i purchased a canon lens from flipart this is my order number - OD[protected] but they cancel my order without any consent this is a breach of contract due to this fraud i have to bear a very big loss my sis wedding event is on 25 dec they giving me delivery on 23 dec thats i booked . my photographer cost is 25000 if i dont give him this lens than he will cancel my order and amount will go waste. i need a help and need a conpensation from flipcart either they should give my order on time or give my compensation. please help me i really stuck in this blunder . please help me out. contact info anshul dadhich [protected] [protected]@gmail.com kota (raj)

    I ordered an item worth rs 5490 from flipkart but received an empty box inside it. the item i ordered was a Ray Ban Aviator glass but what i got inside the package is an broken sealed box of Ray Ban and a pouch for the glass. i didnot expect such fraud activity from flipkart.

        HI FLIPKART TEAM, THIS IS MY LAST EMAIL TO THE TEAM . Neither do i have the product nor the reverse product and the money has not yet been sent to the wallet . The last mail your stupid unprofessional team made was 10 dayd back !! does the service industry take this long ???? i need immediate action and this is harrassment to the customer !!             I bought a Moto G on 21/6/2014 form Flipkart.Billing Details are follows. Order ID: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] VAT/TIN: [protected] Service tax #: AAACW8725FSD001. On 24 Nov 2014 suddenly it stopped working, and I approached a customer care center in kochi. They told me they will register this and will return only after 15 days because the parts should come after my complaint is registered. After 15 th day they given back my phone and told the board got replaced, when I reached home I checked it and found out that it only 8GB phone. Again I went to the same service center they changed the board at that time itself. It worked fine for one week and again the sound is lost. Again i approached the same service center in kochi, they told me i have to wait for 7 days to get repaired. Why this much time required to correct the phone. I am not rich enough to buy this type phone. Please do the need full. My Mobile phone number is [protected] and Email ID [protected]@hotmail.com

              I have booked an mobile with an order ID OD[protected]. When I booked the order status was confirmed &amp; Flipkart was debited money from my account. Also I got an confirmation mail &amp; message from flipkart. After a while my flipkart page showing as payment not received for that Order. On contacting flipkart they said to contact with bank &amp; bank also confirmed that the money was successfully transferred to flipkart . But still flipkart saying my transaction was not successful.

                Hi I brought product on 03-dec-2014, and the product is not working from 16-dec-2014, if i call to customer care they are telling that 10 days warranty policy has been expired. Meantime i went to service center, service center people denied to do service because they will not do service for the online product But your people are telling to go to service center. After explaining to your people that service center people denied the service, then your people are telling that they will take the complaint, and i have to wait until 20-Dec-2014 And one more thing that when i am giving the complaint that non of the option is working like service people not providing the service and why need to wait until 2-Dec. immediately one of your customer service people [ Mr Sunil ] cross questing and validating me that when i am giving the complaint that sunddenly your you went to service center, when you did the complaint, when you brought the mobile, This is the way you are providing the service to customer, really bad service i never this kind of service from the flipkart, if you are not delivering good product, please stop providing service to the customer, You are not providing good product and even you can't able to have good service center for repairing the product one thing I need to mentioned here I am going to file the complaint on flipkart and i am going to post the comment in Twitter and Facebook and all watch able sites in online Surely you have answer for the bad service which you have provided to me

                I brought product on 03-dec-2014 from Flipcart Order ID od[protected], and the product is not working from 16-dec-2014, if i call to customer care they are telling that 10 days warranty policy has been expired.

                Meantime i went to service center, service center people denied to do service because they will not do service for the online product

                But your people are telling to go to service center.

                After explaining to your people that service center people denied the service, then your people are telling that they will take the complaint, and i have to wait until 20-Dec-2014

                And one more thing that when i am giving the complaint that non of the option is working like service people not providing the service and why need to wait until 2-Dec. immediately one of your customer service people [ Mr Sunil ] cross questing and validating me that when i am giving the complaint that sunddenly your you went to service center, when you did the complaint, when you brought the mobile,

                This is the way you are providing the service to customer, really bad service i never this kind of service from the flipkart, if you are not delivering good product, please stop providing service to the customer,

                  i order gtx 970 zotac this product on 11/12/2014 and after a long wait today 17/12/2014 without my knowledge the company DEHLIVERY ohhhh my mistake Really its not delhivery its real name is Delay - Very., they cancel my order without contacting me today on 17/12/2014 i call flipkart people they say they cant do any thing...WOW Worst part is they can't even tell me the branch address or name where my product is present so that I can self collect it.THE WORST COURIER SERVICE I EVER DEALT WITH. EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER CARE ALSO TOOOO BAD...AND AND AND if the item is defective and you want to replace it then you also have to suffer coz flipkart people going arrange a pickup through this ...i am very very disappointed

Now i have received another faulty cell phone. Second Sim slot is working but when insert another Sim into 1st sim slot then it says no Sim inserted. I am totally frustrated because of your service. How can you send us faulty phones even second time. Now, I do not want any product from your side.                         I had placed an order for headphones worth Rs.11000/- on Flipkart on the 29th of November. I received the parcel on the 4th of December and when I opened the packaging, to my surprise I found the headphones not to be the same as mentioned in the pictures and the specifications stated on their website. Keeping the original packaging intact, I immediately asked them for a return request to be processed. I also explained them about my issue but no action was taken from their side. I even called them up, they opened my return requests 10 times and each time it got cancelled without any rhyme or reason. I was assured of pickup dates in emails and on calls, but nobody showed up on those dates. They asked for my bank details 8 to 9 times but no refund was processed. And now they wont accept my return request. I request to please look into this matter and take action against Flipkart.com as I feel cheated.

                          dear sir /mam i booked a flip cover for nokia x ..on 11.12.2014 .my order is OD[protected]...but sir they cancel my order on 15.12.2014 they says ur order is delay so i can reshipped .ok then yesterday mornig a message has been come from flipkart they say ur order is ready to shipped ...so i am call the call center and ur representatives says me they shipped after 24 hours but sir they didnt shipped sir i am very angry about it sir please check the matter and resolve it...

                            As flipkart say that they are selling the genuine product, that's not true there are selling the Duplicate product through online . i bought a shoe "Fila Duralite Running Shoes" order No:- OD[protected] through flipkart, they simply give the discount .but no use may be they are selling the Duplicate product . Stop buying thr product through Flipkart

The address is correct as OD[protected] is delivered to the same address and i have placed every order with flipkart with same address from past 2 years. matter of fact nobody came to our doorstep to deliver the product. Courier delivery just called on number which was out of service at the time. he did not delivered the product instead cancelled the order. I m very disappointed by flipkart that i m to face such kind of difficulty i called the customer care twice but yet they were unable to help me. i called the courier service too. but they too failed to entertain my request. now flipkart is refunding my money and asking me to place fresh order but i dont want the money to be refunded . i want my order to be delivered in same value as placing the same order as fresh wont give me discount .. and moreover they people are harassing their customer by giving nonsense resolution. very poor delivery services are being used by flipkart.

                                I ordered a Sony bravia 3D tv worth Rs80, 000. The reason why I ordered from flipkart was the free bluray player from flipkart. But after making the payment the flipkart.com website shows that there are no offer available. I have registered complaints in flipkart forms and customer care emails. All the customer care people doesnt care what happens to a customer. I'm really very disappointed.

In this regard, i would like to inform you that the parcel of the above was received today i.e., 17/12/2014 at 10.30am. After the delivery boy the parcel was opened it found thatin the keyboard of page down key was missing and one of the hook is wrong direction.                                     I had ordered professional screen guard 12332 for moto g. In my 1st delivery I had got only 1screen guard instead of 5.. When I called customer service they made a replacement again same mistake made. Now they are telling me to get a refund as the product is out of stock.. But now I need a delivery only and not refund.. I've seen that it is still in stock..

                                      ORDER ID : OD[protected] I placed an order for nikon d5200 dslr on 10th dec and got the delivery on 13th dec, i was satisfied with the delivery until i found out that the product was defective. Within two hours of receiving the product i called the customer service and informed them about the same, i also communicated my problem, which i also communicated while ordering the product, that i will be leaving for vacation on 17th evening and need the replacement by then, they assured me that i will receive a call within 24 hours, for the next four days i did not receive any call from Flipkart. I called them every day following the day of receiving of product but all they continued to postpone it to the next day. On this day when i called they said it was not possible to deliver it by 17th as it is not possible to deliver it within a day. All these days i was requesting them to resolve the issue, but because of their casual and indifferent attitude nobody at Flipkart even tried to solve the problem till the last date. I am highly disappointed by Flipkart's service and repenting for having placed the order with Flipkart. I am feeling cheated by the inefficient and insensitive attitude of Flipkart. I would advise the Flipkart to first have their systems in place before inviting the customers to place orders. The only way to redress my grievance is by replacing the defective product by 17 evening or refund my money. In the absence of that i will have no other option but to claim damages for causing inconvenience and mental agony by this deficiency in service.
