I have ordered a photron product from flipkart for my camera which is 55 mm in size and the delivered one was 52mm. So I wanted a return for the product . One customer care executive contacted me in 24 hrs after i placed my return request and started telling that it was not our fault, its your fault that you ordered a wrong product. I told him there are certain products which ordered from flipkart and they have taken a return request. He started saying that may be other reason or other brunch . For wrong product placement, there is no policy from flipkart to return and refund.
I was shocked that such thing could happen for flipkart also, which used to be a trusted site !!! Many time when we order a cloth which size is wrong, flipkart give a return policy for that, but not for this ?? How is it possible, I have many more complaints against flipkart regarding not returning my money in a mode I wanted to and which was promised and confirmed by flipkart customer care executive. Now they are started pointing to the customer whose fault!!! Flipkart, please look into the issue .

Flipkart Customer Care's response The above complaint is already addressed and we have already informed customer that we will not take a return as it is a wrong item ordered. We have delivered the same item as per website which customer ordered. So closing the case.
