Date of Incident : 08/Jul/15 I have placed order (ID : OD[protected] and payment was successful by bank, but failed in Flipkart, I have already escalated and no response yet, it has been already three weeks and no refund yet. Prolonged delay in Refunds, leads to incur interest from my bank, expecting Flipkart to pay compensation to this incident. I have connected with customer support twice today, the first call got discussed after 15 mins, and second call got disconnected after 2-3mins, after getting the details from my end. Again I want to inform very poor customer service ever experienced. No responses to email sent yesterday (23/07) and customer support executive who are all attended the call, does not have the visibility to look into the email sent by the customer allied to this complaint. For Rs.10000/- worth product, I have made nearly Rs.60, 000/- due to failed transactions.

    I placed the request to return spice dream uno mobile phone due to it's battery life and Charing issue from the first use as phone loves it's charger more than my hands and spends most of the time plugged into it but its quite shocking to see the way flipkart and WS retail handled the return request WS retail disapprove it stating no reply on the phone once they called to help me with the problem like the customer is helpless and they have no sense of responsibility or empathy toward the customer who had trusted them and now facing issues and due to that I seriously started to doubt their return policy and practices.

    Flip kart has taken the matter seriously and considering well my concern they resolved it fairly and agreed to replace the mobile.

      hello sir, i have claimed for refund of product amount on order id OD[protected] as i cancelled yet its delivered to my account which i already returned on 20th may 2015. i hd raise complaint more thn 10 times bt, no further action they r taken, customer exicutive told me to wait again and again.. its really unethical.. i alrdy attached qurior slip many times bt no action is taken from flipkrt end... pls do something...and refund my money back contact number [protected].

        I have claimed for refund of product amount on order id OD[protected] as I cancelled yet its delivered me which I already returned on 20th may 2015.as executive mentioned, I had raise complaint more then 10 times but, no further action they r taken, customer executive told me to wait again and again and gv me various date.. Its really unethical.. I alardy attached curior slip and tracking snapshot many times but no action is taken from flipkrt end... pal's do something...and refund my money back contact number [protected]...

          I have 1468 rs in wallet balance in my account. Due to their technical problem they have cancelled my orders n blacklisted my account. I have sent 38 emails but still no one has resolved the issue. I just want to use my wallet balance but they are keep cancelling my fresh orders and nor they refunding the balance. They said you have given so many return request . Which is not true.             Once again I have informed to forum that some frauds have called me from mobile no.[protected] at11:30am on dated 20-07-15 and total debited Rs 49, 270 . Now I inform u in details where fraud utilized my money . Fraud debited Rs 9, 990 to POS PRCH POS 45733 WWW.MOBIKWIK.COM NEW DELHI and debited Rs 34, 280 to POS PRCH POS 458738 FLIPKART INTERNET PRIVBANGALOR and debited Rs 3, 000 to POS PRCH POS[protected] Freecharge_BD SBIPG and also debited Rs 2, 000 to POS PRCH POS[protected] PayU . I have received Rs 34, 280 from 458738 FLIPKART INTERNET PRIVBANGALOR on 23-07-15 at 5:28pm . So, thanks to FLIPKART to credit my account . But the rest I have not received till now . Please resolve the issue give me the entire amount to do justice for me . My father is at hospital now . I[censored] return my money then I shall always grateful to u . I always believe others so I have to face this problem . At last great respect to complain forum from the core of my heart .               i have odered a mobile phone i.e lenovo k3 note by flipkart on a flash sale which was on 15 of july and i get the confirmation call and my order is get confirmed they gave me the expeted date of delivery of 22 july when i didnt gat my order on the given date i called the costumer care but they didnt answer me, they regurly disconnecting the call by saying that please call after some time and after calling many time they told me that your order has been cancelled without giving any specific reason. my order no -OD[protected] regesterd mob no -[protected]

                I am from Chennai last june12th in have odered a Asus zenfone 2 through flipkart oder no: OD[protected] and i received it on june 17th after 15 days from the delivery the mobile became so heat i cant able to talk even morethan 5 min. 2. if i use it continously within half an hour the display was stuckup and started blinking. i was complainted through customer care more than 5-10 time. but they are not responding, they simply told me to contact the mobile company. i felt very bad with customer service. i requested them to repalce my handset or to refund my money, But there is no resonse from their side. they ask me to use it for a week. kindly do the needful.

                  - Order ID # OD[protected] placed on Flipkart on 22nd Jul - Order received on 23rd Jul - Box unopened and found to have phone with missing battery and back cover - leading to a high dissapointment - Have raised a return request on Flipkart online at 8 PM on 23rd Jul and hoping for a quick turnaround in receiving a new device

                      I have placed an order on dated 20th July 2015 which was delivered on dated 21st July 2015. When i was putting the battery inside the phone. its start vibrating. I have swith-off the mobile but it was still vibration. I have called to customer care on dated 21st July 2015 to replace the product. They said that tomorrow you will receive call from technical department. i got a call and they send a link in my mail to download the same in your phone. i hold him, i can't take risk as phone is always vibrating. till than i have made several call to replace the product but every time they always came with one answer i.e. we have processed your request and it will be exchange within five working day.Now its 23rd but status is still same.

                      Spoke to customer and says that he will not follow any T/S steps and wants an exchange. He further says that the device is defective and hence he was not able to download smart-check app too. So informed customer that a call back is arranged from our technical team today who will validate & help him accordingly.
                      I have placed two order on dated 15th May 2015 vide order no OD[protected] but I have cancelled the order as delivery will be scheduled on 8th Aug 2015. One order is cancelled and another order was on hold due to call centre executive Mis-guidance. Surprisingly, the phone which was hold to cancelled actually delivered on 21st July 2015. Actually I was really surprised how it's delivered in promptly manner ( the order which is still in phase of cancellation).As I have already explained that required two phones and hadn't received any refund of payment the phone which was on hold for cancellation. That's why I received that phone which not supposed to be received by me but my money was stuck that's the main reason I have accepted the same. If I am not wrong each and every details of my telephonic conversation is recorded for quality purpose of Flip kart. I had talked too many times call centre executives that faulty phone as delivered on dated 21st July 2015 as far as the phone which was delivered on 20th July 2015 is working smoothly till now.

                      Today Flip kart executive came to my place to replace the product but when he has checked the Serial no of the product it's not matched with the order. On same time, I have called the call centre on[protected] and talked to the executive that we have received the same product may be it happened due to multiple order an requested please check your record and make it possible be he told me strait-way that please contact call centre on[protected] . His personnel checked the phone (Mr. Ashok Mobile no.[protected]) and I have explained each and every thing but all is not in hand as his work is to follow the order of his bosses.

                      Than I have contacted on[protected] and talked to Mr. Mandeep and explained him everything. He is a very decent guy and assured me that he will tried to help me but every thing is not in his hand and it will take 24 hours.I have given my IMEI1:[protected] and IMEI2:[protected] and S/N:HGB2UDQY(11)

                      FURTHER I AM FADE-UP AND CONFUSED IN ORDER NO. SO I AM PROVIDING THE FAULTY PHONE DETAILS WHICH ARE AS UNDER :

                      I AM REALLY VERY GREATFULL TO YOU . IF YOU WILL RESOLVE THE SAME ON TOP MOST PRIORITY AS I REALLY NEED IT.

                      Almost 72 Hours passed but not getting any proper response from Flip Cart.

                      On 25th July i have received a mail from Flip Kart on they have assured me that the same will be resolved. He assured me that the same will be resolve by 28th July'15 1PM. Neither, I have received any call nor any response from flip Cart.

                      Now situation become worse and i don't want replacement of product. what I want from them to collect there product and refund my amount immidiatily.

                        I ordered 2 jeans worth rs 3054 and as per current offer I was to get one code for YATRA to reedem since full cash back was to applied. As per Flipkart Policy, we are getting cash back of full amount. Lets say that I have shopped worth rs2000, After shopping i will get one code which I can use in YATRA app as a ECASH. I will put the code which received from FLIPKART and will put in YATRA app and will get full cash back (2000). however Code will get activated after 15 days. After shopping from flipkart, I should have received code however I did not receive. I sent an email to flipkart requested to send code to me. They also sent me code but that was duplicate code and they were already sent me that code for my another purchase. Since then I am following up with them but they are continuously asking to me get in touch with YATRA.COM and not trying to help.

Flipkart is accept problem in mobile but not pickup return courier. i pack- up box Dt.25 july 2015 and courier company send me massage daily pickup today for collection. But not collection till day.

                              mail sent to [protected]@flipkar.com dated 21-7-15 Dear Sir It seems that you are least bother about customer satisfaction and comfort. 1. During the telephonic discussion with your representative on[protected] I found the same. She had given me the option of refund and asking me for bank account details and all of a sudden she said refund is not possible and replacement will be done on[protected]. I insisted for one day delivery for the replacement of the product and specifically asked whether the pickup of the old product will be at same time or not ? She confidently said that delivery of the replacement product will be on[protected] and pick up of the faulty product will be done 2 to 3 days after the delivery. 2. During the telephonic discussion with the delivery boy (mobile no [protected]) on[protected] in the after noon I confirmed about the information given by the lady representative on[protected]. He refused it and said delivery and pickup will be done at the same time. I requested him to come after 6.30pm. He asked me to come home as early as possible and give call to him as I arrive at home. To reach in time given by delivery boy, I hurriedly left my collage and riding bike like anything. needless to say the risk I have taken for it. After reaching to Home at 6.30pm I called delivery boy on mobile no [protected] to which he told that he is in the Bhosari area. At 8pm when I called him he was in Pimple Gurav Area. The mail which you have sent in which you are writing that "We tried to deliver the following items in your Order OD[protected] today but looks like you were not available to collect it. Nothing to worry about though, we will be reattempting delivery of your items." A big joke. Form above 2 examples it seems that you people follows your comfort and so called policies. (which are not in customers favor) This is my last appeal to you, refund my amount Rs. 10089/- and let us close the issue.

                                  i have bought HTC DESIRE 826 dual sim from Flipkart on 12 th july, 2015..but i got open seal packet from flipkart..though i used it..nut the totally switched off next 3 days means 16 th of july..i called flipkart and they said to refund me on 3 to 5 working days..but still now it dont pick up..i call flipkart and they said it pick up tommorrow again and again..i have lots of problem cause i have no smartphone though its price is 22220..i am a engg. student and mobile is needed too much..please do something quick..i go HTC coustomer care but they refuse me though i bought from flipkrt and told me to contact flipkart..please do something quick...

                                    मैने दिनाक 19/7/15 को लेनोवो का K3 NOTE फ्लिपकार्ट से ख़रीदा था लेकिन वो बहुत ही ज्यादा हीट केर रहा है जिसकी वजह से मै उसको कान पर भी नहीं रख पा रही हूँ और उसमे मैने idea का नेट 199 /- का करवाया है जो की एक भी दिन नहीं चल पा रहा है शायद setting नहीं हो पा रही है सो प्लीज इस प्रॉब्लम को दूर करिये order no.                                       Sir I have claimed for refund of product amount on order id OD[protected] as I cancelled on 22nd july 2015.as executive mentioned, customer executive told me that it's already refunded but actually not refunded to my account .i.e original payment mode... I attached tracking snapshot is taken from flipkart and my account ..refund my money back contact...[protected]@gmail.com [protected]

                                        I have ordered order ID: OD[protected] product. I opted to return within the product 3-4 days, got a call from Technical team regarding the same. They said that i can only get my refund by Flipkart wallet but when I asked to transfer the money in my account, they refused. Instead started to talk in a rude manner. Then when I asked to transfer my call to someone higher management person, I got a reply that my call will be rescheduled for the next day.(I received a message for the same)
                                        I called customer care number(They said 'Please wait for the call scheduled for you' Only technical team can help you not us)
                                        Next day I got a message in the evening that Flipkart tried to reach me but my number was unreachable( I didnt got any call)(No number in missed call alert as well)
                                        Then got a message that my call is rescheduled for next day.
                                        On next day I got a miss call from [protected] but when I called back on this number(The number is Out of Service)

                                        Then suddenly today morning I got a message that my return request is disapproved.

                                        This is a planned cheating on me. I have always trusted Flipkart above all e-commerce companies.
