I was buy mi-1s mobile on[protected], when i was start power button is not working at my first touch in my phone, i was complainted at flipkart customer care they are commited to replace the mobile till now i dont any response from the flipkart.

I Had a Bad Experiecne in Flipkart. I Bought a Blackberry Z10 Phone in Filpkart.But That phone has a so much of complaints like
1. Sim Slot not working proberly
(If the I put the sim card means it will detect and after few minutes it will display unknown error in network details. According that I changed my sim(new sims from my network operator) twice in a week.
2. Battery back up is low
(The Battery shows fully charged, But its switched of with in 3 or 4 hrs . Due to this I will reboot my phone 3 of 4 time in a day.if its switched on its shows 0% battery. this is worst bad experience.

I preferred the Customer Care Centre of Blackberry.
They Doesn't Repair the Sim Slot Problems.
Sir I have bought lumia 535 mobile through Flipkart From the day of purchase, we are facing some major functional issue such as, 1) Calls getting hold while talking 2) Calls getting mute while talking 3) Multiple Apps opening unknowingly while talking As this mobile is gifted to my father, I came to know late about the issues of this mobile, I kindly request Flipkart to refund me the amount and pick up the defective product. reply i got from [protected]@flipkart is as follows "Incident:[protected]" "Hello, Greetings from Flipkart Marketplace! I bought a mobile (Desire 816 Octa Core) on 29 April, 2015 from flipkart. when i started to use this phone it was working fine but after 3 days i found some technical issue in the same, so i registered a
complaint but after 2days i didn't get any call from flipkart regarding this issue then again i complaint another 3 times for the same and still i didn't get any resolution. i want to return this product. So i would request to concern person please take necessary steps to resolve my problem within required time period.

    Hi, I had purchase Blackberry Z10 after 1 month device is switch off than have gone to Blackberry Centre. They are saying this device is import from outside India we cant provide to services for the same. Now want to change my devices which is supported by Service Centre.

      I have ordered a REDMI 1S phone on flipkart, they delivered a defective piece(touch not working). Iam requesting them regarding this (to replace or to return the item)from saturday. They are not responding at all. They are saying we will contact you in 24 hours and its been more than 48 hours and still no one contacted me. I want the issue to be resolved AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.                 My Customer Reference number with Motorola:[protected] IMEI: [protected] I bought the device on[protected]. I am experiencing problems with wifi and date services connectivity...there is a problem with clock also...automatically it switches to some other time... i have been in contact with motorola support team for quite sometime ...they asked me to give the device to a service center in Vijayawada...but in vain...service center said that there is problem with motherboard and they changed the motherboard (as per their word) and this took more than 25 days...they damaged my device on the side panels...i am attaching a sample picture along with this complaint...the problem with connectivity and other issues still not rectified... Now I have reported to motorola customer care on 27th nov 2014...they are supposed to reply me in 24 hours and yet no reply and i am still waiting...I have requested to replace the device or I need the money back... I am sure the Flipkart and motorola should take the responsibility...it has created huge toll on my mental balance and loss of my data every time i reset the device after the suggestions from customer support... it is not a complementary piece that I can be least concerned...

                  i have ordered macro economics book by sachdeva class 12 cbse from flipkart and found out that the book did not contain some pages. on complaining to flipkart about this, they did not give a satisfactory response. they disapproved replacement for my order.

                        19 nov. 2014 i will carry globalite gradient sneaker shoe in size 8. but they shoes is not good . shoes grip is bigger than shoe so i change shoe order then replacement shoes .but they shoes size 6 and they shoe size is not my size my shoe size 8 and they are replace and third step in my shoes carry in size 8 but they are not change same problem in third shoes replace . standard shoes size 8 is my shoes size but it is shoe size 8 is small .so i am not comfortable in this shoes . i am live in kishangarh from ajmer. kishangarh to ajmer 35 km . i am gone ajmer and then this parcel collect but i am very upset.

I am going to sony service center they are telling this is not a sony product its a duplicate product we don't have authority to replace this product sir sorry we con't help u sir.

                            I took iphone 5s in july 2014, after 3 month the charger as dead, then i went to iphone survice center they proved me that the given charger is duplicate, in place of ASSEMBLED is there that "ASSEMDLED" the apple never makes this silly mistakes. i want to the exchange charger by original charger, if you dont it is a big remark to flipkart.and i will go consumer court within 5days

                                      Sir/Madam,
                                      I have received a defective product (HP compaq Laptop ) from flipkart dated 19/11/2014.Since second day of the product delivery, Laptop power button does work properly and laptop does not start up for long time on clicking power button.Also, abnormal shut-down frequently takes place.

                                      Post 5 days of delivery, I am forced to sumitted online application for return and money back dated 24/11/2014 going to flipkart site.But Flipkart is not taking proper action and return process is being delayed unnecessarily.Even Flipkart customer care number is useless and one can hardly talk to a customer care person directly, instead customers are being confuesd by voice-records.
