I've placed an order at flipkart on 26th Jan'16 for purchase of Sofa set. I was given a delivery date of 24th Feb'2016. I received a message that the item has been shipped on 11th Feb'16. Post date I've not got any information neither any thing was told by the customer care.

But the order was not received on 24th Feb'16, when contacted customer care had no clue whatsoever about the product. And they keep giving me future dates for delivery / issue resolution.

Yesterday I got a call from them that we are still trying to track the product however if you wish we can cancel the order now.

I said what the hell, this is just plain rubbish. You are shying away from your responsibilities. And if you really want to cancel the order then you need to pay for the interest cost incurred in last one month for the amount paid to you.

They immediately denied for doing the same.

Right now I’ve left with only two options according to them
1. Wait for the order (Even if takes eternity)
2. Take my money back (No compensation on the plans, lost schemes on other websites)

Both the options are not acceptable to me.

I would like to know how can I contest their unilateral decisions.
Any help is appreciated.

    1. Ordered - OD[protected] Redmi 2 Prime with delivery date 24 Dec . Post receipt inquired about the product details being different on the box and in mobile verses the Redmi 2 Prime. Post confirmation from your customer service executive had placed a return request for right product.

    2. Second and third time also similar product was delivered and basis the recommendation of your customer executive had finally placed a refund order. This not only lead to a loss on INR 700+/- which was a special discount given by Flipkart but also my purpose of getting and gifting the mobile on 25 Dec failed.

    3. As I needed only Redmi 2 prime only available with Flipkart had placed a new order OD[protected] on 14 Jan 2016 with advance payment of full amount, however again post 2 attempts the product was recommended to be replaced being different post confirmation from Flipkart executives. With the third return request I had received a confirmation email on 28 Dec indicating confirmed pick up of the product from my residence by 30 Jan 2016 which when failed to pick up checked with Flipkart customer executive who then mentioned that the request had been cancelled as the product was right and as expected . With multiple followups and updates finally have received a disappointing and threatening email by one of your team members stating "As a consequence of these activities, you may not be able to place any more orders on Flipkart using this email id or other associated email accounts since they may also result in cancellation"

    I have been buying mobiles and other items from Flipkart since last 2 years and was happy with the products and service till the recent one and sorry to say but with my recent experience will not be recommending basis the mental agony and time cost, flipkart have caused to me for this one product.If the product was right the first time then fail to understand why was I made to reorder and take refund then, however now when I was fed up on the followup it is been explained to me that the product is right and I should be undertaking test locally to confirm the same?

    Appreciate if you could address this issue to ensure that the product is collected and my refund along with the difference/ expense amounts are settled at the earliest.

      To adopt flipkart as my first option to order. Seriously, this is first

          I purchase 4 product with partial payment through wallet and debit card as I was unable to find any product for bal 242 in the app so I added 2pre items to it and ordered

          I want to return one of them fur to quality issue hence as I made payment through both source I called the CSR team for confirmation abt my refund amt in wallet or bank, they confirmed that my amount will be credited to my account...then I raised. A return but i saw later that Amy was credited to my wallet with today's expiry date...when I was trying to call to the customer service from 11 to resolve the issue it took so much time and my Amy hof lapsed when As I was On calls with dem
          Request you to please credit back my refund amount ti my bank account as I was confirmed from the CSR or please try to send me N other scarf with fresh enquiry date as there was no fault of mine

          The customer service assured me dat the payment vl b made to my back if not I would not return it please provide justice to me or i[censored] give the gift card also I might have give it with fresh date...

          There was devious order also in last month they delivered me a wrong product but I ignored dat as I was not having time and out of city

          I have lost my 5000 rupees because of this flipkart I got a call from someone for refund they said its flipkart and they have deducted all my amount please hide the details of the complaints put in this website..hackers used this information to cheat people

            Dear sir/miss, i have purchased 'Philips HD4929 with Stainless Steel Cookware Set Induction Cooktop' from flipkart with order ID OD[protected]. The description provided that they will provide 3 stainless steel cookware set, Also the review said that they provided a user with stainless steel cookware set. But when product is delivered, there is no cookset. Thus i asked to return the product/provide me the missing cookset. But they refused to do anything. The Return ID is 47399018 for returning the product. Please help me, the only reason i ordered the cookset is becasue of the cookset was free along with the induction.

              On 23 February I have ordered moto g turbo edition on FLIPKART
              And I did online payment for that which is Rs 10249/-
              But the very next day they cancelled my order and said that by technical issues your order was cancelled
              From 23 February to 26 February they are making me fool and said you have to wait for 24 hours everyday when I call
              I requested to flipkart give me the same product on same amount but they didn't take decision about my issue

                    I orderd "Scomp HP OA04 4 Cell Laptop " on 11Feb (Ref: Flipkart Order OD[protected]. At that time specification of product was as attached with snapshot. Capacity was 4400mAh and when i received its 2200mAh. I contacted customer care and they providing replacement, After 3 days they cancelled my replacement. Also on that product page specification changed to 2200mAh(On 27 Feb).

                    so in short they wasted my time around 2 weeks.

                    So now flipkart telling me for technical mistake and telling me for just return. Is this right solution? Also not providing any compensation due to wasting of 2 weeks.

                      Order no OD[protected] Plus+ MI 02 Potable Mobile Power Bank 10400mAh was delivered yesterday. Ordered for above brand but received another duplicate one, am not returning as travelling on 3rd March and need it . Do not cheat people by supplying fake products, ensure you deliver the same brand shown online and the same one ordered for. I had ordered a MI power bank a few months back and I know how the MI item appears. If you can replace it before the 3rd of March It would be wonderful.                         I ordered a redmi 2 mobile phone from flipkart online, and when it was delivered 2 days back on 25 feb 2016 i found out that it does not catches signal of telecom provider, i tried changing sim cards, but the issue remains, there is no signal problem around my house on my other mobiles, since day one i have been contacting flipkart for replacement of the phone but they have told me me that it is not possible .

                                    I ordered a asus zenear headset from flipkart
                                    Having order id: od[protected] on 17 december, 2015 5:57 pm,
                                    Standard warranty of six months displayed on the product page. The
                                    Right ear canal stopped working after 3 months, which was under the
                                    Warranty period. I have been contacting both #asus and #flipkart. This remains unsolved to date. I guess #asus is waiting for 6 months to be over so that the issue is down the drain altogether.
                                    Instead of playing ball with the customer, why don’t either of you take the responsibility or solve this issue? I am really frustrated from flipkart and asus and i am still waiting for a resolution, if it does not get solved by the 5th month which is april, i will resort to legal action. I am left with no other option as of today as both of the customer executive denied about the service. Below is the communication with flipkart and asus showing how they are neglecting the queries of customers. This is how they stick to their promise of providing quality service after selling the product.

                                    Spoke with the customer as he said that he had the ear phones are not working he had already raised a complain many times to Flipkart and Asus but he is not getting any resolution customer is stating that Asus had forwarded a mail to him that for the Asus accessories the service will be provided by the point of purchase so informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders kindly give some time we will update you on this.
                                    I am still waiting for resolution, It has been already more than 10 days when I had complaint.

                                      My order id OD[protected] in which I order for Bingo T50 watch as per the seller's add, but I received same unknown wrong brand watch twice after requesting the replacement for orignal watch.Now for this reason I called customer care for replacement but they are not ready to send the original product.I want original Bingo T50 as per my order.

                                        Hi.
                                        We placed an order on flip kart for Asus Zenfone 2. The order I'd is OD[protected]. We receive the product and after using for few days we found some network related issues. We contacted flip kart and a smart check was performed. It was identified that there's some problem with the aim card tray and we asked for product replacement. Today i.e 25th Feb 16 the product has been picked up and we got a message that refund has been initiated. Why refund was initiated when we asked for product replacement.

                                        I have had a very bad experience with flip kart and will definitely take this matter to court.

                                        Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the product was defective so he had asked for the replacement but the refund has been given to him as customer was stating that he wants the order in the same offer price so informed to customer that we would not be able to provide the order in the same offer.Customer said he will go to legal. So we are closing the case from our end.
