Hi I purchased remote controll helicopter from Flipkart. After Arrival, I noticed, the helicopter is damaged. I requested for a replacement or cash back. They agreed but I have not yet recieved any amount. They said their courier boy will come and give the amount but it has been more than 20 days. I am frustrated. Could you please track their order and get me back my amount.

      After I cancel my order on 17-10-15 then I receive cancel the order details, and refund the money .but the 3 month EMI amount (RS.3130.44/month * 3 Months)detect from my HSBC credit card on (7-11-15,
      7-12-15,
      7-1-16)
      So please refund the deduct EMI money to my Card account .If you want the deductions detail I will send the hard copy of my credit card statements .please check the above mentioned complaint

        As per my previous complaint they offered me replacement and now
        As per as my replacement is concerned they are not providing me the replacement also they are just doing formality only i am seeing this product out of delivery from 18th of jan 16 but till now it is not replaced and now i donot want any replacement at all i want refund of this order and i have already given refund request from my account .
        please make them accept my refund request and credit the money to my account.

            some fraudster will call you from these numbers [protected] and [protected] and they will ask for account number and debit / credit card number so everyone please dont ever try to disclose to this fraudster. dont give any details of your account number they will misuse for sure be careful of this fraudster.

            Spoke to customer on [protected], he has handover the product the product for service to b2x moto flagship, jaynagar, bangalore on December 02, 2015 and they keep on providing fake promise and stating that product is sent for service to Delhi and facing a lagging of procure the parts from the outlet. So, once the parts get in to the stock we will service and handover the product. So inform customer to wait till the deadline given by ASC. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.

              On 13th I called Flipkart for refunded.The Amount was Rs.10999.00 Out of which I had made Rs. 09.00 payment through my debit card. I had initially bought Samsung Galaxy On7 from Flipkart but Wi-Fi wasn't working. I returned it and ordered Moto 3rd Gen. On7 was for Rs. 10990.00. So money went to my Flipkart wallet. Before I could receive Moto 3rd Gen I cancelled the order and asked for money. On 13th Jan2016. I spoke to Pooja and gave my HDFC bank Account details.On 15th Jan2016 Flipkart Transfered only Rs.09.00 to my account where I had Asked Pooja to transfer entire amount to my bank account. When I called them again on 17th Jan2016 They took request on that day. I asked them Why didnt you take my request on 13th when I gave you all my details and requested you to transfer the entire amount to my account and I see only Rs.09.00 coming to account. After 13th I called on 17th. And then got to know that request wasn't taken before. They took my request on 17th Jan. And now I do not see amount transfered to my account. Please advise.
              Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                    Flipkart is harassing me mentally. I have been calling them from 3 months for replacement or refund. And always customer care was gave me date or time, but they never solved my issue.
                    After 3months they start telling me that I had cancelled high no. Of product and they made me a high return abuser...
                    Where was your policy before purchasing, and cancellation products, you never told me about this or never stop before,
                    I was always buy many product from flipkart hence I cancelled some product between that time, I agree.
                    But why you was harassing me from 3 month?
                    Why you never tell me before I was requested for replacement this product ?
                    When I told you that I will take action on you in court because you had harassed me mentally, than you start reading your policy and suddenly you closed my email also.
                    Your customer care and higher officers was always telling me that they will solve my issue and I will get my money soon.
                    But all was false, you was wasting my time. You was harassing me..
                    You all are big lier, fraud, and customer money eater,
                    .
                    Why you picked up my product When I was a abuser??
                    Were you waiting for that moment when I will request for any replacement or refund???
                    So when I requested for replacement you got your chance in which you can harass me and disturb me..
                    This is a game of fraud company????

                          I purchased a copy of Windows 7 from Flipkart which was delivered through Blue dart and paid cash on delivery of 5197.

                          The copy sent to me is a pirated version of Windows 7 and the key does not belong to this copy when checked with Microsoft.
                          When asked for replacement, without sending replacement they send me another copy of same and ask to again pay 5297, which I returned.

                          I have sent mail regarding this issue there has been no proper response and no proper reply, people from flipkart call center call and ask foolish questions and state there is no track of my purchase in their system, then how come I have received the product and have all the details and product with me.

                          One person calls me on 01/14/2016 and says good you have returned the second product, give us 2 days to resolve this issue and refund. Another person calls me on 18/01/2016 and says there is no track on delivery on their system.

                          My doubt is that there is some fraud in this manner which has to be taken care of immediately.

                          They have not refunded, they send mail after mail stating "we are looking into the issue" but nothing happens. One online forum myshikayat.com contacted me through email and phone and promised to take legal action but after receiving fee till bate nothing has resolved. When contacted myshikayat.com asking help to file complaint with Consumer Court they have not replied. Today 27/03/2016 when checked my account the complaint shows resolved status, but the issue has not been resolved. The last received mail from Flipkart was 23/03/2016 that the issue will be resolved today. I have pasted the mail details below.                           They say no order details then how did I get product from flipkart through blue dart product is with me invoice, order copy I have printed copies with me. Have send all copies to flipkart with complaint through email. If wanted can send copies to you also.
                          Now being three months issue not resolved, no refund/replacement yet, they send mail after mail stating will resolve in two days and nothing happens, they advertise and say easy returns but all false statements. One online legal forum contacted to help in resolving issue (myshikayat.com) they asked for fee, which I paid. They called my cell and spoke and sent me mail that they will send legal notice and get my refund, but till date nothing happened I am still to get justice. When I sent mail to myshikayat.com to inquire if they can help to file a complaint in Court, no response from them. I doubt they have some internal connection with Flipkart to drag on issue.

                          Do not believe any promise given by online forums, they do not do what they tell, all cheats after money, go personal and take action in consumer court if want issues resolved.
                          Someone has tampered with my account and it shows resolved, now being three months they have not yet given refund.

                            Hi i had purchased world tech media player ( OD[protected] orderid) from flipkart, which stopped working in just two or three days and it was advertised as 1 year brand warranty with service centers all over india. When i approach flipkart they are not giving proper response for the service done. Just giving the seller number and even the seller is not responding. After 4 weeks of wait still my problem is not resolved. Flipkart is just minting money by selling fake products to customers. Please do help me in getting my money back with fittement charges or send the technician to remove the product from my car.

                              Complaint raised to flipkart as follows

                              I have ordered  one Micromax UHD LED 42C0050UHD television from Flipkart  on 08.11.2015 against order number OD[protected] paid through my debit card. The television which you delivered lately, upon the package received a television which doesn’t contained the warranty bill and other installation guide etc inside and the packing also is not like genuine product. But I checked on the retail shop about the same product and I found is quite different packing as well as the content was different. The original package is supposed to contain warranty card, some booklets, installation guide. But in my case the package I received had nothing of that sort.. Moreover they do not provide tamper proof seal with company logo and also bring to your notice that television sometimes appearing double, blurry image display after it is suddenly display going dark with unfair noise. I  ask several times to arrange missing items and regarding the problem to customer care they send technician to my home after checking he confirmed that this television is refurbished, but till now they not refunded money back, every time they answered refund initiated, since one month the same reply I heard from them, Im highly disappointed by flipkart service. They cheated me, I’m here requesting you to help me to refund my money back. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

                                Hi,

                                Micromax UHD 42 inch smart tv has been delivered to my home on 16-Jan-16.
                                From that time onward they are calling daily and saying that they will come and install the tv on some certain time.But they are not coming. so we postponed or work and waiting for that person. Because of this lot of our valuable time is wasted.We waited 3 days and I got frustrated.So I decide to give complaint on flipkart.

                                Today i.e. 20-jan-16 at 2PM we received the product with defect.I stopped my work and went to Home to receive the product.In smart tv Miracast (Screen mirroring) option is not working.
                                I informed the same to Flipkart customer care and they are saying they will come again to home to test product .Again I have to waste my time.Why these persons are sending the products to customer without doing proper quality checking and creating problems for customers>
                                For compensating this this I want my total money back else I will give complaint in consumer court.

                                  From my Flipkart account, without my knowledge an order has been placed using my Husbands HDFC credit card. We both didnt receive any Transcation alert for the same. After Few days we found this & complained to HDFC Bank then they the transaction details & with that I called to Flipkart then they told we will check. after few hours the parcel was delivered in our home with opened condition & the Ekart guy ran away. we dont know who hacked my id & done this ordering but i strongly say flipkart & Hdfc is in secure since Both transcation alerts has been hacked & we dint receive. Now Flipkart is not returning the money & taking the parcel & HDFC Bank also not refunding. So we blocked the HDFC cc & Hereafter we dont do any purchase from Flipkart. Which is very insecure website I feel.

From day 1, i noticed that the phone heats up more than 40 degrees celsius and battery is draining like 1% per min. i raised a request for return and only refund option was available for me. i raised the request multiple times and they closing it without providing proper resolution. i installed smartcheck app as per their direction and shared the results twice. Also when they call if the line goes on waiting or if the line is not clear they dont call back and just postpone it to next day. When i took it to lenovo authorized service center they are saying, they deal only with the handsets they sell out not the ones that are brought online. i brought this after reading the reviews all over the internet but i hear that these reviewers are paid for positive review. Lesson learnt is smartphone purchase online (that too in flipkart) is not a viable option. Always buy it from store so that if any fault comes up, you can have it fixed immediately instead of spending hell lotta time in internet and having endless calls.

                                        They have sold me an used product for which they are not giving me any replacement .or refund my laptop is crashed and dell is saying that is a refurbished product sir now your representatives are giving me wrong excuses, also they are telling me that is first hand(new) product and they will not accept refund, hence it is still showing me warranty expired on dell.com official website.. now i do not have any other option if i do not get any proper reply from flipkart .. what i am going to do now . I am going to dell service center ask for written job sheet number . and i will produce that jobsheet number to police then i will claim a petition in howrah high court .then court will decide who is done fraud .                                         at the same day first they denied to pick up the product but later their social media team contacted me and arranged the pick up at that same day . and processed the refund in the same day also . but my concern is that if you have done this so please take decision early do not make it lengthier, so that no customer can raise any dispute bomb and make any negativity in their mind for flipkart customer service.. you have lost two customers faith from flipkart now .

                                        I m going to court also and I will share with news channel, media, social site and every where. Because flipkart have many hidden policies that never show on their app
