I buy the mobile (sony xperia z1 compact white, AMOUNT PAID:Rs.24103, Order ID:OD[protected], seller:AIDPL) on 15th may 2015 in flipkart.com, and item delivered on 20th may 2015 (The shipment was sent through: Ekart Logistics, Shipment Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]), to my relatives address at rajhamundry-533103.
Actually my home at narsapuram-534275(item not deliverd to my home, thats why i order item address to my relatives) and i went to rajhamundry, i received the package on 21st may 2015 and i opened the sealed pack at 9:00 pm, i found the some tool scratch on mobile back upper side, like mobile already repared before.
and i put the return request on 22nd may 2015 (Return ID:[protected].
Still they saying return request under processing.

Flipkart Customer Care's response The above complaint is already addressed and customer complained stating that he received a used product and hence we had taken a return and also refunde the amount back to customer. So closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.
