Spoke to customer and got to know that he was facing some display issues with the replacement handset delivered and hence we have already arranged for replacement, so informed him about the timeline for delivery and closing the case as the issue stands resolved.

    I had placed an order for LG refrigerator with Flipkart but it was never delivered even after 3 days . I regularly followed up with customer care asking them why it is not being delivered and all the time they told that it will soon be delivered. After 3 days, Flipkart cancelled my order and wanted me to place a new order with the new price which was Rs 1500 more than the original one. They mentioned that the contact no was wrong where as it was correct only. Even if it was wrong, they never mentioned about till they cancelled the order. The customer care had approved the order after talking with me and everytime i called them(4-5 times during these 3 days) they never told me that number is wrong. Their sole intention was that I buy the product with more price. Pathetic - wasted my time with them.

      I purchased one ACM Keyboard case for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T111 neo by Flipkart in the first week of May and asked for replacement (Order no. OD[protected] as it was not working. I received the replaced Keyboard case and as again found to be non- working, I made it checked by Samsung service center, the service center declared it non-compatible for my tab. (I wondered why Flipkart delivered an incompatible keyboard as the Tab model was clearly mentioned in the order). I therefore called Flipkart Customer Executive and requested for money refund. For the last 10 days I called three times and every time the customer executive promised me to get a feedback call from them within next 24 hours but all in vain!         Hi, I had ordered a Lenovo tablet and flipkart delivered a faulty product because it's screen has non-removable color patches and it has network connectivity issue. Flipkart 30 days replacement guarantee is applicable on this product . However, they are not responding properly. The order ID is :OD[protected]. I have been asked to download an application. My questions are that without network connectivity, how can i download the application and can any application can check for the color patches on the screen?

          I ordered an extension cord from flipkart on may 18, 2015. My order no. Being OD[protected]. They sent me a damaged item so i adked them to give me a new product.they then replaced it after 8 days and that product was dead on arrival. I called the customer care thrice to ask for my refund as didn't want a new product. They said ok we'll get back to you in 24 hours Since then i have been calling then again and again and thier reply is we'll talk to our senior and will let you know in 24 hours. This is height o[censored] professionalism. I want my money back.

            I am new seller at flipcart.I am having problems during listing my products.I have called much time on the seller support number.but no one responding there.My listing was rejected 5 times from QC. Because you have not provided me guideline and criteria for QC.I have opened a ticket related this issue but there is not a single reply on that ticket.I am doing this registration and listing process from 20 days.I want to sell my product.I am not here to do this registration process only.                 Dear F'kart, This is my worst experience with Flipkart and I do not plan to have any more purchases from Flipkart, feel like being cheated. -For the first time in last 25 years I have missed sending a gift to my mom on her birthday. -Your logistic partners are equally worthless as your customer support. Not sure who are they to take a decision to cancel my order. And how Flipkart accepted the cancellation without calling me once to check if at all I wish to cancel or not. -Customer support is worthless/clueless and they do not know what to do. All they know is give us 48 hrs we will get back to you. After repeatedly pleading to not return my package they returned it. 1. 30th May I had called support after not getting the delivery for 15 days, they said we will reassign the delivery and it will be delivered in 48 hrs 2. After 48 hrs no body called or checked. 3. Repeatedly I had asked the person to update details of our conversation so that I do not have to explain the situation to the next analyst (Normally people hate call centers for this and even after reminding him of his job, he did not feel like updating the summary of our discussion.) 4. on 1st June when I called the lady was clueless and again asked me to wait for 48 hrs. 5. On my request to handover the phone to a supervisor she did that. 6. Supervisor shocked me saying your request has been cancelled and you will not receive it. Please place your order again!!! 7. Not sure what happened in 5mins that the supervisor could see that it has been cancelled but the analyst could not see that? 8. None of the support staff had a clue what Flipkart was doing for 48hrs from 30th May when I had called in for checking the status. 9. The local contact number for your so called logistic partner does not work and they do not receive the call on the landline . (You can definitely try your lungs out but no one will receive) 10. The funniest of all updates is what your logistic partner says "Consignee Refused To Accept ". I paid for this and I refused to accept. How generous of me! 11. on 23rd and 25th May logistic partner did not find consignee at home and surprisingly on 26th may they say "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". Please ask they where were they trying to deliver it on 23rd and 25th May. A real joke and I am areal fool to wait for 20 days to get a delivery. Crazy me and lucky you! Have a nice business and hope we don't cross our path ever again and I will ensure my friends and family are also aware of these and be careful of the fake and false promises from "FLIPKART" Ex Customer

                  Dear Flipkart Team, Order ID - OD[protected] Product - Mi 4i I raised the complaint to replace or refund the amount on above order number and product on[protected] regrading mobile is over heating when it put on charging, Dail to any number and as well as when we checked features of mobile. I called mail you on[protected] and you people revert me that your technical executive will call me, we agree your mail and i got a call when i was driving evening 7.00 pm next day again i got call from your technical person, he asked me to download smarchk application on mobile. Sir i don't think an application will resolve the over heating problem of mobile, sir even though i agree the words of your tech person and download the application of Smart check as application download and install to my mi 4i then then there no activation key for that and your team told me with 24 hour again your technical person call and give the PIN for that but still i did not get any call from technical team support . Sir i don't think so that such a big company had done this cheating with customers. Sir i didn't listen my colleague words is that from flipkart we can't purchase any product because they are doing cheating with customers now it's right. If i listened to his words then i did not waste my money and time and even yours also. Sir lastly i tell you that kindly please refund my amount. Note:- I booked one more mobile also from your FlipKart that lenovo A7000 .. Sir this Mi 4i is like then i don't think other mobile is good. So please refund my both mobile amount.                       Hello Team, I ordered this phone on 5th April 2015. Delivered product was defective so it got replaced. replaced product was also defective. I am continuously sending mails and making calls to customer care. But nothing happened till date. If i am saying anything then they are saying i am wrong as it is not showing in their database. Please find the screenshot of order status which shown to me on 29-May-2015. The same getting denied by Mr. Anand today. He was saying that no pick up was scheduled. And after that without informing me disconnected the call. Please refund my money. Schedule an appointment with the concerned person of flipkart. Because i suffered too much due to this. There is defect of Speaker so i cant send you a pic for that. Although i send that video to Flipkart but Mr. Anand was denying. Please find the attachment of screenshot of sent mails.

                          i ordered one split ac 1.5 ton voltas it was delivered but the work order arranged by flipkart itself costed me a lot they charged intallation 1300 instead of 1070 and chrged 2500 for stablizer intead of 2100 even misguided that this stablizer vgx400 is also priced 2500 at flipkart nexus to cheat people and charge them higher then the usual price
