake / duplicate first copy low quality perfume. I want to register a complaint against the seller as well as the portal for misleading the customers, false commitments, selling fake / duplicate products.

                                        Spoke to customer, states that he has received low quality of product. informed customer arrange for refund and informed him to sent the bank details. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case until customer revert.
