    Hello team, I m extremely disappointed with the flipkart services.I have place an order on 7th Feb 2016, and I have been send 7 intimations to collect order, the only three times actually the order delivered.the delivery was different product.my order was embroidered sari and I have been given simple printed saree.and colour, matirial, desigen, every thing was cheaper than I have ordered.and this has happened thrice time.the issue is I m steel waiting for the correct one to be delivers.I have lost faith on Flipkart.is this a huge mistake to choose flipkart.I have use many other services just like amazon, snapdeal but I have never face such issues with them.I m not happy as I have to suffer from Hassel just because I gave select a flipkart???I need my order.I want it.I want compensation for that.the services is again the consumer services low.kindly contact me on my mobile number.[protected].and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

        04.03.2016 i have received a phone call from no [protected] on my mobile
        asking for my debit card no. I have shared debit card details with him.
        Subsequently i have received a message of debit of rs.14999/- from my
        account for purchase on pos [protected] flipkart internet priv with
        txn no 076184

        as the txn is fraudulent one i request you to cancel the txn and refund the
        amount as early as possible.

          This was with reference to the order no OD[protected] for Study Table from Flipkart .This particular product was never delivered to us.It been more than a month now that we have not received the product for which an amount of Rs2764 has already been charged to us.Everytime the customer service is approached...the executives would initially argue about saying this product has been delivered when they are told that we have not received the product and question them regarding the 100% buyers protection policy that they claim.All we get is a farce apology, a system generated mail that they are looking into the issue and the timeline by which it will get resolved.But unfortunately nothing has been done all I have received is umpteen number of mails from them with a new date.I have been cheated, money has been extracted, product not received till date, have spent hours following up on the phone.

          In reciprocation to the complaint lodged on the portal.Flipkart followed up with us lending a patient ear to our grievances .This time instead of giving us hollow assurances and empty regrets it was apparent that they co-ordinated with the vendor Home town, delivered our product.All thanks to Indian consumer complaints forum.Keep up the good work

                I ordered on 15th feb 2016.My order is OD[protected] and my payment was made through debit card and prepaid mode.In this order list
                there is motorola 3rd gen phone worth rs-10, 999/-, moto flip cover rs 999/- and one micro sd card worth rs 341/-.Two item of them except moto 3rd gen phone were delivered together on 19th feb, 2016.The estimated delivery date of the phone was 25th feb, 2016.I was waiting and doubting for phone delivery time then I checked through track number which was given into my flipkart account in respect of order id and individual track number.The track number is[protected] with a website link.This link opened fedex site and provided shipment details as I found my estimated date and the date was 19th feb, 2016 at 8:00 pm .Next day means 20th feb when I checked fedex site through track number of phone the estimated date was not available and no updates of track information finally I called fedex customer care and they told me it had been missing and lost.Fedex informed me they had informed flipkart for this incident.Then I called flipakart customer care and asked status they told me it was proper condition my item and it will take a long time, I had to wait.Finally I doubted on that and decided to cancel .I called flipkart customer care and cancelled phone and returned my flip cover.Then they gave confirmation of cancellation and returned through mail.After few days I got refund of only flip cover amount and no response about refund amount of moto 3rd gen phone.In my flipkart a/c they gave status item has been deliverd sucessfully sent a confirmation mail with invoice .They always notify that your problem will resolve soon and they are working on it .Now tell what should I do now.                             I had bought a rayban sunglass from flipkart .ORDER NUMBER-OD[protected]. I had requested a return since the product was not up to satisfaction. The person who came for picking the product was very rude. He did not call or inform that he was coming to my home and was very angry since i was not at home to return the product was not at. He has gone to the extent of tearing the papers which in front of my mom. When i heard of this situation i was furious and called flipkart and gave a complaint. I had spoken to three managers .The names i could remember are Swathi, Bala and another person name i could not remember .In spite of me requesting not to send the same person the same person was sent the next and the day after that also. Finally the return got cancelled and flipkart told me to rebook the return and promised again that a different person would be sent for pickup. But to my surprise the same person has been assigned again .i spoke to a manger called Priyanka today and she disconnected my call without addressing my complaint.

                            I have all the details regarding the return and the sms that flipkart sent me for return with the name and employee id of the person

                            This carelessness of flipkart can be excused this time, considering the fact that i have let them go 4 times previously. My family mates fell threatened by the people that flipkart sends for return.

                                I order lehnga choli of rs 860 but due to cheap matrial i return the product very next day i call customer care they said they will refund in my flipkarta wallet but nothing still one month over.                                   I ordered a car mobile holder on 29 Feb 2016 and that was delivered to me on March 1, 2016 as it was in a day guarantee delevered product. The order no. Delivery execute came to our house 4 times 4 times till now and rejected return saying some warranty is missing which i didnot get... So i called your customer service on march 1st and explained my situation, she said delivery executive take the return this time... But next day he rejected again... March 2nd i escalated the issue to flipkart escalation team, next delivery rejected.. March 3rd i called service manager he assured that it will get accepted at any cost but still got rejected..

                                      I have ordered a "Hikvision Digital Video Recorder 4 Channel Home Security Camera(4 TB)" with order id "OD[protected]" from flipkart and as mentioned in the specification I enquired about the 4TB hard disk will come with the product or not, over the phone on flipkart customer care and the executive from other side confirmed me that the product will come with 4TB hard disk, I asked him to provide the same in mail then he said you have to drop the mail for confirmation.

                                      I wrote the mail to [protected]@flipkart.com and I got the confirmation mail from the team. Again for satisfaction I called to customer care and asked for the 4TB hard disk with product and again the executive from flipkart confirmed that the product will come with 4TB hard disk.

                                      When I received and opened the product, I found that the 4TB hard disk was not there in the package. Imeidiately I called flipkart customer care and told about this to the executive from other side. He told me to write a mail regarding this, I have written the mail and the reply was shocking for me they said in product summary its mentioned that the product will not include the 4TB hard disk. Luckly I have taken the screenshot of the summary while ordering the product. both the summary were different and the summary they were reffering to was modified recently.                                       I got couple of calls and they said that the confirmation from flipkart was by misktake and they will take care of it in future. I have provided all the possible proofs to the flipkart team.

                                      I have requested them to fulfill the commitment they made not the refund.

                                      Is this how Flipkart collect money for takeover ?

                                      Tell me what I should do? Should I just take the refund and go away? Or isn’t it my duty as a consumer to make sure businesses are penalized when they do some thing like this and fight for that?

                                      I am trying to get the update from Flipkart but I am not getting any response.

                                      I have called them on customer care no. Several times but no satisfactory response.

                                      Please help me out here.

                                      Should I have to go to local consumer court and log a complaint and case of 420 ?

                                        My order no. OD[protected] was cancelled automatically by flipkart.
                                        And then I received an email saying - "Thank you for your order OD[protected]. You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on Flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your Order."
                                        How can anyone can give such an excuse! Why I am going through all this pain of ordering it and still my order is getting cancelled? If I had bought more than 1 quantity of it then it would be reasonable to cancel other orders on this ground.
                                        So I think in your mind I am not an equal customer and should not be equally treated or given equal opportunity.
                                        Thanks flipkart for this wonderful treatment to your flipkart fan or it is correct to say your past fan.

                                        I am disappointed as no one has contacted me. And by the way there are no returns against company policy as The last washing machine which I returned was used and repaired by an unauthorized person and the first return was due to your courier partners as they were delaying the delivery and told me to cancel it.
                                        So please before giving such response make sure you have all the facts.
                                        AND PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR THIS ISSUE as I still believe in you that you guys will help me in resolving it.
                                        I am disappointed as no one has contacted me.
