Poduct : Eureka forbes aquasure water purifier Product cost:10000 Delivery date : 30 may 2015 Order id : OD[protected] mobile no.[protected] email : susheel.[protected]@gmail.com toll no :[protected] Complaint : i have bought Eureka forbes aquasure water purifier product from flip kart on may around 27 may 2015 in 10000 rs . as normally written in specification and terms, installation is done in 3 business days, so i have waited 3 days then have made a call in customer service for the installation which was pending and representative has confirmed me for next 24 hours and again i waited few more days, then after i am continiously follow up with customer care and all the representative is saying the same repetitive dialogue for the resolution like - Sir we are very sorry for inconveience and your installtion would be done in next 24 hours . - other one is saying Sir we are extremly sorry and understand your problem and now please wait for today only, we have sent mail in higher priority. - someone is saying we are giving you updated complint no .s these are the similar comments i was getting last 25 days now and i have remember the name of all customer care person which belongs to the technical installation department which are providing me worst response . i am preety sure on training they have got training for similar dialogues, and they always saying like you can not talk my superior and even we cant take your refund request whether they can not provide the services after 25 days. my installation is still pending and now i am unable to talk any responsible person who can sort out my problem since they are not transferring my call to superior or managers but yes they all the appreciating my passions level. some of the team memebername who has given the worst response and commitments are ; marry, shradha, musheed, vaqar(TL), victor(TL), and some of others who has given me fake resonse, i have talk with everyone twice and thrice alternatively. i have made alomst 100 calls in last 25 days and almost 1000 rs i spent which is more then the discount i got from flipkart . these are services never turn anyone to buy a single pin from flip kart . Resolution : Still i have bit passions as i have no option instead of installation, so i am still requesting please do my installation or refund my money back . now its 25 days over and after 30 days if after unpacking i got any issue with my product so the company will not consider it for exchange even. still looking for the some satisfatory feedback and response.     Bought a TP LINK 3G ROUTER from FLIPKART on[protected] which had a warranty of 3 years.Now this device has a problem (unable to connect internet modem).Flipkart told me it's not possible for servicing from RAIPUR but TP-LINK has a authorized dealers in RAIPUR.

      I have got washing machine delivery on 30th May 2015 and its been 25 days but still installation not done till date.
      Everytime I got fake commitment that it will get done in next 24 hours. I ended up calling 34 different customer care executives (including senior members) lost my 28hrs talking.

      This is very Pathetic service. I've lost my lot of time and money.

          I purchased a redmi 2 mobile 2 months back and 4 days before it became dead. I gave to customer care, but they said, first it was voltage problem and than board problem, board was vet and hence, replace the board but no warrenty. You have to invest rs. 4500 again. Surprised and online purchase leads this problem everybody is telling, now it is true. Because they did not have service center in my palace madurai and i travelled 230 km to coimbatore for service. It took rs. 800 cost. Hope i need to rectify the problem in free of cost otherwise meaning less to purchase in online, because if i purchase in local shop, i have a time to discuss with them, now very trouble to me. Please solve my issue.

          They service center does not provide any job sheet or documents to me. Very bad

            orderd a "KolorEdge Flip Cover for Redmi 1S" order_id=OD[protected] on 6th Oct` 2014. On 11th Oct 2014 Flipkart Delivery boy contacted me at my address and handed over the box. money was paid and when i opened the box ( in front of the boy) surprisingly it was e=an empty box . the delivery boy simply vanished acting on mobile of contacting the company about the box. And I was standing looted in broad day light When contacted Flipkart firstly they refused to take resposibilty and said the shipment is cancelled by the buyer but when provided the proof of the above incident they agreed to resolve the problem by 19th Oct 2014. but no result again when contacted they said to resolve it by 21 Oct 2014 again no result. Since then i am continuously requesting the company to resolve the issue but they are least bothered

            Spoke to customer and got to know that she ordered for (KolorEdge Flip Cover for Redmi 1S) in Oct, 2014 and when the delivery was done, she received a empty box. Customer says that the executive himself opened the box and took it back and it was marked "courier return". However, customer says she has paid for the product. So requested customer to share the proof, so that we can validate and help her with the refund. Customer says that she has the video and would soon share it with us.

              Hi, Yesterday I got a message from Ekart logistics that "the package will be delivered by 7pm". As the replacement of package is at my home address, I took a leave from office for this. But nobody delivered the package. Today again I got a message that "The package will be delivered by 7pm", and this time I also got the details of the delivery boy. I called him and asked about delivery timings on which he confirmed it would be done by 4pm. I requested him to deliver the package between 6pm - 7pm as I am in office right now but he said it would not be possible. I called the 24x7 customer care and they also said it would not be possible. I am NOT satisfied with this because I took a leave from office especially for this, you didn't deliver and I can not take leave again the next day. Also while raising the exchange request, I did call you up and requested for the same time for delivery. Even then this is not taken into consideration. If exchange did not happen today, I do not want to repeat the cycle of raising a new request which will take 3-4 more days.                   Spoke to customer on "[protected]"and got to know that his handset is not working post replacement period. Customer had visited ASC where they had confirmed that it is liquid damage and he has to pay Rs.4000/- for motherboard replacement. However, customer does not agreed to it and wants a replacement. He threatens that he will file a legal case. So apologized for the inconvenience and requested him to co-ordinate with the service center and get his device fixed and closing the case.

                    Hello I have placed an order on your website on 18 June 2015 Shipment Tracking ID: WSRP[protected] and opted for one day delivery option nad for the same I got a message that I will b ereceiving my order by 19 june 2015. And on 19 in the afternoon i got a message that Mr uma shankar will be delivering my product and his phone no is shared. And when i contacted him on his phone no then he says that he will deliver this product by 7 pm as I have given the office address which is a govt department (Room no 129 opposite to Syndicate bank ground floor Delhi Secreriat, Near ITO 110002) and is get closed by 6 pm. so i requested him to deliver this product by 6 if possible. And meanwhile i also called on customer care to deliver product early and they have genaerated a request to deliver that product by 7 pm. And after that phone no of Mr Uma shankar is appearing switched off and i contacted customer care several times. First they suggested me to wait by 7 pm and therafter they suggested by 9 pm. But neither i receive my product and nor any message and i keep waiting for long 3 hours. And at 9:12 pm i got a message that my product will not be delivered today. And for the same i called again on customer care around 10;30 pm and had words with Mr Abhisekh (Senior person available at that time) and he says that they are facing technical issues so they are not able to view the details so cannnot help me and suggested me to call after na hour. And when i again called around 11:30 then also they also donot receive any satisfactory response and they disconnected my phone. If you are not able to delver the product oin one day they why you have provided that option on webite and why are you charging extra charges for that and torturing the customer to wait even when he is trying regularly to be in contact with you. If this is the service you are providing then soory to say that neither i want to purchase anything from your website and nor suggest this website to my friends or colleagues

                      I have been in contact with you for weeks and have been promised numerous times it would be resolved. To explain for the 27th time, I am an American living in California with the email [protected]@gmail.com - I have never been to India or heard of flipkart. One day I received an email thanking me for signing up. It was addressed to a man I did not know. Shortly after I started receiving countless emails confirming my orders, etc. Obviously I was concerned that someone was using my personal information so I contacted customer service. They said they contacted this 'Govind' guy and Govind promised to not use my information. Shortly after I continued to receive order confirmations, shipments, offers, sales, returns.. So clearly it was not fixed. I contacted customer service again. They said they would deactivate the account. They did not. I kept getting multiple emails. I contacted them AGAIN (this is actually probably the 9-10 time I've asked for help at this point) and they told me to 'stop logging in to the account as this will re-activate' -- this made me furious as I had told them over and over that IT IS NOT ME LOGGING IN IT IS A FRAUD! No help. More emails. I contacted customer service again. They tell me they will deactivate again. They do not. I contact again. They ask me why I'm not answering my Indian number that I input when I originally signed up? FURIOUS. Again, ALL THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE IS FROM SOMEONE IN INDIA USING MY PERSONAL EMAIL! Therefore you won't get me on his phone, you can't ask me to log in.. I am so sick of having to re-explain myself!! I need to have a manager or supervisor contact me immediately to fix this problem or I will seek out legal action.                           Sir, I have puchesed Asus zenfone 2 2gb ram on 16th June. It works for a week only. From 22nd June its not getting switch off due to low battery. When I charge the mobile it continuesly charging but not getting switch on. Its indicates as low battery. And it have 12 months warrenty what can I do now ?

                            I've ordered an ear ring for my girlfriend and filled her college address and gave my mobile number( She didn't have personal number) . When the delivery boy contacted told him to deliver the product in the college front office in college timing, so that she can collect it from there.                             Spoke to customer and informed him the reason why the order was not delivered successfully and customer also acknowledged it. We have also initiated refund of Rs.999/- back to customer's account and hence closing the case as the complaint is addressed and required information is provided.

                              Sir, i purchased a lenovo A6000plus mobile on June 16 from Flipkart.com and I paid Rs 7499 through netbanking. ( Order No. OD[protected].) After the purchase I got the message that the flipkart dispatched the product on or before 22 on this month. After 3 days I got another message that there shipment invoice have some technical problem so the product was returned and new one will be delivered on 25th. Still today I am waiting for that. Today morning I got another mobile message that "according to your request your purchase order was cancelled"…. Sir, really i did't give the cancellation request. Without my permission company cancelled the product purchase order... same day i purchased the flipcover for the purticular mobile from Amazone..(Order Id[protected]with Rs 409, they delivered properly. Now that amount and product (flip cover) is waste... flipkart wasted my time & money and cheated me. I want the compensation... please make the necessary steps for that...by Alby Anto

                              Spoke to customer and informed him that reason why his order was cancelled and customer is not willing to accept as he says no one from the logistic team called him or he never placed a request for cancellation. Customer was asking for compensation, So apologized for the inconvenience and informed him that we will do not have compensation policy. We have already initiated refund, so provided TAT for refund and closing the complaint.

                                I hav Ordered hair straightener in flipkart and money has been deducted in sbi net banking and order wasnot comfirmed.so again i paid through indian bank net banking.again money was deducted but order was not confirmed.                                     i ordered a mobile cover I received on 13.06.2015, which was not of good quality.i tried the option of return on 17.06.2015, .but surprisingly return option could not be clicked, so I clicked on replacement and also ordered another cover of different company for replacement. I received the courier yesterday in which flipkart delivered the same quality cover and also asked me to pay in full for replacement.i refused to pay and I told them that I will pay only the difference amount since this is a replacement. I tried to call the customer care but surprisingly they did not understand anything and told me that I cannot return the cover.i again received a call today and I explained to them the concern and told them not to disturb me again and send me a mail for the status of my complaint. I just received an SMS from them now that my complaint has been cancelled.

                                      I initiated purchase of Redmi Note on 16th June 2015, I redeemed Rs.6000/- through Gift voucher and paid balance amount of Rs. 3, 999/- through credit card and the transaction was unsuccessful. Totally i have made 4 transactions, out of which two transactions I paid from my account and rest of the two payments made through my friends A/c. References is below: 1. Transaction made through my Credit card and the reference number is. 75503725168006206037021 (Amount Rs.3, 999/-) 2. Transaction made through net banking and the reference number is[protected]Amount Rs.3, 999/-) 3. Transaction made through my friends account and the Card number ends with 5088- HDFC Card (Amount Rs.3, 999/-) Today i tried to purchase other item, once again the same error occurs. Amt debited to my account and got the below mentioned error message. Kindly fix the issue immediately. Amount Lying with Flipkart: 4 Unsuccessful transactions (3999*4) 15996 Gift Card 6000 Totally Rs.21996/- my money lying with Flipkart. I am waiting for the refund for more than 7 days

                                        I bought a mobile from Flipkart (Motorola G 2nd Gen) on exchange of my mobile. They gave me a mobile, where there are lot of problems with that i.e., Speaker Issue, Battery Back up. I initiated return on 11th day from delivery date. The customer support guy said that "sir, we will say a procedure and follow that, your problems will get rectified. If your problem is not recitified, we will consider the returns" (Over telephonic conversation). But, the problem was not rectified and then I called them back after a week. They said the same thing and made to cross the 30 days period(for returns). After that they said me to go to Motorola Service Center, we are not responsible for those issues. I was having a good opinion on Flipkart. But, after this incident I felt very bad. Is this the way they deal with customers? Now, I am not interested to place order with them. I can't even trust them.
