This is the ever third class service i received. I purchased a micromax 40inch LED TV from flipkart on 21st jan and its delivered to me on 23rd jan at 1pm (before an expected delivery of 6pm). I am really very much happy with this fast shipping of my product. But when i called to flipkart for my TV installation on 23rd at 1pm he (Mr. Tarekh ) said that your installation will be done on 24th (100% he says). Mr.Tarekh (flipkart executive) he gave me a number and said call on this number[protected] for tv insatallation) on 24th. The number was for BSNL number change service (what a nonsense), when i called back to flipkart regarding this they says that it your installation will be done on 26th jan (remember they have 2days installation policy) I dont think that they will do this on 26th (Republic Day, a national holiday) So my TV delivered on 23rd jan and they will do installation on 27th jan (4 days) What a nonsense is this. Whatever... i just wish to that flipkart should take an action on mr.Tarekh who misguide me provide wrong number and also talking useless on my next day call. "This is so cheap assistance flipkart "

    Sir, I had purchased Piegeon Induction (WSRP[protected]) Cooker vied invoice No. mum_bndi[protected] dated 30/12/14 and product code Induction VA 57539/Pigeon. The said equipment has stopped working and there is no service points at Vasai or Mumbai. The numbers given from their call centers are either wrong or not functioning.       i purchased Skullcandy S2IKDZ-010 Ink'd 2.0 on 7th JAN 2015.headphones are not working when i used it.i also contact to your customer care, they didn't provide me a correct information and number.i 'll file a case against flipkart.10 day Replacement Guarantee was given to me and one year manufacturing warranty also.customer informed me that i complained after more then 10days, but i gift that headphones to some of my friend.he informed me today about this, headphones are not working when they delivered to me.flipkart has delivered me not working condition headphone, please replace it as soon as possible, please take any action for this ! thank you..

As a quick resolution to this, you could visit the authorized brand service centre for assistance as the product delivered to you is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for any manufacturing defects that may occur during the warranty period. As you may be aware that the seller replacement policy of 10 days from date of delivery are over, the seller would not be able to replace the product. If you face any issues in claiming the warranty, do let us know and we will sort it out for you. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

          It is a matter of great regret that services of filprikit
          Courier are far below standard. I order
          Two items and i was informed me on my phone [protected] that keep money ready .
          Order will be delivered by 7.00pm on 22.1.15 but to my bad luck the same could
          Not happedned .

          I contacted courier man on number [protected] four
          Itimes named vipun, he told me that i am having lot
          Of work so i will deliver the goods to you on 23.1.15 by 11/00 am. But
          When i telephoned he told me that i am on leave . You contact on number [protected] name inderpal. I telephoned
          Him he says still i have other works and other important things to do . After
          That i will be delivering the parcel in the evening.


          I made 22 calls to him but he has not replied the phone and
          Till now the goods are not delivered.


          I feel this all is responsbility of filpkrit and for this
          Mental tension and agony i claim rs.5000/- immediately. Failing which i shall
          Be comelled to file in consumer
          Court at your risk and responsibility and i will be free to preache the bad
          Services of filpkrit courier thourgh social media also

After confirmation of my order flipkart cancel the same without any valid reason, as per me, because this is the hi demand product only after 2 min of confirmation they cancel my order on 09-12-14, after regular follow up always got the email stating the date and time for resolve the problem, last email I got on 30-12-14 is as below, after that their is no repose from your end.                 I had booked a charger from Flipkart of "Samsung ETA-U90EWE Battery Charger" from Gurumantra online and I really think this is a scam where the update info according to the agent who received my call swetha or whatever says that they called and we didn't receive any call atleast I can get the phone records..                           I had ordered on 20th Jan 2015 and paid 100 RS extra expecting delivery within 1 day. I am receiving calls from the guy who is at your Talegaon/Talawade office. His number is [protected] saying delivery boy is trying to call you but unable to reach at you. If you are saying that due to network conjunction my mobile is not reachable then how am I receiving other calls and why do I do not receive delivery boy's call only. If he is unable to reach at me, then he could have submitted it to Security member available at gate or else would have called me up with their help. Or else the guy with number[protected] would have arranged the conference call with delivery boy. And now you people are asking me to stay back in office till 7 pm. I can't wait till 7 pm. My last bus is at 5.30 pm and I stay at Lohegaon near Airport. So either deliver it before 5 pm. Their are many options if you wish to deliver it on time Simply giving reasons shows you are giving bad service to the customers. You are fooling your customers. Why should i bare for your mistakes. You have to pay for this.

                            I purchased a Lg Double door refrigerator with order no:OD[protected]. According to your website this refrigerator has Smart Inverter Compressor which consumes lesser power. So I exchanged my old refrigerator which was in good running condition just because to save electricity bills. But after a few days from LG I came to know that this refrigerator doesn't have smart inverver compressor. I lodged a complain with incident id:[protected]. A mail confirmed that I will be contacted within 48 hours, but it didn't happen. On the 3rd Day I contacted the customer service executive and they were asking for a refund of the paid amount and Rs 2000/- for the exchanged refrigerator and told me to cancel the order and issue a fresh order. But the present price of the Smart Inverter Compressor enabled LG refrigerator is around 22000/. I didn't agree as it is not my fault. Moreover, you can't send me the old refrigerator back to me. Then why should I spend that extra bucks for a refrigerator with same technology? I want a LG double door refrigerator which has smart inverter Compressor. I don't want refund as I won't be able to buy that type of refrigerator with that amount. Even I won't buy a refrigerator which doesn't have smart inverter compressor because if I buy it than what was the problem to carry on with my old refrigerator? One of your executive called me over the phone on 9.1.2015 from no: [protected] and assured to give a solution very soon, but never again received any call from her after that. You are playing with our time and money.

                                  महोदय मै दीपेन्द्र कुमार पाण्डेय आज दिनांक २१ जनवरी २०१५ को फ्लिपकार्ड (flipkart.com) से micromax 40T2810FHD LED TV order no OD[protected] किया, जिसका आर्डर हो जाने और Rs 20990/- मेरे अकाउंट में क्रेडिट हो जाने के बाद flipkart.com के द्वारा बिना सुचना दिए हुए आर्डर को कैंसिल कर दिया गया, जिससे मुझे बहुत असुविधा हुआ और मेरे अकाउंट से पैसा भी काट गया एवं सामान भी नहीं मिला जिसके कारन प्रार्थी को आर्थिक रूप से कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, फिल्पकार्ट से बात करने पर २९ जनवरी तक पैसा वापस किया जायेगा जिसकी सुचना हमें मिला है जिससे बिना किसी सामान दिए प्रार्थी का १० दिनों तक पैसा फसाया गया है जब की प्रार्थी को दिनाक २४ जनवरी को अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड का बिल भुगतान करना होता है नहीं तो प्रार्थी को ब्याज देना पड़ता है महोदय से निवेदन है की प्रार्थी को फिल्पकार्ट से ब्याज सहित हर्जाना दिलाया जाये और भविस्य में ऐसी गलती दुबारा किसी अन्य कस्टमर के साथ न हो ऐसा न्याय किया जाये.

                                  ​Spoke to customer, he ​claims he placed the order for TV and before placing it he checked with the Pincode 492001 and it showing available so he used the credit card and made the payment. After 10 min order is cancelled due to non serviceable area. Informed same to customer but he said now also he checked it taking taking the order for the same pincode so informed customer that is website error so provide Rs 1000/- as TOA and customer agreed. Hence closing the case.

                                      ​Spoke to customer, he claims that product is not working and it not getting the ON so he looking for replacement. Informed customer that in system product still showing as shipped and once it changed to delivered within 24 hrs will create the replacement and customer agreed. Once status is changed in FLO creating replacement.
