I Placed an order for a universal Lap top charger, on 24th May'15. and on May'15 it showed my product is packed. but on 30th May'15. I received a message, that my order got cancelled as the product is out of stock. Just tell me this how a product can get out of stock after getting Packed.

    Truth About flipkart...I booked MI 4I few days back 25th May'15 ( Order Id OD[protected] did my payment, and I was very happy as it was a gift for my wife...on our anniversary. And the delivery date was on 27th may...and on 26th it started showing out on delivery... But no Attempt were made to deliver on 27th May. Then I started calling callcenter for the reason but they assured me the product will be delivered on 28th May...I waited again for the same...but no attempts were made.and I was constantly calling Call center for the same...and they assured me it will get delivered but still on 29th May nothing happened. Then again I called them...they told me it will be delivered on 30th May...(Saturday)... That's an holiday...I told them to reschedule it on Monday. After all this I was still positive that I'll get the phone on 1st June (Monday) but today on 30th May ( Saturday). I got a message in the morning 5 stating MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED. AS MANY ATTEMPTS WERE MADE TO DELIVER THE PHONE BUT CUSTOMER WAS NOT REACHABLE. When I called customer care toady they say we can not do any thing as refund have already initiated. This is the real story of flipkart. I have been frustrated to the core, by the kind of service flipkat is giving. And may times I feel that they never had that phone...

          Ok, let me first lay this down.I and my mom have been using Giorgio Armani's perfume- Armani Code for women for almost over 3 years.We first brought it in Singapore and then a relative sent us another bottle as a gift. It was the original armani. It had a wonderful scent, the depth of its composition, its longevity- everything was perfect, everything one would get from a bottle of original armani. Since we have been using it for almost over 3 years, so trust me when I spot a fake one. The fake one- Is exactly what Flipkart had delivered to my doorstep. My mom had ordered the perfume on Flipkart, almost a week ago.It was delivered today. These are the order details: Order ID: OD[protected] Invoice No.: PARTH159 Order Item ID:[protected] Cost: 2577 Seller registered address: Parth Overseas, FS-62, Sector-1, Bawana, New Delhi-110039 Right from the outer packaging I knew it was a fake one. As you can see in the pictures attached. *This package had a very shiny smooth surface.Whereas the original armani has a textured surface and softer color gradient. * This one has "armani" written on the bottle in an angled line, not a straight one. Even the black lace-like flower design looked out-of-place.A genuine bottle of perfume from a major Fashion house such as Giorgio Armani, would not dare to make such mistakes. * This one had a faulty cap. The original does not dare to have that. * This one had transparent label at the bottom. The Original has an indigo-ish background color in the label at the bottom. But nothing says a perfume is fake than the smell of it. This one has a powdery, superficial, alcoholic smell to it. It does have the depth of the original -the top, middle, and bottom notes. Its fake. And as it is, it does not last even for 10 minutes. Quite frankly I'm quite disappointed in you Flipkart. This has terribly degraded my trust on Flipkart. What a shame !

            Date of order 19th may 2015 Date of deliver confirmed 29th may 2015. Amount 2039 I booked this mobile for my nice marriage as a gift even after 5 days I mailed to customer care for delay again they confirmed and promised delivery will be 29th . After 29 th they shocked me and canceled my order without consulting me. After this they increased price of same product. After I called customer care and I informed I will inform consumer court. Next minute they uploaded in website no stock of this mobile. Because of this I got shame on my nice marriage . It is purely mistake by filpkart, wasting my 10 days my time and follow up. Now I am claiming full free of this amount as a vocher. So that they should not cheat others. Thanks RAGHUNATHA S [protected]

                I purchased ASUS ZENFONE-5 on 2nd feb 2015 vide order no.0D[protected] through my another email id [protected]@gmail.com. It worked well for 2 months since the purchase and to my shock and surprise all of a sudden it got switched off.                     The item delivered to me for order# OD[protected] was damaged. So I returned the item. The replacement delivered was again damaged. But this time seller rejected the replacement appeal as the seller was out of stock. Hence, Flipkart executives inform over phone that the refund will processed and it will be credited in my bank account within 3 business days. However, 3 days has been passed by. And I tried to contact them several times but every time they are saying that within 24 hours, they would collect the damaged item and the money would be refunded. When I asked them to take me to the higher authority, they intentionally put me on hold several times and at the end the call got disconnected. If needed I can process the last incident id#. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                      I have purchased AC from Flipkart and has been delivered on 24th May 15. After that installation service due for AC in next 2 business days, Since i have purchased stabilizers also which was scheduled to be delivered on 28th May was deliver 1 day early that is on 27th. When i got a call from Flipkart on subject matter, I told them to install the AC once stabilizer reached home in single go that is on 27th. Now when I had called them on 27th to arrange to installation, they told me that AC will be installed today, but not happened, on next day when i called them again to know the status they informed me that now they are taking/opening the request for installation and will be done by maximum 30th May 15 at1.0 pm.Thereafter i called them everyday to know the installation status, everytime customer care executive makes fake commitment that today it will be installed but no progress was made in this regard & even no updation was made to customer. now today when this target date also crossed, I called them 4 times & they made again false commitment that today it will be done by 1.0 pm then 4.0 pm then 6.30 pm then 9 pm. But problem persist and they given me a new target now to get it done by 1 June 15 at the end of the day. I would say that, customer care executive are making false commitment to me eveytime in every call and rather problem solving they give me new dates. Still that AC is not installed because of worst service to customer & putting customer in huge trouble. But today I called and they told they cannot give the product. That day offer was also there but now it's not there .                                   htc 816 desire faulty handset delivery and they are wasting my time by getting their technical team to handle it every time i get a message that we are unable to contact you and we will call after 24 hours from last 4 days they are doing this and when i contact their customer care they are also registering the complaint and their is no solution to the problem . they are big time cheater they just advertise about refund policy but when it come for the refund they are just wasting time and avoiding the same . My business is affected because of the mobile handset .I cant even buy the new handset since they have not refunded or replaced my faulty handset

                                    I ordered phone from flipkart but it had battery issues, so i asked for replacement but they after calling many times they sent a technician to check the phone he said it has battery problem then also the flipkart people were not agreeing, but finally after persuasion they arranged for replacement. But accidentally the phones screen for cracked a day before replacement n the flipkart delivery man rejected phone. But the exact same case happened with a friend of mine first battery problem then screen cracked but her phone was replaced n mine was not. This is unfair n i want my phone to be replaced as well.                                         to start with really really bad service given by you.

                                        I had ordered for K Smart scratch guard one for iPhone 5s and one for iPhone 6 and one back cover for iphone 5s.
                                        all three orders were screwed up. i got scratch guards of neo plus company rather than K Smart which i ordered.
                                        the scratch guard were only front where as i ordered front and back. Never got the third order which was a back cover for iphone 5s where they sent me one more scratch guard. So end of the day i am left with three scratch guards of some other company and that to only front no Back!

                                        I launched a complaint so i was promised that the order will be replaced within seven days. So i got the parcel again this time the same mistake AGAIN. i was sent some another company scratch guard not the one i ordered. Also, worst thing one of them was broken. STILL NOT RECIEVED THE BACK COVER WHICH WAS THE THIRD ORDER.

                                        TODAY MORNING I COMPLAINED AGAIN SO I WAS TOLD TO BE GET REFUND FOR THE TWO ORDERS. ASKED ABOUT THE THIRD BACK COVER THEY SAID IT WILL GET DELIVERED TODAY 24 JUNE 2015.

                                        WHICH I DID BUT CAN YOU GUESS WHAT WAS IN IT SCRATCH GUARD AGAIN!!!
                                        SO I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO COMPLAIN AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME THEY TELL ME TO CALL BACK AGAIN AS THE SERVER IS DOWN.
