        I Would like to make a complaint as why you all do not send the products to small cities of bihar. You are well known e commerce website which have their advertisment going all over the television set but you still prefer not to mention small cities of bihar in your delivery location areas. Why is so. Being such a big company you all should consider the pincode of small cities of not only bihar but of every cities. If you can not send this to small cities than stop giving advertisement. There are people from small cities whi are eductaed who know how to surf online and place an oder for the product. I am going to raise this complaint forward not only against you but against all the e commerce website who tends to only operate in main cities. Thanks Anand Thakur

        Delivery depends on courier partners. Due to courier constraints we do not have the option to deliver in many small towns and cities, however, we are working towards this and will have this issue sorted out shortly.
        Hamari chahat hai ki aap apni seva ka vusrar jehanabad me bhi karen jo rajdhani patna se kafj nazdik hai.isme to koi dikkat nahi honi chahiye shayad.

          i am chetan working in KPIT technology. Flipkart have organised an event TAKE A BREAK on 4th dec. at RMZ eco world for the promotion of their Tab Digi Flip Pro XT 911. There they organised different events and one of event is Quiz Competition in which they offered 3 digiflip pro tab as a prize to the winners. One of the quiz contest is won by me and they promised me to deliver tab in 2 or 3 days. but i have not received tab yet. in between i talked to you customer support . they tell me to mail their customer support and i mailed them more than 10 times every time i got only computer generated reply. then again i talked to their customer care about my tab. they mailed me to process that Digi Flip Pro XT 911 to me in within a week. After a week also i m not getting any respose from them. i m feeling very harassed because of flipkart . they are not taking this seriously. i have proof also. some of them i am sending as attachment.             Sir, please note that I have placed an order vide order no. OD[protected] two jeans on 20/12/2014 through website not from Flipkart App. It's expected delivery date is 7/1/2015. But yesterday they give a message that I Kaushik Kar, c/o Bhaba Taran Das, House . No-12, Chatribari, Billpar, Guwahati, Assam, Pin- 781008 cancelled the order which I don't . Please note that why I should cancel it, if i get offer for those pants which are Rs. 1035 instead 1478. So this is a clear case of negligence and I deeply condemn it. Flipkart officials said that I have not received the product from delivery boy which is a complete wrong statement as no one turn up to deliver and also note that no call was made from their side. So, when I come to know this I called them and asked the reason, all the reason they made are complete nonsense as computer data can be tampered by them which you also know, me too. So I kindly request you to again dispatch the product for Rs. 1034 as soon as possible. Mobile No - [protected].

            Spoke to customer, he claims that he ordered for jeans and didn't get delivered. When che​cked the order is cancelled by customer updated in courier website and informed same to customer. He said didn't cancelled any order and informed customer that if you want that product please place fresh order and apologized for inconvenience caused, he said that don't want any orders.               I've selected Merrell shoe which was having 50% discount on all size except 8.5. No company can give you discount based on size. Please refer attached file for more detail. I believe it's not a right strategy but fooling buyers. Point to be noted: 1. Seller cannot provide discount based on size. E.g When Levis jeans have flat 30% discount offer and as to pay more for 30-32 size which are expected to sell more. 2. Discount should be same for all if product sold out then system should show not available. When spoke to sell person he was not able to explain me difference but keep mentioning that the seller set price. then what role flipkart is playing? FLIPKART SHOULD BE SERIOUS ON THIS MATTER.

But i didn't received that mobile on 18th and got a call from flipkart that due to some problem you will receive your order on 23rd of December. Again yesterday i got a call from flipkart that your order delayed for 24 hours. What is this. Is this flipkart service, Flipkart guys making their customers fool. Why do I wait again and over again. i wanted to gift that mobile phone to my mom on her birthday (19th Dec). i had to face a big problem from flipkart and i will raise this issue. i will go my nearest police station and will register a complaint againest flipkart regarding the same.                         Hello, I bought 1 item and due to item issue i return that item so at return time take courier charge Rs.330 and then it is add in my flip cart wallet. Then i bought new item and in that 10% sbi cash back offer. so in that i used my sbi card + wallet cash so offer is not given me? So that is already my money and how you not applied offer on that. if you not applied offer on that so why you add my courier charge on my wallet without my permission. so insted of flip cart wallet you need to cash back on my bank account.

                          ​Spoke to customer, he claims that Tennis ​Racquets which is brought from us is not the same what we mentioned in specification he claims that we mentioned it is Fused Graphite Body Material but he said its not have Fused Graphite Body Material and there are two cracks in that also. Informed customer that product is in Post replacement policy and there is no complaint regarding this so we cant give replacement. He said that he was not observed that and now he comes to know about that so looking for replacement. Informed customer that you had complaint after 4 months and now we can not give replacement and customer already used this product. Customer said that he already filed legal case and he will go legally. Hence closing the case.

                                I ordered for attending the marriages on 28th Nov-2014 Bata sandals size no: 9, (Id: OD[protected] But i receive size no: 6. Then i checked the status of my exchange of sandals, i found again they packed same size..Immediately i made a call on Dec-15th.they said no problem we change exact size.I said if i got again same size i will go to consumer court..Almost i lost Rs.1100(for lop of my salary and all).Now i want Rs.3000/. My cell no :[protected].

                                Spoke to customer regarding the post, he complains that he has received a wrong sized for the second time. Apologized for the inconvenience caused. Informed that we will refund the amount paid of Rs. 398/- back to source. He demands for Rs. 3000/- to his bank account. Informed him that is not possible. Informed him that the only option left is refund of Rs. 398/- that too after the reverse pick up is completed. Customer does not agree for the same. He says he want Rs. 3000/-. Informed him that is not possible and the resolution is refund of 389/- ony. Customer rejects the same and disconnects the call. Closing the case as information provided.

                                  Spoke to customer and he says that the HCL tablet purchased from Flipkart did not charge and it is completely dead from the time it was delivered.Customer was not in town for sometime and later got to know about this issue. The replacement period was over and we had asked him to visit the service center. Customer says he was denied assistance at the service center as there was some mismatch in the serial number as per invoice. Customer now wants us to interact with the service center and have his product fixed as he blames it is Flipkart's mistake. Escalated the issue to concern team.

                                    I ordered Redmi 1s on 8th December 2014 and the delivery date given was 18th December. On 19th December i.e. after 11 days of the product registered the order was cancelled by Flipkart showing fake appologies about Courier Partner Unable whereas Flipkart product are delivered at my place. Again today on 22th December a phone call came from Flipkart promising that I will be delivered Redmi 1s in 1-2 days. I asked again about the surity of the product (You can check Phone Call recording if available) and your customer care executive twice assured me for that. And again my product is cancelled. What the hell do Flipkart think about the customer ? Do Flipkart have any respect regarding the customer ?? Order is cancelled once and again promised to be delivered and again cancelled ??? How can Flipkart Fool the customer by cancelling the same product twice ??? I am really sad about the worst service and the harrasement Flipkart has given to me by breaking the expectations. I HAVE MAILED THE SAME TO FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE and waiting for their reply.

                                        In FLIPKART, i have ordered lenovo mobile S920 today with price tag of 14k in hyderabad, after period of one week ekart done the delivery . but when i opened the case, shocked to see there is hard stone instead lenovo mobile . doesnt know what is happening within the flipkart team . guys be careful whenever flipkart delivering the product .
