I had ordered a leather jacket (order id:OD[protected] on 2nd january 2015 with a within a day delivery guarantee. I received a defective product the next day which they said would replace it. The next day they failed to deliver the replacement. On 5th january, a replacement was delivered in a small polythene bag(properly packed). Being skeptical (the earlier product which was right but defective was delivered in carton), I cut a small hole just big enough to see what is inside and found that it has a T shirt or a sweatshirt(not sure as I did not open it fully). What they have come up with is the option of refund! which will take another 5 days or so. I had called their executives a day before and literally begged them to make sure the replacement they give is not defective as the product was meant as a gift. Though being a flipkart first subscriber I feel humiliated as this was not expected from a brand like flipkart even after mentioning how important the product was for me. I will take this issue to the consumer court if they fail to provide any appropriate solution.

    I ordered beat tour headsets which whose price was rs. 13000 and offered price was rs 1300, I called five times in flipkart costomer care to make sure it's genuine and they said don't worry you are buying this at offered price.When they got delivered to me it was a fake one plus it was in polythene packaging.I called cc again and they said they will replace it and will make sure this time you will recieve a genuine one.After 4 days I got them and they were again a fake! Wtf you all think we are? ☺ I mean you completely are cheating and fooling customers.You need to fix this up, my email used for ordering [protected]@gmail.com

      ​Spoke to customer, she claims that amount is debited from account and order is not confirmed. When checked in payment portal we didn't received the amount and informed same to customer and please check with the bank and it within 5 business days the amount will reflect in your account. Hence closing the case.

          Hi, I have ordered Iphone5s and had paid complete amount 40k online itsel[censored]sing debit card. But once after receiving it, could see that there are lots of defects in the product delivered. -- Voice is not heard in ongoing call -- With speaker ON, voice is breaking and not heard. -- It hanged in Settings app. ill on nxt reboot, it dint recover. -- Keypad is not shown up in any app. When requested for return of the product, with no reason they blindly closed the request order.           Also please do call on alternate numbers provided if customer is not available on the number registered.

          I see that flipkart service is one of the bad service I have ever faced till now.

            Product received. Not ok with the Product Immediately return not possible - - This is the issue Force to pay money from customer and go for Refund. Why force the customer to pay money for the product that is not good. Why to go for refund if we don't want to pay on delivery and return the product. Customer has to waste money, effort, time If this so why go for online purchase with flipkart

              Hi I wanted to try flipkart as new customer.It is told that flipkart reduces your time and effort than the normal shopping.I had ordered few dresses and out of them some were correct fitting and good Quality.Some of them were not correctly fitting so I immediately gave it to Flipkart delivery boy.I would give money only for the products that I actually want to buy and return immediately the Product that i dont want.I cannot waste my time and energy in give money to delivery boy and wait for the refund. Now i think physically going and shopping would cost me less enegy and time. Flipkart if you have a refund policy why get money and why wait for 7 days after the delivery, you should also accept it immediately.This way only customers will have a convienece while shopping with flipkart and u will be. getting money and moreover your buisness will improve. With your current ploicy of getting money even if customer does not want the Product after immediately checking on same day and making him wait untill refund - i dont like it and many would not. Untill ur refund policy remains the same I will not be shopiing in Flipkart as I dont have time and enegry for going through this. I am a genuine customer who want a straight forward approch of checking the product and buying the product.if it more or less OK.

                Spoke to customer, she claims that unable to use the wallet amount and she used wallet and order watch she got the defective product and again refund is done to wallet account. When checked the customer already used the wallet amount and order the same watch and it is in shipped status and informed same​ to customer. She said if this time also received same defective product then what shall i do and informed customer that will do refund to bank account. Hence closing the case.

                    I bought Google Nexus 6 from Flipkart on 11th Dec. 2014. My phone screen cracked on 25th Dec.2014. I first attempted to call Motorola services centers including reaching out to their regional head. They catogorically mentioned that Motorola has not launched Nexus 6 in Indian market yet and hence the phone is not servicable. My complaint to Flipkart responded by asking for 48 hours to revert. Post which they again requested for 72 hours to revert. Today my call to follow up after more than 72 hours, they want more time to "REVERT". I am convinced that Fipkart is cheating its customers by selling non serviceable products. Would never buy again from filpkart. specially they dont seem to realize that a Rs. 44, 000 phone is expensive by any standards and buyer expects support when they pay this kind of money.

                        I bought a HTC desire 816g mobile from flip kart, there was end no. of issues with the first product i received than i complained they said they will send a replacement which they did, they promised me that the replacement they will send would be quality checked and better but the product they send is damaged and nothing is working fine with the device, i complained again to flip kart and they are not able to send me a replacement or refund my money back instead they are asking me to go to a HTC service center, which is not a policy of flip kart 30 days replacement or refund.I just need the refund now, fed up with flip kart and the way the representative speak to a customer. Literally was behaving like i have done something wrong and ordering me to go a service center. I have paid full amount to get the phone and now i don't have a phone to use. Please help me. Worst experience with flipkart will never buy anything from flipkart.

                            Purchased a Philips 40PFL5059 LED TV from the 5000 Series from Flipkart and was delivered on 28th Dec 2014 Sunday. Flipkart Advertises that the Installation and Demo of the Tv is done within 48 hours from the delivery of the product. I received a text message from Flipkart saying you have been booked for the same and that i will be receiving a call from the manufacturer.This was false since i did not receive any call from anyone regarding this matter. As i made a complaint against this i was Emailed that wait for 2 more days, you have been placed on priority basis. Well, 5 business days have passed but there have been no calls from the manufacturer and also no real assistance form Flipkart. I am not sure how serious Flipkart is about their customer service but one thing is for sure that Flipkart is false advertising their services and no real effort is been made to rectify their mistakes. By the way, i am still waiting for my Installation and Demo as my TV is lying in my living room waiting to be mounted on the wall.

                              Hi I have ordered HP KY619 3 Button USB 2.0 Optical Mouse on 12 December 2014 in flipkart through Net banking .it costs Rs 375. i cancelled the order on the same day itself. at the time i received a message like this your order was cancelled and Rs 375 will be refunded within nexxt 5-7 days.on 17th december 2014 again i spoke with them regarding money not refunded to my account.they told me the information which we provided on 12th december 2014 is wrong . it will take again 7 business day then again i spoke with them on 26th december they told me amount will be refunded within 31st december 2014. but still also they didn't refund my money .This is the order ID: OD[protected] .i feel great dissppointment with flipkart anymore.flipkart is very very Wrost Service providing .i never seen a such kind of .they are big cheats.

                                I purchased a Samsung 21L microwave oven today from flipkart.com When i opened the package and took out the thermocoil on top, the glass used for microwave cooking came out with it, fell down and broke. When i brought this to the notice of flipkart personnel on phone, they informed me that i shouldn't have opened the package until the technician from Samsung came. This was not informed to me either by the delivery person or any flipkart communication. The flipkart employee informed me that this information is present in their website. The consumer cannot be expected to read the website everytime he or she makes a purchase. Morever, even when i told them that i will pay for the glass, they said that i've to buy it from any Samsung outlet. Now, my new microwave is useless unless i buy this spare part. regards, Sumanth

                                  I had booked my order 'Redmi 1s' through Flipcart.com on 23rd of December 2014 after paying fully through credit card. My Order ID is OD[protected]. The speed post tracking number is EK[protected]IN. I have still not received my order as on 2nd January 2015. I have serious doubts about receiving my order in good condition by the stipulated date of 3rd January 2015. I came to know through your website that my order was dispatched by speed post on 24th December 2014; beyond that my consignment is traceless. I have also checked with my local post office and found that the consignment has not reached there. I have been doing online purchases through other platforms like 'Amazon' successfully and this is my first experience with Flipcart, which has been terribly bad. I also fail to understand why Flipcart uses the typical 'sarkari' speed post system, instead of a reputed courier, which is not used nowadays by any body. I have been touch with your customer care representatives regularly and what I get is only lip service without any satisfactory answer to my problem. Gradually, I have developed a negative perception about the quality of services being provided by Flipcart, before entering into a long term business relationship. In view of above, may I expect receipt of my order in good condition or a response from you at least.                                   I wonder they would have mentioned you the expected delivery date, they will surely reach your product on or before that,
                                  Kindly please have a bit patience.
                                  While it would have been much better if you call up and confirm with them, since its only Flipkart.com who will be able to help you out to sort this issue.

                                    Dear Sir, I had purchased Lenovo Idea Tab A1000 Tablet in Flipkart from WS Retail and delivered on 18th Sep 2014.                                         the complete feature and specification of the product is unavailable in the website because of this the product delivered in not meeting the requirement .We order a Baby toy in flipkart via order no OD[protected] because the specification of the product is unavailable we presumed that it is automatic driven engine when the product was delivered it is manually driven train.We immediately called customer care the response was poor & I requested them to provide me a exchange with another products which they completely neglected.I bought a product which I am least interested Kindly either refund my money or exchange it for a better product I am ready to pay the bare the excess.Kindly resolve immediately.
