Complaint about my handset before 1 month with repeated hanging, rebooting, heating and fast battery drain issue and 1 of your officials said that they will run a code then it will run normally, it worked for 4 more dayz and than again the same issues continued after that i complained minimum 4 times and there are no hearings to my problems, shall i approach media for Flipkart's such service now we are totally dissapointed and they say that no problms will be entertained, is this my fault or companys fault, they must hav replaced it on my 1st complaint why did they run a code just to take me out of their 1 month returning policy my whole family is angry with what the service flipkart has provided to us, is this what we expected

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer had complained stating his handset is getting heated up and re-booting. So we had already done smart-check today and requested customer to visit the service center. We have also shared the service center details with him. So closing the case.
