I received a msg from yours(flipkart's) courier partner EKARTL on Saturday(13th of December 2014) at 1:26 pm that "Hi! Items SayItLoud Regular Fit ... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] will be delivered today before 7pm by Faizan Ullah ([protected]). Please keep ready 899.0/- in cash" but there was not delivery made by your courier partner on given date and time as per mention in their msg . Today(14th of December 2014) at 9:46 am i get another msg from EKART that "Hi! Items SayItLoud Regular Fit ... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] will be delivered today before 7pm. Please keep ready 899.0/- in cash" but today also i don't get my item delivered yet. So i request your courier partner EKARTL that please don't send such kind of promising msg with full of confidence because sometimes customers like us believe on this msg and most of time they change their schedule and their program to receive the item's which they ordered. And also kindly request to u that please may concern about this problem and if possible solve this problem asap. Thank you.

    I ordered Gansta Aviator Sunglasses for Rs 295..Today when i got the delivery of the product and opened it, it was having some local cheap defeated sunglasses. Is this the service flipkart is offering now a days, do the indian customers look like fools i will from now on every order anything from flipkart because of this my money is stuck and i am left with this product which i had to gift it to someone.

      I ordered 2 hybrid pendrives of 16 GB of cost 620 Rs. each. About one and a half month i received the parcel and i paid the amount 1240 Rs. But when i opened it, there was a single pendrive. I reported the complaint to the flipkart consumer support they gave me time so that they can contact me, but they are resheulding the date for it. Please help me. My order no is 'OD[protected]'.

          Unresolved Case fir order no OD[protected] I have been a proud and happy customer of Flipkart and done so many purchases from your company more than lacs during the year but this purchase has been the worst experience and worst customer care service and questions i have faced from your end for more than a year now I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z Ultra and the first handset which came was faulty and had a problem in speaker which gave crackling sound I got a replacement in next 2 days for another handset from the same reseller (ws retail) and the handset which came again was having display panel issue Sometimes, buttons work on their own on screen and panel is not responsive in all areas and system, I remained Patienet till that time also and foloowed trousbleshooting steps and did a hard reset as well but didnt got lucky I am became a Flipkart First customer and thought i would get a best service and treatiment from your company. Let me Tell you, PATHETIC SERVICE AND ANSWERS YOU GIVE FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM, YOU NOW TELL MNE AN ENGINEER WILL VISIT TO SEE THE PHONE OR WILL CALL FOR TROUBLESHOOTING AGAIN. WHAT DO YOU THINK, CUSTOMERS ARE FOOLS WHO KEEP BELIEVEING IN YOU, NOW YOU ARE SAYING RESLLER ISNOT ACCEPTING THE RETURN. THWN WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE OF FLIPKAT OR 30 DAYS RETURN????? STOP CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AND HELP CUSTOMERS NOT BEING CHEATED FROM RESELLERS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE, NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NIPUN SACHDEVA [protected] In a gist – 1. Flipkart guaranteed 30 day replacement, which it did not honor. 2. Customer staff kept giving me incorrect information, on purpose 3. Its delivery guy harassed me, used profanities.

            Hi, We bought an Ausus handset R95740 vide tax invoice no: del[protected], dt: 04/12/2014. After a week, we found that the phone was not charging . We lodged a complaint and a call came to my father's mob no: [protected] and since he was at work, he could not attend and the person who called, took our home landline no and promised to call. Again on 12th we called flipkart and complained and were told that they will call back in 48 hours. We want you to resolve this issue since we bought this ph with lot of expectation . if you check your record, we are flipkart's regular customers.               I had ordered for a bed sheet DREAMSCAPE 7021, order ID- OD[protected] I had received this product this morning and when the product was given for a wash the bed sheet had faded. I request the concerned authority to deal with this problem with utmost sincerity. And I hope that this product will be exchange and a better quality product will be given to me. Or the cost of the product should be refunded.

                Respected Sir, Today i.e.13/12/2014 5.00p.m i have received a second hand product against replacement of my original pre delivered above mobile supplied by W S Retails The following issue was noticed by me after taking delivery. 1It looks like a 2nd hand phone in finishing 2 the barcode was damaged by intentionally and covered with tape 3 the original green sticker was covered with another sticker 4 the screen guard was old damaged & plain but on my predeliverd product have some signs that are of information related. 5. Battery was zero %. in new phone it was 50% charged generally. 6.phone box was damaged and the bar code of the box also get replaced with covering other bar code sticker please take a action to change or refund me.                       I've posted a spigen ask cover for galaxy s5 from flipkart n received a fake similar looking neo hybrid case, I've requested a replacement n its been more than 10 days n 3 days past the expected date of replacement but I haven't still received any response from flipkart, !! ! Plz fix this

                        I ordered Puma ExsisExsis Running shoes[protected] on[protected]. I got the message on the same day indicating thethe shoes have been shipped . I was notified by Ekart through sms that the same will be delivered on[protected]. I was available for receiving the package for the entire day except a duration of 1 hour frok 3-4 pm. I received a message that the delivery has failed and will be re attempted the next day. The executive ddidnt contact me on my registered number or id to ask for availability. Exact same happened the next day but this time the delivery guy called and inquired about my availability. I told him to retry in about andan hour or thethe entire day the next day. He agreagreed to deliver the package the next day I.e[protected]. However i received a message late night on[protected] that my order has been canceled. I called up customer care and they cited 'failed delivery 3 times ' as the reason for the same. Which is not true since the delivery failed only twice, and I was contacted only once. The customer service also informed me I can't order the same shoes again since they are out of stock ( just after he told me my order has been shipped back. ) I checked the availability of the same today and they are available now, just at a higher price (Rs. 1000 more) . Turns out the order was cancelled for a reason? Kindly look into the matter and resolve. I've been fairly positive about my experience at flipkart but this tiny incident feels like I'm being deceived and doesn't really make flipkart my first choice in the future.

                          I bought a motorola motog a few months back. There's a problem with it. The mike of it has stopped working. So, if I call a person or vice versa I can hear the other personperson's voice but he/she cannot hear mine. I have restarted the phone as well but it still doesn't work. Please help.

                                I have ordered a MOLIFE SCREEN GUARD from. FLIPKART on 4th December @2:50PM. The seller was HIFIESHOP, 1050, RANI BAGH, BEHIND GURUDWARA, NEAR JAIN MANDIR, DELHI-110034. After a long delivery time they delivered it on 9th December. In the bill it was mentioned Molife screen guard. But when I opened it was I care screen guard. A totally different one. No MRP mentioned in it. I already paid them 140Rs. I was totally disappointed.They personally promised me delivery on 11th. But they didn't even ship it. Again cheating me. When called them they are telling to wait till 18th. Can suffer this mental agony. Pls help me.Take some action I want my original screen guard before 13th Saturday . I also need compensation for the cheating towards me. Kindly help me to get justice.                                     I Dr. T.K. Bansal purchased a Kenstar OxyFryer Order ID OD[protected] on 06.11.2014 at 8.03 PM and which was deliverd to us on 12.11.2014. Immediately on receiving my wife Dr. S. Bansal realised that the item is of no use and we can only make potato fries in it. Therefore requested flipkart to get it returned on Wed, 12th Nov04:16 pm at itself. On 16th November they told me that the item cannot be returned because it has no defects. So i requested them to get it installed and they promised me that will it be installed on 17th Nov 2014. On 17th Nove. I got a message to convey the sorry and promise to get it installed by 19th Nove. 2014. Till today i am waiting for their person. No one has turned up and I have no means to contact them. I regret why did i buy an item from flipkart it would have been better if I had purchased it from ebay or amazon.in, for these two companies they listen to the customer and act promptly where as the is same is not true for flipkart. They never listen to the customer.

                                        i have ordered a redmi note (order id- OD[protected] on 9th of december and make payment through sbi debit card successfully and they sent a mail that your order has been placed and will be receiving the item by 22nd of december, now the problem is they cancelled my order on 12 of december without asking me. they are wasting my time and is also not refunded till the time..
