I had ordered a notebook on june 8th 2015. Order id: OD[protected] June 13 th is the delivery date.but suddenly seller cancelled the order without any intimation. If i contact the support they are simply telling place fresh order now.which is costing me 1275rs extra for the same product. I am not ready to pay this extra money now.If the seller told me on the same day then i will go for another product and i will get the 5% offer. Now they are simply telling apologies. Please provide me the solution for this.

                  Hi Team, This is a complaint regarding my last Moto g2 mobile purchase " OD[protected] ". They shipped me the wrong product and after my complaint, initiated the refund request too. And now the courier guy has taken back the product from me two days back by giving a acknowledgement slip to me. But still now, i didn't get any confirmation/acknowledgement from Flipkart side regarding the Pickup done and refund process. They simply denying my complaint now after getting back the product. And even not giving any confirmation. And now, i loose my money and the product too not with me. Flipkart is cheating its customers all the time and delivering wrong/Defective products all the time. Hence i request everyone to raise complaints against the issue they face to open out all the issues.. NO COMPROMISE !!! SIMPLY COMPLIANCE !!! I Need my money back. And will not refer Flipkart to anyone any more...!!! Thanks..,

                            I have been a regular client of flipkart. The current order has been a nightmare. I have placed an order OD[protected] on 6th Jun. It was shipped and reached mumbai on 8th Jun. Since then, it is not moving. I have called their customer care multiple times. Every time they gave me a commitment that the shipment would be delivered at said time and they will call me. But this was never delivered. Few minutes back (11-Jun 8pm) when i called the customer care, they without my consent cancelled the shipment. Complaint numbers:[protected] and[protected] I think they have lost my shipment and blaming me that i have cancelled the shipment I am not sure, how companies like Flipkart gets the right to harass the consumers. Is there any thing which can be done?

                            Please do not give any false statement. Yes, i received a call from you. But what does it mean that you have resolved the issue?
                            Your website says that the remittance was successful and this is the status 2-3 days back. I haven't received my money back, till date.

                            Also, returning my own money is not a resolution. You have kept my money for 7 days, my order was cancelled without my consent, i had a harrowing time on at least 10 calls with your customer care, i have suffered in my work due to delay in delivery at your end, twice i had to cancel my work and be at home to receive the delivery. Have you compensated all these??

                              Hi FLIPKART, I have ordered a MI 4i on 26 th May 2015 .I got an offer to book a mobile of Rs12999 in Rs11699.I got the news about that it is lost from courier, on 2nd June.But when i called flipkart customer care they told me shut up and wait for 15th June because last date of deliver is 15 th June.They told me that dont need to be worried because we are FLIPKART.But Painfully and very pathetically they send me a messgae on 11th June in 6:30pm that your product is cancelled and we have initiate refund.Eventually i bought some Mi 4i accessories in that mean time. So my question is if they knew that product was lost then why they told me to not worry, and if they will send the money back then why offer price not Phone price. After knowing they have initiate process for money back when i called Customer Care they told simply we are sorry, How ridiculous is these, and when i told them to transfer the call to any senior person they told that they cannot transfer the call, also asking why should i transfer. So its very painful for me because i have bought it to give a gift.Alas! Flipkart i dont think i should buy a single product from here.

                                      Hello.. I would like to bring to your notice that I am facing few problems with my Moto E mobile which I have purchased last year. 1. In the morning I found that the display of my mobile is not proper. In the first half, the left quarter of the screen in completely black or no display, The other quarter is ok, Second half of the screen is completely shaking.
