I bought a refrigerator from flipcart.date 10 January 2016, but they deliver wrong order..when i called customer care then they said to me that they will exchange and resolve my problem within 70 days..i i had wait around 9 days ..but they didn't provide my order when i sent email to flipcart then they call me and said that they can't exchange we already deliver right order and disconnect the phone i have already spent 13600rs and they provided cheap quality refrigerator..please help me for exchange my order or refund my money..flipcart is a big cheater..i really disappointing with there services..they said only please wait mama..we will resolve your problem...but i loose my passions..really big frauds services
i don't think he wanna change my refrigerator, don't trust on flipcart services.

    They took the money out of my bank account and now they are not responding to my e-mails. They told me many times they are looking into it bu they never provide me with the refund. It's already passed 15 days.

    They took Rs 325 out of my account on 13 Jan.

      I had ordered for a Moto X Style through order id OD[protected]. It also included exchanging my old nexus 4 device. While entering the imei number i entered the last 2 digits incorrectly . My exchange was rejected by flipkart. I called there support helpline and they assured me that i will get my phone back and i only need to fill up a form and rectify the mistake .The form never came and they unilaterally rejected my request and initiate the refund.

      Now consider a scenario during the big billion sale last year . Flipkart displayed a offer saying that Moto E was available for 1500 . I placed the order- (OD[protected] instantly . Later flipkart realized that it was a mistake but in this case they cancelled by order and made me pay the full amount minus 1500 as discount . If company makes a mistake they are allowed to rectify it but if consumer makes a mistake they are made to pay for it.

        I had purchased a product online with Order no. OD[protected] from Flipkart. The product which was delivered to me was totally damaged. I had complained about the same to the company the very same day, the representative said that the pickup will be done soon. Till date no pickup or any response from the company, even after continuous complaints. I want to log a complaint against the company for such a fraudulent activity.

          Hi Flipkart team,
          This is to inform you that I have received fake products of Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 CDs from FLIPKART.
          My order date: 17 December, 2015 6.30 PM[protected] Order ID: OD[protected]

          If you see the invoice, I have ordered two Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 3 PC 1 Year. Once I received the products and after installation the products to six different system (two CDs). I got the notification that the product key is using more than one system. The License got crashed. Then, I contacted the Kaspersky Support Team, they asked me to send the details of the products. After sending the details they confirmed that the two Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 products are fake. It’s not a genuine products. Here you can see the screen shot of the conversation of Kaspersky team.

          After that, I contacted Flipkart customer support team, and they agreed that those were FAKE products and they are ready to take it back (both the cds). But, they initiated return for only for one cd. For second cd, I have contacted them plenty of times. They didn’t come up with the solution. I’m really frustrated with the Flipkart service and scare to buy product from Flipkart. I hope someone will help me in this to solve the problem.

                I had ordered an LG washing machine for Rs.12, 149 on 03 Jan 2016 from the Flipkart app. The product delivery deadline provided by Flipkart was on 08 Jan 2016 while the product was actually delivered on 04 Jan 2016. We had opened the product and tested it and found that the product is defective in functionality. So, on 05 Jan 2016 we had raised a complaint with Flipkart (IN[protected]). We had a tech visit on 07 Jan 2016 to test the machine themselves and they confirmed that this is a manufacturing defect. So, we requested Flipkart to get the product replaced. Since then the Flipkart customer care executives have only been postponing the tech visit dates. We had then asked the Flipkart care to get a refund instead, as the request is not being handled properly. Then there was another technician visit on around 17 Jan 2016. The technicians told us that since the product was bought on an e-commerce website, LG does not give post sales warranty and were not willing to touch the product without their service fees. We were asked by a Flipkart executive to send them back without availing their service. Since then Flipkart executives are only escalating our request everyday and postponing them. We have not received any positive response from them till date. It's already been 22 days since the beginning of the request and nothing has happened. We request you to help us rectify this issue and also to find out what the root cause of this issue was. Thank you.

                Flipkart's customer care is fake. The comment "Issue has been addressed with customer" is incorrect. Flipkart only wants to show others that they work on requests so quickly. This issue is still not resolved. They have not even touched it. It's open since 5 Jan 2016.

                They have no idea what's going on in their own organisation. They say they do not use Instant Messengers in their organisation and this is the reason the - so called - CustomerCare executives can not contact their technical team immediately and would take at least 24 hours to get a word from them. I thought they provide something called "Ping" service within the Flipkart app to customers. So they do not use IM themselves, but want customers to use it. And then, when you call them the next day or two days later, they would show you the same face that was shown during the last call. They have my money since the beginning of the month. It's been a month and I have not gotten anything out of my own money. They are using it to make profits.

                Sorry Flipkart, you do not deserve what I thought you were.
                It's been two months since the issue was raised. I have been calling Flipkart on daily basis and the only response I would get is to await the seller's reply to Flipkart. Later, on 27 Feb 2016, I got a call from Flipkart that a Technician Visit has been confirmed and would be done in 72 hours. However, no Tech Visit happened during that time. I instead got another call on 1 Mar 2016 and was insisted to call the LG customer care myself. The same Flipkart team who once told me that they would be taking care of everything until the issue was resolved and that the customer only knows Flipkart and not the seller or the manufacturer, are now insisting the user to contact the LG customer care to resolve it. They are trying to get rid of this issue (like the seller). They also informed me that the sellers policies have been changing.

                Following are the warranty policy modifications made by the Seller (RM Marketing aka Roonmal Marketing) and Flipkart:
                1) The product page on Flipkart says that the product has 1 YEAR of warranty.
                2) After 36 days of struggle, Flipkart customer team was then told by the seller that only first 3 TECH VISITS are covered under the warranty.
                3) Then again, to get rid of the defective product, the seller, after 60 days, told the Flipkart team that the warranty extends only until first 3 DAYS since the delivery of the product.
                4) I have also been told by Flipkart that the warranty limits are up to the seller and not the manufacturer.


                My questions to the Flipkart team are:
                1) Why on Flipkart app do they say that the Warranty is for 1 year?
                2) Why is Flipkart selling products that the manufacturer claims to give no warranty? Stop selling them!! (Read https://www.quora.com/Is-it-safe-to-buy-electronic-items-from-Flipkart and http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/[protected]/news/62192208_1_online-...
                3) Why is Flipkart team trying to convince the customers to keep products with manufacturing defects? They even gave me a workaround - that I attach a sheet of paper at the place where the wash tub floor rubs with the tub to make bad noise.
                4) Why does not the Flipkart team have the same team who can communicate with both the manufacturer/seller and the customer?

                I have many more questions Flipkart is unable to answer. The seller and the Flipkart team think that the customer will give up if they drag the case for over two months. Remember, this is not going to happen. I need a resolution no matter what takes Flipkart to resolve this.

                  Hi Flipkart Team,

                  I have been a regular customer of Flipkart for over couple of years now and have had pleasant experiences with them in 9 out of 10 transactions I have conducted. I had one real bad experience (yesterday)

                  This all started few days back on 6th Jan’16. Me and my two other friends were very excited to purchase Shoes online. We ordered 3 Pairs of Shoes of Same brand with different Size. Still we had to pay thrice delivery Charges as we were excited we didn’t mind it. It’s okay.

                  Yesterday, Disaster day where delivery guy came with two boxes of same shape and size. Upon inquiring about 3rd box he said it is there you pay me for 3 boxes. When I opened the 2nd box which was tagged as quantity of 2 shoes. It was having only one pair of shoes in it.

                  When we contacted on Helpline we got very illogical answer. You pay for 3 shoes and we will deliver it to you afterwards when not sure, I asked for full refund or deliver it in next 5 days, I got straight answer not possible. You go online and order it again and it will get delivered after 15 days. Please wait. I asked for higher person. Call got transferred to Sapna Babu. She denied for any help and informed us to book it online as it was our mistake as Flipkart is not responsible. They inquired did you open the box. If we didn’t open the box than how come we get the surety of box containing two pairs of Shoes in it. We have taken only one pair of shoes. We didn’t pay for another two shoes as they were not delivered to us. She transfer my call to Some Manager and was committed that we will get the product for Free if you send us an email stating our problem. Even they can commit us anything. IT WAS OUR PROBLEM THAT WE ORDRED THREE PAIRS OF SHOES ONLINE AND THAT TO ON COD.

                  I would say your vendor is a big cheater and you cannot commit if we order anything.

                  For facing such problem. I need my shoes in next 5 days as it was a miss from your end. I want it FOC as well. Please let me know if you can’t delivery it. I want to highlight this to public as well. Wherein I can make it public to other’s knowledge as well. Where you cheat people.

                  Today I am not happy with your services it is bad experience with Flipkart. I order lots of products through Flipkart and I always recommed your website to my friends and colleagues for product.

                  Do you guys know the mean of black smiley. The meaning of above smiley's you guys are cheater your vendor's are cheater they mention two product and they deliver only 1 product.

                    On 23rd January i recieved a product named NOOVA NEOPRENE KNEE SUPPORT which was ordered from flipkart worth rs 3699. 2 belt straps should have been received but only 1 was recieved. Also the inside packaging was already torned.I filed a request return on 23 rd only and they just gave me new dates each time that some team will call and resolve my issue. One message i recieved mentioned that their delivery man will come for pickup of the item on 27 January. At the same time i m got emails and sms that the seller has rejected my request saying that the product was send intact.Should a customer be at the mercy of the seller because no seller in world wants loss of profit. If they think i m lying then let me tell that I have been ordering from flipkart from past 3 years and no such complaint i made before. So like i said before the product was missing and i only recieved one knee support and the other was missing. I filed the complaint on the same day i recieved the product.

                                I ordered one kids learning product around 19th Dec. The product came after about 10 days and that too with broken corner. I immediately informed customer care using call me back functionality from mobile app.

                                A return was placed. 19th Jan again replacement came to my door step but a smaller size and cheaper product was sent. We declined to accept.

                                Again customer care and escalation team contacted me. They apologized and said return will happen soon.

                                When I never received any return until 24th Jan, I checked in app. I saw cancellation remark in app. On contacting customer care was surprised to hear that it was cancelled mentioning that, no one was at address and so return cancelled. My whole family was at home and on top of that, we even never received any call from delivery person that day as well.

                                My call was forwarded to escalation team. the lady said she will ensure delivery in 3 days for sure. I said in this case I have to now go to consumer court for a higher fine amount to you for this inconvenience. She clearly said that this is an assurance from her side and this will not happen. She assured twice at least that in 3 days this will be sent to my address.

                                In evening got a call from escalation team saying they cannot send it as product is out of stock. They said settle down with a refund of the product cost.

                                I was really upset with this service and why flipkart should not be taken to court for harassment and bad service. So much of wastage of time. Also, mental stress in just trying to buy a simple product. Why they cannot at least replace it with another similar product of my choice and why they should not be fined ?

                                Keep playing with customers as they have a silly and ridiculous service. get rid of refund by putting a false comment "no one was at home so cancelled" and then refund the money in worst case and close the case.

                                    Never ever buy this product.after wearing this my eye started burning and visibility problem.i am wearing lens since long but faced theses kind of problem first time.when i asked to flipkart to return the same they said its non returnable actually has very bad serviced with 0 satisfactions pls dont buy from flipkart.buy selling this kind of product they are leading to serious damage.they are just playing with people health.amazon has far better services.
                                    mots strange thing of the site if you write good review it will appear if you wanted to give bad feedback they will not allow to do so so why they want to review from customer.there own person can write good review about the product

                                        Motorola phone purchase on 08 Nov 15 gone faulty within 02 months. Flipkart is not replacing since the 30 days replacement period is over.

                                        Motorola service center Pune has also fooled me and returned the phone without repairing it.
