I order the Samsung product but when it delivered to me it seal was broken , Then i ask the delivery boy why its like this. He told that by mistake he delivered the product to some other place. Then i told how this is possible you should do the cross checked at least verify the phone number(mobile number). He did not answer anything.
So i revert the product back to him. But in the beginning he was not ready to take it back. I told i don't want this product. I don't know he was telling true or false. But i didn't accept the product as that the electronic product which may be tampered. Then i talk to customer support in front of him(delivery boy) they replied "Ok sir but again it will take nearly 7-8 working days(excluding the weekends) to do all the things" i told what???? 7-8 days?. Really i am felling very bad with the Flip-kart service. I heard a lot of it. But now feeling very bad.
So please cancel the product and i don't want any product as i have to gift the phone to my younger brother and he is leaving out of India.
It better to take the product from some retails like electronic shop.. at least you can check there. RIGHT ?. As anything went wrong its only you and you who will suffer. They never suffers they just replied "Sorry" thats all. Now as only i am suffering no one else??? Its very bad "FlipKart" .

    Flipkart — delayed and damaged

    Dear Sir,

    I have ordered ( order no :OD[protected]) Videocon 32 LCD TV with Flipkart.com on 7th Oct 2012, after several follow up for 15 days, i got delivery on 24th Oct 2012 late evening. Next day I have called technician to fix it, while switch on, we found cracks on the display. immediately I have made complaint to FLIPKART, so far no answer from them.
    Kindly advise.

    Flipkart — refund and replacement

    Sir I had bought a new Sony xperia miro through flip kart on (Invoice date:[protected]with invoice number:DEL[protected]. Their TIN number is:[protected]. I jaismon George, from Cochin,kerala. After 2 days of delivery, the earphone of the set got malfunctioned and wi-fi not working and total phone hang. I visited the Sony service centre in Cochin named ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LTD.

    Hi,
    I placed an order for Samsung galaxy s3 pebble blue for Rs37000/- on September 14th(Order no : OD[protected]). Then I requested for cancellation on September 15th, after confirming with their customer care representative that the product is not shipped and amount will be refunded. I placed a new order for Samsung galaxy S3 marble white on Sept25th (Order No : OD[protected]). Meanwhile, I continued enquiring the Flipkart customer care team regarding my cancellation request. I always got the reply that “ Flipkart will be processing this request immediately” which did not happen even after both the products were delivered to me on October 5th. When I again enquired their team regarding this, they said me that “The cancellation request was supposed to be processing by now, which unfortunately did not happen” and some apologies. After my n number of calls, I came to know that they have started processing my cancellation request on October 8th. And they asked me to wait till October 13th for the reverse pick up to happen. But this also did not happen. When enquired about this through mail, I was asked to wait till October 16th. They also sent me a mail detailing the procedure of how to pack the product for reverse pick up. But no one came to pick the product. On October 18th, I called them and got a reply that " A product once delivered cannot be taken back". This statement made the whole thing make me feel like I was fooled.

      Flipkart.com — non delivery

      Hi,
      I had ordered a TV from flipkart.com 3-4 days back.it was suppose to be delivered on 16th of oct.when I called in to confirm the order on the 15th oct,the CS associate informed us that our order has been cancelled!
      I am sure there was sum technical error and thats the reason the order was not deliverd,however i wanted to know the exact reason why we were not informed before cancelling the order.Would request you to look...

      I have ordered a product, 1. Order Id : OD[protected] - Lta : Bag Forever Rio BFE/CZ/7 Orange Tote Hand Bag Messenger Bag.
      This costed me 350 rupees, the bag shown on the website looks like a very good quality and the one I received is totally waste product and I was decevied by the diference in the ad and the actual product.

      I feel cheated by this product, I brought products before from online shopping and this time I was stunned to recieve a product which should cost no more than 50 rupees and its worth is no more than a plastic grocery bag.

      I do not like being cheated of my hard earned money and when I called the call center for problem redressel they were inturn coming at me saying that I should have called their call center to know the quality of the product before buying (This is distgusitng reply, more disgusting then the product I received instead of showing empathy they were looking for silly reasons) and its their supplier and not they who are to be blamed. These kind of lame excuses given by Flipkart is nothing but cheating customer.

      It is like advertising Gold on website and selling Gold plated ornamemnt, and when you ask for redressel of cheating, they telling you that its
      supplier problem and my problem.

      I want to know, what Indian governent and other Other agencies do to prevent this kind of fleecing of customer. Also what advice what further actions I can take to protect my hard earned money and make Flipkart recognize and accept their mistake.

      Let me the know procedure, for getting my money back and for me to send back this waste product

        Hi,

        I had ordered a pair of Skullcandy earphones from Flipkart.com. I was informed that i would receive my product in 8 days.
        After the said period, i received an e-mail from flipkart, stating that the order is cancelled due to unavailability of the product, and the amount would be refunded.
        For the refund, i was given 2 options:
        a) Refund to my flipkart account, which would be done in 24 hours.
        b) Refund to my bank account, which would take 8 business days.

        I find the above mode of payment, very inconvenient.
        So to summarize i have simply deposited an amount to them for a minimum of 16 days, without receiving any service.

        I want to lodge a complaint against flipkart for their worst customer service
        Booked XPERIA C on 4th March, the standard delivery mentioned 6th but still the product not yet shipped. From 5th to 8th the same status is showing that "the order is packed and ready to be shipped." Issue not resolved after calling the customer care. In case of COD, we can expert some delay. But, in this case when I have already paid for the same, then what for we will wait.

        Hi Team,

        I have placed order with Flipkart as its big brand. I have place order on 30/06/2015 of Dr. Batra's Shampoo...which received in leakage condition. I called customer care and raised request for replacement. My committed date was on 10/07/2015...But I did not receive it on commited date which was given to me. On top of that when I called to customer care the response I have got was very casual. Is this Flipkart customer service. Its a big question mark on Customer Service which is flip kart providing now days in this competition. Flipkart giving pathetic service to their customer.

          I had ordered a Sony VAIO Laptop on my wife’s name at Bhilai via Flipkart.com online on 18th September, 2012. The order ID is OD[protected]. After 10 days (on 28th September, 2012) after I enquired about the non-delivery at Bhilai, I got a regretful mail from Flipkart. They specifically told me that the amount of Rs. 30,500/- would be refunded in my account by 11th October,[protected] working days). Then after the amount was not deposited till 11th October, 2012, I enquired with them again regarding the status of the deposition. Then again, I got a regret mail, stating there was some “error” from “sivakumar”, a customer support personnel at Flipkart.
          My grievances are as follows:
          1) Why the company was not able to deliver the product, when it showed on their website that it was available within 6-7 working days ?
          2) I’ve lost the savings account interest on Rs. 30,500/- for approximately one month, which I paid for the desired laptop.
          Kindly settle the issue at the earliest !!! Thanks a lot.

            Flipkart — not yet i received but status is delivered

            i have purchased nokia headset by online using flipkart .com... at 28.09.2012.. the seller has been shipped my order at 29.09.2012 by first flight courier....Shipment Tracking id:- F11838912 ...... not yet i received my order....but i track this item in the first flight courier website the status was delivered at 05.10.2012....how is this possible? i dont received my order then how tha status was delivered...very highly desatiesfied with...

            dear sir, i had booked a bsnl tablet phone from flipkart.com for rs 6999 on 27/8/12 and made payment from my credit card with txn no OD[protected]. later i canceled the order as i got the same product from other store in just 6400. so i asked for refund from them.. the refund was credited back to my credit card account after some days. but today on 6/10/12 while i was checking my credit card statement i came to know the same order was repeated by flipkart.com with new txn no OD[protected] and also the amount of 6999 was debited from my account that too without my knowledge. this shows that flipkart.com saves our card details and can misuse it at any point of time by using our money. this is not at all secure and reliable. the repeat order was placed on 12/9/12 and till today i was not even informed about the transaction happened nor did i received the delivery of the product..on complaining to their customer care they replied that the amount is credited to flipkart.com wallet and i can use the amount for future purchases.. this way they loot customer and block their money and force to buy things from them... this is totally a cheating and fraud case done by flipkart and is a forgery case done by the company.. pls take necessary actions on the company and penalize them for their fraud activity.. also i need my amount 6999 back to my credit card account.

              I Have placed an order in FLIPKART.COM web site for product Jergens Soothing Aloe Relief Moisturizer (621 ml) for 302 INR. They have Cancelled my order without even informing me. Later i came to know that they have increased the product price to 399 INR and that is the reason the web site cancelled my order. Could you please look into the issue and do me the favor. It is their minimum curtsey to inform the customer regarding the cancellation.

                I placed an order for a Book online which according to flipkart did not go through , they asked me to place the order again and delivered the order twice.My sister and me landed paying up for th book twice in each others absence thinking its the same order.

                They asked me to ship back the book to thier ware house and never refunded the amount back, inspite of several calls and emails.


                I Rinki received a delivery twice for the book mentioned below ( Ref Id: OD[protected]] ) and I have shipped it back to your ware house address as instructed with Trackon courier with the tracking number[protected].

                Which was delivered to your warehouse on September 14, 2012 , ( http://trackoncourier.com/Default.aspx ).

                These companies are big giant and it is so difficult to get back your hard earned money given to them even if there mistake.

                  I ordered a Laptop Lenovo Ideapad U310 on 24th Sept.2012 with Cash On Delivery Option.After 15-20 Minutes i got call from Flipkart executive Ashwini to confirm my order and i confirm this.Exectly after 5 min she called me again and told me that this product is out of stock and she has to cancel the order.I said it was in stock when i ordered but she again told me that this is not possible.I told her that i want my item and did not cencel my order.I also got a mail from flipkart that it is not in stock and they have to cancel the order but i again reply to complete my order.
                  When i again check the status of the product it was showing out of stock.I was completely surprised But on the next day when i check again it was showing in stock with Different price and also it is in my Flipkart account showing as processing.But till now i am fighting with them to get my product and they are forcing me to cancel the order or saying that i have canceled the order.I am having all the proof that are showing that i did nor cancel the order.I am regular buyer of flipkart and i was in strong impression of flipkart that it is the only online store that Rockssss. but now i have to change my mind and also suggest to all please do not buy any product from flipkart.They are lier.

                    I have ordered two 8 gb memory card for the cost of 260 each. And the order was successfully done, but after two days i found that my order is cancelled without any prior indication and when i called customer service executive they told me that they called me for three times instead i never get any of the call from flipkart...
                    At last i went to flipkart site for the new order then i came to know that the price of the 8 gb memory card is raised to 285. Then i came to know the real fact of cancellation..why they cheating customers and giving wrong information?
                    Note: The customer executive told me that they called me for three times on 21 but my order cancelled on 20 th itself....

                    i had bought a gamepad which was faulty. it had replaced thrice and then the flipkart people told me that the money willl be refunded. I had filled the form online and i didn't get anything. They have simply fooled me by taking the gamepad and money as well. As a result i don't even have a photo proof to support my complaint.
                    I have purchased many products from Flipkart. I want to know latest i had purchased Philips shaver (OD[protected] with 3 years warranty but in invoice it is not mentioned at all. Please help.

                    Secondly sent product is not as expected
                    I have purchased many products from Flipkart. I want to know latest i had purchased Philips shaver (OD[protected] with 3 years warranty but in invoice it is not mentioned at all. Please help.

                      Failed to deliver the product.

                      I had ordered for Acer AOD 270-268bb Laptop (2nd Gen Atom Dual Core/ 2GB/ 320GB/ Win7 Starter) (LU.SGD08.008) in flipkart it was showing available and will be delivered in 6-8 days. even after 10 days I didn't get the product .
                      when I called the customer care they are telling out of stock asking me to cancel.
                      Is it new way of cheating the people. ?
                      If it is out of stock why it was still showing available.. ?? very much disappointed.

                        I have purchased a samsung tablet from flipkart by seeing at the offer of 16 Gb memory card along with a web redemption offer . The order has been confirmed but they have denied the 16 Gb memory card.                         I have purchased a mobile as mentioned above from flipkart by seeing at the offer of 8 Gb memory card. The same has been delivered but they did not provided the 8 Gb memory card.                         SMS “NCC<space><City Name>” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.
                        Even I'm planning to order a nokia phone which is having the same offer. If this is the case, I should re-consider my decision. Have you got the memory card ?

                          I ordered a Seagate Expansion Portable 1 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive from www.flipkart.com (FLIPKART ) on 23rd August 2012, 10:42 AM. It was supposed to be dispatched at my address in 3-4 bushiness days. But i have not received my order till today.

                          I called FLIPKART customer care , they again said that it will be delivered in 2-3 days , but still it has not been delivered to my address.

                          Flipkart promises to deliever the products in 4-5 business days, that was why i ordered the product. I had to leave dhanbad and collect some important data from my professor, but i failed to do so as FLIPKART has not still delivered it to me. This has already cost me a lot as i have already lost the opportunity to collect that data, please help me in getting my product.

                          Even i get the hard disk in the coming weeks, the need for putting money for urgency failed. I was supposed to get it on 26th september 2012, but i have not got it till today.

                          Seagate / Portable Hard Disk — Bad Product

                          Sir,
                          I had Purchase Segate Portable Hard Disk on August, 2010 for Rs 3900/- and its Warranty is 5Yrs. This Product Become Bad, and then i submitted this HDD to company then they given me another Repaired HDD, and then i used this for 1 Month and it again got Bad. Then same again i submitted that HDD to Company and they given me again Repaired HDD, my problem is i m Lossing my Critical Data every time, and segate company just fulfiling the Warranty.
                          Now i m Requesting to you that please tell company to Give me Box pack new HDD, or Refund my money.

                            I have ordered the product micomax funbook. They confirmed my order via Phone, via Email, Via SMS that product will be deliver with 3-4 days and after wait 2-3 days they call me again and said product is out of stock. If this is out of stock why they keep confirmed via email / SMS/ call many times. If every product is out of stock then please make site offline and stock the product and then reopen the site. I am really frustrated with this every time get order they make mad. I would like to advise all to go to shop directly and purchase instead of order via website and wait and after few days got cancelled. Very frustrating
