I have purchased a moto ge from flip kart in the month of September 2015. Initially we have identified there is a color difference in the display. We thought that might be display is like that only for this model. Later there is a discoloration in the display and if we compare with the other moto g3 brightness and image clarity is difference.

    Hi, I'm Mohammed Mustafa
    I ordered a product from flipkart, on October 2015. The order number is OD[protected]. The product wasn't functioning properly and i requested for a replacement but that turned out to be defective too. So i requested for a refund. Now it's been 5 months since i raised the refund request and i haven't received my money yet. It's really frustrating now, whenever i call them they say me the same thing that please wait for 4-5 working days you'll receive your refund, but i haven't received my money. If i don't receive the amount within the next 2 days I'll take strict actions against Flipkart. My contact number is [protected].

      This case is with reference to two books recently purchased by me. in both the cases the MRP listed on the site was much higher than the actual MRP of the books.

      Case no 1- Book-Reforming Vaishno Devi and a case for reformed ... by Jagmohan. MRP Listed on site- 495/- discount offered 21% (Listed Price 391), but actually the MRP was Rs 395/-,

      Case no 2- Book- Soul and Structure of governance in India- by Jagmohan. MRP 550/- discount offered 10% (Listed Price 495), but actually the MRP was Rs 475/-. In this case the price charged in even Rs 20/ higher than the actual MRP.

      When in filed the complaint, your executive Mr Jatinder Nath Jha, was reluctant to listen and replied, that we are only concerned about the listed price and not about the actual MRP of the product

        I had placed an order on 9-mar-2016 od[protected] for debono coffee table.
        On 16 mar 2016 a damaged product debono coffee table was received via fedex courier from www.flipkart.com. I raised the return request the same day at 7:35 pm. The return request id is:[protected].
        For the past 1 week i have raised the issue with their grievance cell also, but no reverse pick up, refund or replacement.
        The seller debono has also contacted and damaged photographs have been shared both with [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@debonoindia.com.
        But no action yet except for emails and phone calls.

        The grievance cell of flipkart has been in touch with me for past 1 week. The seller was made aware of this complaint. The defective table was reverse picked up 2 days back by seller through a courier. Today Flipkart has initiated the full refund back to my credit card.

        Thanks to the forum the issue has been resolved today with the processing of refund. The seller picked up the item through courier 2 days back.

          Same complaint I am registering for 2nd time as I did not get response to my earlier complaint registered through ConsumerComplaints.in. on Mar 10, 2016.

          • On 22-Jan-16, I had placed online order on Flipkart for ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’ cube which costs Rs.2, 500/- and was offered at 78% discounted price of Rs.550/- + Rs.100/- delivery charges.
          • On 27-Jan-16, I received a local product not worth more than Rs.150/-, wrapped in a plastic sheet placed in a 21 X 16 X 15 cm box (product size is 63 mm) without company packing or MoYu logo on the cube.
          • This cube described by Flipkart as ‘strong fault tolerance and anti-pop’ gave away (pieces popped out) within 48 hours.
          • The product return was initiated immediately and the replacement delivery was expected by 5-Feb-16.
          • Then I was informed by Flipkart that the product will be delivered by 15-Feb-16.
          • Then again I was informed by Flipkart that due to unforeseen circumstances the product will be delivered by 24-Feb-16.
          • On my objection, I was informed that the product will be delivered soon and surprisingly I received a similar duplicate product not worth more than Rs.150/- on 20-Feb-16, wrapped similarly in a plastic sheet placed in a 21 X 16 X 15 cm box (product size is 63 mm) without company packing or MoYu logo.
          • I immediately reported the matter to Flipkart but Flipkart is trying to convince me to initiate refund instead of delivering genuine / original product.
          • I have exchanged lot of mails and firmly told them that I don’t want refund and I want them to deliver genuine / original ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’ cube.
          • Flipkart is very keen on initiating refund and not delivering original ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’ cube… just trying to sweep the matter under the carpet.
          My simple calculation –
          o Flipkart posts ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’ cube @ 79% discounted price of Rs.550/- + Rs.100/- delivery charges (normally delivery is free for purchase above Rs.500/- or normal charge is Rs.30/-).
          o Sells 1000 units during this Sale period and delivers a local product not worth Rs.150/- and coolly makes a profit of Rs.4, 00, 000/- on product and @ Rs.70, 000/- on delivery charges.
          o Many customers are ignorant about cubes and are happy with this local product, assuming to have got a great deal of 78% discount on Flipkart.
          o Few face some issues such as pieces popping out within few days, asks for replacement and they are once again delivered a similar local product not worth Rs.150/-.
          o Some customers are fed-up and accept the product as anyway their kids have been impatiently waiting for this cube for nearly a month.
          o Very few customers who refuse to accept the local product are given their refund stating that Flipkart does not have the product in stock.
          So very coolly these e-commerce companies are making huge profits by selling fake / bogus products.
          MY REQUEST – I don’t want refund… I want Flipkart to deliver original ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’
          Oh God… and Flipkart is advertising 100% Original Products.

          I don’t have a single missed call on my cell no. [protected] for 28-Mar-16. Anyway I have received numerous calls on earlier occasion from Flipkart convincing me to accept refund which I have declined again and again. If you are also trying to do the same, then please don’t call.
          Respond in writing with particulars for not being able to deliver me an original product. Flipkart is giving so many advertisements assuring people of selling 100% genuine product and here I have received a DUPLICATE product on 2 occasions and till date even after 1 ½ month of continuous follow-up, Flipkart has failed to replace it with original ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’

          Flipkart is MISLEADING... issue has not been addressed. Flipkart wants me to initiate refund process and sweep CORE ISSUE under the carpet.
          Flipkart has been FLEECING CUSTOMERS by announcing 50% and 90% discounts and selling DUPLICATE PRODUCTS. They have responded saying they have updated on the product page and website that as per the Terms and Conditions if the product is not genuine can provide with a complete refund.
          This means they will continue attracting and misleading customers by announcing BIG DISCOUNTS and if any customer like me raises the issue of DUPLICATE PRODUCT being delivered, they will not deliver Original Product, but just give a refund.
          This is EXACTLY the issue is –
          • Flipkart posts ‘A PRODUCT’ originally worth Rs.4, 000/- @ 50% discounted price at Rs.2, 000/- (very attractive offer).
          • Within 10 days, 1000 units are sold and in actual, as per practice, Flipkart delivers DUPLICATE PRODUCT to its customers which is not worth more than Rs.500/-
          • Flipkart earned a profit of Rs.15 Lacs ((Rs.2000/- minus Rs.500 = Rs.1, 500/-) X 1000 units = Rs.15, 00, 000/-) in 10 days.
          • 10% customers inform Flipkart that the product is DUPLICATE and Flipkart immediately process their refund as per now updated Terms and Conditions mentioned on the product page and website - If the product is not genuine can provide with a complete refund
          • So Flipkart quickly refund Rs.2, 00, 000/- and coolly earn a net profit of Rs.13 Lacs. In 10 days.
          • Those 10% customers are very satisfied with the quick refund they received and Flipkart immediately asks them to rate their services which these innocent customers don’t realize.
          Hence I had requested – I don’t want refund… I want Flipkart to deliver original ‘MoYu Aosu 4x4 Stickerless Red’ which they couldn’t.
          This means Flipkart is operating a big racket of selling DUPLICATE PRODUCTS and vigorously advertising – 100% Genuine Products, Ekdum Original, Bill Ke Saath…
          Flipkart has thousands of products for sale on daily basis and they must be minting money like anything by selling DUPLICATE PRODUCTS. I don’t care how much they mint; my issue is that by operating a racket of selling DUPLICATE PRODUCTS, Flipkart is hurting Indian Economy and fleecing innocent customers.
          Dear Consumer Complaints team,
          Please guide me in creating awareness regarding this Flipkart racket of selling DUPLICATE PRODUCTS and fleecing customers. I will definitely create awareness using the social media but humbly request your guidance in creating greater awareness in INDIA.

            I am a seller at flipkart and the company has been cheating its sellers by putting the weight in a higher weight slab rate. This is not the first time this has happened. Earlier in October 205 same kind of issue has been raised by me about the company. Instead of stopping they have started doing these fraudulent activities and malpractices on a larger scale.

            They are charging higher weight and amount for products which are below 200 gms. the product is screen expander which is just 142 gms in weight and the company has charged a weight of 1 kg and in some case even 1.5 - 2 kgs.

            Please team u need to send flipkart a notice and stop all this cheating and defrauding practices

            We are selling on flipkart too, and have been facing same issue. Flipkart has turned into a bully and has started siphoning off it's seller's money. Only a fraction (about 10 % or so) has ever been returned after pursuing them for weeks. We should stop selling on flipkart and report the matter to govt authorities. There are thousands of sellers facing this issue. All such sellers should unite and take flipkart to task.

              Dear Flipkart management team

              This is to bring to your kind notice that i placed the orrder for a Shirt having order
              OD[protected], I ordered for Size 42 but actual size delievered of the product was
              39.

              I request you to deliver the product & size which was selected by customer and not the
              product of your size.

              Pls note that although my refund is being processed but i didnt buy this product for
              return or refund. I spent half hour to select a product, color, sizeetc.

              I request you to stop harassing customers by delievring wrong product or wrong size
              product and request you to arrange for the delivery of the product i chose. I dont want
              refund.

              Further I want compensation or complementary gift for this inconvenience caused to me.

                        I ordered an internal sound card pci sound card 4 channel on 5/3/16. It was duly delivered on payment of rs.338 on 12/3/16. On installing it and its relevant drivers on my desktop, it is not functioning . I made a request for refund on 13/3/16. I also sent an undertaking that p k sood and pk sud are the same. The product id is od[protected].
                        Earlier i also made a request to exchange it for external usb sound card which is more expensive then this internal sound, card, on payment of difference. But was refused.
                        As on date, the co has not responded. I request again either to give me the external sound card (On excess payment or refund my rs 338) in my a/c.

                                In this product charging is worst, and over heating, I complaining about the product to the flipkart but there is no responsible for the product. I asked for the engineer to check product but they said that there's no engineer available in this location, then why did they sell the product to this location.                                   I had bought a bag from flipkart for ₹3999 on 7th feb'2016 through net banking. Upon delivery on 15th Feb, the bag looked different from the pic so I requested a return. The bag was picked up on 18th and I was told that the amount would be refunded within 8-10 days. 10 days later when I called up, I was told that the amount has already been refunded on 18th of Feb. THOUGH IT WASNT.
                                  Now after issuing a complaint, sending my bank statement to Flipkart, visiting the bank and number of calls to Flipkart, I still HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY DUE AMOUNT OF ₹3999 !

                                    9-mar-2016 i have made online payment for “lemon ocean 4g power” mobile of 6839/-

                                    9-mar-2016 i received email & sms from fliprt for product delivery on 15th mar 2016

                                    12-mar-2016 i received sms from flipcart that product will be deliver on 12th mar 2016

                                    12-mar-2016 when i opened packet, i shocked to see empty box instead of mobile phone.

                                    14-mar-2016 monday – i complaint to flipcart then i have received a empty box, and ask about my ordered phone.

                                    14-mar-2016 flipcart executive reply me wait till 3.30pm of 14th mar 2016 and receive a call from our concern team to get resolution.

                                    14-mar-2016 when i have not receive any call then again i complaint to flipcart then again one of their executive replied me plz wait till 15th mar 2016 till 7:00pm

                                    15-mar-2016 nearly 6:00pm again i complaint that i have not receive any call from flipcart for my resolution than their exe. Replied me that “ your replacement order has been accepted and you will receive your order till 21st mar 2016”.

                                    17-mar-2016 on 17th mar suddenly an delivery boy came and give me flipcart’s product . I feel happy after opening.

                                    17-mar-2016 my happiness goes when i checked that handset “ it was totally defective “ i called to flipcart and told them that front camera is giving pink shades on every snap, then their exe. Replied me try to reset factory setting and if problem will continue that replacement or refund will be accepted.

                                    18-mar-2016 i reset my phone at same day but issue was continuing, and also i found that company is showing 16gb internal storage but it has only 11gb storage out of that only 9.94gb is usable for data, & when we receive or making any call then automatically screen gets off and shows a black scree, again i complaint, exe. Replied me plz wait till 20th mar 2016 till 3:30pm for resolution.

                                    19-mar-2016 again i called to flipcart for my complaint they replied the same “ please wait till 3:30pm of 20th mar.

                                    20-mar-2016 till 3:20 i have not received any call or sms or notification or e-mail from flipcart for my complaint resolution.

                                    20-mar-2016 now at 3.26pm i received sms that “we apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 21 mar, 3:30 pm to get back to you.”
                                    Now i am just waiting for my moblie phone
                                    And about me i don’t have much more money to order again for a mobile phone.

                                      Dear all
                                      I purchased the sony headset model (MDR XB450AP, worth Rs 2200/-) from flipkart on 18 feb, the headset suddenly stopped supporting my mobile lenevo k4 note, i registered the complaint on the same day to flipkart they refused to replace the same as the replacement was for 10 days only.
                                      I looked for other option of claiming the warranty from the service centre of Sony, but was really surprised after visiting there (Boscos, Okhla)!!!
                                      The representative at the service centre just in first sight said- its local!!!
                                      I was given the following differences, -
                                      1)The size of box is quite small then original but exactly identical.
                                      2)The cushion was not properly fixed and was less comfortable.
                                      3)The mice of original headset is very smooth and small but the one that is delivered is very local type and big.
                                      4)Brand name (Sony) is written on the headset towards the left in orginal whereas in the delivered one it is branded to the right.
                                      5) Size of the delivered product is much lighter as compared to the original one.
                                      There are other such noticiable differences which I verified from other Sony showrooms.
                                      Now i want replacement for this local faulty product with the original & genuine product that I ordered from the site asap and the 10000 rs as the penalty.
                                      I would recommend not to purchase any electronic product from the online store particularly flipkart (as I was told that many Brands have already filed cases against the forged product that flipkart is delivering in the name of discounts).

                                      Tried calling customer on [protected], RNR. Hence, arrange for follow up.
                                      I know flipkart people is trying to mine time, I always keep my phone on, they did not call to me.
                                      I am available 24*7, kindly solve the issue asaap
                                      Today I received the call from the flipkart representative.
                                      They are forcing me to get 500₹ refund.
                                      They have the original set with the other seller.
                                      It is not first time before placing this order, I placed the headset order on Feb 1, 16 then they delivered the wrong product and they request to cancel the product and purchase new from the site, I did so, and then delivered the local product..I gifted the same to some relative and feel insulted and embarrassed.
                                      I want the actual cost of the product or original product, otherwise I will not purchase anything from flipkart and tell my friends too.even I put the examples on the social sites too.
