I placed an order(PREORDER) for Nexus 6 through Flipkart on Nov 18th 2014.
Order ID: OD[protected]
Paid Amount: 43, 999 through EMI with HDFC Bank Credit Card
I was curious and waiting for Nexus 6 very much, so i was interested to know the status of order, So i clicked contact us page of flipkart.com and followed the steps as shown in the screen shot attached. As expected i received a call from Flipkart at 3:27PM on Dec 4th 2014 from +91-[protected], and below was the conversation between us.
Me: when i can expect the order to be delivered.
Flipkart: Nexus 6 is released in India recently, we have no information about the stock as of now, but we will be able to deliver it by Dec mid i/e 15th Dec 2014.
Me: Okay, Thank you the info.
I was happy & Disconnected the call..
Surprisingly i received couple of messages from Flipkart at 4:46PM on Dec 4th 2014 saying that Order for Nexus 6 was cancelled and amount will be refunded.
Then i reached support guys again using "Call Back" option from Flipkart Website and requested the status of my order, She said "As Customer requested the order was cancelled". This line made my Blood pressure to go high. I told that i did not cancelled the order and i did not provide any authorization to cancel this from Flipkart executive end.
Then i replied to the email which i received from [protected]@flipkart.com saying the order is cancelled. But the response from customer support was careless, just they want to close this case by saying an apologize, which I don't want to accept it.

Updated by Srikanth Mergu Just to add an update for this, I used EMI option for this payment, which was already converted into EMI and it was reflected in november statement which i already paid 1st month EMI with interest.
now there is a huge problem in headset speakers .my headset not working properly also it makes a noice while playing songs videos or call, so i am not satisfied with it feeling very bad about your moto product, so please kindly replace me a another new headset.
