Hi,
This is milind jangale, i have booked one mobile from Flipkart which is MOTO X Play in 15, 299rs, but i got faulty mobile so i requested to replacement the product i got replacement but for replacement i chasing for 1 month with flikart Call center and his logistic partner,
when i got replacement product and open in front of flipkart delivery guy that product also faulty, so i requested to that guy please to take return that product but he said i don't have right to pick product from customer, please contact with customer care an get it resolved.
so i called to customer care on 18 Oct2016 for same but call center guys said we can't replaced your order but we can refund your money, i force for replacenmet but they said please get refund the money either you used that mobile so i said ok please send your person to pick the product they said ok,
from 18-oct-2016 to till Date nobudy Came for pick the product, i called to Customer care more than 10time, wrote to [protected]@flipkart.com but no buddy responding i have raise 5/6 Complaints but single complaint not resolved till date .

on 7-2-16 i called to Flipkart Customer care and talk with Shubhra Mishara (floor Manger ) please refund the money i have already wait for your guy for more than 4 months, so she said trust me sir today we will pick your Product, so i said ok if today you unable to pick Product i want my money back, she said i will try my best to get its resolved your issue, i said if not resolved today than i want money back she said ok you can also check vice recording of Call center
i have also mails to show you all details
