I ordered a pair of shoes from flipkart and when it comes to my doorstep. Firstly, he didn't handed over the courier, he said give money first then only I will hand over the courier else not. Secondly, when i said let me check, he all the way deny and said that's not our policy and i said if the pair of shoes is defaulted or any issue then. He said we are not responsible for anything, take this to flipkart. And he was talking so rudely and start abusing too. he said " lena hai to lo nahi to jaoo bc maat karo". I will take money then give u box. if anything wrong we will not take back.

      I purchased the above mention phone. After two three days use its speaker stopped working. I tried to return that to be replaced. I had call from Banglore office trying to resolve the problem on line. I was keep saying that it is hardware problem but person was insisting by upgrading software it will resolve. I tried nothing happened. Meanwhile I had mail saying it will not be replaced. Flipkart has return policy up to thirty days.I have been refused in one week. Please advise me what should I do? It is not small amount which I ignore. It costed me Rs.19999.00, plus the inconvenience.

        i got new moto G2 mobile by flipcart on 14/11/2014
        now there is a huge problem in headset speakers .my headset not working properly also it makes a noice while playing songs videos or call, so i am not satisfied with it feeling very bad about your moto product, so please kindly replace me a another new headset.

          Hi, I had purchased 1 Seagate Hardisk(ODA[protected]YRCAY00) and 1 Lenova Laptop backpack (ODA[protected]YRCAY01). These 2 items I had purchased in 3 months EMI Plan, that time site for no hidden or extra charges will be their.Asper EMI plan Rs:2066/- every month deduct from my account, But every month my account for extra Rs:142/- deducted. Regarding this I tried to complaint in Flipkart customer care. But no one is proper responding and no one is taking right way of complaint. Those just time passing for my call. Could you please regarding this.

            I had ordered a dough maker Zeomark Dough Food Maker Order NO. OD[protected], when i received this product it was a scarp and damaged piece i made a replacement request i received the same after replacement so i cancelled the product on customer care they have imform me to give my bank details for the refund that i cant provide as there are more scams done, and for the same reason i buyed the product on COD MODE. The amount of the dough maker which i paid was just 217 rupees, so i just told them to pay me in cash as i dont want to give my bank details. There are no such policies mentioned in there website that if customer pays through cash no refunds would be made in cash. please help me with this its a fraud company. i want my money to be refund in cash.

              I bought a pair of shoe from Flipkart site with the brand name Fostelo and those shoes i have worn them only 4 times and those shoes botton has cracked and the skin of the shoes has torn up. This is my worst experience in shopping online. I hope my shoes will be replaced with the right ones once the company sees my complaint. Thanks

                I ordered 2 "The Nature's Co Fucus Anti-ageing Cream" in order No OD[protected] along with 4 other items. When I opened the packing, there was only 1 "The Nature's Co Fucus Anti-ageing Cream" inside, although on the packing box its written Quantity 2. I wanted it quick but now I am really disappointed. Please look into this and resolve it as faster as you can!

Video recording sound also not coming now. I am not able to keep on walking to service centers. Now, I am losing the hope of flipkart.                       Hi, I placed an order(PREORDER) for Nexus 6 through Flipkart on Nov 18th 2014. Order ID: OD[protected] Paid Amount: 43, 999 through EMI with HDFC Bank Credit Card I was curious and waiting for Nexus 6 very much, so i was interested to know the status of order, So i clicked contact us page of flipkart.com and followed the steps as shown in the screen shot attached. As expected i received a call from Flipkart at 3:27PM on Dec 4th 2014 from +91-[protected], and below was the conversation between us. Me: when i can expect the order to be delivered. Flipkart: Nexus 6 is released in India recently, we have no information about the stock as of now, but we will be able to deliver it by Dec mid i/e 15th Dec 2014. Me: Okay, Thank you the info. I was happy & Disconnected the call.. Surprisingly i received couple of messages from Flipkart at 4:46PM on Dec 4th 2014 saying that Order for Nexus 6 was cancelled and amount will be refunded. Then i reached support guys again using "Call Back" option from Flipkart Website and requested the status of my order, She said "As Customer requested the order was cancelled". This line made my Blood pressure to go high. I told that i did not cancelled the order and i did not provide any authorization to cancel this from Flipkart executive end. Then i replied to the email which i received from [protected]@flipkart.com saying the order is cancelled. But the response from customer support was careless, just they want to close this case by saying an apologize, which I don't want to accept it.                       Just to add an update for this, I used EMI option for this payment, which was already converted into EMI and it was reflected in november statement which i already paid 1st month EMI with interest.

                        Order ID: OD[protected] Items) Both of these games installs another application which gets updates from the internet. I am fine with the game application going online for activation and updates but being constantly online is not what I was expecting from these games. As I have earlier played crysis and far cry games, I used to play offline without connecting my laptop to internet. I really dont want these games as they require constant internet connection. Please Note : The so called "Product Specialist" seems to be in hurry and was very rude in declining my request. I never expected this kind of behavior from such a big brand like FLIPKART.

                            I am regular customer of Flipkart and I am very disappointed to note the quality of material supplied by its sellers. I had bought three Apple Lighting to USB Data Cables last month on 12th November with order number OD[protected] from a supplier named - ShoppersGadgets, It is both shocking and disappointing that all three of them have stopped functioning and would not charge my Iphone. Under the garb of original apple products, the seller is selling fake data cables and there is no protection of customer from the end of Flipkart. Original apple products come with a warranty of a year and I would expect Flipkart to provide me with a replacement of original data cables which do not stop working in less than a month.

The price on product itself is displayed as 1200 and i have received a bill of Price as 1281.55 + added VAT/CST of RS 67.45 which is equal to 1349.00.                                   order cancelled Dear I placed a order @ flipkart.com on 30th nov 2014 for the seller WS retail & they cancelled my order due non availability of stock. On 4th Nov I visit flipkart again they are selling same thing . they can not take order because product can not deliver same area where my last order cancelled last day. I called up to customer care regarding this issue & they replied due to seller(WS Retail)policy we can not deliver same order where same seller(WS Retail) took order to deliver same address I am mantioning my concern about online marketing fraud, 1- How can change policy on daily basis after receiving payment 2-Flipcart is not service provider. They are only generating data for demand of product & selling to companies for making marketing strategies of companies 3-Customer care is offering bribe when I said that I will complain in consumer court I have all the record which I wrote in complain like same seller can deliver product.                                     I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT AND ORDERED A REPLACEMENT WITHIN THE 30 DAYS REPLACEMENT POLICY, FLIPKART IS NOT BOTHERED TO ENTERTAIN IT. NOW ITS BEEN A MONTH AFTER I DID MY FIRST COMPLAINT AND FLIPKART IS SAYING IT IS OUT OF THERE REPLACEMET POLICY. I AM BEING PROPER HARRASED FROM LAST MONTH. THEY ARE NOT EVEN CALLING BACK TO HEAR THE ISSUE.
