I placed an order with Flipkart for a Lenovo Mobile A6000 Plus (Order No. OD[protected] on 16.06.2015 and paid Rs. 7499.00 through Internet banking. While tracking the order on Red Express Courier website, upto 18.06.2015, it was seen that courier was reached Mahipalpur, New Delhi. But, on 19.06.2015, I was informed that the order has been cancelled automatically and without my prior consent due to some issue between Flipkart, WS Retail and Red Express Courier Company. I am being asked by Flipkart to place a fresh order as they are initiating refund of previous Order No. OD[protected]. This is extremely unprofessional and infringes my basic right to expect due courtesies from online merchants such as Flipkart. I request that my initial agreement be respected and fulfilled and not cancelled as I had no part in the cancellation.

    Hello sir, This Is Sachin Saykar, i purchased HTC Desire 526G Plus handset order No Is OD[protected] from flipkart on dated 26/5/2015 but i got damaged Handset i requested to Flipkart many time but they could not answered of my complaint. also did not giving any response. only gave no. of technical department. also i called them but my problem is not solve. so i want to make complaint against flipkart and want damages from flipkart. please help me sir.

    Tried calling customer and there was no response, So sent e-mail to customer informing him that we have already arranged for a replacement and it is "shipped" and the same will be delivered on or before 26th Jun, 2015 and closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.

      Still i have problem with this order. I give you all detail. First i ordered a Gigaset cordless Telephone Rs. 2098 and payment through Credit Card & E-Gift Voucher. After 2 week i received my order but the product in packing is a Cricket Sports Item (BAT). After receive i request to replacement my receive product with Ordered product. After 2 time attempt of my Product replacement still i am not receive my orignal product. But yesterday i have request to refund my amount i am not satishfied with your service. Today your Delivery boy come and they said me i am not pickup your item because its a Cricket Sport Item. They told me solution, that you can call the customer care cell and told him the pickup item is a Cricket Sport Item (BAT) then we can pickup your item. Solve my issue other wise i have more option to got my refund.

        Hi, I have refund American Tourister Urbane 014 Backpack due to quality problem and I got my money back to flipkart wallet. Now I'm trying to use this money but getting error. Error:-Wallet payment option is only available for orders where WS Retail is the sole seller.         This is not good at all. The WS Retail seller don’t have items which are required for me. Also I can purchase the item which is useful for me and which need for me and I can't purchase item which are selling by the WS retail. Please refund my money into into my account. Hope you can understand.

          Dear Sir, I had purchased a moto g from your website wide no. OD[protected] dated 19th April 2015. The phone is giving me trouble from day one i m facing following issues:. 1. The phone takes 8- 9 hrs in getting charged fully, although in first few days it usd to get fully charged in about one hour. 2. Its full battery gets exhausted with in 6- 8 hours, which earlier took about 24 hiurs. 3. Phoen gets heated and difficult to hold since it is very hot. Request urgent action for freplacement.               Hello, It has been hardly 3 months since I bought Lenovo A6000 but it has started showing problems.The following are the problem with the device. 1.The mobile is getting very very hot. 2.The battery is also draining very fast. 3.Charging takes very long and battery life is short. 4.Apps are also not working properly.                 Today I have ordered for Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, I am a first priority subscriber so they have given two offers me like 12000 discount for first subscription and another 10000 discount. I have completed the order and paid the money. Later some time its shipped and finally it received at the hub nearest to my home. Suddenly i have received message saying its cancelled. Later some time got call from Flipkart and then they said due to technical issues i got offers. She did not even ready to listen my words. She just told and she disconnected the call. I had good impression on flipkart but today its totally lost.

                    TO BAD EXPERIENCE MI 4i .. i got mi 4i but it has HEATING problem. 40. Celsius on normal use, without playing game or playing video..                       I didn't understand how Flipkart can cancel my order without my approval. When i asked thr executive for reason cancellation he given reason of pincode mismatch but if you have entire address how come you can cancel due to pin code. and i mistaken given two pincode and both from delhi but you can correct from entire address. and biggest thing they given the reason of cancellation is cancelled by customer...great man...Finaly Today i realised flipkart is a cheater organisation you people might have shortage of money so are are cancelling customer product and keeping that amount for 7 days. What a business thought. This is flipkart ethics and thats the reasonflipkart is growing.

                            i had bought an mi4i phone on last week of may. When i received the product the there was a heavy heating issue so flipkart had agreed to replace the product. next product came with a display problem. this product display was not fit in the case and it was bulged above the navigation key. Flipkart had agreed to replace the product. The new mi4i delivered yesterday and i received product with its speaker dead. Now flipkart is not allowing me to return the product, they just say that they will refund ...whats the need of refund i just want a new product.. If buy the refund. then what is the result for waiting one month on this issue. also i have paid courier charges and incurred many expense due to absence of a smart phone..So kindly take to the consideration and issue me a completely perfect product.

                                Dear sir, i bought my phone on 11 may 2015, and what i say phone was hanging. i don't know about your failure product/ defective product. i complained on 12 may 2015 about hang concern. then after compalining so many time, no response recieved from your side. then i cotact to my brothher he is an lawyer, then he suggest me to compalin on this website, if no response recieved we will go to court for help. then aftyer 1 month i recieved new phone.now i am totally shocked that after recieving new phone, it is working perfect only an week, now i am facing same concern. i think you purachased only defective piece/ loat item. please revert my money because all phones are defective. please revert me ASAP. I do not talk on mobile while charging. So, I am scared of explosion in the battery. 2. Battery is discharged in one day only without using much of the mobile. 3. There is no manual with the mobile which can explain for proper use of all the features of the Nexus 6 Mobile.                                         I purchased HP printer through Flipkart on 27.04.2015. Purchase details are mentioned under. My mail dated 07.06.2015 to flipkart. Kindly refer the order ID OD[protected] While ordering the printer 2 offers are there. 1) 10% offer on the price and 2) dispatching of two HP cartridges (one color and another black white cartridge) after one month. The second order has not been received so far. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Company mail dated 07.06.2015. Thank you for taking your time to write to us. I certainly understand your concern and offer my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. At this point, we may not be able to provide you an update on this but I've notified your concern to our team. We’ll get back with an update and make sure that your issue is resolved within June 10, 2015. You have my assurance that we’ll have your issue resolved in the best possible way. They refused to give the second offer availble at the time of purchase and told that this type of offer was not available at that time. Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.
