    I have received the A6000 plus just before some hours. just now i have opened it and trying to callu some one the display is getting shaked. 1. Display is not working properly. 2. Speaker also not working properly in some calls i am getting re sound are tooo slow voice. 3. I didnt received the mobile head set also.

    Dont buy lenovo mobiles and laptops they where cheating peoples they dont know how to talk customers also worest service and product. please dont buy any product in lenovo.

      i have purchased a 16 GB memory card on 22.04.15. when insert it in my mobile it was over heated and battery automatically exhausted immediately i contact to flipcart for changing it then they sent me new same card but it was also same problem after that i request for refund. the concern person told me your refund will come in 24 hours and i told for collect the memory card because it has no use for me. they reply keep this card or destroy it because in our policy defected item can't pick. after that the amount was not come in my account. whenever several times i contact for my paymentbut always they answered me wait for 24 hours. at last on 27.05.15 i strictly pursue my complain then they given me complain no.[protected] and told me with in 24 hours it will credit in your account but today when i checked my account it was not credited. i again contact with customer care and the reply is very shocking that no such type of commitment was done by flipcart after the long argument the concern person lodge my complain no.[protected] but refund is possible only in the condition to surrender memory card, cover pack, bill etc. i can't understand the policy of flipcart after one month they generate new thing which is impossible for any customer to keep original packet . at last my trust is left from FLIPCART totally and i never purchase any item from this company.

        I bought a new huawei honor 6 mobile on 01.02.2015 .when I was playing a game in my mobile more than 3 hours suddenly it got restarted and that time my display does not working properly.. after some times my mobile display not working only black screen came and I went to authorized huawei service centre they refused to claim the warranty with unsatisfied reasons. Please kindly do me the needful.

            I bought SoundMagic's ES18S Headsets few months back. In the beginning, it was working fine. But within few days, the right earpiece started giving problem. The right earpiece doesn't works sometimes. It's just 6 months old headphone. I tried contacting SoundMagic's service centre but they aren't responding nicely. This is not really expected from SoundMagic and flipkart that a faulty piece will be delievered. Please help me out with this.               I have got delivery of Lenovo A 6000 iphone on 11 th april... In the begining the product worked very good.. But after few days...there is very big problem of heating i m not able to chat, messaging, and evn while playing game...the phone gets heated... Further, 1 gb RAM doesn't work completely...i m not able to play racing game smoothly... ..Hell knows...what to do now... Please...flipkart take some initiatives...

                Order ID: OD[protected] I ordered Lenevo A6000 Plus on 28th April and received very promptly on 2nd May. First 7-10 days it ran smoothly but after that the device was facing a heating issue, since then the battery of the device draining in 3-4hrs without any internet or other service usage. It takes upto 8-12hrs to recharge it for a 100%. Sd card media is not showing in gallery, songs are not appearing in music apps. I filed a complaint with flipkart on 19th May and received exactly two calls. At first call on 21st May I was busy so they rescheduled the call but after that at the second call on 23rd May the technical support executive took alternative number, requested to install smart check app and never called back again, though he promised to call me back within an hour on the alternate number. And on 26th may Flipkart's seller cancelled my claim. So without any resolution, without any assessment, how can they cancel my claim? Under flipkart 30days hassle free return they bound to offer a refund or replacement if the product acts faulty. Submitted another claim but it seems they will not listen and close the claim again. Please help me with it, I shall forever be greatful.

                  Hi, I purchased the phone(Honor 4x) from Flipkart on May 20th Right from day 1, I'm having issues with it I'm Not happy with the performance at all Phone is hanging like anything I dint even install any big application But the phone is heating up very badly Not even able to hold the phone while charging I already bought Moto G2 from you guys but it was awesome, Only because of that, I preferred the same for the 2nd time But now i'm really pissed off with the mobile I really need replacement or refund for the product. I want someone to get back to me on this between 11am-6pm Hope you guys can help me. I have attached my invoice copy of it here

                    I have ordered Kenstar OxyFryer from Flipkart on 2nd May and I have received it after one week. A couple of days later Kenstar engineer visited our house to do installation and demo of the product. He confirmed that the product is defective and it needs to be returned. We raised return request on same day to flipkart, but till now we have not received any calls from them and they have cancelled our return request. I have raised the return request and sent emails, but till now no response from them..No one is even calling us to find out what the issue is and simply cancelling the return request.

                      I ordered a DLink N 300 router from flipkart (Order No: OD[protected]. I paid for one day guaranteed service as well. The order was expected on 25th of May 2015. On 25th evening, I check the status of the product as 'Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt'. When I call the flipkart executives they inform me that eKart(Worst service Provider) executives had called me and the phone was out of reach and the Flipkart executive informed me that he will forward the complaint and the product will be delivered in 48 hours. On 26th evening, I check the status and surprised to see the same status updated again. Again I called Flipkart executives and got the same excuse and informed me that he will forward the complaint and the product will be delivered in 24 hours. CRAP.. How can They be so irresponsible regarding customer services. On 27the the same thing happened and they did the same thing. Worst thing is that, they now had cancelled the order without any intimation.

                          OD[protected] oder Id It was completely inappropriate gesture which i have experienced from delivery boy, i was in continuous touch with him and trying to explain the location, but he was completely rude and completely showed a gesture for as if he he trying to do mae a 'favour' by delivering me this product i tried called my family member to receive the product as i wasn't available at home, my family members saw him going without delivering the product they followed him and asked me to call him, but he denied delivering this product by saying ' i cant wait. kindly look on the matter i have ordering products from flipkart from long time but never experienced this type of problems.                             I have bought a mobile for myself from flipkart that is Lenovo A6000 plus. from the day i have noticed that phone gets restarted intermediately now and then and some keys above the home button are not working intermediately i have placed a return request for the same on 23 at 9 PM DAY1 i got a message stating i will get a call by Monday morning, i have missed to attend the call. and i didn't get any call from them but got a message stating i will get a call the next day by 3 pm. DAY 2 with support team i had made sure to attend the call and support team had asked me to install smart check app on mobile for doing remote troubleshooting. and she tried to run some checks and asked me to do a HARD reset of phone. i have done the same following the instructions and advised me to use it for couple of hours and let them know if issue is there are not. and made assurance that it will be eligible for replacement if the problem still persists. i was told my Flipkart representative that i will get a call same day in four hours. i have waited so long for the call but i didn't get any call on the same day. Support Person whom i have talked is KUMARI Day 3 i got a call from the support team i have informed that i have the same problem with my phone and asked for solution, during the discussion the call got disconnected. and i don't know what was happening with the service which Flipkart is providing. i had made a call to support team and raised a req for call back. this time i didnt get any message confirmation from them. Day 4 i got a call from a lady Twinkle, again i told the same thing which is happening with my mobile. after a long conversation she was saying that my phone is working ... Baseless conclusion. i was very upset and disappointed the way she answers my questions. and after a long conversation she agreed to do the smart check test again. i told that i dont have a data connection on the phone and asked her to call me back by 3PM. she confirmed me that she will do that surely. Conclusion: From three days i am talking with the support team of Flipkart. i was in an impression that Flipkart is least bothered about service after selling any products and they assume products work greatly without any flaws. So i request you to do justice in my case.

                              One week back I purchased honor 4c mobile now start battery issue, then I submit the replace this mobile, then they called to me said you do hard reset and something they said, I did every thing I did get any improvement, so they said we will send one smart check app link u install in your mobile then we will solve the problem, I try to install but it won't install and also finely they said we won't accept your replace, this is very very bad service if your not replace means next time I won't purchase any thing from you even I suggest to my friends don't purchase in flipkart now a days very very bad service this is my order numberOD[protected]

                                  Dear Sir, I had purchased a mobile (Samsung S3 Neo) on 13.05.2015 and I was suffering a heating issue and some other issue for which I had made a replacement request on 25.05.2015. I had recd a call from flipkart and they asked me to Trouble shoot the mobile like software update, Factory setting, etc. I had done all the things and again I am facing heating issue and new issue of speaker. Now I had again call them so they told me to diagnos the phone and they provide me mail for downloading the smart check application for which they had provided me a link on mail but again that link is not working and till now the phone is not diagnosed. Further they always provide me the time for diagnos on which I am not available. I had send complaints on mail several times but till now I had not been provided with any kind of resolution. Now I am facing pain in my ears due to speaker issue. Further I want to tell u that nothing is mention in filpkart policy about phone diagnosis and the time for diagnos which is automated as per them. Sir please provide me a solution ASAP.

                                    I bought Lenovo Flex 2-14 Notebook from Flipkart and it was delivered on 23rd May. The laptop did not start up at all, probably with a problem in the monitor. I called Flipkart and placed a return request[protected], they told me somebody will call me up within 2 days. A guy called up on 25th May, asked me some basic questions and told me 'product specialist' will call back within 24 hours. The specialist called up on 26th evening while I was only way to home. He suggested few troubleshooting steps but since I was not able try them right away, he told me to call back if the steps do not work. The incident 19935960 was closed. The trouble shooting steps did not help, I opened another return request on the same day[protected]. Again Flipkart customer support guy told me they will call back with 24 hours. I did not get any call the next day (27th May), however got an sms saying some 'We tried to reach you but was unsuccessful..' crap. I called them back, they gave me lame excuse saying my phone was out of reach and I will get 'call back' again by next 24 hours. This time I was frustrated and insisted to get it solved asap. The guy told me that I will expect the call by 12 noon the next day. Today is the next day (28th May) and I got no call till 11.30. When I called up the support again, the guy told me I will get a call back by 8.00 pm! I have become truly frustrated now, and not sure when I will be able to get the issue solved, or get a replaced new laptop. The main issues I am facing in their procedure are - 1. The 24 hour turn around time for each call-back is pathetic. They do not have any number where consumer can reach to a technical guy directly. 2. Two support guys saying different thing - one promised me I will get a call back by 12 noon, but another guy told me that 'it says on his system' that I will get call back by 8.00 pm and he cannot do anything about it. It complete distrust in the Flipkart brand. 3. They do not call up and blame that my mobile was out of reach. 4. They have no other number, or escalation path. Either I have to call the helpline, or the technical time gives me a 'call back'. I bought for my work from home, which I am unable to do, and have no idea where to get help.                                     Spoke to customer and got to know that he order for (Lenovo Flex 2-14 Notebook (4th Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1/ Touch/ 2GB Graph[protected] and the product received had defective motherboard. Customer had request for a replacement or a technician's visit to have the issue fixed. However, as the product was out of stock, we have already taken a request for return & refund. So informed customer about the status and TAT for refund to reflect and closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.

                                      Tried calling customer on "[protected]" and there was no response. So sent email to customer informing that only Rs.50/- off was available under item level offers and requesting to share snap shot to validate if there was any scratch card offer listed at the time of purchase and closing the complaint until customer reverts.

                                        I have placed a order of 9 Watt LED 10 bulbs on 20/04/15. After receiving the Order we noticed that there are 9 Bulbs only out if 9, 5-6 was damage. We put complate & on 28/04/15 Pick was done. Replacement delivery date given was 07/05/15 but till 08/05/15 there was nothing received & @ flipcart site it was shown as processing only. on 9th May I was called & cancelled the Order & requested for Refund. Since 9th May i have continuously calling & Mailing to Cunstomer care but still today not received Refund. I want Refund with Interest @ 18 % & my mobile bill of Rs. 200. In below category there was no option of LED bulbs so selected Mobile handsets
