I ordered an Aastha 3 In 1 Vaporizer Order no OD[protected]
on 24th January 2016, and my Delivery date was 5th February 2016, I got the message for pick up on 2nd February 2016 and in that particular message they have asked for either pick up or door step delivery, I opt for door step delivery .
Neither they replied nor they called to confirm about the product delivery . I got the same message for pick up till 6th February 2016. The due delivery date passed as on 5th February 2016. I called the customer executive to clarify regarding this matter, they started telling a story that I have opt for pick up so I have to get it from the pick up center, I asked them to escalate the call, they raised the issue and the next day I got a call that it would be delivered in next 24 hours, but it was all fake next day I got a message that the order is cancelled as it was not delivered in the due date. This is the worst experience I have faced in online shopping . I will ask my friends and relatives to never ever shop from flipkart even if they give any % of discount.

We understand that you were looking forward to receiving your product, However we were not able to deliver the shipment due to courier constraints. Please accept our apologizes in this regards. please place a new order we will do our best to make sure that it is delivered to you.
Flipkart has not tried calling me even once, i called the customer executive, they are giving absurd reasons, bad response from flipkart .
Neither they messaged nor they called and they have not mailed also. I really don't understand why the standards have fallen down, in the above product they have even charged delivery charges, what a poor show Flipkart.
Please stop accusing customers.

    I ordered "Expedite digital 8gb mp3 player'(oredr no:OD[protected] on 31 jan 2016 but I received the different product with different specifications. After requesting for the replacement they accepted the request and committed to send the right product. But again I received the the wrong product and now I am requesting for money back and there is no reply from there side.

          I ordered for batman case and i've got superman ..i think you guys dont know what are those the pic in website is tat important the matter is the delivered product should be alike in the pic...By ordering this i got after 2 weeks and now again to replace i think it takes another two weeks ...so delivering a simple product flip-kart take 1 month ****...why you people are like this...your silly mistakes makes your ecom company go down...

            Hi,

            I brought an mobile Moto 3rd Gen vide order number OD[protected] dated 21-Aug-15 through Flipkart. I have not opened box in next 5 months because of trust on Flipkart and I was out of Town.
            But when i opened that box I was very sad to note that accessories availble with Handset was not working at all. The Charger is not working at all. The earphone quality is 3rd class. Now i am going to recommend everybody in my circle not to but any products through Flipkart. I am also going to put the status on all the social networking site. However mobile is working well but i am in doubt whether i am using fake handset on cost of original mobile.

              I have purchased 3 mobile phones(Rs.4499 each),

              Since I got a damage phone so I have claimed for return my order but they have putted my claim on hold from more than 2 months,
              even they makes excuses to solve it and makes fake promises, but they didn't solve my problem till now.,

                  Ordered a Philips LED TV on 20th Jan 2016 from flipkart. The order was delivered on next day. After 3 days of delivery technician came for the installation.
                  When he unpacked the product received he told some of the screws were missed to the wall mount installation. After that he said he will come back in two days with necessary items to the wall mount fix. He did not even turn up. I got the email from flipkart saying that installation is completed. Actually there was no installation done by the technician as there were missed parts to do that.We were under impression that he will come back for the installation as he promised us he will come back two days later. But technician did not even turn up.

                  When the customer care executive called my uncle to get the confirmation about the installation he told that installation is not done. Since the replacement guarantee on the item from the flipkart is 10 days we have connected the TV to see if there is any damage. We were shocked to see the damaged product as the screen is completely damaged. Please find the images of the same attached below.

                  I have immediately raised a replacement of the product. And after that called customer care to explain about the issue. They have taken the complaint. But eveytime i called them one of customer care executive taking the new complaint against the issue and there was no proper response from them regarding the replacement. I have been connecting with the through the calls and emails.

                  But none of them given a solution to me yet. In between they have asked for images of the damaged product. I have sent them twice and the same i am attaching below as well. Yesterday afternoon they have updated the status against my request as replacement rejected as the issue is settled between the seller and me. But no one connected with me or my uncle from the seller's department. I am completely cheated by flipkart. After they have updated the status i have called up them twice but there was no response from them. This is a poor response from them. I have never expected a service like this from flipkart. They are not even bothered to respond to the customer.

                    one of the worst service I am experiencing !!

                    safexpress is one of the worst service provider !
                    im also facing that problem. Please tell if what action we will do. but we should definitely lodge complaint on flipkart for cheating us. That offer is also cheating.

                        I have ordered (Order ID - OD[protected]
                        Product - Samsung Evo 16 GB MicroSDHC Class 10 48 MB/s Memory Card.
                        I Ordered a samsung memory card on 28th december 2015, and I received the same product on5th January 2016, But it was damaged. Hence I returned the product on 9th January 2016 by DTDC courier on 20th January 2016, for returning of the product only courier charges rs.70/- they credited to my flipkart wallet account, where as actual product cost rs.348/- were not yet credited to my account, I already mailed several times to the flipkart support team they were postponing the consignment issue. Please reslove the issue ASAP.

                        Please book a complaint for poor after sales service against the Flipkart.

                          my order id is OD[protected] i order moto x play from flipkart on 20 jan and they deliver me cheap samsung guru 1200 model . when i called cc on 24 jan 2016 they said they will exmine the problem and pickup that particular mobile received by me and they And they assign a refund request for same but courier partner did not come as expected on 25 jan 26 jan &27 jan because I recved message from them that they will pickup product today be reday and bla bla bla….then I again contact cc of flipkart they again open new refund request but this time courier boy came and asking me for 3 original moto x play (I was shocked again ) immediately I contact cc on 2 feb. then excutive told me there is mistake by them and kindly call us again after 7pm. I again called flipkart after 7 pm. Then mr Nikhil said don’t. worry said ur product will be pickup by tomorrow sure.
                          Then I gain wait for whole day on 3rd feb. but no one came to collect this garbage .then again I called flipkart on 4th feb then I discussed all scenario with senior Executive miss meghna. she again open new refund request and she again said wait .today till 5:23 pm no one is came to collect parcel .kindly look in this matter and give me my money back.

                            for last 20 days we are keep on posting a complaint, and receiving a call and mail stating, will come and collect keep the material ready. till now no one has arrived. really we are fedup of this service... we recommend people to dnt order dress material through flipkart. ordered one material and received one material, and we need to wait 20 to 30 days for the exchange, that too no guarantee for exchange. worst service forever. after making a complaint their process to send comprise mail stating will do the needful will send our person, fake commitment.

                                My order no. OD[protected] has been replaced . But same mistake was repeated . They delievered the wrong size again . I dont understand why . If they dont have the size then why they had mentioned there . This mistake is repeated by the seller two times . I want my money back with delievery charges. I am disappointed .                                   I wanted to exchange my old Nokia phone (purchased through Flipkart) on Flipkart last weekend and when I entered my old phones details like brand/model and IMEI number it gave me an error saying that the IMEI number does not match with the brand/model. This could only happen if the Nokia phone sold by flipkart is a fake one. I contacted the flipkart customer service and they said that the problem will be resolved by Feb 3rd but today is Feb 5th and there is no response from them.

                                  I think everyone should be wary of flipkart and its fake products.

                                  Issue still not resolved after so many days... Customer support does not even check if the issue is resolved, but they keep calling and telling that the issue is solved. Even today I get the same error that the IMEI number does not match the brand.

                                        Flipkart has not been able to keep up to the promised delivery date and on top of that have not shared any update whatsoever regarding the status of the product being delivered. Their IVR is repetitive since the last 2 days with no change in status and when I spoke to the customer care people they were clueless about the status of the product to be delivered. As per them, the issue may get resolved tomorrow which is a day after the promised date of delivery.
