In my wallet there was a total of 11249/- but on 12th january to my surprise my wallet was showing zero balance and when contacted the ccare they said that the amount is being reverted back to my card and will reflect in 5 working days in my bank account but today when i contacted bank they said no transaction is pending after that again i called ccare they are unable to give any resolution and extending the dates what happen to my refund money can you provide any update on that.

​Tried calling customer no response, when checked the Rs 10,249/- refund from wallet to customer debit card on 19/01/2015 and it will reflect in customer debit card within 8 to 10 business days and informed same to customer in consumer complaint. Hence closing the case.

    Spoke to customer, she claims that she has size issue and its not fitting to her and looking for bigger size. Informed customer that we already mentioned the size in the website and we not have any other size on this product and replacement also you will get the same product and customer said the you website is worst and call dropped. Hence closing the case

      I had placed order for Nokia Lumai 730 on 13 Jan 15 and received it on 15 Jan 15. Within using for 20 mins i realised there is some issue with battery, it gets heated up significantly. So i raised a return request on 16th Jan 15, which was declined advising me to do some trouble shooting tips. In spite of performing the trouble shooting tasks, still the problem with Battery exist. It is getting heated up. I raised another return request which was declined immediately, without calling or knowing my concern. This is indeed very disgusting from a customer perspective that after spending 13000 Rs i am getting defective product and company is not ready to replace it. Please let me know escalation matrix to get this issue highlighted to Flipkart Management. and replace my product immediately.

        I had a bought aFlipkart where was offered 1000 rs EGV voucher with this product . When i called to customer service they told me it will be delivered after 40 days but after 20 days i got a voucher of 500 rs when i called to customer service they took a complaint and keep going on but no body bother to reply on my mail and customer service is keep disconnecting the call. When i asked them to take the product and refund my money still no body taking the responsibility . Whirlpool microwave from Flipkart where was offered

          I have ordered Asus Zenfone 5 & Amzer Back Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG..Order ID OD[protected] & OD[protected] respectively. While placing the order I was talking to the customer care executive of flipkart and at the time of making the paymnet, I deliberately asked him my concern which was - I am not seeing discount amount in the final cart..He said no worries, just make the payment and I will recieve 10% of the discount amount as a cashback in my account. I mentioned that I am doing net banking he said, go ahead and I willl recieve the discount amount back in my account..but as the offer is not valid on net banking I did not recieve 10% discount. Now I request flipkart to refund my 10% of the amount as I have made the paymnet after FLIPKART CONFIRMED THAT I CAN MAKE THE PAYMENT VIA NET BANKING AND THEN ALSO OFFER REMAINS THE SAME. But they are not refunding the amount and they are trying to convince me that I should cancel my current order and place a new one.

            Ref: OD[protected] ​ I had ordered the GMAT Official Guide 2015 through flipkart. Although I received the subject book within few days but the book did not had the online pin to access 900 verbal & quant questions in GMAT website. The book had the plastic envelope which carries this pin and there is a similar paper which reads this pin provides you access to..., however the pin itself is not there. It seems to be a duplicate copy of the Official Guide 2015. ​ I raised a complaint through the website on 13.01.2015 however I had to urgently travel to Dubai meanwhile. I received a notification that the problem will be resolved by 16.01.2015, since then I am receiving notifications from Flipkart (Chaithra) that we are trying to contact you but are unable to reach you and I have many times told them that I am outside India and shared the international numbers. I have tried the customer service numbers thrice (twice on Friday 16.1.2015 and once on Saturday 17.1.2015) and told them that they can either contact me on my international numbers or they can share their number where I can call them back but none of them could give a satisfactory response and kept on saying the same story that a representative will call you back even though its an International number you will definitely get a call. Till date I have not received any call or response from Flipkart. My stay in Dubai may be longer. Kindly take it up accordingly with Flipkart. I am also notifying GMAC and Wiley about the same so that a relevant action is taken. ​ Hoping for a quick and prompt response. ​ ​ Regards, ​ Sangeet ​ [protected] ​ [protected] ​ ​

              I have ordered a Sennheiser HD 218 Headphones from Flipkart worth 1500 on 12 December 2014. The Product was shipped to me on 18 December 2014, Order No - OD[protected]. The Product stopped working after 12 days . I couriered it to Sennheiser India Mumbai Office but there Technician Abhijeet Gore told me that this a fake and a forged product. He wrote everything in the mail and i forwarded the same to [protected]@flipkart.com. They told me that your issue will be resolved by 16 january then they extended it to 18 january 2015 . But still my issue is pending and nothing has been done in this regard.I have mailed each and every document from my mail id - [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@flipkart.com. These cheap money making tactics and harassing loyal customers is a hard hitting blow to the customer satisfaction policy of the Flipkart. Stop looting people and have some courage to accept your wrongdoings.

              I have made 10 calls to Flipkart Customer Care but still they are oblivious about what needs to be done. They just give me a new date and my issue remains unresolved. Sennheiser India has proved that the product delivered to me by Flipkart is a fake product and i have mailed the same to [protected]@flipkart.com for authentication purpose. But still Flipkart is sleeping

                      very very poor service . i order zenfone 5 which was about to be delivered today. i received call from flipkart yesterday that i will receive my order by today and today in morning i received a mail from flipkart delivery boy RAHUL BHASIN ([protected]) from some EKARTL that sir we will deliver order by 7pm kindly ready money and that recived 3 call from him will i as in office that sir we are near you .i called him i told that i in my office u wait i am coming.and when i left my office an reached my home and called to the no at 2-3 pm, the delivery boy say sir i am to busy and i cant deliver you today and will try on monday.!! what is this. do you think we are so useless that we dont have anywork other than waiting for order for 6 days !! andy you delivery boy is so busy that he cant deliver after 2 pm even when your official time for delivery is by 7 pm.!! too bad service .other sites like amazon has far more better service than yours. so i have decided not to order anything from flipkart any more more over not let other to order from flipkart. i am writing complain to your senior n all regarding your servies.if you cant handle the order than why you take order.for your delivery service only i have to leave my office...now your officer ARON says sir wait for monday...means i dont go to office on monday also just because your delivery boy is tooo busy. too bad service...

                              My redmi 1s set is having some problem during past 8 days. The screen of the phone does not display anything.I went to the MI service centre (HCL TOUCH Address: 20H, Ground Floor, Park Street Road, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700016, Service Center Phone Number :[protected] regarding this issue. They told me something inside the phone gets burned and they will fix it for RS-8000/- . But the phone is only 3 months old. After this I complain about the service centre in FLIPKART customer care and they told me to go to the service centre again and discuss the problem with the service centre manager.                                 Order ID: OD[protected] I have bought Lava iris win1 mobile from WS retail. There was some hardware issue in the unit so I got a replacement. Now the replacement unit is also a defective unit and I can't even make a call from it. As its still under 30 days so asked for another replacement but flipkart told me to visit the service center. I don't use facebook, but I have specially made this account to make a post about my issue. If this is how Flipkart treats its old customers then I won't recommend it. Now I want my money to be refunded

                                  I typically refrain from making online purchases due to all the scams. I made a purchase with Flipkart but paid to avoid using my net banking. The Flipkart delivery man was extremely rude, delivered the box partially open. I initially refused to take delivery, but the delivery man became belligerent and threatening to my mother . When I opened the box, there was a same cover, immediately called Flipkart's customer service number and lodged a complaint. Now they say they will pick up the parcel in 4 working days and then deposit the money in my account. They do not seem a reliable company. Matter has not yet been resolved. DEAR FLIP KART ASSOCIATES AND MANAGER INCHARGE, THIS MAIL IS TO DESCRIBE MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FLIPKART PURCHASE OF MOTOG2 FIRST OF ALL I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT THE BOX OF MOBILE IS TORNED AND DAMAGED AS WELL AS THE SCREEN GUARD + SCREEN IS USED CLEARLY IT IS VISIBLE THAT MOBILE PHONE SCREEN IS PREVIOUSLY USED BEFORE AND ABOVE ALL ITS FIRST SIM SLOT IS NOT WORKING IT IS DAMAGED, AND THE FRONT CAMERA IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IT SEEMS THAT SOME BODY HAD USED IT BEFORE, AND THE PACKING IS ALSO DONE WORST THERE IS NO BALLOON OF AIR FOR SUPPORT AND THE PRODUCT IS PACKED BY ONLY TRANSPARENT TAPE WRAPED AND THERE IS NO SUPPORT OF SAFETY AND THE BOX IS VERY SMALL AT FIRST SIGHT IT IS NOT ADMISSIBLE THAT THE PACKING OF THE PHONE WHICH COST OF RS 13000.00 IS PACKED SO CASUALLYY... DEAR IAM FEDDUPP!!!...WHAT IS THIS ...AND WHEN I CALLED& TALKED FOR INCIDENT INITIALLY TO YOUR EXECUTIVE HE SAID, YOU HAVE TO COURIER THIS PHONE TO BANGALORE WITH YOUR OWNN...AND THE NEW HANDSET WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOU WHEN THIS HANDSET WILL BE RECIEVED TO US TO BANGALORE THERE AFTER COMPANY WILL SEND YOU THE MOBILE, FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I WILL NOT SEND THIS HANDSET BY ANY COURIER AND I WILL ONLY GIVE YOU MOBILE WHEN THE NEW REPLACEMENT WILL BE DONE HAND TO HAND ...DO YOU THINK I HAVE MONEY FOR WASTE FOR COURIERS ... YOU SCONDRALLS RASCALLS, WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT YOU, IF I HAVE NOT BEEN COMPENSATED BY YOUR END WITHIN 2DAYS I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND WILL ESCALARATE TO SOCIAL MEDIA ABOU YOU ALL, RASCALL FIRST FLIGHT COURIER EXECUTIVE HAD NOT DELIVERED MY PRODUCT AT HOME, I HAVE TO GO AND RECIEVED FROM HIS HUB AT AGRA, TALKING ARROGANCY, WHAT IS THIS RASCALLS IAM FLIP CART FIRST CUSTOMER THIS IS YOUR SERVICE SCOUNDRALLS ... I had purchased a pair of 7inches Prolific Agree slip Shoes worth Rs 799 on[protected] and get the order on 4-1-2015. After 10 days I found the shoes are in a damaged on sole. I had used the shoes only for ten days.My order i.d. is OD[protected] and order item i.d. is[protected]. kindly make necessary arrangements for replacing the shoes as early as possible.
