I am AVK Nair and i have purchased a mobile( ASUS ZENFONE LASER 2) from ur store.most unfortunately i have to say that the mobile has defects from the day of purchase and also some of the applications gets hanged very often.The mobile has problem with its speakers and we are not able to hear the calls properly and i have to call back them many times. I am losing a lot of calls and it a great loss to me. I received calls from flipkart enquiring about the mobile almost every day.Today also they called .

OD[protected] Whenever they call me they regret for the same and we will call back tommarraw. The phone was not hearing pr. it is going for a long time. the mobile has to be taken by you and refund the operly and I gave another mobile No of my friend but not called me on that No.. they also ask for some alternative number and they will not call back . . I do not need any more enquiry from your office. please refund my amount. if you do not return amount i will complaint in appropriate forum.
if you are not getting my mobile please call another person mr Rajeev and inform what time you are coming to collect the mobile. atleast four hours before to make the call. the mobile No is [protected]
