              Defective LED TV Sony BRAVIA MODEL KDL - 32W700B 80.1 Serial No. S[protected]J

              I purchased a Sony BRAVIA TV, MODEL KDL - 32W700B 80.1 Serial No. S[protected]J on 24/4/2015 through FLIPKART. Suddenly it was noticed, screen shows blurred with rings formation on the LED Screen with visible edge cutting on the objects & letters.I had given a complaint for recall the defective TV on 18/5/2015. As per the return policy you are supposed to give new TV as the complaint was given prior to 30 days.
              On 29/5/2015, vide ID No.25662901 the Service Engineer from Orbit Electronics, Worli, Mumbai came and opened the TV, but he could not attended the complaint.He told us that he will call after two days.But, he never called again. As this TV became defect within 30 days, you are kindly requested to recall this product and provide new Television.
              I preferred this model thinking to enjoy the latest technology and purchased Smart TV by paying heavy amount through Flipkart.As regards this complaint I have contacted 3 days to your Customer care Division.They will lisen all then their reply is that I will receive update with in 24 hrs., So far I have not heard a satisfactory reply from your side.If this is the response how can we purchase any item from Flipkart with belive.

              This complaint has also forwarded to National Consumer Complaint Board. If no proper action, I have no option left to go to consumer court. please.

              I HOPE YOU WILL RECALL THE DEFECT TV.

                ORDER ID : OD[protected] The handset provided to me by flip kart is a faulty one. I am facing severe issues with it since the beginning. Since the first day of its usage, an ongoing call gets disconnected and I have to face an embarrassment to my clients for the same. I changed many networks in the beginning but now i have understood completely that the actual problem is with the hand set and not with the network.Battery drainage problem is just not the enough to trouble me now the charger has also stopped working. I called many times toll free number provided by flip kart, rather than listening to the issues and resolving it, the receiver talked to me rudely. Now I need a replacement to my phone. Flip kart should either replaced my phone or provide me with the refund. I am fed up and I cant take up with this nonsense anymore.

                  I ordered a power bank and it was not working properly. I requested a request for replacement and i got another power bank in replacement but the product i got replaced was also damaged and now iam fedup with this process and i wanna widraw my ammount from the site. The executive called me just asked me to hold up the call for 2 mins but after a minute he just kept the call and i was just waiting tht the person will talk to me. This is the worst experience iam facing with online shopping.

                      I have placed an order of kurta on 29th april 2015. Order ID is OD[protected]. Till date neither i received the product nor i got the refund of payment. I made the payment by net banking and i have followed up with their customer care team many times through call and email but no proper response have been given by them. They say tht the product is in transit so wait till it is delivered. It has been more than a month, how long should i wait... I am very fed up with them and dont want to purchase with them anymore. Never expect this kind of pathetic service from flipkart.

                            I had placed an order for LG refrigerator with Flipkart but it was never delivered even after 3 days . I regularly followed up with customer care asking them why it is not being delivered and all the time they told that it will soon be delivered. After 3 days, Flipkart cancelled my order and wanted me to place a new order with the new price which was Rs 1500 more than the original one. They mentioned that the contact no was wrong where as it was correct only. Even if it was wrong, they never mentioned about till they cancelled the order. The customer care had approved the order after talking with me and everytime i called them(4-5 times during these 3 days) they never told me that number is wrong. Their sole intention was that I buy the product with more price. Pathetic - wasted my time with them.

                              I purchased one ACM Keyboard case for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T111 neo by Flipkart in the first week of May and asked for replacement (Order no. OD[protected] as it was not working. I received the replaced Keyboard case and as again found to be non- working, I made it checked by Samsung service center, the service center declared it non-compatible for my tab. (I wondered why Flipkart delivered an incompatible keyboard as the Tab model was clearly mentioned in the order). I therefore called Flipkart Customer Executive and requested for money refund. For the last 10 days I called three times and every time the customer executive promised me to get a feedback call from them within next 24 hours but all in vain!                                 Hi, I had ordered a Lenovo tablet and flipkart delivered a faulty product because it's screen has non-removable color patches and it has network connectivity issue. Flipkart 30 days replacement guarantee is applicable on this product . However, they are not responding properly. The order ID is :OD[protected]. I have been asked to download an application. My questions are that without network connectivity, how can i download the application and can any application can check for the color patches on the screen?

                                  I ordered an extension cord from flipkart on may 18, 2015. My order no. Being OD[protected]. They sent me a damaged item so i adked them to give me a new product.they then replaced it after 8 days and that product was dead on arrival. I called the customer care thrice to ask for my refund as didn't want a new product. They said ok we'll get back to you in 24 hours Since then i have been calling then again and again and thier reply is we'll talk to our senior and will let you know in 24 hours. This is height o[censored] professionalism. I want my money back.

                                        Dear F'kart, This is my worst experience with Flipkart and I do not plan to have any more purchases from Flipkart, feel like being cheated. -For the first time in last 25 years I have missed sending a gift to my mom on her birthday. -Your logistic partners are equally worthless as your customer support. Not sure who are they to take a decision to cancel my order. And how Flipkart accepted the cancellation without calling me once to check if at all I wish to cancel or not. -Customer support is worthless/clueless and they do not know what to do. All they know is give us 48 hrs we will get back to you. After repeatedly pleading to not return my package they returned it. 1. 30th May I had called support after not getting the delivery for 15 days, they said we will reassign the delivery and it will be delivered in 48 hrs 2. After 48 hrs no body called or checked. 3. Repeatedly I had asked the person to update details of our conversation so that I do not have to explain the situation to the next analyst (Normally people hate call centers for this and even after reminding him of his job, he did not feel like updating the summary of our discussion.) 4. on 1st June when I called the lady was clueless and again asked me to wait for 48 hrs. 5. On my request to handover the phone to a supervisor she did that. 6. Supervisor shocked me saying your request has been cancelled and you will not receive it. Please place your order again!!! 7. Not sure what happened in 5mins that the supervisor could see that it has been cancelled but the analyst could not see that? 8. None of the support staff had a clue what Flipkart was doing for 48hrs from 30th May when I had called in for checking the status. 9. The local contact number for your so called logistic partner does not work and they do not receive the call on the landline . (You can definitely try your lungs out but no one will receive) 10. The funniest of all updates is what your logistic partner says "Consignee Refused To Accept ". I paid for this and I refused to accept. How generous of me! 11. on 23rd and 25th May logistic partner did not find consignee at home and surprisingly on 26th may they say "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". Please ask they where were they trying to deliver it on 23rd and 25th May. A real joke and I am areal fool to wait for 20 days to get a delivery. Crazy me and lucky you!
