Fraud by flipkart..purchase iphone 6 16gb space grey on 24june and paid Rs 40275(flipkart offer price) by SBI card and still my order is not processed and flipkart saying seller(goodseller) is out of stock but i have evidece that he has stock ...check attachment...and seller is shipping to other buyers but not me..my order id(OD[protected] ...flipkart is not giving proper resolution and they keep on extending dates for resolution. please help i want my order in same price

Flipkart seller (goodseller) still selling iphone 6 with advantage badge but flipkart is not shipping my item as this company is big fraud using customers money as flipkart keep on changing resolution dates again and again...

on first complaint i received-your received issue will be resolved by 29june 2015 before 1.30 after that 30june, 1july, 2july now 3rd july 2015

Received mail-We are continuing to look into your issue on priority. We reassure you that we will resolve your problem by 03 Jul, 12:30 PM.

But still not received a call and now date changed to 4july 2015...flipkart is using our money and will keep on changing dates for use of it..

    I had placed orders with flipkart of tshirts to which Flipkart gave me improper size and so had to return them .. To which they didnt give it back to my bank account and gave in form of Flipkart wallet promising that it can be transferred to back whenever I want .. Now they cancelling all my orders and further even ot giving me back my money .. They arent replying properly to emails too .. I have rs 468 stuck with flipkart .. Please make me get back my money from 3rd class website flipkart !

        sir/mam i orderd http://www.flipkart.com/heels-toes-casual-shoes/p/itme869esa66s6fm?pid=SHOE869EF... this. i thought it was a purple colored shoe after one day i realised in info it was written black color. my sister wanted those purple color shoes and it would be embarrasing for me cuz they are black. i need purple shoes! fakeness of flipkart. i also orderd sony xb 400 headphones but i had original headphones bought from sony store but they got broke.. when i recieved orderd from flipkart it hadd no branding, bad plastic on it, bad voice..! there was alot of differnece between two!! i need those shoes in purple. please

          I had ordered 2 Mi Band on 22 June 2015 which were delivered to me on 25 June 2015. I started using one of the Bands from 25 June itself. However, today i.e. 30 June 2015 (within 5 days o[censored]sage) the strapholder of the Band broke. Without the strap holder the Band is unusable as it will keep falling off.             This company is fraud now..they will keep on changing resolution dates but not give you proper resolution..i am facing issue from 8 days i ordered iphone 6 on sale day but still not received not even that they are not cancelling my order...this whole process is for generating funds from customers money..please all buyers dont buy with cards always use COD..

              We have ordered Philips trimmer but in transaction time some error occurred. Amount detected in my account order not conformed . Once again i will try but same issue done . two times amount was detected in my account. it shows your transaction is cancelled your amount will be credited in you account i three to five business working days... still amount not credited in my account.                     I am Rahul Arora, ordered a Dell Laptop on June 09 from Flipkart. When I ordered the product, there were two offers: 1. Rs. 1000 inclusive discount (Rs. 25500) and 2. Get Rs 1000 discount for All credit cards for EMI scheme. I raised a request on Flipkart on the same, unfortunately, did not get any positive response. Again I re-open the same request yesterday (June 29, 2015), Now, they are denying that there was no second offer ' 2. Get Rs 1000 discount for All credit cards for EMI scheme', that is completely fraud case which I never expected for a Big E commerce organization (Flipkart) Please resolve my problem at the earliest

                                I ordered a mobile phone on 22nd june and some one from flipkart cancelled the order without any giving any prior information.Then when i replaced the order on 24th june, then although the product got delivered but as per the promotional scheme that they will be providing an airtel 4g sim card along with the mobile, they didnt gave the sim card and when i called their customer care they said the offer was not active on 25 june said by rajeev kant(customer care representative) ant yet they still denying to give the sim card.

                                      I have ordered and bought several items from flipkart like mobile phones, tabs, memory cards, modems and so on.I last ordered 2 ceiling fans and 1 pendrive some days back.I also got a call from flipkart delivery asking whether I could go to their office and pick it.Sir, I am residing some 3 kms away from Nagercoil town and that's only the reason for my online purchasing.But hearing such a response and reply from your staffs gives me immense disappointment.I am now actually in a position to cancel my order and instead purchase them from the wholesale dealer.So kindly treat my problem as urgent and dont let the same happen again.

                                        Dear forum Flipkart has just given me a bitter taste of online shopping and feeling cheated!!! BY SEEING A Giant ADVERTIZEMENT OF FLIPKART IN OUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER FOR MAHA SALE ON 22-23-24 JUNE 2015 I had made purchase of OD[protected] Item) Order Date: 23 June, 2015 4:13 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 7999 through Cash on delivery ITEM : Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 .. but in evening i realized and found that there was another offer of 10% extra discount which didn't saw that instead of choosing cash on delivery mode, if i will purchase that same product through SBBJ card payment i could avail another offer of 10 % extra discount and my total saving would be INR 1800/-, , , so vis a vis in Evening i order the the product Order Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 of 7199/- Order ID: OD[protected] Item) Order Date: 23 June, 2015 8:57 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 7199 through Debit card...and as a result i got confirmation mail and sms from flipkart ...ie. you successfully mad the purchase ...and immediately cancelled the old order OD[protected] ...Tue, 23rd Jun09:06 pm... So after from date 23-06-15 I was waiting for the delivery, but suddenly on 28-06-15 at 12: 09 pm i got the mail and sms from flipkart ...that your refund request has been raised and the fund will be credited soon...so now ...immediately I called customer care...5-6 times but all executives were failing to resolve the issue & even when asked for transferring the line to seniors...they were failed to stop the escalation of the Query... and some of them suggested me to buy that product again at INR 8999/- .what is this ????? please team i want justice ...As this seems to be a fraud by flipkart company ...for ref...i have mails and sms saved...
