Ordered a ring with order id OD[protected]. Seems too good quality and dimond studded. But when received, got only few dimond on it. In reality it seems not too classy and I wasted my 999 rupees on this product. Kindly take this faulty product back and return my amount as soon as possible. look into images attached. 16 dimond each side shown and received hardly 8.

    I purchased an item in Flipkart on February 04 2016 with Order id: OD[protected]. But my order was cancelled, they said that they refunded my amount Rs.2499.00 and it will reflect in 8 working days. It has been 20 days but still I didn't get my refund and they saying some silly reasons like issue with bank in refund. I contacted my bank also they said that there is no issue with them. Flipkart is not giving any perfect information and they are not giving proper response. I'm in need of my refund.WORST service I had ever seen.

    Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the amount has been deducted from his credit card and the order has been cancelled but the refund has not been done so informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders and informed him to revert back with the credit card statement so that we can escalate it further.
    Dear Flipkart,
    I have a rather serious complain to make on account of your inefficiency and tardiness. Its so happened that I returned two products with order id : OD[protected]
    and OD[protected] .
    I had made a payment via ATM Debit card from State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. Now, I expected the payment to be refunded . I had spoken to the customer care and they assured me the same. But when I check my flipkart account it shows the money was refunded on 24/12/2016 and 26/12/2016 for both orders. This is not true because the money has not been credited to my bank account. I have checked the bank statements repeatedly and no such money has been credited.
    Also i went to my bank many times to clarify and they also told the same.
    Also i went to bank grievance department to clarify and they also told me the same.
    While i have gone through all the tricks sent by flipkart. Now tell me the next steps so i can get back my hard earned money.

    I had ordered my phone and cancelled it on 18/10/2020.The money was supposed to be refunded by oct 23 but i have not been credited with any of the amount .It is showing that they have refunded and for further delay contact the bank .But the bank service is refusing and they are saying to contact the flipkart customer service .
    I want my money credited as soon as possible.

      Hi i have facing a problem in flipkart whenever i buying a phone on flipkart the oder no is OD[protected] n after 5 min the flipkart people mail me( Did you face any issue(s) while trying to place an order?) & when i order the product they not allow me the buying product this is very fraud company pls take a strict action on this issue another my money is also blocking 8 to 10 days i m suffering this faltu flip card company pls help me out.

      Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the order has been cancelled without any reason so informed to customer that due to bulk order has been cancelled. So informed to customer to place a fresh order as customer is stating that if this time also the order get cancelled he will go to consumer court so informed to customer that we would not be able to give any confirmation regarding the order it will get cancelled or not.

        As i always preferred flipkart as a good mean of online service.And they initially provides a good product.This time i actually placed a order for a shirt which seems to be of a good quality in the pictures provided in the site.Thus i placed the order for that particular shirts.But i was literally shocked looking at the product i received.It was of a very worst quality and the foremost thing, it was not that particular shirt i saw at the site, it was completely different from the one which i saw at the site.They had send me the other product.I would like to say if they are going to provide this kind of services, they are surely gonna lost many customers.I m really dissapointed this time and i dont think i would purchase or visit their site again.They are providing a wrong information as well as making scam to others.I would like to take a immediate action against this.

            You had very poor service and very poor support. i booked the product on 6
            feb 2016 and i cal on customer care number to deliver the product on prior
            base but they didn;t listen the customer words. now the est, date of

                  I bought Lenevo K3 Note smartphone from Flipkart on ...
                  it started hanging and heating withing 1 and half month and many times facing network signling issue also.
                  Once i started facing these issues in phone, flipkart return date got over so that i was unable to return it.
                  after 1 month it started getting switched off automatically.
                  And Now it is totally switched off.
                  I contacted to customer care, they are saying motherboard got rusted.And they cant support it although my phone is in warranty.
                  But as per me it never got dropped in water.so how come it got rusted within ...months.
                  Please let me know the solution for this issue.

                      I ordered 3 product with order number OD[protected], OD[protected] and OD[protected] all the three products are wrong delivered to me, i also opted for replacement of one product and for which i got delivery today and the same thing happed again, i got a wrong product delivered to me again ...after having words with the flipkart customer care they put me on hold for around 30 min and after this they are least bothered for this and asking to raise return request.last time also in december 2 wrong jackets were delivered to me... kindly check this as i have only ordered 5 product from flipkart and all the 5 product had major issue with the product. i really want to escalate the issue to top most priority..and want strict action on flipkart.

But what about yours existing customers who already purchased the same product on flash day sale 1, 2, 3. Why flipkart is not going to provide us any gift once we already purchased this product from flipkart only. Moreover, others are showing interest because of the feedback which we guys provided about LeEco performance and flipkart fastest delivery and replacement policy.                                 Got 2 Times replacement but finaly got cheap quality water purifier, Fed up with this finally decided to repair with kent technician paying 2000 rs .
                                1. AC/DC adopter was not working.
                                2. F R valve tube was damage
                                3. LED light was not working
                                4. cheap quality wiring inside
                                I request flipkart people to check the product before selling on flipkart.

                                  I have placed an order OD[protected]. (Moto G Turbo Edition).
                                  I have also paid for the priority delivery Rs 140. scheduled delivery was 14/02/2016. But flipkart has delivered me the order on 15/02/2016.

                                  when I contacted to them for the same. They came back and said that they attempted the delivery but could not able to deliver as my phone was not reachable (which was not as i was waiting for the order the whole day).

                                  Plus they have also not delivered the freebie ( airtel sim).

                                  And they said that they will not compensate for this.

                                  They didn't tried to deliver the product as it was a sunday.

                                      Today i found that my one LOBE of my ear phone was not working..
                                      So i called the Flipkart executive on the Toll free number [protected]
                                      The Flipkart exec guided me to visit nearest service centre.
                                      I Visited The Service centre at Emall, Mail ID 'htctechnician.[protected]@tvs-e.in'
                                      There the Exec lady said that the Mobile phone got activated 5 months before the date of selling.. Is this what is get with loyalty of so many years???
                                      A used phone was sold to me...
                                      I did not get the warranty and the earphone was not replaced...
                                      Can Flipkart give me an explanation to this??

                                        It was no wonder that the services will be affected by the resignation of top management but to such an extent is extremely shocking and disappointing. I usually do not believe in posting complaints but this time I was forced to reach this platform to express my concern. Its almost a month now that I have ordered 42'' LED TV from Flipkart (OD[protected] on 26th Jan. First I got damaged product on 4th Feb, took few days for return and was returned on 7th Feb. There has been no update on the status of the product since 10th Feb. After constant follow up at least twice a week the customer care assured that the new TV will be delivered by 25th Feb and has given multiple assurances. Following up today, the lady at the customer care tells me that the order is stuck in our account and we sincerely apologize, we will try our best to deliver the product at the earliest with no confirmed date. Highly disappointed services and pathetic escalation services. Guys never buy expensive electronic product from Flipkart you will be locking in your money.
