On confirming with Rep Aisha we were told not to cancel the order and rebook it. she said that laptop will be delivered on 31st May'15(Have recording) but order is cancelled and now when we go to rebook offer unavailable

      i ordered lenovo a7000 from flipkart 10 days back.the product is defective so they replaced with new one.and the new product also defctive product.so i said them it's taking one day time to start after shutdown.they were tested when the mobile is on and they said that it's working fine and we are not taking back.this is worst commitment from flipkart and they were advising to contact lenovo.please do needfull how can i take action aginest this flipkart.

            This is exactly the same bit happened with me too, Thier courier company does the goo[censored]p and customers have to suffer and Flipkart does not take the responsibility and Trust their customers words and trust courier companies words and at the end the customer suffers

            log a complain to Consumer Court that is what i have done

                I had placed an order for Sony 10000 mah power back from flipkart on Monday and I received it on Saturday 30th may, to my surprise when I open the cover, the box was completely damaged, it had no seal, the power bank had all finger prints on it, the power button was on and stained, and the charging port was of scratches. When asked the customer care all they had to say is sorry, they did not check when sending. The product looks like a second hand product is been sent to me.

                  Order ID: OD[protected] Item) Seller: WS Retail Review Seller Order Date: 17 May, 2015 1:40 PM flipkart is fooling people and is is stating false claim on its website. they are selling duplicate products of genuine company like air condoitioners of DAIKIN. I purchased a daikin ac(Daikin FTKP50PRV16 1.5 Ton Inverter S.) the delivery of the product was on the very second day of the order, but installation was horrible and this installation is not even done by daikin people, rather this is installed by another company(jeevs). they charged me 5350 for the installation for a 3 mtr distance from indoor unit to the outdoor unit. the worst part is even after paying so much of money the installation was not complete, and they said call daikin for further demo. when I called daikin they said w s retail and flipkart are not authorised to sale daikin product and the product is probably not genuine, stated by the representative from daikin who visited to check(paid service), and jeev the installation company is also not authorized to install the daikin ac, so they said the warrenty is void now and daikin will not cover the warrenty. flipkart on its website says that daikin will cover the warranty which is a lie. for the fast15 days I have been calling flipkart and jeeves consumer but they are not solving the issue, they keep on asking for one more day to solve the issue but till date nothing is been done .never expected this sort of service from flipkart .flipkart is horrible and unethical.

                        Request for return and refund my money: I have received Mi 4i phone on 25-May-2015 thru flipkart.It is noticed that the phone is defective ( phone screen found detached ).Pl arrange to return this product and initiate to refund my money. This is a genuine fault and not created by our self. It was noticed when we opened the consignment on the day of delivery. Just to add on this matter, I wish to inform you that even though I am a resident of Dubai (UAE) and NRI; I have bought this product from flipkart with a impression that flipkart is the best for on line shopping platform in India.There are equally good and economical product (phone) available in Dubai market, but since flipkart being a reputed and a growing on line shopping center I relayed on you for a particular category product. When my brother received shipment in India, it was hard to believe that the phone came with the screen detached !!!.And thereafter immediately I raised product return request.

                          Bought a LED Micromax TV from flipkart. During the time of delivery the flipkart guys told that whenever you want to wall mount the TV just give us a call and we will come and wall mount it for you. After few months I wanted to wall mount the TV so I called them so they gave me dated that we will do it for you, the date given was 2nd may then 4th may but nothing happened they didnt respond so called up again to get an update during that time they asked me to call micromax to do it so called up micromax but micromax told me to contact flipkart as it is bought from flipkart. So called them up then again they gave me dates 29th may then 31st may but again no response. So called them up again and at the end after more then a month long ordeal to get rid of the issue flipkart said we only wall mount within 30 days of buying the product and closed it.

                            I have purchased AC from Flipkart and has been delivered on 18th May 15(but there courier partner i.e Gati courier updated them of 21st May 2015). I updated there customer care about the delivery on morning of 19th may 15 . After that installation service due for AC in next 2 business days . On 22nd they told me that AC will be installed in next 48 hours, but not happened, on next day when i called them again to know the status they informed me that with in next 24hrs it will done .Thereafter i called them everyday to know the installation status, everytime customer care executive makes fake commitment that today it will be installed but no progress was made in this regard & even no updation was made to customer. Even from last 5 day's i am talking to there store managers and there managers and all are making fake commitment that with in 24hr it will done . But problem persist and today is the 15th day(1 jun 15) . I would say that, customer care executive are making false commitment to me eveytime in every call and rather problem solving they give me new dates. Still that AC is not installed because of worst and horrible service to customer & putting customer in huge trouble.                               hello sir, i have order a gift product (OD[protected] . first time delivery date is 29 may and later they provide date 5 jun . is all these ok but at last on 1 jun they said we can't deliver and cancel order and they refund money with in 8 days and as promotion they paid 50 rupees . i have talk regards to this customer executive trite me as stupid and talk unexpected name as harsita . i want to give this gift to someone i not able to to give her and they talk as for this make me metally disturb . so take a action against to it .and either they deliver product before 5 jun. thanks

                                      Well I have ordered for back case ie plastic, my order id:OD[protected].they have sent a duplicate product which is not has described in filpkart website.well in website it clearly mentioned it's platisc nd imak trademark on back side of case...but the product i have received is totally different ie it's rubber nd no imak trademark on it...actually this product is not shippable to my address ie:Anantapur, Andhra pradesh, so i have contacted filpkart they said to keep alternate address so I have ordered to my alternate address(Bellary), yesterday i took the product from relative's(frm alternate address).when I open the seal I have noticed the product is fake so I have contacted filpkart customer service on s'day..one of the filpkart service executive said within 24hrs you will get call from us..but i didn't recived a call from them.so I have contacted again then they said that we can't do anything after ten day's...well if you have sent the right product then their will be no problem, you peoples have sent the wrong product(fake) and saying that we can't do anything.you people cheated me..if you cheat for this small accessories then how could people will trust for large applicanes...
