I purchased a copy of Windows 7 from Flipkart which was delivered through Blue dart and paid cash on delivery of 5197.
The copy sent to me is a pirated version of Windows 7 and the key does not belong to this copy when checked with Microsoft.
When asked for replacement, without sending replacement they send me another copy of same and ask to again pay 5297, which I returned.
I have sent mail regarding this issue there has been no proper response and no proper reply, people from flipkart call center call and ask foolish questions and state there is no track of my purchase in their system, then how come I have received the product and have all the details and product with me.
One person calls me on 01/14/2016 and says good you have returned the second product, give us 2 days to resolve this issue and refund. Another person calls me on 18/01/2016 and says there is no track on delivery on their system.
My doubt is that there is some fraud in this manner which has to be taken care of immediately.

Complaint marked as Resolved They have not refunded, they send mail after mail stating "we are looking into the issue" but nothing happens. One online forum myshikayat.com contacted me through email and phone and promised to take legal action but after receiving fee till bate nothing has resolved. When contacted myshikayat.com asking help to file complaint with Consumer Court they have not replied. Today 27/03/2016 when checked my account the complaint shows resolved status, but the issue has not been resolved. The last received mail from Flipkart was 23/03/2016 that the issue will be resolved today. I have pasted the mail details below.
