I have Received a product after 12 days of actual Delivery date, when i am asking to return they cant return the same.

Now they are giving me n nos of reason that they cant return the product, i have spent hours on phone with their call center which they didnt bother to address, no of call back promised not a single callback made....

In spite of paying and proactively following up 24 hours in advance, Flipkart executives show no sensitivity towards customer requests. We order items considering an occasion and when they breach it, they breach our trust. To make matters worse they donot even come up clarify the status....
