I have brought a digiflip pro XT911 tab from flipkart.com on[protected] costing 15000/- Rs. Its has warranty for one year. After three months, there was an issue in booting. It was some software issue. i have given this tab to flipkart's service partner Ascent Technologiesin Trivandrum on March 6. They have given the tab on May 2nd which was not proper. So of the main features are not available. So i again went to that service center on May 9th and gave the tab to fix it. Till now i didn't get the tab from the service center. When ever i asked they are telling next week you will get it. and another reason they are telling is they are not getting the good response from flipkart. They said, that they are waiting for the board which flipkrt need to send from chennai.

    Recently I went to buy a mobile phone for my mother in flipkart.com, while checking out I came to Payment step, where I selected Credit Card option and there I found a button "Save and Pay" which suggests to save my card details except the CVV number. I have strong objection to this option, they do have option o[censored]nsaving the CC info once I go to my account section, which is really absurd. If I buy once with this option. they will save my card info and then I go to My Account section to "unsave" which is really ridiculous. I think they must make the option of "saving" card details for faster checkout optional.Customer must have the option to pay without saving their card details. The similar scenario happens with amazon.com too.

    Yes Amit, I totally agree with you. Yesterday I also faced the same problem when I tried to Order an Item in "www.flipkart.com", and selected payment option either debit card or credit card the only button on the Order screen was named "Save and Pay”. That means the merchandiser will save my credit/debit card information in their database. They should provide the both options first if customer wish to save the card information in Merchandiser database and secondly customer should have option to bypass this and directly pay the ordered item. In my case due to this I had to go for NetBanking option to make payment.

    Few months back I also faced this situation with another merchandiser "Amazon.in" .In this case I ordered item successfully with my credit card option and it was shipped properly as well. After few days when I tried to order another item in "amazon.in" found that my credit card number was already saved with them. I emailed amazon for the justification they said that I can delete the same from the portal. But my question is why amazon saved my card information without informing me. I believe deleting card information from any merchandiser whether its amazon or flipkart after the first order does not make any sense.

    So, I appeal to concerned government departments to check such matters and give strict guidelines to them so that customer card information does not gets saved to their database and give flexibility to customers to make payment without saving card information.

          I placed an order with Flipkart. Order tracking ID: FMPC[protected]. My concern is the delivery guy, Mo.No-[protected], was completely ill mannered. He didn't even confirm about the delivery date, and called on the same day when I was unavailable. He even yelled on the call, which is totally unacceptable. Please look into this and do the necessary.

            I have purchased an AC of Carrier company from flipkart on 10th May 2015. It was delivered on 13th May 2015 and from that day we used it. But from 25 th May 2015 we watched that remote was not working properly and water drops were fallen from the AC front part. At the time of our purchase, we saw that it had 30days replacement policy and they will give free service within.Thus, we registered our complain on the subject matter in flipkart on 27 th May 2015. They said that within 31 st May 2015 technician would reach to us for service. When I saw they did not come to us we called flipkart on daily basis from that day and they said technician would reach us within 24 hours on daily basis. But till today no one has come to us from flipkart. A sms has sent to us from flipkart saying "We have scheduled your technician visit for carrier, 18 KURVE (for order:OD[protected]with VS18561.Your ticket number for 91396050 and will be completed within 3 business days .Please check email for additional details. " we also communicated with the manufacturing company from 2nd June 2015. A technician from carrier company has visit yesterday with the same ticket number and noted down the problem and went back.Today I called Flipkart again they told us techinian will reach to us within 2hours but none has come. First of all I bought the AC from flipkart because the policies which has shown attracted me. But now the30 days span will about to end. If the time span will over, will flipkart return it? Why should I go for servicing a brand new AC ? Is it a hidden policy of flipkart to make delay for servicing to exceed the return back time span? I want to make it return not to make servicing.             Spoke to customer and got to know that she received a defective air conditioner and she was not getting proper response from Flipkart and there was delay in resolution when reported her complaint. So apologized for the inconvenience. However, it is found that RVP is done today and hence informed her about the refund procedure and closing the case as the issue stands resolved.

              unfortunately I used fllipkart and bought a useless brand mobile xiaomi Mi 4i. My registered mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. At the time of delivery itself the display was complaint after one week struggle with flipkart customer care team, I sent it back. Because of my bad luck, I have received a replacement product, which was horribly damaged. No lights on the menu button. Lights are over flowing from the borders of the mobile. from cam is not working. Phone is going to silent mode automatically. From the past three days I am in touch with the flipkart customer care team and they are unable to help me to arrange a call with technical team. They are giving silly reasons for not giving me a call back. I am always available on phone. Only for flipkart technical team, I am not reachable. some one please help me return this bloody product and get rid of from flipkart for ever.

              Spoke to customer and he says he has shipped the replacement handset delivered back to our warehouse as it was defective. Customer has also shared the scan copy of the receipt which shows the tracking number. So esclated the issue to the concerned team, So that we can process confirm & process refund accordingly..

                Flipkart and its seller are getting worst . The phone lags and hangs in between . lag issue is so much that i am not able to pick calls .its not a toy you seller i have brought to play games on it, i have got it for my business use too . I have launched replacement for this phone 2 twice, both time i got message refund cancelled as problem solved between seller and buyer . I mean have you gone nuts ? I think its a big scam and you people are playing with customers . I think talk to dead people who really dont care about customers its better to launch a consumer complaint . its a new phone . Twice i have launched complaint . I get SMS that technical team will call me next day or so by 4:30 timing, NO ONE CALLS .ITS A PURE SCAM . I never got any calls nor any email, if you have any please email it to me .let me see how you people fool the customers . very bad experience with flipkart . i need my refund ASAP in next 24 hrs or else i am taking this ahead legally to consumer court .

                    Called on your customer care number. Asked question regarding delivery of a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on a Sunday by Cash on Delivery. The executive says, he can't help me out. It can only be delivered only as per the wish of the courier. Kindly let me know how is it possible to get it delivered on a Sunday, when I am at home.                       Hi, I have purchased motorola G2 last year Order Date:[protected]. It is still under warranty. However i am keep on facing problems in the phone. Mobile's board got replaced twice in the service center. Now facing batter problem. It is a defect piece and i am unable to use even 1 week continuously. I need a solution for this.                         I have purchased a Asus ZenFone 2 from Flipkart on 8th or 9th June the 2nd time 1st request for the product was denied as the phone was not available with 4 GB RAM and after ordering the product twice i received it on 10th June'15 but its SIM 1 slot is not working. I called the Flipkart customer support they said i will receive a call from the technical team the next day at 4:30 pm but till now i have not received any call. Its a Brand new phone which i have purchased and am not getting any assistance from your side to get this mobile working. Please arrange a call from your end and get it resolved. Otherwise i wont have anyother choice but using alternate ways to get it fixed or replaced which will reflect very badly for your company. Please arrange a call back on [protected] within 24 hours.                             I have purchased VU 40K16 LED TV (Order ID#OD[protected] from Flipkart which was delivered on 30.05.15. After delivery of product I had discussed with Flipkart and postponed scheduled installation (Ticket no.5E30-373AHSC[protected] for 3-4 days i.e. 05.06.15 instead of 01.06.15 due to my residence change. On 05.06.15 when I called Flipkart, They informed me that They required 5-7 days for updating the new address and complete the installation. As per Flipkart's 5-7 days TAT, installation should be done by 12.06.15 however it is not done yet. While called Flipkart on 12.06.15 & 13.06.15 (Today), I got the same reply "Installation will be completed Don't worry". They are not providing exact date of installation. Today (13.06.15) they have escalated the issue which will get resolved by 15.06.15 6pm. Flipkart is not ready to 1) Provide exact date of installation 2) Provide installation company's contact number 2) Reverse pickup of the product and refund the money if not fulfill the deadlines 3) Allow installation from third party without voiding 30 Days Replacement Pls resolve the issue.                               On 5th may 2015 i had purchase a mobile handset from your site. The same was working fine. Due suddenly from 20th may mobile showing problem in touch screen and Complain to your toll free number[protected], from their we got a link to download the software Smatcheck. The same has been downloaded but my wife unable to cop to run that software and on 23rd may my request for replacement of mobile hand set had been disapproved i.e. Return ID is 19840799. Some how i manage the mobile to run but after that it give a lots of problem while writing also, so again i made call your toll free number and your technical team check the mobile thru your software and find there is some issue in touch screen and they advice your concern department to replace the same and your concern department on 02nd June 2015 confirm that your mobile will be replace before 12th June 2015. On 5th June i had received mail to confirm for replacement by friday 12th June 2015 and Shipment details also been sent to my mail i.e. Thru EKART LOGISTICS and ID is WSRP[protected] at my mention address. But again on 7th June your executive called me and said your replecement is canclled and we again generating your Return ID and same is 21001562, i am surprised on 12th june while calling your customer care officer that i had not received the replacement as promised by you and they replied that same has been cancelled due to some transmission error. On the whole i find it you all are making customer fool, at the time of service you are not able to replace the same but at the time of purchase you never failed to delivered the materials before the time. You have no ethics to support the customer and as advertise and claim to resolve the matter at the earliest is failed. So i am thinking to move with the consumer court at Kolkata for my justice.                                 Hi, I ordered one headset thinking of Xiaomi that eventually turns out to be a duplicate low quality product and that also i received as damaged. when i checked with the customer executive of flipkar, Shama picked up the call and did said that they cannot return it, they can just exchange it since it is damaged. i have couple of questions: 1) if it is not manufactured by xiaomi, then why the box and the leaflet of the headset had xiaomi mentioned ? 2) why is "MI" mention in the title and nowhere mentioned that "it is just compatible with MI"? Flipkart being a registered seller of Xiaomi has a edge that users buy blindly without investigting much about the genuinety of the product. i really think that this is not a fair practice being done by Flipkart.                                   hi i m prudhvi raj gantla from vizag andhra pradesh. i recently done shopping in flipkart this is the 1st time i using online shopping after myntra got into filpkart. i ordered 2 belts in flipkart and some shirts and pants. i saw them with huge discounts in flipkart and i taught that its good to have a 5000 rupees belt for just 500 and i bought it and after i revived my order it dosent worth more that 50 rupees which is not at all good for flikart . being so trust worthy, indias number 1 ranked website. i am not at all satisfied regarding the belt. there is no brand called wildhide and wild horn and they are selling items in flipkart with huge discounts. its wast of time for me to wait for the belt to get delivered and was for time to search in the website and waste of time to file a complain. i go 5 km to book my things in flipkart. the below link is where i bought the belt. i need a serious action on this company. they are just unworthy so cheap material. i need my money back for all the items which i bought or els i will file in national consumer court. http://www.flipkart.com/wildhorn-men-formal-black-genuine-leather-belt/p/itme6rn...

                                      I bought vaccum cleaner with reference to Flipkart.com Order OD[protected], I got a defective, called back the customer support there replaced it with new one, I though new one would not have any issues, kept it packed, On june 1st I thought I will clean my sofas using the vaccum cleaner, it has the same problem, I called customer care phone number written on the vaccum cleaner, there said there will send someone in 24hr, no response, I called flipkart, there ask me to email the query, on 3rd june I email to flipkart, there emailed me back saying someone get in touch by 6th june, no response on query, but I get 2nd email that it will be resolved on 9th june, till now reponse or email. looks like flipkart is sleeping, no response, very worst customer service. I need my money back, firist I thought I will buy something else, but now I just want refund and never would buy anything from flipkart.

                                      Spoke to customer and got to know that he ordered for (Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaner) in Jul, 2014. Customer wants to return it and take refund as he is not getting proper response from the brand. Customer says that he is not able to make contact when he reaches the customer care of the brand and the technician has still not visited his place. So apologized for the inconvenience and request him to take it up with the brand as it was purchase last year and it is outside replacement period and closing the case.

                                      Today is faced very bad experience from Flipkart, On 10th June i placed my order to purchase Lenovo a 7000 under my request OD[protected], since i selected option cash on delivery, i rechecked with you customer care executive and they ensure me i can make the payment through my credit card at the time of product delivery, however scenario was compliantly changed while on 13th June your delivery boy refused to accept payment through credit card, he was giving very stupid excuse '' i am not from Flipkart and not carrying card payment machine.

                                      After long argue he denied and get back to his location.

In this connection I have to inform you about two complains 1. From the very first day, It is found that the battery is heated up very much :- (a) Heating takes place during charging and (b) Also during talking on mobile to someone even if I talk after 2-3 hours of complete charging. I do not talk on mobile while charging. So, I am scared of explosion in the battery. 2. There is no manual with the mobile which can explain for proper use of all the features of the Nexus 6 Mobile.
