In continuation of my Complaint on 23 July 2015 for Flipkart Customer Service for OD[protected]. I have visited to Microsoft service center as per the guidance from Microsoft online executive the service center person has denied to give service. I don't know what to do now and who is responsible. I wanted to take this matter to consumer forum but before that I want a advice from Flipkart. Thanks Mohammad

      Order id: od[protected]. This is the product i bought from flipkart. This mobile is defective. No cdma reception in instrument. Getting switch off in auto. 1st complain i done on 13 jul 15 & till today tech team making me fool they told do some factory resitting on phone i do so but still no solution than they told you do again complain we refund your amount i do so but they told we con't refund. They denied the refund and made it replacement procedure very complicated for me. I am a defense person unable to takeout time. This is fraud from flipkart. This is really cheating from flipkart. Please help me out to get refund from this site. On mobile they never listen to me, they always disapproves the request. Please help me out

      Order ID: OD[protected] .This is the product id of the Micromax Canvas Duet 2 which I recently bought from the flipkart . The mobile is defective.No CDMA reception in the instrument.It is getting switch off in auto. 1st complain I registered to flipkart on 13 Jul 2015 & till today tech team is making me fool.They asked me to do some factory resetting of the phone, I did the same but still no solution. Then they told me to register complain with flipkart to get the refund your amount.I complained as instructed but they refused for the refund.         My name is raja k and i have bought a lenovo a7000 mobile from flipkart. My order id is od[protected] and the imei / serial no. [protected]. The problem of my phone is, whenever i am trying to shoot image / video blackened display is coming. More than 15 times it occured. I was shocked. I just felt it may be critical issue. Because whenevr trying to shoot the image / video blackened screen only coming. I have to restart the mobile. Is this possible to use the defected mobile. So i marked the product within the warranty period (Warranty upto 19 july 2015) . I have marked the product on 18 july 2015. Flipkart executives callef me on 19 july 2015, at the i can't attend the call. Immediately i made a call to flipkart callcentre people. Next day 20 july 2015 flipkart executives called me and i narrated what i felt with defected product.

        Aftet that, executive persons disapproved my returned request. I was shocked. Because i lodged the return request within the warranty period.

        In the mean time i can't make return product request. Because they already disapproved my return request within the warranty period. This is violation of given assurance by flipkart.

        Why they are giving 30 days return warranty. It must be followed. Please sell defect - free product.

        I am so vexed after purchased the defected product.

        Spoke to customer he told when he tried capturing photos the screen goes black he had complaint on this previously and the concreted team had already given trouble shooting steps still the problem exist. Hence informed customer will be sending smart check link and to download the same. Customer needs call back in tamil.

        Kindly, sell defect - free products. We are ready to buy online products. Why you are giving 30 days product return warranty period. Do not violate any manner. Actually, you people never hear what we are telling. Actually, we never ask 30 days product return warranty. But we want to buy defect - free products only. Call centre peoples not ready to hear our problem. You have to ready to talk with the customer's regional language.
        Some people may not affluent in english. Customer's problem not to be solved if you do not ready to talk in his regional language. I am
        So vexed because i have bought defected product. No one is ready to return the good conditioned product. It is defected so marked for return within the 30 days return product warranty.
        I never asked refund money for defected product. So i am vexed for purchase of defected product.

          Hello My Order no. is - OD[protected] for Intex LED 32 inches. I got a faulty piece from flipkart where there was a problem with audio. I requested for replacement of my LED to new address. Initially they said because order is out for delivery it cannot be delivered to new address, now I have canceled the order and asked them to pick and replace my LED from new address. But flipkart is saying that they cannot change the address . My problem is that how can I pickup that LED to my old address and wait for the delivery guy to come to pickup .Shall I wait for them on road with such big LED in my hands ? But flipkart is not understanding my problem. They just keep on saying that this is our policy not to change the delivery address. I want to understand are policies made for customers to get frustrated, Can;t they just deliver my product to new address.

                i had write many times regurding this bt no resulation has been givn.. hello sir, i have claimed for refund of product amount on order id OD[protected] as i cancelled yet its delivered to my account which i already returned on 20th may 2015. i hd raise complaint more thn 10 times bt, no further action they r taken, customer exicutive told me to wait again and again.. its really unethical.. i alrdy attached qurior slip many times bt no action is taken from flipkrt end... pls do something...and refund my money back contact number [protected]...

                  i have noticed that Flipkart ofter doesn't give payments for few items even after it has been delivered. Last time 145 items were picked up by Flipkart from my wearhouse, and only 102 items were added to my payment list. i checked my previous transactions and found that more than 30% items were unpaid. I am a TOP Rated Seller, i sell around 100 items per day. it is not posiible for me to check each and every item daily, and Flipkart took the advantage of that. luckyly i caught them eirly. i have spoken with the seller support, but did not get a proper resolution yet. Please help

The name of ordered person name part also omitted. For this regards they ask me to wait till 28. But actually i am looking to buy asus product one offer they provide.                       I had purchased an HTC mobile - HTC desire 620G under order id no:[protected]. The handset is having issues such as heating problem, battery drain, hangs and app not working properly. I had reported the issue to your team on 21 July 15 and they reverted that technical team would call to assist you. There was no call from team, however I got a message that phone can't be returned. I raised complain again and received same response that there would be call from technical team. This time also they didn't called and sent a message that you are not picking phone. Pity on customer service and tech team. Such a service standards are exact opposite to the Big Claims made by Flipkart regarding customer satisfaction, Seller warranty, return process, etc. I need to return the phone and get refund. Please help or suggest alternate way (such as consumer court etc).                         I have recently purchased an Mi4i phone from flipkart but its only been 7-8 days o[censored]sage I have noticed that the phone has some serious network issues and heating issues. I requested flipkart to provide me with an refund for the phone as it looked like a manufacturing defect, but flipkart said they will be testing the phone remotely with some third party app. I did agree for the same, but the problem is that the person never calls on the given time and upon missing his call, the next call back from technical team is again scheduled for the next day. The same is happening with me since last 3 days back to back and still no success. When i called the toll free number and spoke to an executive, the guy was horribly rude and had some attitude issues. He was trying to defend at every instance and was giving foolish answers. upon saying i need to speak to ur seniors - within fraction of second he replied saying "manager is busy" and I was told to wait until tomorrow as the technical team will again try to call back. I just want to return my phone and get my money back as don't want to be a part of flipkart ever in the future.

                          I have purchased mi4i mobile phone previous week from flipkart order no od[protected]. But i am getting multiple issues in this new mobile set like the mobile is getting heated just with in 5 min during call, mobile hang up multiple times each days, speaker quality also not good, batter backup very poor etc. . . I have made the complaint to customer care but no resolution has been made till now. I request for immediate resolution of my issue by either changing the mobile set with a new one or refunding my money.

                            Hi, I had ordered for dell laptop for 41180 on 16th july order no is OD[protected], I got the product on 18th july. With in one day day, I found that laptop is defective. Hard disk is not detecting after after working for a hour. I placed replacement order on 21st july. Return id is 24702978. I got a call from customer care on 22nd july, he said technical person will call on 23rd july, On 23rd some one named VIJAY. And said again a technical person will call with in 24 hrs. After one day I didn't got any call. But my order is disqualified. I called again to customer care and again placed return order. On 25th someone called and said our technician will call with in 24 hrs. They were just extending the days, they were not giving solution. Why Flipkart cheating customers. This is the way they respect customers?? .

                            No this issue is not addressed, I faced the same problem yesterday and i called DELL customer support and said about this. They also accepted that, there is a problem with harddisk and the product is defective.


                            If need clarification, kindly call DELL support and Confirm.

                            on 28th july again i called to DELL support and told them to send mail to flipkart regarding this issue and confirm them that hard disk is failure.


                            DELL send mail to [protected]@flipkart.com about this issue and looped me in there mail.


                            Today flipkart called me and said they didnt received any mail.
                            Its not possible, because Dell looped me in that mail.

                            i told them surely mail will be reached in your side. then he said, My system is slow, i cant get any details, I will set a call back for you.


                            am very much frustrated by flipkart behaviour. I surely want to file case against them in consumer court. I cant tolerate this anymore.


                            Surely i want to pull them to court.

                              Dear Team, I have brought a New mobile set Moto-E in previous week from Flipkart Order no OD[protected]. But I am getting multiple issues in this New mobile Mote E set. I am facing the mention issue- Mobile going to heat so much just with in 10 min during call, mobile hang up multiple times each days, speaker quality also not good, Batter backup very poor etc. I have raise already this case with Flipkart, even I am received the response from flipkart, but they are providing unexpected and very poor revert. Briefly description are following. Since first day I was found that mobile hangup again and again, and after 10 min on call mobile going to heat much more. I was wait three to four days but there were no any changes in set. Then after that I was contact to flip kart team and raise the case with him, then they assure me to provide the technical solution. They were suggest to me for install an application then flipkart technical team will investigate the issues by remote access. I have follow to all steps as per instruction of Flipkart team. But after review of technical team I am totally socked because they are reverting me that there are no any issue in my mobile therefore they will not provide any solution, Even I have request to FlipKart to replace my mobile. While all the issue still same but they are not agree to provide any kind of solution or replacement. Since I am already using another Moto E, and I know very well the performance of Moto E, therfore I am comparing to both of set but I am getting very poor response from my new set. Overall after cross check by the technical team I am not getting any positive response, I am totally socked because team is saying there are no any issue in my mobile, even practically I irritate with my new set and day by day the problems are increasing, but Flipkart entertaining with me and not providing me the proper solution. Even whenever I am calling them then his concern team are performing miss attitude and loss my time. They are also saying you need to visit the nearest service centre if they will say that need to replace then only they will take any action. I am really very regret even I see there multiple advertisement of Flipkart that they can replace or change the goods if customer are not happy or getting proper goods with in 30 days, While it;s going on approx one week only but they are miss behaving with me.                               Is there any one to understand my problem. I am escalating my case here from more than one week but no any response getting, even also no any action taken by you. I have no received any kind of acknowledgement also there about my case, what should be do there. Which kind of action required against Flipkart there after flipkart will taken my request on priority and then they will provide me the proper solution about my new mobile. Even lipkart not taken any action even they are also egnore my mail and everything, they have so many bad attitude. But I need my solution.

                              I hope and response will receive there asap.
                              It's going on more than days to escalate this case here about a new mobile MOTO-E set, purchase from Flipkart Order no- OD[protected]. This new mobile set working as a 5 to 6 year old mobile but no anybody hear the problem. After escalate here I am getting a message from flipkart, "Your request has been open and concern team will contact you soon". And today I am getting a mail from Flipkart- " We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected]". I attach here the snapshot also of this mail.

                              So, I am not able to understand where I can get a proper justice. I am deeply very socked to see this scenario, I am suffering with my mobile with multiple issue and they are saying there are no any issue in mobile and again after this application they are reverting me that seller has disapproved. It's going on maximum 10 days today to received this mobile from Flipkart an I am facing multiple issues in this set. I have purchase my mobile only from Flipkart, I know only flipkart.

                              I have no receive any solution, it's totally miss behaving and cheating with customer. They want to tackle the customer as per his wish. Please help me to replace my mobile set.. I am very sad to get his performance.

                                As per today's daily deals in flipkart, jbl &nyne clearence sale. It is mentioned that the discount is minimum 60%. And when i went through that deal there is a speaker which is discounted at 16% which is so far less than the minimum 60% (Product nyne nb - 250 bluetooth speaker & jbl onbeat micro speaker) .

                                  i had write many times regurding this bt no resulation has been givn.. hello sir, i have claimed for refund of product amount on order id OD[protected] as i cancelled yet its delivered to my account which i already returned on 20th may 2015. i hd raise complaint more thn 10 times bt, no further action they r taken, customer exicutive told me to wait again and again.. its really unethical.. i alrdy attached qurior slip many times bt no action is taken from flipkrt end... pls do something...and refund my money back contact number [protected].

                                    I purchased a lenovo A6000+ phone(purchase order # OD[protected] and after receiving the item I found that the item is defective. I request a return for the item and it took 1 week for flipkart to confirm that the product is defective. After they confirmed that the product is defective, they declined my request for return. When I called flipkart Customer service they said my request is denied and they dont have a answer as why it was declined n now I am with a defective unit which is can not use

                                    Spoke to customer, he claims that already some from CS had agreed for refund. When checked in notes mentioned same so crated wait and refund. Hence closing the case.

                                        Respected Sir, My self Deven bhatt Mobile No. [protected] I have ordered Moto G (2nd Generation) through online on Flipkart on Dated 21/07/2015. They have accept order and give me order no and expected date of delivery i.e 27/07/2015. They deduct my rupees also. After 2 days that is on 23/07/2015 they send me a message that keep ready your old mobile ready that i have purchase product under exchange condition and i have ready my old phone having formetted and ready for given. At that night they send me a message that we are sorry that unable to deliver today and further communicate to you later.At around eleven o"clock they message me that your deal is cancelled and your money is transferred to your account within in 7-10 days. After that i have communicate them on no.[protected] and contacted to Mr.Pradeep Sinha and they are not find any reason and book me this segment again.After that after one hour I have phone again and contacted to Mr.Abhisheek and he gives me a reason that your mobile is out of stock and cancelled your order on that reason.Then after that Mr.Sourav he is store incharge came to talk with me and give reason the same it is technical mistakes and i am helpless. So kindly request to prevent this types of mistakes in future and people needs to awake this types of mistakes not happens in again for future. Thanks

                                        Spoke to customer, he claims that order is cancelled and he want reason. Informed customer order was canceled and apologized for inconvenience caused. Informed customer place fresh order once product is in stock. Hence closing the case.
