Sir, please note that I have placed an order vide order no. OD[protected] two jeans on 20/12/2014 through website not from Flipkart App. It's expected delivery date is 7/1/2015. But yesterday they give a message that I Kaushik Kar, c/o Bhaba Taran Das, House . No-12, Chatribari, Billpar, Guwahati, Assam, Pin- 781008 cancelled the order which I don't . Please note that why I should cancel it, if i get offer for those pants which are Rs. 1035 instead 1478. So this is a clear case of negligence and I deeply condemn it.
Flipkart officials said that I have not received the product from delivery boy which is a complete wrong statement as no one turn up to deliver and also note that no call was made from their side.
So, when I come to know this I called them and asked the reason, all the reason they made are complete nonsense as computer data can be tampered by them which you also know, me too.
So I kindly request you to again dispatch the product for Rs. 1034 as soon as possible.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that he ordered for jeans and didn't get delivered. When checked the order is cancelled by customer updated in courier website and informed same to customer. He said didn't cancelled any order and informed customer that if you want that product please place fresh order and apologized for inconvenience caused, he said that don't want any orders. Hence closing the case.
Delivery depends on courier partners. Due to courier constraints we do not have the option to deliver in many small towns and cities, however, we are working towards this and will have this issue sorted out shortly.
