The worst service ever . even snapdeal dont cut calls . first i order for a battery . it took 10 days . and great u send me the wrong battery amazing . next i call up to get this rectified and its your mistake and the first agent(chitra) from pune she cant answer my questions she cuts my call . i send a request again this time fuming second agent (sandeep) again cuts my call . super same pune branch . no wonder you are losing the market share in india . and third call i dial the 1800 .. surprise it got connected and now i am talking to a supervisor and he says i cant update on ur system please call back after 7.00 pm amazing ...my order number #od[protected] my phone number [protected].. people need to know what bad service u guys provide so that it dose not happen to them too.

    I have purchased dell make 3542 inspiration notebook laptop having specification - core i3 4th gen/4gb/1tb/win8.1, 15.6 inch black. (Imei no. 5t0z932), online from flipkart, after 1-2 month, preinstalled operating system was deactivated, so i contacted to flipkart costomer care but they told to contact to dell & windows, but dell and windows service person told me this problem to be solved by seller. Seller is flipkart. But flipkart's seller is rucha enterprises gwalher. After huge communications, flipkart suggested me to return this product and amount will be refunded. I disagreed, because my laptop is busy and i have installed some software and also installed antivirus, now i unable to return this product so i requested to flipkart to provide windows 8.1 fresh software or to provide product key of windows. But flipkart is not giving key or software. So i requested to refund amount for purchasing windows, but rejected by flipkart. I know that windows8.1 is specified in invoice, but flipkart has cheated me, windows installed by flipkart, is got deactivated after purchase. I want complete product as per specified in the invoice.In market i checked that laptop without windows activated sell price is approx 10, 000/- more so i received laptop without windows activation key, so it is overcharged from me, i request to flipkart to return overcharged amount and the cost incurred for getting overcharge amount. I got cheated by flipkart and asking for return and refund which is not possible so flipkart should pay money against this cheating. I am having phone recordings of flipkart costumer care, windows service person and dell service persons voice. Please help me to get the justice.
    Flipkart continuously saying to refund & return. I unable to return, i want replacement with complete specification as per invoice.

    The issue had already been addressed.
    flipkart not solved this issue. I wants proper solution. And solution is to replace my product with same specification or provide windows 8.1 product key or refund of amount for windows.
    flipkart is not responding to this complaint as usual...

      The problem arise from date 1.03.2016. As per my knowledge warranty of accessories is upto 6 months from the date of purchase.

          Purchased Iphone 5S. Worked well initially. But suddenly stopped working. When I went to Apple service Centre, it says the Screen and phone IMEI no is different. Thus it is a lost/stolen Iphone. Though I have shown the original Bill. Thus my 55000 valued phone is now for INR 2000. Even after repeated requests to both Flipkart and Apple, my issue has only been resolved but not resolved or addressed as a matter o[censored]rgency(specifically as these days we can't do without phone.

          Very disppointed with such response of corporates.

            Dear sir with due respect I beg to say that we have a customer of Flipkart . Sir I have placed order from Flipkart . The product is Apple iphone 6s the cost is 41999 rs . When we open the box there is a dent in the side . When we call customer care there is not properly response . They can always say please wait 24 hours while we waiting 24 hours there is 1 week ago for waiting but there will be no properly response . When we create the return request request was cancelled. Actually sir Flipkart is a commission khane wali company from sellers . Seller was sell his product and give commission to Flipkart 5 percent . The amount of phone is big that was the reason Flipkart not return the product. As his policy say 30 days replacement of product if there is damage or etc. If you can help I will be very thankful to you

                I ordered a ifb 23bc4 23 l convection microwave oven (Order

                Product. The scheduled delivery date was 13th feb, 2016. On 13th feb, i
                Checked in the flipkart account, where the status was updated as '
                Delivered'. Later i got a call and i was told that the product would
                Be delivered on 14th feb, 2016. But on that day also i hadn't received
                The product. And the status was as 'product delivered'.
                Hence, i decided to cancel the product and called up the flipkart
                Customer care and informed in details regarding this as well as asked
                For cancellation. He(Flipkart customer care executive) took the
                Request on behalf of me and told me to wait till 24 hours to get a
                Callback from flipkart. After 2 days i got a mail stating that, it
                Will take more time to resolve. I waited till that time, and again got
                A time extension mail from flipkart. Likewise i get mail on every 2-3
                Days. Then i cancelled the product from flipkart website on 22nd feb,
                Since i was not getting any response from flipkart. After few days i
                Got a call from flipkart and i was told that the seller will be
                Initiation the refund as soon as possible and i will be getting a
                Confirmation on that. But it has been around 35 days, i havn't got any
                Confirmation on refund yet.

                  Highly dissatisfying delivery services. Extremely ill mannered and inefficient delivery boy, refused to deliver our order.I had to cancel my order. He wasn't able to understand the address properly in spite of giving him proper directions and providing my shipping address to the company. Please look into the matter for this is highly disappointing and displeasing for the customer to be told by the delivery boy straightforwardly that he will not deliver his/her order. I request the company to look into the matter and bring it to the information of the concerned courier company(if you are having a tie-up with it) and take appropriate action as soon as possible.

                        I placed an order for enerz go fit pro smart wristband worth 899.
                        Od[protected] is the order number. At the time of placing the order i called flipkart customer guy and asked him whether any problems will happen to products like missing products, damaged, not working... ..
                        And i also told him that i'm going out of town and i'll not be able to return the product if anything goes wrong with the product.
                        He agreed with that and told me that 'if anything goes wrong, you just call me. They'll refund the money or will replacement.'
                        I believed him and made a address change and forwarded with the order without cancelling.
                        And when i received the product, the charger for the product was missing and switch on the go fit pro was not properly working.
                        So i called flipkart customer service and told the scenario and asked the refund or replacement. At that time they told me that they would give me a call back within the itself.
                        I called him because i can't charge the band it is completely useless.
                        I waited for the call for 48 hours, and no one called me. So i called them on the third day after the first call and first told me a 'sorry' for the inconvenience and told that they cannot refund the money without a return.
                        And they just said a. 'sorry and apologised' for what happened and disconnected the call.
                        On the talk with them on the time of ordering and his word of assurance of refund made me go through the order without cancellation.
                        I just want my full refund fastly..
                        I'm out of town and surely i can't return it.
                        Please give me my refund of 899.

                            I wanted to buy Letv 1s Phone.

                            As you can see in the attached image- 'Flipkart" the ads say that price of the phone is Rs 4999 rs and when I click on the link the flipkart website opens with the price of the phone as Rs 10, 999. Please see the attached images for your reference.

                            Just for the sake of publicity flipkart is showing fake ads and misleading the customers.

                            More over, no where it has mentioned the terms and conditions or offer details or any promocode through which the discount can be availed and we can buy the phone at mentioned price - Rs 4999

                              On dec 21, 2015; flipkart was running an offer to give 10% cashback for purchasing products of 5, 000.00 through citibank credit card. In a single transaction, i bought a ray ban aviator @ 4, 065.00 and a samsung 22f5100 55 cm (22) led tv @ 10, 990.00 and the total cost to my card was 15, 055.00.

                              The transaction created two order ids:
                              Od[protected] for ray ban & od[protected] for tv

                              Later, flipkart delivered a defective tv. After a lot of follow up (Read harassment), a technician from samsung verified that there is a problem with sound quality of the tv and finally a replacement was allowed by flipkart. However, within a day flipkart came to say that the product is out of stock (Though it was still showing at flipkart website for a fresh buy at my same pin code by the same seller) and asked me to go for a refund of 10, 990.00

                              I then repeatedly tried to confirm the fact that post cancellation of tv, if i would be eligible for cashback for the remaining 4, 065.00 or not. As, if not; i was ready to cancel ray ban order od[protected] too.

                              At that stage, varsha from flipkart customer support; in a telephonic conversation assured me that i would get 406.00 by feb 20, 2016 (It is the date one or before cashback was supposed to be posed to) to my credit card as cashback. She also sent me a written confirmation to my email id.

                              And now after feb 20, when i did not receive the cashback and tried to reach out to flipkart; everytime they are either asking me to check with the bank saying the cashback is already posted. I told them i have checked with bank already several times and there is no cashback showing up then they just buy some time and then again after few days, they ask me again to check with the bank.

                                  Received cash on delivery a novel - "The Gift" on 6th March '16 well before the expected date.

                                  Expected new a book in good condition but was disappointed and lost faith when I opened the seal to reveal its poor condition, it was now clearly visible that what I received was a second hand novel ! Spine marks at the binding side of the book is a distinct indication of the same ! Fold marks on its back cover were not unnoticed.
                                  I had to gift it anyway to my friend whose birthday was round the corner at that time. I was shocked when I learnt from my friend that a few pages were also missing in the book adding a cherry on top of the well served cake!
                                  It has been very embarrassing and disappointing situation your reputed company put me in. I request an immediate compensation to my loss and exchange the book for a genuinely new one.

                                        I have purchased a techlific sopspc pen button spy camera, seller: acp traders order placed on feb27 2016, id no. Od[protected] through flip kart, but it comes out as a defective product.
                                        I have already made a refund request to flipkart on march 7 but they does not teke refund of this defective product nor refund my money as per their company policy.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
