Received 2pcs of 2wheeler cover on 1/07/15. Both are old stock, damage at all folds. I have already placed a replace order. If replaced item found to be in same condition, what should I do? Suggest pl. I am your old customer. If this is condition again, I will certainly distant from flipkart and also advice others to do so, if my money is not return in full.

    I ordered an iPad Air 2 from Flipkart on 24th June 2015, Seller was Ws Retail. The order came to me on 29th June at about 4pm. It was a cash on delivery. I told the delivery boy to wait at the door while i opened the product and I found a Tile in my box, I did not pay the delivery boy.He called his senior and he came to check the box and also saw that there was a Tile in the box. So the delivery boy witnessed me opening the box. His Senior made a few calls and later told me that his taking the parcel back. I called up flipkart and they said that they are looking into the matter. Its been 3 days now and I have not got any positive back from them. This is the contact number of the delivery boy : [protected] My Order ID: OD[protected] I would like to know if the delivery boy wasn't present at the moment I would be considered a fool trying to fake the marble. It was good that I opened the box in front of him. Flipkart has to do a lot in order to gain the trust of its customers. I expect a lot from them. Please contact me on [protected]

    Spoke to the customer.Apologized for the inconvenience . Informed him that issue will be escalated to relavant stake holders and ensure that issue will be resolved at the earliest.
    Flipkart. This is preposterous .Being one of the best online shopping companies, if you guys can't consider consumer satisfaction, you guys are not worthy of having such a business in the first place . instead of sending tiles to people, you should put it on ur wall or something. You might just overcome the leakage problems . but don't make people cry . The public runs your company, you'll should know that . if not, you'll can produce tiles for the rest of life and then maybe you wouldn't afford a device like this !
    Not expected this from flipkart as I'm one of their regular customers and I suggest my friends also to try flipkart as it is very reliable. WS retail is one the popular sellers, I was shocked to see this. I hope flipkart resolves the issue to keep the customers satisfied and still trust them.
    This company is fraud now..they will keep on changing resolution dates but not give you proper resolution..i am facing issue from 8 days i ordered iphone 6 on sale day but still not received not even that they are not cancelling my order...this whole process is for generating funds from customers money..please all buyers dont buy with cards always use COD..

      sir i have track my order no-02D[protected] as on 24 jun 2015 (1xzebronic laptop speaker @ 369 and Lenovo mob A6000 plus @6999 total amount was 7368) and my delivery date was 30 jun 2015 i was waiting my delivery but to day flipcart automatic cancelled my order without info me when i called to flipcar customer care they told verification call ke reason se apki order cancelled huva h lekin mere pass koi bhi call nahi aae. its wrong .plz take necessary action against flipcart

        I have purchased electronic BP monitor machine of Dr. Gene TK accusure on dated 12/06/2015. It gives false reading varies from 10 to 20. I confirmed it with mannual BP machine with expert. For this I changed the battery. but it give the same result. so it is requested whether to change it or replace it with some other good company.

          I had ordered Lenovo A6000 on 24 March 2015 which were delivered to me on 26 March 2015. I started using the phone from 26 March itself there was a flickering line from the first day o[censored]se but I didn't pay much attention to it . HoweveYesterday i.e. 30 June 2015 (within 3 months o[censored]sage) the display has gone worse the display below the flickering line started jumping and display is doubled. I went to the Lenovo service center to cover my warranty. they asked me to mail you and get an authenticated letter for the display warranty coverage.I am a prominent customer of flipkart purchased many items and have recommended others to buy, so need full help and support from the company's side is required helping to correct my display as earliest My order ID is OD[protected].             I ordered lenova A6000 mobile in Flipkart. It has been delivered on 25.06.15. Mobile was found working Normal. on 28.06.15 my mobile was heavily heated and full charge drained within 2 hrs. From next day it is Normal. But if the same issue happens after 30 days whom can i ask for replacement. I called Flipkart they told our person will call like that. There was a call that technical person told to do system update the phone. But no updates uploaded by the lenova. Then he told to download a app call smart chek. Since it is computer based call i have to wait 24hrs for next call. Some times computer based call coming within 3 rings it is disconnected after that message is coming that next time call will be postponed. SInce i faced a issue with my new phone within 4 days. i am not ready to use this phone.I want a replacement or refund for this product.. computer based call system for customer this is very good cheating trick of flipkart. 29.06.15 i raised return request till now no proper action taken.If any flipkart person reading kindly do proper action.. I want refund or replacement of my product.

              The worst service faced. My Order id is OD[protected] Had ordered moto e 2nd Gen in exchange of old blackberry somehow the moto e has quality issues and display is dull battery gets heated up while charging when called up customer care to replace the handset they said our technician will call up to understand the problem. Mr.Sunny Singh called up from Bangalore and said we cannot approve the return request nor we can replace the handset or give you refund. I convinced them I am not satisfied with the product it is faulty I am ready to take another brand phone if you can't refund they gave me the reason we don't have such policy. They even said refund is not possible in Exchange offer. Where in I went through all return policy and its nothing mentioned. Behaving like a loser does not make u the best seller in this market.                 Recently i have ordered a digital weighing scale, unfortunately i have received a faulty product, regarding the same i have requested customer care for the product return As a reason product status in flipkart systems has not changed to delivered status, there are not able to take up my issue ahead. However I have waited for enough time to get there systems corrected to "delivered state". Whenever i call up customer care same issue is heared to me that still system is not showing correct status for which i am no way responsible and my issue still holds on pending Please help me in getting the refund for this faulty product.                   I bought a Lenovo A6000+ from flipkart on June 9 which is having problem of overheating and i am not able to hold the phone near to my Ear due to heat . So its not allowing me to talk with the phone which should be the basic functionality of the phone. When contacted Flipkart after lot of struggle they send me replica replacement which is having the same issue as the previous one. Since i cant use the phone i asked Flipkart for a refund which Flipkart is denying... I want justice from Flipkart. Attaching a screenshot of the battery temperature

                    I purchased a phone HTC desire 626 g plus from flipkart on 19 jun 2015 which is delivered to me on 22 june 2015.Due to faulty camera i raised the return request on 22 jan 2015 as phone came under 30 days return policy.FLipkart customer representative told me to troubleshoot the phone and upgrade the sytem and application softwares.I did the same but the problem still persists.Flipkart rejects the return request without resolving the issue.Then i call to customer care of flipkart, they raise the return request again on 1 july 2015 and told me to do the same troubleshoot process again instead of returning the product. When i warn them to file a complain for this, they said you are free to go. Please take the appropriate action as soon as poosible.                       Initially i bought the lenevo a7000 smart phone .There was hardware defect.Again i replaced with the new one still i found the phone got another issue.the after software update the phone was lagging and hanging. when i asked the flipkart executive to refund the amount they said it is not possible.Now when i say i want the higher version of this smartphone again they say it is not possible. I want my amount to be refunded.

                                I complained on three day before regarding not received the ear phone in purchase of my lenovo mobile handset having order no. OD[protected]. I received the call from your company from mobile number [protected] today.Your employee talk with me in ridiculous manner and told me that " you purchased the first time in flipkart" so you have no knowledge about these and also told you can not complaint twice in this matter. Now I want to clarification regarding this in writing in my email id that ear phone is received or not in my lenovo mobile A 6000 plus. Because your employee is not giving proper reply in phone. Seperate data cable is also not received with my handset. Please needful as early as possible and also reply that first time customer can purchase product with flipkart or only member with you in past can purchase? (As per talk with your employee that you have first time purchase)

                                  Order Number- OD[protected] I had ordered a Kiara Enamel Necklace from Flipkart on 24/06/15 during the sale by downloading the application on my phone. It was a COD purchase. On 30/06/15, I got an sms from flipkart stating that my order is on its way and it will be delivered by 07:00 pm. I was at home the whole day. The courier guy called me from the number [protected] at around 17.54 which i missed and so i called him back immediately at 17.55. He wanted to confirm my address, so i told him my address and i also stated that it has already been registered with flipkart. Let me tell you the courier never appeared at my doorstep. On 30.6.15 at around 23.49 p.m I received an e-mail from Flipkart stating that my order has been cancelled. On inquiry I was told that the order has been cancelled because there was noone to receive the same at the mentioned address and that I had to place it once again. Let me tell you the courier guy never appeared and my order has been cancelled for no valid reason. If this is the way a renowned online shopping website is going to deal with the customers I will definitely have to switch to other online shopping websites which provide a far better customer services.

                                    I bought a Lenovo A6000+ phone from Flipkart which is heating up like anything . I got a replica replacement phone from them which is also having same problem. I am not able to use the phone with its basic functionality of speaking I cant keep the phone near my ear itself. This is not my first smartphone and the first day itself it started showing these signs of overheating. I did a factory reset of my phone ...Installed smarchk application etc The issue is not resolved and whenever i contact Flipkart they are escaping telling lame execuses such as its expected from the phone etc. I repeat that the phone is supposed to provide the basic functionality that is to speak ...but its failing to provide and Flipkart is not at all agreeing for a refund . I cant use the phone and i want a refund of my money

                                      i ordered one nokia battery backup on may 22 and got delivered on 26th of may. and for the first week it gave a backup of 75% and the next week it gave only 50% for full charge and the third week it gradually reduced to only 30%. and now its not at all working. i bought it because it was manufactured by nokia but now i think that the product might be a defective one and i please request u to return my money or change the product with a new one. please do the needfull..                                         i am facing the battery problem in lenovo a6000 plus. At night i charged it fully and in morning it found switched off while all the time it will be on stand by mode. I have also done factory reset, force stop all the apps but issue still persist. Flipkart is saying not returning my product saying your phone is ok.
