I have been a proud and happy customer of Flipkart and done so many purchases from your company more than lacs during the year but this purchase has been the worst experience and worst customer care service and questions i have faced from your end for more than a year now
I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z Ultra and the first handset which came was faulty and had a problem in speaker which gave crackling sound
I got a replacement in next 2 days for another handset from the same reseller (ws retail)
and the handset which came again was having display panel issue
Sometimes, buttons work on their own on screen and panel is not responsive in all areas and system, I remained Patienet till that time also and foloowed trousbleshooting steps and did a hard reset as well but didnt got lucky
I am became a Flipkart First customer and thought i would get a best service and treatiment from your company.
Let me Tell you, PATHETIC SERVICE AND ANSWERS YOU GIVE FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM, YOU NOW TELL MNE AN ENGINEER WILL VISIT TO SEE THE PHONE OR WILL CALL FOR TROUBLESHOOTING AGAIN.
WHAT DO YOU THINK, CUSTOMERS ARE FOOLS WHO KEEP BELIEVEING IN YOU, NOW YOU ARE SAYING RESLLER ISNOT ACCEPTING THE RETURN.
THWN WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE OF FLIPKAT OR 30 DAYS RETURN?????

1. Flipkart guaranteed 30 day replacement, which it did not honor.
2. Customer staff kept giving me incorrect information, on purpose
