    I had bought a Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star AC from Flipkart. It was delivered to me on 26th April 2015. And it has not been installed till now. Whenever I call they give some deadlines and never meet them. I am really suffering because of Flipkart. In this summer, an ac is kept packed in my house. My parents are suffering because of this heat. I have bouht in EMI. They have deducted EMI. But I am not being able to use it. This company should be banned. Please get these cheaters punished. Let them get it done in a day or let them return my money and relieve me from this problem. If this is the condition ppl should stop buying Large Appliances online. The local dealer does the installation free and on time. Flipkart is my worst decision.

      Hello, I am facing difficulty dealing with flipkart, where they delivered LED TV on 15th May and when the installation was requested on 23rd, no installation was done till 26th. Flipkart customer care center is not appropriately handling the case and advising me to go to Consumer court for further services. With such services I really want to return my TV and want refund and inconvenience charges. I have gone through harassment and misdealing from Flipkart customer care and they didn't let me speak to their Managers. Time and date of installations was wrongly committed Multiple times.         Moto G 2nd gen purchased from flipkart on 5th dec which was delivered on 7th dec at 142, 2nd floor, Deepali, Pitampura, New delhi, 110034..so within a lap of 6mths. Earphone system of the phone is not working which is really a big problem to me as I am out from home for long hours. plz i want my phone to get repaired asap.           Dear Sir, I bought a mobile phone Moto G of Motorola with a trust of buying a product from a company that has global presence from another well known On Line portal FlipCart which is of course another big name on global platform and this was for the first time I opted to buy any Motorola product and first time also I bought anything from flip cart. Unfortunately my experience with both the Companies for after sale services has been worst ever. Below are some points which I need to put forward and I hope you people will listen to my points of view and will help in the best way possible. I bought this MOTO G in October 2014, since then I am facing such problem that it doesn’t read the SIM properly in both the sim slots. I contacted Flip Cart for assistance and they told me to go to Motorola service centre for the same I opted for Motorola Service Centre in Gurgaon in sector 14. The gentleman who was available was very rude and he was using abusive language with me and my cousin and tried to assault us and kept repeating that “ My name is Arun and I am not going to provide any service to you and you can complain to anybody in Motorola”. Because of this incidence I am not feeling safe to go to any Motorola Service centre as such an incidence can happen again. After a week of above mentioned incidence my cousin went to another service centre of your company in Palam Vihar gurgaon named B2X as I am still terrified of going to Motorola service Centre so I opted not to go there. Now the employees over there told my cousin that we have to pay for the repair of my MOTO G. Saying that the SIM tray is not covered in the warranty clause and when asked for any document stating the same, they refused to show any such document. Sir, I want to ask one simple question that when my MOTO G is in warranty why am I supposed to pay for the services as the damage is internal and cannot be deliberately made? I am not asking for any special favors but the kind of response I have got from both the service centre has been pathetic. I am also writing this mail to Flip cart because genuine products is always a concern while buying online and I am feeling same in this case. I am requesting you to please tell me the solution of my problem because I am really fed up and tired of going from one service Centre to another and asking for correct document and also my safety is also a concern. Sir, I am seriously feeling cheated after buying MOTO G that too from flip cart. Please reply as soon as possible at max 3 days else I will be left with no option to buy other handset this time it will not be of Motorola and not from flip cart. Out of my frustration I am not left with any option but to advise people that not to buy Motorola product especially from Flip Cart.

            Spoke to customer and he complains stating that he has not received the battery & case cover along with the product. He says in the delivery there was a slip that shows these items will be shipped as freebies with the purchase of (Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W830 Point & Shoot Camera) . However, as per item level offer & website information only 10% off is listed and the same is already offered. Customer said he will share the snaphot soon..

                  Order Id - OD[protected] I ordered this phone on 13th May and recieved it today. I had to gift this phone to my dad and hence opted for gift wrap option for which you have charged additional 30 Rs.Though the amount is negligible when compared to the cost of the product but you are bound to give product as per the order. When i received the product it was not gift wrapped and hence defeated the purpose of purchasing the product in the first place from your site. This is high negligence from your end and I don't think i should continue placing orders from FLIPKART. What solution do you suggest in this case? Product can be replaced but Emotions are not something you can replace.

                      Order id:OD[protected] Name:sunny vk Product: lenovo a6000 plus I bought this phone on May 2nd.phone worked smoothly for 5 days despite the issues of overheating nd battery draining. After playstore stopped working totally, and battery's draining like 50% to 2% in just 10min. And coming to performance even 1mb app strucks with a serious heating issues. Lastly I requested for a replacement nd dey started playing with me.I requested a replacement on 22nd nd I received a call from flipkart on 23 nd dey told their technical assistants will call on 24th. They called nd I was asked to install smartchk app with out giving the pin. Dey again told me dey vl share pin via call on 25th. I wasn't available on DAT day nd dey again sent me a text dey vl call again on 26th. Between these issues I called to Flipkart customer Care number of times dey are not saying the pin nd postponing it an other day!! I wonder why they need my phone to trouble shoot, y dey can't issue me a replacement. These people don't have trust on customERS. Worst Replacement policy ever.we all know Flipkart is the giant e-commerce website in India and dey cannot even provide enough technical assistants to solve the customers problem.

                                  Dear sir, order no- OD[protected] I am NISHANTH.S from COCHIN kerala, I ordered Lenovo A6000 plus through FLIPKART flash sale on 19th May which got delivered on 21st May.From the first day itself the phone is heating up very badly some times the temperature reaching nearly 42 degree celsius (i have attached the screenshot) which makes me unable even to keep the phone on my pocket and mind you i have put only one sim and havent used the phone for calling yet. The next problem is the battery drainage. The phone's battery drains within 3 to 4 hours from 60 % to 8 % even at standby with no calls, no apps downloaded, no mobile data or wifi enabled.so i filed a return for the product but flipkart executive contacted me and while checking through the smart chk app they came to the conclusion that there should be 45 degree or above temperature for the product to be defective and the executive told that the battery is healthy. Therefore they told they cant proceed with replacement and asked me to visit the nearest Lenovo service center and get a DOA letter from them to proceed further in this regard. I ordered this product as a gift to my wife for our wedding anniversary and now as such i was unable to fulfill my promise. In between i also noticed that calls are not able to be recieved at my end.whenever someone calls the call is not getting connected while try to attend it..Also there are problem in the touch screen also..some letters are not typing while messaging or emailing.and touch goes wary sometimes. Yesterday on 25th may i visited the LENOVO service centre at cochin M/s smart solutions for obtaining a doa and after the verification they confirmed my complaints of over heating, calls not connecting, battery drainage and keypad issue.They issued me a DOA letter for replacement.but since i bought the phone through flipkart i told them i will file the return myself.I am attaching the DOA letter from lenovo service centre. FLIPKART claims they provide EASY RETURNS if the customer is not satsified also.Here i have a genuine reason still they are not keeping their promise.I dont want any replacement anymore and require a full refund at the earliest..since the model as such is a defective one Thanking you NISHANTH.S [protected]

                                    1) Reference order no OD[protected] dated 6 MAY 2015 in name of the undersigned. 2) This mobile is not functioning properly from Day 1 of delivery. Battery gets discharged after 4-5 calls, in spite of charging again and again on the switched off mode, as instructed by your customer care person. 3) I had made many telephonic complaints to the customer care service; same can be verified from your concerned people. 4) I had taken contact no. from your customer care from your local Lenovo centre on 25th May 2015. Immediately, I went to dealer and told my technical problem to the Lenovo service centre Nayyar Enterprises (Address: Main Bazar, Near M.C Office, Pathankot-145001, Pathankot, Punjab ). To my surprise Nayyar Enterprises refused to entertain my complaint saying that after 1 week nothing can be done, as the warranty does not hold good after 7 days, in case of replacement of mobile. This is not mentioned anywhere in the warranty card. He told to us to buy a new battery and replace it.(Imagine changing your battery after 10 days of purchase) The logic given by your Pathankot dealer is very absurd, unwarranted and not customer caring. 5) This type of service to a senior citizen, army colonel appears totally unpleasant from a renowned company like yours. 6) May I request you to early set to resolve my mobiles technical problem/replacement of this mobile handset should be initiated. 7) Also, the service of your local dealer (Nayyar Enterprises) may immediately be cancelled as, he is totally unfit to do the job and mislead the customer. This is my first Lenovo product usage and hoping that my issue gets resolved immediately. Otherwise I may never recommend this brand ever to anyone for purchase ever.                                       Dear sir/Madam, I am very dissappointed with Flipkart. I got an offer o[censored]sing Internet for 2 months. It works fine for first month but from last 10 days I am trying to connect you guys and you are making me fools. Sometimes customer care ppl make me wait for 10 mins to come and sometimes they don't come. Please take care of emotions of customer. You loose once, they will never come back.                                         I bought moto g 2 white color on October 1 and from the day 1 I have the problem on battery the charge is not standing for half a day also.. And I m irritated by it. But some how I adjusted for 7 months and now the battery draining too soon and I m very much upset with it..and also it heats up while charging and also while using.. Kindly help me at least in service or some replacements.. Thank u..
