I've been complaining about my refund not getting initiated but this is still getting delayed extending dates and not intiating my refund here also you guys just ask for my order id and then no response why this harassment when I returned the product weeks ago why still no refund initiated from flipkart my contact number is [protected] please you cannot do this to your old customers

    i have received my order of a mobile set. as i trust flipkart, i received and sign the receiving without checking the box. as soon as i opened the box i saw that the handset is not there els every thing is there ie. charger, handsfree, user manual etc. plz. halp me out in this matter.

      I have ordered an Asus Zenfone 5 from Flipkart, the phone is ending automatically while I am talking to someone over the phone, and its happeing in 90 % of the calls I make which is disgusting. Now the phone is available in the stock but the executive is not trying to replace it by saying they can not see in the stock. But they are ok in refunding my amount once the phone reaches their warehouse..so much time consuming and pathetic..Would request Flipkart to replace my phone with the other set..

        i had ₹500 in my flipkart wallet but they automatically deducted it then i laudge a complaint in that they assured me that i will get resolution in 5 day but after 5 day when i called flipkart then their executive give me a new date but no resolution this process happen to me 4 time and one another problem occure me that when i order a product from flipkart than the order automaticaly canceled

          the refund for my Asus zenfone 5 you guys said that the refund is initiated in my bank card on 19th january but today when i contacted your ccare executive for the transaction number for the reference purpose he said its still not processed i mean whats happening how many days should i wait more for my refund money ive been calling every second day and everyday you guys are giving excuses and here also no response from your whats happening will ill get my money back or not if not then send atleast my product back to me...

            I would like to lodge a complaint against Flipkart.com for acute harassment. My Order ID:OD[protected], I am a very old customer of Flipkart, since 2011. But the incident I have faced recently, crossed all limit of harassment. On 20.01.2015, I have purchased the mobile Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G @9999/- + 90/- shipping charges extra thru 24 EMIs of Rs. 490/- Per month by my HDFC Credit card from Flipkart.com website. That day I neither have received any EMI confirmation mail nor received any SMS from Flipkart. I have received only order and shipment confirmation mail where no information regarding EMI was available . The Product was delivered to me on 21.01.15. On 24.01.15, I have received an EMI confirmation SMS from HDFC bank where only 3 EMIs mentioned. Immediately I contacted HDFC bank customer care as I had selected the option of 24 EMI i. e . Rs.490/- per month during placing the order. HDFC asked me to call Flipkart as it was not there fault and EMI option taken from Flipkart site only during the purchase. When I contacted Flipkart customer care, they told they can not do it. Repeatedly told it was not my fault as I have selected 24 EMI option which I can remember very clearly and Rs.490 payable per month was mentioned very clearly. Again I am saying I had not received any EMI confirmation from Flipkart. I have sent many correspondence mails and requested to convert the payment into 24 EMIs. But they ignored my all requests. Today on 26.01.15, I have received another mail from them that - "We have confirmed with our Technical team and confirmed that you have selected 3 months EMI and not 24 months. You can get in touch with your bank and get the EMI converted to 24 month if you wish to". HDFC Clearly told it is not in their hand to reconvert. Only Flipkart can change it. Now my question is why they didn't send me EMI confirmation mail or SMS that day which they use to send after every transaction/Purchase???? If they sent, I could have cancel the order and ask for refund !!! Now they neither cancelling the product nor arranging for refund. Several times I have called them and tried to make them understand that it was their technical fault, not mine because I know my financial strength and I can not take the load of 3363/- EMI per month. I had opted for 24 EMI and 490/- per month only which I can pay easily. Only for 3 EMIs why should I bear 12% extra, can Flipkart tell me? I request all consumers not to go for Online shopping from Flipkart as they really dont want to retain old and genuine customers any more. Now I am looking towards justice. Either convert the payment into 24 or 12 EMI(minimum) or cancel the product and restore the fund into my HDFC Credit Card.

                I have purchased vulcan knight boots and was delivered on 1 dec. left shoe upper layer get peeled off and after contacting flipkart they informed me these shoes are out of stock and cannot be replaced. and for refund item is not eligible. pics of shoe is attached and is not repairable.

                  I purchased audio technica headphones ath-s-100 from flipkart.As soon as i got my product i was shocked to see that the company's logo on the headphones is completely tarnished and gives a look as it is a pre used one which is cleverly packed..Flipkart...i've nearly made 2-3 lakh worth purchases from you from many years and you finally broke the trust...I promise i would never ever purchase anything from flipkart.

                    Recently i bought a VTech Disney Pixar Wall.E(Multicolor) for my kid. Product description clearly says the following: Disney Pixars Wall-e Laptop Product Description Its out of this galaxy. Send your child into orbit with the adorable Wall-E Laptop that is styled to look just like the star of Disney Pixars latest hit movie. Young space explorers will discover 15 learning activities and games that teach letters, words, math, logic in five modes of play. The Wall-E Laptop features a flip-down QWERTY keyboard, moving arm controllers, an LCD screen and a winking right eye. From the description, it clearly says we will get a Wall e Laptop. But when the actual product arrived it was just a gaming accessory which will not work without a laptop whcih you again need to buy by paying more than 3000 rupees. Buying this product is a complete waste of 900 rupees. When called to flipkart customer care, they mentioned nothing can be done from their side. Could you please do the needful to get my money back

                      i have booked a laptop bag on 15/1/2015. but i have not received it till date. Spoke to the customer service guy Swapnil. But he too didnt have the clue about it. When i asked to refund my money he asked me that i have to wait till the shipment returns back to them...so again i have been asked to wait for 5 more days.

                        i bought a phone A&K C300. wastage of money in this product, sound quality is very poor, headphone is missing charger is damaged, when i called customer care i said i want another phone, i dont want to buy A&K phone, i want nokia 105 than she said maam mai kuch nhi kr sakti aapko replacement me A&K c300 hi milega, and her attitude was very bad . i said i, i dont want my money back . u transfer my money in my wallet than i buy a phone of my choice. these company are not cooperative, and these people are not solve my problem.. please resolve my problem

                          I had already talked to many personnel in Flipkart and also requested for replacement of phone Moto G2 which I had bought around 27th December 2014, as it has severe issue regarding its battery which gets drained out in 6-7 hours without using Internet & phone calls (i.e. it remains idle for 4-5 hours out of 6-7 hours). I had conversion with Flipkart customer executive but he resolved problem saying this is not genuine problem and wanna me to prove by getting certificate from motorola customer service center which is very much far away from my home. I am certainly not getting that what is use of their 30 day replacement policy. If customer is not satisfied with the product and product have certain defects then why he need to prove its problem on the other hand Amazon, eBay well known e-seller are giving at least replacement without asking their customer to prove the problem. Motorola mobiles are exclusively sold by flipkart only so how customer come to know that all android apps won't work on this Android phone, so how can you say this phone Android phone. This phone would have used its own operating system in which only that application will appear which gone run properly on it. This is totally ridiculous if some phone shows application which you install and then you come to know that this is unsupported app for this phone. I would request consumer complaint forum to please resolve my prolonged problem as early as possible. If possible then Flipkart should first credit amount of this phone to customer wallet as these are extremely unavoidable problems or the last resort is to replace it with new one.

                            I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G through E Bay Guarantee from FLIP KART on 16.01.2015. Cash on delivery. Payment was made on 16.01.2015. On 15.01.2015 FLIP KART sent me massage that Redmi Note 4G shiped at Jan. 2015 the invoice will be sent within 24 hours of delivery on my registered email. Also User Mannual was missing in the box. Still the Bill and User Mannual not received. Please provide me its Bill and User Mannual.

                            I lodged this complaint on 24.01.2015 and received massage from MOBILE No. [protected] on the same day at 08:20 PM that the bill is being sent on my mail ID very shortly. Today is 28 Jan.2015. Still I have not received the bill and User Mannual. My E-mail id is "[protected]@gmail.com." I also send message to Flip Kart on their mail ID [protected]@FLIPKART.co but the mail was received back with the remarks "the recipient server did not accept our request". What is the purpose of this mail ID.

                              Still no response from the flipkart side it's has been more than 15 days my product is picked from me and I didn't got my my refund back you guys are just extending the dates that's it...

                                i bought a Microsoft Lumia 535 from Flip kart which happens to have very flimsy case cover . When i contacted flip kart and said this not what i needed? i contacted Flip Kart CC all they said is there is no exchange and there is nothing they can do about it.. There is no 30 days replacement warranty for those who buy the product from certain vendors. Then why di they tell me 30 days replacement warranty. i thought Flip kart was giving a excellent customer service. but now i had to change my view on that. I do not have the control on which vendor is supplying the product to me. If anyone from Flip Kart cares about the customer service, they got to do something about this. [protected].

                                  I Ordered Sony MDR-XB30EX Extra-Bass Stereo Headphone(Black) through flipkart. Order ID: OD[protected] Seller: HeartySibling Order Date: 21 December, 2014 6:10 PM delivered on 26th December, 2014 1:13 PM but its not a genuine sony product. build quality and sound quality are very very bad. there is no specified qualities like tangle free serrated cord, gold plated 3.5 mm jack, hybrid silicon ear buds... and can see some glue is pasted on many parts of it..the parts all are very poor quality. there is a logo of sony but its duplicate... i paid RS 1099/- at 50% off for this product through debit card.its a big value for me . i requested to returning this duplicate product and cashback on customer care of flipkart . but they are not responding to my request. So please return this product and return my cash back

                                    Vijayalashsmi cooker 7.5lt with reference to order no OD[protected], the cooker was delivered on 23.01.2015, before the due date 28.01.2015. Thanks for the same. But the message i received was the mat will be delivered by Bodella Rajinikar cell no[protected]. But actually mat was delivered by some other person whose cell no is [protected]. I told him to deliver after 1 pm, since no person was there in the house at that time. But he refused. The material you have dispatched is manufactured in feb 2013. You have delivered old stock and the warranty card does not have stamp of purchase and date. In case of problem how to address. If you have told me that you will deliver old stock i would not have ordered. Please solve my problem immediately. Regards avramesh

                                    Spoke to customer and gave him options for refund or replacement as the delivery box shows manufactured in 2013 and manual shows 2 years warranty from the date of manufacture. However, customer said will consult with his family and get back. So provided customer care number with e-mail address to reach us and closing the case.

                                      I had purchased a 10000 mah sony power bank model CP-F5/LC/ULA for Rs.1499/- from FLIPKART delivered on 19.01.2015. My order no is OD[protected] and tax invoice no is 2835. When I tried to put a USB cord in the charger port for the first time, the whole USB port went inside the power bank. When contacted the Sony Service centre as per the instructions of FLIPKART customer care represenatative, he informed that the said power bank supplied to you is "duplicate" and not a original sony make. We have also showed the same to Sony India Pvt.Ltd Main service center at Andheri East, who too confirmed the same and showed certain logos and marks on the box which proves it to be duplicate. They instructed us to take up the matter with FLIPKart authorities as the said duplicate power bank was supplied by FLIPKART and not purchased from authorised sony center. We request you to please take up the matter of said Power Bank backqith FLIPKART and pay back Rs.1499/- paid by me . It is very surprising that a online shopping site like FLIPKART is supplying the goods without checking its genuineness while getting it from the suppliers. This not only malignes name of FLIPKART but also a reputed company like Sony India P Ltd. Please take up necessary steps to make good the loss borne by me and refund the said amount at the earliest. with regards, ADITYA KELKAR [protected]

                                        I ordered one Tickles Pile cloth back pack OD[protected], and I received delivery on 19.01.15 at 3:30 pm but the Tickles Pile cloth back pack was wrong shipment. Then I request to replace the Tickles Pile cloth back pack but second time also they have send me the same Tickles Pile cloth back pack so I want to cancel the order kindly refund my money back.
