Dear Sir / Madam, My handset main issue is first of ALL set is HANG when i received a call and call not received touch is not working and wait and ok, seeing on screen not responding and call will be disconnected. other is volume button is not press or doing work . Battery backup is low, morning charged 100% and afternoon show battery low. So, kindly please replaced my handset immediately i have facing very problem. I am using mobile but mobile becoming excessive hot within one minute calling also becoming excessive hot while mobile charging.Please replace this mobile urgently.or refund the my amount. and previous complaint i got another product but that product is same problems thanks ®ards u anil kumar [protected], [protected]

    Sir/Madam, As you may be aware that as a regular customer, since the last year I had procured many items through Flipkart and I am gradually gaining confidence on Flipkart. However, this time I have got a setback in procuring a “Tempered Glass” for my mobile phone through Flipkart last week. The details are as under:- Order Id. OD[protected] Order date: 13.06.2015, 02:44 PM Invoice No. 5AE 15062015 Invoice date:[protected] Date of delivery:[protected]. Item procured: Professional Tempered SNo32 Screen Guard for Sony XperiaZ1, Compact/Temered-Glass-Xperia-Z1 Mini (Amount: Rs.249/-). Seller: Aggarwal Enterprises, B-1 Kunwar Singh Nagar, Nangloi, Deli-110041. Problem: The Tempered Glass supply is not compatible with Sony XperiaZ1 Compact. Since the Tempered Glass covered the sensor of the screen, the resultant problem was that, after its application over the screen, on every outgoing/incoming call the screen became black-out. This problem was detected by the authorised Sony Service Centre at Laxmi Nagar. According to their advice, when the Tempered Glass was dismantled from the mobile screen, the problem was over instantly and the mobile phone started working well in making outgoing/incoming calls. Request for immediate action: (i) Since the Tempered Glass supplied is not compatible with Sony Xperia Z1 Compact it implies that I have been cheated by the supplier through Flipkart in this deal. Therefore this Tempered Glass may be replaced immediately by a proper Temped Glass for this mobile. (ii) Suitable action may be taken against the supplier Company so that other consumers may not be cheated in future sales.

    Spoke to customer and got to know that he ordered for (Professional Tempered SN032 Screen Guard for Sony Xperia Z1 Compact) and the one delivered was of wrong specifications because of which he was unable to make or receive calls as the screen went blank. Customer had visited the service center and fixed it and then got to know it was because sensor was covered because of the screen. It is found that we have already arranged for a replacement and customer wants to see the replacement and then decide accordingly to replace it or retain the one that is already fixed with the help of ASC. So closing the case.

So helped customer with the brand contact number as she has the warranty card with her and it was post replacement period offered by Flipkart. So closing the complaint.

          I bought asus zenfone 2 ze550ml.i got my order delivered on 23rdmay 2015 . In my new phone the battery charge is drainning more fastly often...one time after full charging my phone at 1.30am and slept but at morng 6am after seeing the charge its just 45percent left. And its taking nearly more than 2.30hrs to charge it again I am facing this problm even n standby mode. I request you to check this problem

              I ordered ASUS X550CC laptop from flipkar on 14th June 2015 and it delivered on 17th June. When I switched on new laptop I found that it's key pad is not working. I register my complaint on flipkart on 17 June 2015. from same day flipkart give only oral commitment to resolve my issue. Still they did not take any physical action to solve my issue.

                I ordered 1 Set Wet Lounge deo (Order Id: OD[protected] and today(21/6/2015) I received it. As usual again its a expired product sent to me by Flipkart. The expiry date is May/2015. Last time I ordered the same deo on April and that time the expiry date was April/2015 and when I reclaim the product, surprisingly the second time the product came with same expiry date.

But when i open it, there was No Mobile Phone inside the Box. Then I call to the Customer care and raise a complaints. After that they will arrange a replacement request, also I inform that product should delivered before 11 am, because 12 pm I am not available in my location I am going to my hometown. But my product not delivered 11 am. So I want my refund amount. U people not delivered the product at the right time.                     Whenever i order something it will be cancel its also after the amout is deducted from my debit card. And the money will take 8 days to refund. Its like i am investing my little amount to flipkart without any privileges for me. . .
                    If flipkart do this i will be very angry and don't think that you only has the control on e marketing. . .
                    If you are going to waste my time like this. . .
                    I will make many (1000) orders of expensive amount in cod mode into many fake address with many fake flipkart account then who will be the one thats lose money. . . See we also have control.

                      There are many products on which this is applied but I will be taking an example of A HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2645 All-In-One Printer. If you see the 'not discounted' price on your website or app, it is placed at Rs 7228 worth Indian rupees and the company has offered a 31% discount on the product which brings it to Rs 4960 worth Indian rupees. Whereas the actual price of this product if you check it on the official webpage is Rs 6749. Here you can check it for yourself :-http://www8.hp.com/in/en/products/printers/product-detail.html?oid=5385229 Here clearly, what the company is doing is increasing its price than the actual price and then offering discounts and then brag about how they are offering more percentage of discount than other websites. This is totally wrong!

                          We bought a Philips 40PFl5059 102cm television through flipkart. order ID-OD[protected] the Television was delivered to us on the 5th of June 2015. The complaints are as follows: 1) No one came to install the television (This has been promised in your Invoice) 2) After installation on our own as per the installation guidelines, the television does not have an audio signal--this when reported as a complaint no one as come to rectify it 3) We have applied for a refund--our refund ID is 21428897. The technician visit scheduled has never happened till date (20th june 2015). 4) When called on the 24/7 helpline number, there have been three promises for the technician visit--the latest being on the 23rd of june 2015. When told that no one has come to attend and see the product, the executives keep reminding us of how we missed one call from the technician. We had actually called the technician back (We can produce call records for the same) and discussed with him--he never turned up. we are totally unsatisfied with the service provided and would want our refund back,

                              I had ordered 2 Lenovo A7000 handsets on 10-Jun-15 from flipkart and the expected delivery date was mentioned as 16-Jun-15, however after 16-Jun-15, I started doing follow ups to track my order and found that, the product was arrived at Red Express Lucknow SDC on 13th of June itself. I tried reaching to Red Express customer support also and got the reply saying product will get delivered by EOD 17-Jun-15. I wrote several emails to flipkart to get the status and on 19-Jun-15 day before order cancellation I was confirmed by Flipkart's representative through mail that Mm product will get delivered within 2 business days. But on 20-Jun-15 flipkart simply cancelled my order after keeping my money Rs- 17998 for ten days. Such E-commerce giants like flipkart are trying to create monopoly in market by capturing complete sale of products, as the same product(Lenovo A7000) is not available anywhere else. We the customer from small cities are bearing the cost of the same, because these e-commerce sellers have very poor delivery service in small cities. On the same I have attached mail chain which I received from flipkart.

                                i have ordered a (JBL T250SI On the Ear) product through mobile application via netbanking. At the same time purchasing done, but i am not get any confirmation mail or sms, and also amount debited from my account on 16 june 2015 rs only 639, Till tody (20-june -) not get any information or track facility in my my wallet, But in web my order still in cart, there show place order, i have compalint this issue on 16-june 2015 through mobile ([protected]), there have replay on mail this issue will be tracked and resolved on very soon, but no have any update plz update my order status my flipcart application registration mobile number is ([protected] )

                                  Dear very very very bad flipkart team, today i received call from mr kashif the bhangar executive of flipkart that now my order is cancelled and flipkart will give me refund. this is your service. i am giving -10 marks out of 10 marks to flipkart. it is india's bhangar service provider. after 19 days i received call that my order is cancelled as you having no update from courior department. Now i will go to media, , paheredar show of cnbc awaz and grahak surakhsa centre. Now you just wait and watch. You already know the power of media in the case of Maggy. You are nothing against customer. Customer is god and you disappointed your god. You are unable to deliver 350 rs speaker and you are giving so much advertisement in t.v that you are best. . In gujarat now i will give about this incident to all via newspaper. as my brother is in newspaper head. Daily you are saying different story...now you just wait and watch... And i want to tell you i want 500 rs back inplace of 350 rs i gave you 19 days before. i penalized you 100% interest...This is rediculous service by flipkart. It is very very bad for your future. I will say to everybody to not buy single 100 rs things from you as you having no system of service...no proper updation...

                                    I had bought 2 Blue star split air-conditoners from them which was supposed to be under manufacturer warranty they delivered within committed time and a few days later I got a call from the installation team introducing themselves as Flipkart installation team, I booked an appointment and got it fitted, after 2 days the ac stopped functioning so I called blue star which refused to service the ac citing 3rd party installations, Flipkart admitted their fault and also had a 30 day return policy so I requested "return" to which they first delayed it for several weeks and then made too many excuses finally not taking it back, I had to get the ac's repaired from my vendor and now use to until it breaks again. Beware of FLIPKART!!

                                      I purchased the book - The Official Guide for GMAT Review (With CD ROM)... from Flipkart. Order OD[protected]. I paid Rs 4931/-( Rupees four thousand, nine hundred and thirty one) for the book. But when I received the book, the price printed on it was Rs 1799/- (One thousand, nine hundred and ninety nine only). Moreover, I did not receive the CD.                                         I ordered the product from flipkart.com on 25th may 2015 and received the product on 29th may 2015, till this on schedule service i was pretty happy with flipkart.com.later by using it for some days i started facing problem with battery of the phone. So i raised the request for the replacment and whole process completed satisfactorily by then and flipkart accepted the replacement of product and assigned me 15th jun 2015 as the maximum time by when they promised to deliver the product, but unfortunately i did not received the product by 15th jun then i raised a request and complaint to flipkart.com customer care for follow up regarding the product and they given me a further date of 17th jun for sure delivery of product, but again this dis not worked and i did not got the product and again i raised the complaint on 17th jun15 for further any scope of follow up and again they given the date to 19th jun but again the same irresponsible behaviour is been faced by me and i again raised the complaint and got the date 21st jun by now with no follow up.i seriously do not accept this irresponsibile customer dealing by flipkart.com and if this does not work even the i will surely drag them to higher authorities.                                         Spoke to customer and he confirmed that his issue is resolved as replacement device is delivered to him today after a lot of delay. So apologized for the inconvenience and closing the complaint.
