It has been a miserable experience with Flipkart and Ekart in the recent times. Seems all bosses have made their dough and would like to move on with other ventures. Recently, when Freedom251 made big announcements and could not stand by it (atleast till i write this review), I see Flipkart going the same way.

My order which was accepted and product dispatched on same day. Ekart responded telling incomplete address and i clarified on the address, which is same for my previous orders. After a long delay and couple of compliants to Flipkart, EKart updated the status as Order Rejected by customer. SURPRISE, as i never rejected nor got a call from EKart or Flipkart on my rejection. Seems the Bansals and Flipkart team just does not want to consider our suggestions on last-leg communication in their logistics. EKart has been miserable and Flipkart has been deceiving people like me, who are patiently waiting for their products.

Time to move on Flipkart !!! You are threading the same road what Snap Deal had ventured. All the Best. Hope you realign and listen to customers and value their experience, rather than turn your ears to blind logistics team. Very Disastrous.

I have already moved on to Amazon and AliExpress.

My view Point:
Amazon has an excellent end to end logistics process, well integrated and well communicated to the last leg delivery. Customer service is second to none, as every executive in Amazon support, is aware of customer distress in case of a call, and also have necessary provisions to re-route the order for exigency. This is Customer Experience.

AliExpress is an excellent portal which is direct from manufacturer, hence no need to wait for Discounts from indian players like Flipkart. Only regret is it would 15-30 days for order being delivered. But i feel it is worth a wait as there is 100% payment protection.

    I order cello fresca 1000 ml two bottles with multi colour.but i recieved two same colours.not the colour which i order.i.e i order blue and voilet colour but i recieved two rose colour bottles. i requested a replacement but till now it is not replaced .i call care they told that product is out of stock.i.e already 10 days over .but till no response from flipkart .now a days flipkart become very bad .so many complaints are coming on flipkart please take necessary actions


    one more thing happened.i order cell aqua cool 1000ml bottle rose colour .but i recieved miton 1000ml voilet colour.see what is flipkart doing .they are just blaming the customers.simply .flipkart is very bad

      I placed an order on 4th feb and received completely broken item on 10 feb which was returned that day itself. I have the return slip for the same. The product was returned on 17th Feb and since then dealing with flipkart customer service has been a nightmare. they keep saying they will 'update' me with the status of the refund. this means they keep calling every two days to tell me to give them 24-48 hours more to resolve the issue. Its been over two weeks. I am being mentally harassed by flipkart this way. Its a simple refund procedure and they keep giving excuses. Its a small amount of refund Rs. 549 and if they cant refund this small amount I am grateful I didn't order something expensive from them. Its ridiculous that this company takes people's hard earned money and then refuses to return them their money if they didn't deliver the product. this is plain and simple cheating and I am moving to consumer court if the issue isn't resolved within this week.

          I bought a toy helicopter and after delivery it was found that it is not working.
          I raised the issue to customer care and talked to exe, senior exe and some higher athority. Always they are saying that the issue will be dissolved within 24 hours. I started talking to them from 3rd march .today is 8th. In this way is it not that Flipkart is cheating with common man.

                  I have faced the issues with flipkart. Flipkart is fake sales kart company. when we purchase the item through credit cards they will deduct amount from credit cards and cancel the orders. They will take 7 days to refund the amount. In the mean time the offers will get closed. Why they are cancelling the orders when we order for the first time? Also why they display if product is not available with them?

                      I have ordered a "Hikvision Digital Video Recorder 4 Channel Home Security Camera (4 TB)" with order id "OD[protected]" from Flipkart and after placing the order on 26th Feb 2016 I enquired about the 4TB hard disk will come with the product or not, over the phone flipkart executive confirmed me that the product will come with 4TB hard disk, I asked him to provide the same in mail then he said you have to drop the mail for confirmation.

                      I wrote a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com on 27th Feb 2016 and I got the confirmation mail from the team. Again for satisfaction I called to customer care and asked for the 4TB hard disk with product and again the executive from flipkart confirmed that the product will come with 4TB hard disk.

                      When I received and opened the product, I found that the 4TB hard disk was not there in the package. Immediately I called flipkart customer care and told about this to the flipkart executive. He told me to write a mail regarding this, I wrote the mail and the reply was shocking for me they said in product summary it’s mentioned that the product will not include the 4TB hard disk. Luckily I have taken the screenshot of the summary while ordering the product. Both the summary were different and the summary they were referring to was modified recently. Old summary was not having any such line like "HDD is not included in the combo".

                      I have requested them to fulfill the commitment they made.

                      On 5th March 2016, Abdul from flipkart called me and said that they will not be able to provide the committed product. I have dropped a mail to them to confirm that they will not be able to provide the product as committed but still no reply from their side.

                      Is this how Flipkart collect money for takeover?

                      Tell me what I should do? Should I just take the refund and go away? Or isn’t it my duty as a consumer to make sure businesses are penalized when they do something like this and fight for that?

                              This #fraudkart blocked my account having 2400 fk wallet cash only because cancellation of two orders.

                              After that when i use to order they use to cancel the products after a certain interval and give reasons of product availability.
                              Now they blocked the accounts saying i had made a number of cancellation.

                              flipkart is a big crap which takes our money and cancel our order by making fake excuses and finally block it. So that they can live/survive on our money.

                                I have purchased the product gold coin under 15 % cashback using icici netbanking onfeb 14 2016. I have raised a complaint on fen 14 2016 regarding cashback as i haven't seen offer didn't applied on it . I have got a call from flipkart team confirming that product is eligible for 15% cashback and amount will be credit to account on 20 april and i have accepted the product ondeliver on 21 feb 2016. On march 2 2016, i got a mail saying your product is not eligible for cashback of 10 % and on netbanking transcation.

                                        Recently i placed the order of moto turbo mobile through my credit card, this mobile is in rs.1000 offer at that day...But my order is confirmed and amount is deducted from my credit card and i received sms from that...But i am not received confirmation order sms from flipcart site...
                                        I make a doubt regarding this and i call to flipcart customer care...They said sir we received amount but order is not placed due to my technical problem ...We will refund your money on with in span of 8 days...Ok...They refund the money and i got the money to my credit card account but got some service tax and some other charges deduct from my own money due to their technical problem and one more thing is right now there is no offer on that moto turbo and the major issue is my time is wasting like anything without fulfill my need...
