I bought vaccum cleaner with reference to Flipkart.com Order OD[protected], I got a defective, called back the customer support there replaced it with new one, I though new one would not have any issues, kept it packed, On june 1st I thought I will clean my sofas using the vaccum cleaner, it has the same problem, I called customer care phone number written on the vaccum cleaner, there said there will send someone in 24hr, no response, I called flipkart, there ask me to email the query, on 3rd june I email to flipkart, there emailed me back saying someone get in touch by 6th june, no response on query, but I get 2nd email that it will be resolved on 9th june, till now reponse or email. looks like flipkart is sleeping, no response, very worst customer service. I need my money back, firist I thought I will buy something else, but now I just want refund and never would buy anything from flipkart.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and got to know that he ordered for (Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaner) in Jul, 2014. Customer wants to return it and take refund as he is not getting proper response from the brand. Customer says that he is not able to make contact when he reaches the customer care of the brand and the technician has still not visited his place. So apologized for the inconvenience and request him to take it up with the brand as it was purchase last year and it is outside replacement period and closing the case.
Few months back I also faced this situation with another merchandiser "Amazon.in" .In this case I ordered item successfully with my credit card option and it was shipped properly as well. After few days when I tried to order another item in "amazon.in" found that my credit card number was already saved with them. I emailed amazon for the justification they said that I can delete the same from the portal. But my question is why amazon saved my card information without informing me. I believe deleting card information from any merchandiser whether its amazon or flipkart after the first order does not make any sense.
So, I appeal to concerned government departments to check such matters and give strict guidelines to them so that customer card information does not gets saved to their database and give flexibility to customers to make payment without saving card information.
