I had purchased a mobile set product of Lenevo given above on 19 Dec 2015. The said mobile was not working. so I informed to filpkart about the mobile on 16 Jan 2016. They instructed first to show the mobile Lenovo authorized service center. The mobile was shown to the Lenovo authorized service cente which was located at Bagauhati in kolkata 700059. They checked and declared it has some problem. I reported to flipkart about all this things. I requested to replace it according to their promise. Now they are not agreed to replace it. Directly they denied.

I would like to replace it not refund according to their selling agreement.

    Hi Team,

    This is highly disappointing, never expected this from a brand like MOTO and Flipkart, I received the order 31st Jan because I was having an emergency case and I had to travel to Orissa the next day. Unfortunately I kept the brand new mobile in room and went to my native. Since there were nobody in my room nobody opened and checked it. Today when I came back, I saw two huge flaws in the Quality of the Mobile. The very first thing I saw is the mobile was tampered from the top and bottom of the cover. Secondly the turbo charger (the reason why I bought the turbo mobile instead of the normal Moto G3) was not functioning. I tried it today only and found two issues. I have got the snaps as well (Please check ASAP). Also I have raised a request to return the mobile because I need another phone instead. I had tried there but could not find both option to register i.e. damaged cover and damaged accessories section to add up.

      I have purchased 3 mobile phones(Rs.4499 each),

      Since I got a damage phone so I have claimed for return my order but they have putted my claim on hold from more than 2 months,
      even they makes excuses to solve it and makes fake promises, but they didn't solve my problem till now.,
      Take this issue very very seriously and I am not here for any Monkey
      business browsing your website daily, call your customer care to get
      harassed and let me clarify it one more time, I am enough capable of
      filing a legal petition explaining how you harass, cheat and
      unlawfully you do business.

      I want to know why you have rejected my claim, why you took that much
      time, why you have harassed me and why you didn't take the phone back.
      Make sure you answer me reasonably, if you don't, I know how to get
      ANSWER, a PHONE and COMPENSATION from you in a legal way. I am not
      bluffing.

          This is in reference to flipkart order number-Asus zenfone 2 laser .Sir I had purchased this product on !4th jan 2016 and I got it on 18th, But due to some problems in the phone, I had returned it on 2nd feb and subsequently got the refund amount.Then I ordered Lenovo K3 note (order no-OD[protected] and paid the money through flipkart walllet.But the next day, I cancelled it because I wanted to buy Le 1s.But this time only Rs200 was refunded instead of Rs 9999..It has been 9 days since then.Therefore I request you to look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest.

                  I have ordered a Philips GoGear Action 4 GB MP3 Player Player (order id OD[protected] through flipkart but the order delivered was defective. henceforth i have ordered for a replacement(Return ID:[protected]. The flipkart sent a message that the replacement to be done on 3rd February on my Official Address which i have given. But no delivery was done on 3rd.

                  On 5th February it was a Government official holiday in Guwahati due to innugration of South Asian Games in Guwahati. A Flipkart delivery guy ( mobile [protected]) called my and said that he will be attempting my delivery on today(5th Feb 2016). But i told that the office remains closed that day. So, the guy replied in that case he will attempt the delivery on 9th Feb'2016(Tuesday). on the same day (5th Feb) i got a message from flipkart that my order rejected. so i called that guy and he told that not to worry as he will attempt it to deliver on Tuesday. when i called him on tuesday he told that he will not be able to deliver it on the same day. instead he will attempt to deliver it on friday(11th Feb) today. Today (11th Feb'16) when i called him he told that my replacement order got cancelled .

                  So, sir i request you to look into this issue and bring some remedy to me.

                    Hi I am Prashant, mob no [protected], I did registration for flipkart flash sale for Le 1s Eco from 2 weeks with 10% cashback from flipkart, but at the time sale start they have disabled Debit/ Credit /card CVV number field entering so at the last customers have to buy that product by COD/ cash, this company is making frauds with Cashback offers & they don't have sufficient product stock also. keep waiting customers several days, same thing happened in past as "BIG billion day" offer and there CEO personally said Sorry & apologized that this will never happen in future .

                    there customer care executive's also lost my 2 days for resolving same complaint & at the last only say apologized & we are sorry, can't help you more.

                      I have bought letv le 1 s . It was delivered on Monday that is 15 Feb. 2016. Today, I was surfing in this phone. The battery in this phone was 19% left. N after few seconds., it suddenly dead. I am not able to understand that why this happened. Then, after a long time, with many efforts. It started again when we plugged it with the charger. And it showed, 0% battery.

                          I ordered samsung J7 with Flipkart with order no OD[protected] they delivered empty box and when I updated complaint to them they disapproved the complaint later on and that was with out speaking to me even a single time. Moreover I mark a mail to Sachin Bansal too but still no revert till time. And the way their Customer Care team was very disappointed.
                          Flipkart Is a fraud company and flew away with my Rs. 14999/- .

                            I complainted earlier too, they said me that to go to service centre after they will give you a jobsheet then mail us. I have done smart check alot of times. I gave them jobsheet. After some time they told me to go to service centre. They are neither refunding my handset nor replacing it. They told me to recover this from service centre. But i complaint in 30 days of warranty.. Now please do something. Replace it or refund my handset. I Will be obliged. Thank you.

                                  As i paid near about 6500 for the shoes and whats the benefit of waterproof if shoes gets cracked. There fore resolve yhe issue as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered a different laptop then the one I intended to buy. And now
                                    they won't accept return.

                                    They have made a whole discourse of 'hassle free return' which is just hoax.
                                    Even the seller's return policy says '30 days friendly return policy'

                                    For online return process. The button reads 'return' and in the return
                                    there is an option for 'do not want item' with issues option 'customer
                                    do not want' or 'wrong product ordered'. BUT there is no option of
                                    return/refund. Its written that you will get a new piece. Is not this
                                    a contradiction? On the one hand you acknowledge that customer might
                                    have bought it by mistake or may no longer need it but you wont return
                                    it!!

                                    I told them its undamaged and totally new with all the accessories and
                                    packing. You can initiate return and see for yourself if I am lying.

                                    But they wont refund as according to them its impossible. All they can
                                    do is replace and that too only if there is a problem.

                                    Now the problem is why would I buy an extensive item of rs.25, 500
                                    without thinking twice? Its because I was carefree that no matter what
                                    I will get my money back through a return in case I do not like it.
                                    I acknowledge that returns are not in the favor of the seller. But
                                    then why do they claim 'easy and hassle free return'?

                                    Even if there is a problem in the laptop they will schedule 'Brand
                                    Visit'. So basically you feel cheated through their false claims of
                                    return policies. They do not mention it anywhere: the return or
                                    exchange procedure for laptops.

                                    They have brought a lot of backdoor policies which are not at all
                                    consumer friendly. On their website there are several places wherever
                                    one can look up on the issue of return and exchange. Its different
                                    everywhere i.e in their 'help-center', 'FAQ' page and returns/exchange
                                    link.

                                    There is no clear cut policy. Somewhere its written that the
                                    return will take place according to seller's policy. Whereas somewhere
                                    else they are claiming easy returns. Other place they have written
                                    'return' only possible if item damaged, defective or not as described. Somewhere they have described that "the items which can not be returned" and now where it mentions 'laptops'.So basically consumer is at the whims and interests of flipkart. They

                                    And what happens is that the consumer feels duped of his/her money.
                                    I am regretting why I put my faith in them in the first place. Its
                                    only because I am their customer since three years and have never
                                    experienced such an issue. I was assured that they have my back and my
                                    money is safe. But they have now seller friendly policies for
                                    different items which the customers do not even know about. They make
                                    and change according to their wishes.

                                    They should honor their claim and accept return without any questions.
                                    If I had known I will face so much problem in returning a product I
                                    would have been careful while purchasing it. They can argue that its
                                    your mistake you ordered a different product. But the counter argument
                                    is that then why do you claim easy hassle free returns including:

                                    . And also why do you acknowledge as in the online return procedure,
                                    which is incomplete on one hand, that customer can also make mistake
                                    while making purchase.

                                    And if you (flipkart) is adamant that you can only replace and that to
                                    on a reason, then tell me why would customer believe you in the first
                                    place. Is not 'this hassle free return policy' is a kind of
                                    compensation or extra right which the consumer has because he/she is
                                    buying "ONLINE", without touching, feeling, operating, checking before
                                    buying an item. Is not it fair on the part of the customer to expect
                                    easy no question return if its genuine?

                                    I am not saying that their argument is wrong that seller face problems. All that I am saying is that they should have a clear cut policy on each item or every department and function according to it. And as in my case nothing was clear nor is clear I think it is my right to ask for full refund. They should not claim something and then deliver something.

                                    This is a clear of cheating. Where customers are promised something
                                    and delivered something else.

                                      In last 3 days I have submitted request to return my device which I have brought from flipkart. Because this phone is having technical issue. In last 3 days no body really want to serve customer. As per flipkart policy I have a right to replace the mobile, but their customer care people is not interested to help me.

                                      This is very frustrating for a customer who is regularly buying products from your respective website.

                                      Why I am buying things from flipkart, because I can rely on quality & service. But very bad service I am facing right now.

                                      Please arrange to return my money and take back this product.

                                        I have Rs950 in my wallet, where they were credited as Courier Refund. Flipkart has closed my account saying i have lots of Returns, Yes i have returned as i dont the Find the Correct Colour, Size issues and Quality issues. I not concerned about the Account closure where as i am worried about the Rs950 which is in my wallet. Which is my hard earned money. I mailed Flipkart many times but there is no response. I even have called the Flipkart grievance cell, they told me that they will call but no response. I need my money. I will share my bank details. I need my money.
