I have ordered FIRST time from Flipkart.com on 4th Feb.

Product : Asus Zenfone Selfie
On 5th Feb i have received the handset and i start using it on 6th feb. After using it for 3 days i found that the battery drained out in 4/5 hrs.
FAILURE 1: I complained for a return and primarily they cancelled the return-request twice. Then i dropped them a mail that how can they cancel a request without speaking to me.
They said me to download an app named SMART APP, who would diagnose my phone's battery. For that I will receive a 16 digit code from Customer service team.
FAILURE 2: No mail/msg/call, I myself called the customer care, speak
twice to two different customer care executives, entered two different 16
digit pin, tried more than 15 times to generate the verification id, but
all in vain. No verification id has been generated as of now. Atlast
executive said it might be a system error.
FAILURE 3: I received a mail on 10th feb stating that i would receive a call on 11th feb at 10:47 am. But i also receive the msg that the call would be at 11:00am (Proof attached)UTTER CONFUSION.
Luckily they called at 10:47 am and i accidentally missed it and called thrice
at 10:36 but failed. (Proof attached)
Then i received text that they would call again on 11th feb at 6:30 pm. I came out of
office at 6:15 pm in a ground so that no network excuse could work out. I
waited till 6:52 pm but no call. (proof attached)
Then suddenly a msg came to of time 6:20 pm that you tries to make a call.
Trust me no call has been on my screen. I dropped a mail stating that "Give me a number and i would call u at my expense." I finally receive a mail that a call will be there by 12 Feb, 3:30 PM
FAILURE 4: few moments later I received another mail mentioning that the issue has been escalated and then i would receive a call by 13 feb at 7:30 pm.
I demanded an explanation to know why the call has been delayed from 12 Feb, 3:30 PM to 13feb 7:30 pm.
FAILURE 5: I got a call from Mr. Vinay and he again wants me to re-install that smart app and wants me to call at an alternate number, so that he can check my phone. I was on client meeting and shared my incompetence to do that troubleshooting. He promised me to call on 14th feb morning. I also cooperated as being sunday, i can manage the troubleshooting and find out the cause of problem.
FAILURE 6: Today is 17th feb, I have dropped two mails and spoken once to customer care, but no response. They have slept over my issue and wants me to cross that one month return time deadline.
WHY FLIPKART IS SOO BRUTAL WITH ITS CUSTOMERS ?

Got above email from Flipkart and I replied to this email on 22nd Still there is no reply from them.
