    The tamaron18-200 of following details purchased through flipkart by me found defective.On directing flash light through the lens I noticed two spots of fungus and dust in the inside rim which was not visible for normal vision.         I bought two Weardo Solid Men's Polo T-shirt one black and the other merun color.Initially the product was looking good and I was happy.Later after the first wash, the black shirt had torn near the collar, which was not their before, The t-shirt is some old piece and its getting into threads after the wash.I am disappointed, as now i cant return it also, because i had washed it once .This is my first purchase online and i dont know what to do now

          Hello Team, I was sent an SMS, that my Item (New Nataraj Compact Cradle) will be delivered today before 7 pm by Praveen N ([protected]) at 11.32 AM, 28 Dec Till now, I have not received my Item, but I have received another SMS saying that the item has been successfully delivered at 1.47 PM, 28 Dec Can you please confirm, to whom my Item has been delivered and why are they sending wrong Information. I am not able to call the Courier wala. Please let me know, what has really happened and I need it to be delivered today only!!!             Hi i have recently purchased a TP Link wireless modem through flipkart on 26th December for Rs 1465 for my father in law. On receipt of the equipment, i was made aware by my IT technical person that it does not meet my needs and specification. I therefore wanted to order another item from flipkart which was more expensive than the previously ordered item. I was shocked to hear through your customer service personnel that the modem cannot be returned. This is the first time i heard that such a reputed online shopping website that is competing with others like Amazon and Snapdeal has a no refund/ return policy on my item. The customer care exective Mr Imran Khan kept telling me that there is somewhere written in the website that my item is non returnable but there lies my questions a. Why was this not highlighted at the time of purchase? As a customer, i could have consciously chosen whether to purchase or not? b. How can an item which is unpacked and not even opened cannot be refundable? Others like Amazon offer 10day return policy with full refund on all electronic items and 30 days for others? c. As a customer, am i expected to invest that much of time that I should read the fine lines somewhere on the wesbite or rather find the return/ refund policy hasslefree? I am sure that i am not expected to read everything on the website - i am in no way becoming your website analyst, am i? I am extremely dissapointed with this - my item is an expensive item which cannot be reused. i would like to receive a response on my complaint and i am pretty sure that you have made me frustrated enough to not buy anything from flipkart any further in the future. Also, i would not be advicing my friends and family to buy anything from fliparkt unless i get a full refund for my product. thanks Ankur

                      I have purchased a lenovo vibe x2 mobile phone from flipkart website on 10/11/14 and its expected delivery was on 22/11/14 but not received the phone till 25/11/14 and i have lodged a complaint on flipkart about non delivery of phone but didn't get the phone . On 2nd december i have cancelled my order didn't received refund from flipkart. when i informed the customer support for non refund of amount then they told me that the product was delivered on 29/11/14 and the receipt has my company seal but i have given my residence address on website and they dont have the name of person who received the phone, only they have seal of my company.So first question is that why courier company delivered the phone on my office address and if they delivered the phone at office then why they dont have the name of person who received the phone on my behalf and it is 19999 Rs product so how could they so careless about delivery of phone and my problem is that no person is taking responsibility of delivery of phone and the courier company have only company seal on receipt.

                                I Would like to make a complaint as why you all do not send the products to small cities of bihar. You are well known e commerce website which have their advertisment going all over the television set but you still prefer not to mention small cities of bihar in your delivery location areas. Why is so. Being such a big company you all should consider the pincode of small cities of not only bihar but of every cities. If you can not send this to small cities than stop giving advertisement. There are people from small cities whi are eductaed who know how to surf online and place an oder for the product.                                 Delivery depends on courier partners. Due to courier constraints we do not have the option to deliver in many small towns and cities, however, we are working towards this and will have this issue sorted out shortly.

                                  i am chetan working in KPIT technology. Flipkart have organised an event TAKE A BREAK on 4th dec. at RMZ eco world for the promotion of their Tab Digi Flip Pro XT 911. There they organised different events and one of event is Quiz Competition in which they offered 3 digiflip pro tab as a prize to the winners. One of the quiz contest is won by me and they promised me to deliver tab in 2 or 3 days. but i have not received tab yet. in between i talked to you customer support . they tell me to mail their customer support and i mailed them more than 10 times every time i got only computer generated reply. then again i talked to their customer care about my tab. they mailed me to process that Digi Flip Pro XT 911 to me in within a week. After a week also i m not getting any respose from them. i m feeling very harassed because of flipkart . they are not taking this seriously. i have proof also. some of them i am sending as attachment.                                     Sir, please note that I have placed an order vide order no. OD[protected] two jeans on 20/12/2014 through website not from Flipkart App. It's expected delivery date is 7/1/2015. But yesterday they give a message that I Kaushik Kar, c/o Bhaba Taran Das, House . No-12, Chatribari, Billpar, Guwahati, Assam, Pin- 781008 cancelled the order which I don't . Please note that why I should cancel it, if i get offer for those pants which are Rs. 1035 instead 1478. So this is a clear case of negligence and I deeply condemn it. Flipkart officials said that I have not received the product from delivery boy which is a complete wrong statement as no one turn up to deliver and also note that no call was made from their side. So, when I come to know this I called them and asked the reason, all the reason they made are complete nonsense as computer data can be tampered by them which you also know, me too. So I kindly request you to again dispatch the product for Rs. 1034 as soon as possible. Mobile No - [protected].

When che​cked the order is cancelled by customer updated in courier website and informed same to customer. He said didn't cancelled any order and informed customer that if you want that product please place fresh order and apologized for inconvenience caused, he said that don't want any orders.                                       I've selected Merrell shoe which was having 50% discount on all size except 8.5. No company can give you discount based on size. Please refer attached file for more detail. I believe it's not a right strategy but fooling buyers. Point to be noted: 1. Seller cannot provide discount based on size. E.g When Levis jeans have flat 30% discount offer and as to pay more for 30-32 size which are expected to sell more. 2. Discount should be same for all if product sold out then system should show not available. When spoke to sell person he was not able to explain me difference but keep mentioning that the seller set price. then what role flipkart is playing? FLIPKART SHOULD BE SERIOUS ON THIS MATTER.

((OD[protected] [Incident:[protected]]) I had ordered a mobile phone from flipkart on 12th of December and the delivery date was 18th of december. But i didn't received that mobile on 18th and got a call from flipkart that due to some problem you will receive your order on 23rd of December. Again yesterday i got a call from flipkart that your order delayed for 24 hours. What is this. Is this flipkart service, Flipkart guys making their customers fool. Why do I wait again and over again. i wanted to gift that mobile phone to my mom on her birthday (19th Dec). i had to face a big problem from flipkart and i will raise this issue. i will go my nearest police station and will register a complaint againest flipkart regarding the same.                                         ​Spoke to customer, he claims that he order the phone and its delay in delivery. When checked the product is​ return due to customer has cancelled the product because delay in delivery and apologized for inconvenience caused and will make sure that this mishaps wont repeat next time. Hence closing the case.
