Dear sir, This is to inform that I ordered a knee cap from Flipkart and it was delivered on 27 July 2015 (order ID: OD[protected] . It turned out to be a completely different design and of bad quality. I called up the customer care and requested for a return and refund. I was denied the same and told that the policy does not allows only replacement and no return or refund. Now, while placing an order the policies are never visible or clearly mentioned that this product would not be returned and the money refunded. This is a new technique the company has devised to lock in the customer's money and compelling them to accept the product they choose to deliver. This is simply outrageous and disturbing that these companies dare to tell the customers on their face that they can file a case with the consumer forum but they will not change the policies. Please tell me if this is fair that they make their policies invisible, the way they design their webpage so that the customers are trapped and harassed. I am also concerned that the authority of this forum is at stake since these companies do not even care to recognise its power and authority.     purchased a mobile in june order id

    default mobile recieved with poor quality of sound and over all quality as camera, sound not as per product price

    flipcart applied condition to return and denied to refund
    1. software installation for mobile check up
    2. mobiel will be replaced by customer by paying by customer

    Both demand is irriatating and nothing mentioned on site during purchase

    finally mobile has ben replaced and again a mobile has been recieved with missing of screen guard and screen cleaner and packed is not sealed properly

    i m feeling cheated and disappointed .Pl refund my valaubale money immediate

    Wanted to inform customer as per previous offer for initial product(phone) the screen guard was sent to him, however he had issue with the initial product the replacement was sent customer wanted screen guard for replacement which is already informed form concerned team that he will not be eligible for the same with replacement product. Tried calling customer to inform the same but there was no response. Mail sent to customer about the same and closing the case.

      Flipkart cheated me by delivering an used laptop for Rs. 46, 000 Order: OD[protected] Bought a laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000 series) from Flipkart for 46, 000 rupees in June for an urgent need to do my college project. The laptop was sold by Niki Infotech Private limited via Flipkart. But the laptop was defected. On day 1 it got overheated and the apps broke down. I filed a complaint for refund (Complaint no. [protected]). They said they will refund but later pushed me to agree for a replacement. I was so much in need for a laptop that I agreed for a replacement for another new one. After many calls and requests, they finally made a replacement on July 22. Unwrapping the delivered item, I was so disappointed to see an used laptop. The user name was Dwayne Menezes ([protected]@hotmail.com). This is forgery. 1. I received an used laptop for 46, 000 rupees. 2. To replace an used laptop they took more than a month. Since I was in desperate need for a laptop (and I already made a payment to Flipkart), they thought they can just replace an used piece and get rid of me. 3. Because of the bad service and bad product piece, my assignments were delayed which affected the grades. On July 28, Flipkart wanted to make a refund only after I return the laptops. How can I believe that I will be refunded this time? I have completely lost my trust. They have cheated me. Rather I would ask Flipkart to first make a refund and then take their laptops from me.       Spoke to customer she told that pickup is not done till now, informed customer pickup will be done by tomorrow as customer is very much irriate and needs refund at earliest. Told her once the pickup is done refund will be initiated and will be credited within 8 business days.

      No, first, refund the money, then, you can pickup those laptops.

      Flipkart said they will not refund unless they pickup the laptops. I don't trust Flipkart. It may be a very big company, but it has cheated me by sending used product taking the money for a new one.

      Unless Flipkart makes a refund, I will not return the laptops. I just don't trust the service.
      So, consider the issue and make a refund asap.

      Flipkart sells used and defected laptops and they just don't care for their customers.

      It's been more than twenty days I filed a complaint against Flipkart service. But till now, they haven't resolved my problem. Is this the way Flipkart cares for its customer?

      They are only making courtesy calls, but truly they haven't taken any step to resolve the issue.
      Flipkart might have faced numerous issues similar to this, but for me, this is for the first time-- I am being cheated by this online shopping giant.

      They have been ignoring my complaints and they fail to meet their own standards. They cheat people by delivering used laptops in a newly wrapped box. They literally stole Rs 46, 000 from me. Is this the way you retain your customers?

      I want Flipkart to resolve this problem soon. Make a refund and take your used and defected laptop.

        Order id-od[protected] lenovo a7000 i have canceled this order still it delivered in my address, so i call the customer care and raised a refund request more than 3 month ago, a product specialist called me and inform me to returned this product any national curior so i have returned on 1st of may, and attached curior recpt and tracking details, and got a mail that ur refund initiated bt no refund has been made actually, its un ethical pls do need full (cntct number-[protected])

            When I pick the call...for 2-3 seconds speaker gets on and make noise and that sound irritate and also whenever I unlock the screen it directly goes to messages. This both things happening after system update. Even after replacing the mobile handset still I'm facing same issue, so asked for refund and they are not willing too. They playing with me as technical call kind of stuff which is totally flop support. They are very smart in that way. I have all the audio recorded with these technical team and most of them are blank calls.(cleaver move from flipkart). This handset even not reflected on India Lenovo website for assistance but flipkart is giving technical support.it is very strange for me. I need my refund and don't want this faulty product.

              Dear Sir/ madam I bought Moto G2 from flipkart after 6 months suddenly battery started draining like anything. I used more than 11 android device till now and this Moto G2 was poorest battery performance under both 2G and 3G network. A fully charged phone was switched off by 2 pm on the same day itself (3 hr) which was pathetic for a normal android phone. usage was very nominal with few mails and few calls with few sms. No multimedia play at all. If you looking for better android experience with decent battery backup this is not what is suggest. Regarding replacement of battery i have approached flipkart because my mobile is under warrenty period but no positive response at all. Now i am extremely fed up with the level of flipkart’s service.

              Spoke with the customer as he is saying that he is facing some issue in his phone so informed to customer that as per the seller policy post 30 days we would not be able to do anything we kindly request you to visit to the service centre. Customer agreed.

              We never agreed to ...as flipkart said. We have spent 13000 INR for this smart phone and now we are stuck due to poor battery life. This response we never expect from flipkart.

                On 22nd Jun'15, I bought Sony Earphones a MDR-XB30EX. I made this purchase at Surat, received it at Jul 01 2015. I put a refund request and they pick it up. They said refund is already done by 4th July, but I didn't received it yet. I gave them my bank statement. They are asking me to contact my bank but none of them are giving me a good response. It's been a month now and my refund is still pending.

Hello sir, i have claimed for refund of product amount on order id od[protected] as i cancelled yet its delivered to my account which i already returned on 20th may 2015. I hd raise complaint more thn 10 times bt, no further action they r taken, customer exicutive told me to wait again and again. . Its really unethical. . I alrdy attached qurior slip many times bt no action is taken from flipkrt end. . . Pls do something. . . And refund my money back contact number [protected].

                    I have ordered a Book "Eat, Pray, Love' through Flipkart on 21.7.2015 to be delivered to my friend's address in Guwahati, Assam. The order No. is OD[protected]. I paid the amount of Rupees 300 through debit card. After 7 days, it got delivered at the address. But to my utter disbelief, I found the delivered book to be a second hand book. I have paid the money for the fresh copy of the Book. And the company charged the carriage charge of Rupees 60 also. But instead of getting a fresh book I got a second hand book.                     Tried calling customer, but his number was busy hence mail sent to share alternate number.
                    I have a purchased a Mobile - Redmi2 on 22nd Aug 2015 through Flipkart but due to malfunction I have a made a return request next day.

                    Their logistic partner " gojavas picked up the return order on 31st Aug 2015 . Doct No : P100002 Tracking No - 220134. post pickup I also receive a confirmation mail / SMS same day that your return pickup is done successfully. refund initiated.

                    This Mobile was purchased on 6 months EMI, now after one month Bill has been generated by my Bank "Standard Chartered " for 1st EMI of Rs: 1045.86/- then only I come to know from flipkart executive that they have cancelled the refund request and they have not received any return order.

                      I have placed two order on dated 15th May 2015 vide order no OD[protected] but I have cancelled the order as delivery will be scheduled on 8th Aug 2015. One order is cancelled and another order was on hold due to call centre executive Mis-guidance. Surprisingly, the phone which was hold to cancelled actually delivered on 21st July 2015. Actually I was really surprised how it's delivered in promptly manner ( the order which is still in phase of cancellation).As I have already explained that required two phones and hadn't received any refund of payment the phone which was on hold for cancellation. That's why I received that phone which not supposed to be received by me but my money was stuck that's the main reason I have accepted the same. If I am not wrong each and every details of my telephonic conversation is recorded for quality purpose of Flip kart. I had talked too many times call centre executives that faulty phone as delivered on dated 21st July 2015 as far as the phone which was delivered on 20th July 2015 is working smoothly till now. 1. Order No.OD[protected]purchase though cash on delivery basis) delivered on dated 20th July 2015 It's running smoothly 2. Order No.OD[protected]Payment through credit card) Device is not in good condition, which I have explained it to my earlier complaint but in my earlier complaint I have wrongly mentioned wrong order no. Today Flip kart executive came to my place to replace the product but when he has checked the Serial no of the product it's not matched with the order. On same time, I have called the call centre on[protected] and talked to the executive that we have received the same product may be it happened due to multiple order an requested please check your record and make it possible be he told me strait-way that please contact call centre on[protected] . His personnel checked the phone (Mr. Ashok Mobile no.[protected]) and I have explained each and every thing but all is not in hand as his work is to follow the order of his bosses. Than I have contacted on[protected] and talked to Mr. Mandeep and explained him everything. He is a very decent guy and assured me that he will tried to help me but every thing is not in his hand and it will take 24 hours.I have given my IMEI1:[protected] and IMEI2:[protected] and S/N:HGB2UDQY(11) FURTHER I AM FADE-UP AND CONFUSED IN ORDER NO. SO I AM PROVIDING THE FAULTY PHONE DETAILS WHICH ARE AS UNDER : IMEI1:[protected] and IMEI2:[protected] and S/N:HGB2UDQY(11) I AM REALLY VERY GREATFULL TO YOU . IF YOU WILL RESOLVE THE SAME ON TOP MOST PRIORITY AS I REALLY NEED IT.
                      Almost 72 Hours passed but not getting any proper response from Flip Cart.

                      On 25th July i have received a mail from Flip Kart on they have assured me that the same will be resolved. He assured me that the same will be resolve by 28th July'15 1PM. Neither, I have received any call nor any response from flip Cart.

                      I therefore request you to please take necessary action against them as they are playing role of postman i.e.Just passing the ball.

                      Now situation become worse and i don't want replacement of product. what I want from them to collect there product and refund my amount immediately.

                              Obligatory Hello, I had recently ordered a Casio Watch from your website which is believed to be known for its quality and customer satisfaction. But these words have proven to be results of an illusion that u guys have created. I received a duplicate watch from your seller resulting in a great deal of frustration on my side. If anything positive that can be derived out of this allegorically shameful act is that it has intensified my feelings of not buying anything from Flipkart ever again. A Refund/ Replacement is the least u can do to mitigate the problem.

                                I ordered Samsung EO-HS130DBEGIN HS130 for 398Rs. Order ID: OD[protected] on 12th July, 15. Flipkart delivered me fake white earphones. I requested a replacement then too again was handovered with another completely different that too fake earphones.

                                  Sir, With regards to order - OD[protected], "I Raised a Replacement Request" - as the device is not working suddenly - for every operation, getting the corresponding recorded message. For Example: If we unlock the screen, immediately we hear the message - "Screen is on". Similarly for operation like, Date, time, Battery Charge Percentage etc. Seems like device is locked. But not sure. Raised Claim on 23rd Jul'15 and till today I've not received any call (just got two missed calls from +91-[protected] - once on 24th and once on 26th Jul'15). And whenever I call Flipkart Customer Care: [protected], "I'm getting the response as Backend Team tried to call you, but you are not responding". Calling customer means...not just giving one Ring. You need to give atleast 2 - 3 rings and still if the customer is not picking-up the call, then you can blame customer. Please don't expect customer should pickup the call in just Fraction of Seconds. And don't update the status as - "Customer is not available" - just by giving Missed Call. This kind of service Customer will never expect. And also please note that, there is no Rule that "You should call customer only once and only one Ring". If customer is not responding first time, you should make call second time. At least two times you should call (two calls with long rings), still if there is no response, then you can escalate and update the status as Customer is not available). Still Requesting your quick resolution by Replacing the Device. You can tell the executive to check the device before Replacing it. Need your kind attention and quick solution for this issue.                                     I placed an order ID OD[protected] in sale for lenovo k3 note on[protected] at flipkart.com. My order was booked and I was assured delivery of the item before[protected]. Now, today i.e on 27-07-15 at 9.09 AM from phone no. [protected] got the call regarding cancellation of my order due to inability to deliever my order. I have already paid the bill by net banking on 22-07-15 at 13:29 thru PNB. I had planned this to give a gift to my daughter on her birthday. Now, the order has been cancelled for no fault of mine. So, I request that my order shall be delieverd at my address mentioned in order before 29th july, 2015. I am not interested in refund. The event is very much depressing for me as I was trying for this item for the last one month.                                       Hi, I have purchased Digiflip XT811 Tablet on 28th Oct'14 The Screen stuck on USB symbol while i tried to on the tablet and when i submitted that at Service Center they told that it will take 1 or 2 month to resolve, i waited, after few days i contacted service center about the status, they were telling that flipkart digiflip was not responding to us and not sending us required equipment or goods to fix the tablet issue so please take back the tablet. I went and took back my tablet and mailed digiflip which flipkart gave a mail id [protected]@flipkart.com but there was no response from them please do some thing to get my tab fix my warranty gonna expire soon on october

                                        I purchase the said mobile delivered on 21/06/2015. I faced different problems since I got the delivery. I complaint them on 09/07/2015. First they called me over my mobile number, which was just like missed call...I heard their voice but they act as not hearing me. It shows that they just delaying the matter. Now I received a reply from them stating that my request is not approved. There is many problems in the set like there is no volume switch on the set and very big volume problem, touch screen is not working properly, it hang on any time. software problem also.
