Ordered moto g3 on 22 january.
I received cellphone on 29th jan with both sim card slots damaged.
Raised replacement request-od[protected]. On 3rd feb.
No courier carrier is ready to deliver product back to flipkart address from nagaur so i asked for pickup facility.
Even after 15 days i did not get any response even after continuous calls and mails.
Please resolve this issue asap.

      I placed an order for Moto X play 32GB black ( with turbo charger) through flipkart on 11th February 2016. It was intimated that the product will be delivered by 16th february 2016. When I tracked the product using the tracking number provided, I found that the product reached my nearest hub on 16th morning. I got message from E kart logistics at 3:51pm on the same day that the product is out for delivery and will reach you before 7 pm. But I didnt get any messages or call after that. So I was forced to make a complaint on flipkart customer care. Then i got a message at 11:56pm that they were unable to deliver and will conract me next day for delivery. But then i got message on 18th february that your is cancelled. I dont know what happened...the reason they said that they were not able to locate my address ( which is actually located in the heart of the city).

        I have purchased LeEco Le 1S mobile from flipkart on 9Feb 2016. I found some issue like - camera not working, Heating issue, OS malfunction issue in the product. so I have raised return request to flipkart. I called their executive and asked for refund. they denied saying that product is OK. Those issue are not resolved from their executive. My mobile is still have same problems. now i need my money back. I dont know on which basis they have rejected my return request.Really poor service from flipkart.

              Hi, I ordered Samsung on7 on 16th Early morning and got it delivered by evening for price was 10990 My order No :OD[protected] . I checked the price of mobile on 17th early morning it chanaged to 10190 with in 24 Hrs.

              I did checked with there customer support, this is what they have to say. " The prices and offers are completed seller specific. We regret to inform you that we'll not be able to much here. Sorry! "

              I am very much disappointed with the way flipkart is working. I am feeling like i have been cheated by the most trusted Ecommerce company . Not happy with there service.

              customer was telling that he purchase this product in the price of 10990/- rs. and after getting offer he paid 9740/-rs. but now phone's price drop by around 800/-rs. so customer want to return this product or want price adjustment RESOLUTION - info given to the customer that its not possible in this case customer agreed

                  I have purchased a new Cell Phone Panasonic T21 from Online Marketing Flipkart.com on dated 20/08/2014.
                  But unfortunately there were problem came in that cell phone dated on approx. 01/07/2015.
                  I carried to Panasonic Service Center but they has declared DOA and given me a DOA Certificate. Already I have sent many time scan copy of DOA Cert. But they are denying to give replacement service regarding DOA Certificate.
                  From that day to till date, I am sick of following only the rules & regulation of Flipkart. Till few day before they were consoling me, “My issue will resolved very soon”.
                  But now they are saying “your product is out of warranty, we could not do anything for you”.

                      Flipkart have no control on seller . I want to buy natraj pencil and search on flipkart. But quantity of pencil in a pkt is not mentioned so I lodge a complaints to flipkart sr. Executive as ref. IN[protected]. But I got ans from your end that seller not contacted and you can cancelled your order.

                      This is very poor poor service.

                          I ordered lotto shoes from flipkart, the size is not getting fit, i want to return the same and want my refund, I lodged 4 complaints for pick up one by myself(online mode) and three from help of flipkart executive . Each requested is cancelled by flipkart and they are not able to tell the reason behind it and even not replying on mail .Poor service ----Flipkart.

                                I have ordered FIRST time from Flipkart.com on 4th Feb.
                                Order ID : OD[protected]
                                Product : Asus Zenfone Selfie
                                On 5th Feb i have received the handset and i start using it on 6th feb. After using it for 3 days i found that the battery drained out in 4/5 hrs.

                                FAILURE 1: I complained for a return and primarily they cancelled the return-request twice. Then i dropped them a mail that how can they cancel a request without speaking to me.
                                They said me to download an app named SMART APP, who would diagnose my phone's battery. For that I will receive a 16 digit code from Customer service team.

                                FAILURE 2: No mail/msg/call, I myself called the customer care, speak
                                twice to two different customer care executives, entered two different 16
                                digit pin, tried more than 15 times to generate the verification id, but
                                all in vain. No verification id has been generated as of now. Atlast
                                executive said it might be a system error.

                                FAILURE 3: I received a mail on 10th feb stating that i would receive a call on 11th feb at 10:47 am. But i also receive the msg that the call would be at 11:00am (Proof attached)UTTER CONFUSION.
                                Luckily they called at 10:47 am and i accidentally missed it and called thrice
                                at 10:36 but failed. (Proof attached)
                                Then i received text that they would call again on 11th feb at 6:30 pm. I came out of
                                office at 6:15 pm in a ground so that no network excuse could work out. I
                                waited till 6:52 pm but no call. (proof attached)
                                Then suddenly a msg came to of time 6:20 pm that you tries to make a call.
                                Trust me no call has been on my screen. I dropped a mail stating that "Give me a number and i would call u at my expense." I finally receive a mail that a call will be there by 12 Feb, 3:30 PM

                                FAILURE 4: few moments later I received another mail mentioning that the issue has been escalated and then i would receive a call by 13 feb at 7:30 pm.
                                I demanded an explanation to know why the call has been delayed from 12 Feb, 3:30 PM to 13feb 7:30 pm.

                                FAILURE 5: I got a call from Mr. Vinay and he again wants me to re-install that smart app and wants me to call at an alternate number, so that he can check my phone. I was on client meeting and shared my incompetence to do that troubleshooting. He promised me to call on 14th feb morning. I also cooperated as being sunday, i can manage the troubleshooting and find out the cause of problem.

                                FAILURE 6: Today is 17th feb, I have dropped two mails and spoken once to customer care, but no response. They have slept over my issue and wants me to cross that one month return time deadline.

                                WHY FLIPKART IS SOO BRUTAL WITH ITS CUSTOMERS ?

                                  It was a happy time both: to be a owner of Redmi 2 and be a part of Flipkart on 06.10.2015.The set worked well for some time and i have got a problem in selfie and it was ultimately repaired with on line instructions.

                                  now i am unable to recognize calls as the set is not producing ringing tone on calls received.kindly attend it to it please . I sincerely believe and trust Flipkart would attend the complaint. The product is under warranty.

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    Regarding Sansui faulty AC delivered and repair or response not done since last more than one month.

                                    I have purchased two ACs from flipkart of Sansui brand. I have attached invoices here with this email for the details about the details.

                                    Since ACs are installed one AC is giving error in display. I first make flipkart aware about the error in AC display, they suggested me to contact sansui service centre. Reason given by them is product is wrong deliver than they can help but this issue is in product itself I should claim for warranty from sansui. Further I have contacted sansui regarding the same but engineer came and went away saying that sansui will send another engineer for repair. Than after I have waited for more than 6 days but I do not get any response from sansui. Hence I have again contacted sansui, they said you need to log complain again. I have re-logged complain details are as below:

                                    After the above complain no one came for replacement of the product or repair of the product. I am bearing this since last more than one month and seeking for the help from your side.

                                    I am Really frustrated with the sansui customer care. Done more than 14 calls[protected] but they always said yes you logged complaint but it is in pending status. what a irresponsible reply. world's worst customer support center. I'll never forgot this mental harassment from the sansui & flipkart team.

                                    Thank you Consumer complaints forum for escalating issue, at least from your involvement I see one reply from videocon part else, until now they never responded.

                                      i have purchased Sony Vaio 19.5V 4.7A Battery Charger 90 Adapter which have one year warranty period but after eight month it is not working. so, according to the flipkart online order product, you have go to the service centre and show the invioice bill to the service centre. i show them, the bill as well as Sony Vaio 19.5V 4.7A Battery Charger 90 Adapter also. after check the adpater they told me it is not the original product.

                                        Sir I ordered phillips trimmer worth ₹ 3299 but it was not appropriate so I returned it and sent it back . After few days I recieved a message from flipkart that transaction has been sent in my account on the name of NAVI BEDI. Navi bedi is my short name and i have no account on this name then How can I recieve money ? I am Pavneet bedi and all my accounts have dis name . I live in Ludhiana and I ordered trimmer from Ludhiana only and flipkart has transfered money at Pune to some other man having name Navi bedi. So it is serious problem and flipkart is not helping. It is a request please return my money back . Hope to have ur concern soon
