I've placed my order, but it's saved in my cart only - I've also called on helpline no., but from there also proper response not received .I felt very sad that I can't shop from Flipkart.com, because of your poor services .I will not buy anything from your site & will never suggest to my friends/relatives in future . I have purchased the mobile Moto E on Fri, 23rd May'14. There were no issues at starting stage but after 5 months started facing issues like " Automatically its getting turned off " ..." call drops" ..." battery backup is low" . Till it is under the flipkart return policy it was totally good. But now after using the mobile for 5 months the flipkart is also not ready to replace the handset as it crossed the '1 Month return policy" by flipkart....
