I raised the complaint to replace or refund the amount on above order number and product on[protected] regrading mobile is over heating when it put on charging, Dail to any number and as well as when we checked features of mobile. I called mail you on[protected] and you people revert me that your technical executive will call me, we agree your mail and i got a call when i was driving evening 7.00 pm next day again i got call from your technical person, he asked me to download smarchk application on mobile.
Sir i don't think an application will resolve the over heating problem of mobile, sir even though i agree the words of your tech person and download the application of Smart check as application download and install to my mi 4i then then there no activation key for that and your team told me with 24 hour again your technical person call and give the PIN for that but still i did not get any call from technical team support .
Sir i don't think so that such a big company had done this cheating with customers. Sir i didn't listen my colleague words is that from flipkart we can't purchase any product because they are doing cheating with customers now it's right. If i listened to his words then i did not waste my money and time and even yours also. Sir lastly i tell you that kindly please refund my amount.
Note:- I booked one more mobile also from your FlipKart that lenovo A7000 .. Sir this Mi 4i is like then i don't think other mobile is good. So please refund my both mobile amount.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed him that a scheduled call back is arranged tomorrow noon from our technical team to have his issue fixed.. So closing the case from our end.
