I had placed an order for Sony 10000 mah power back from flipkart on Monday and I received it on Saturday 30th may, to my surprise when I open the cover, the box was completely damaged, it had no seal, the power bank had all finger prints on it, the power button was on and stained, and the charging port was of scratches. When asked the customer care all they had to say is sorry, they did not check when sending. The product looks like a second hand product is been sent to me.

This is exactly the same bit happened with me too, Thier courier company does the goo[censored]p and customers have to suffer and Flipkart does not take the responsibility and Trust their customers words and trust courier companies words and at the end the customer suffers
log a complain to Consumer Court that is what i have done
