    Hi, I placed an order(PREORDER) for Nexus 6 through Flipkart on Nov 18th 2014. Order ID: OD[protected] Paid Amount: 43, 999 through EMI with HDFC Bank Credit Card I was curious and waiting for Nexus 6 very much, so i was interested to know the status of order, So i clicked contact us page of flipkart.com and followed the steps as shown in the screen shot attached. As expected i received a call from Flipkart at 3:27PM on Dec 4th 2014 from +91-[protected], and below was the conversation between us. Me: when i can expect the order to be delivered. Flipkart: Nexus 6 is released in India recently, we have no information about the stock as of now, but we will be able to deliver it by Dec mid i/e 15th Dec 2014. Me: Okay, Thank you the info. I was happy & Disconnected the call.. Surprisingly i received couple of messages from Flipkart at 4:46PM on Dec 4th 2014 saying that Order for Nexus 6 was cancelled and amount will be refunded. Then i reached support guys again using "Call Back" option from Flipkart Website and requested the status of my order, She said "As Customer requested the order was cancelled". This line made my Blood pressure to go high. I told that i did not cancelled the order and i did not provide any authorization to cancel this from Flipkart executive end. Then i replied to the email which i received from [protected]@flipkart.com saying the order is cancelled. But the response from customer support was careless, just they want to close this case by saying an apologize, which I don't want to accept it.     Just to add an update for this, I used EMI option for this payment, which was already converted into EMI and it was reflected in november statement which i already paid 1st month EMI with interest.

      Order ID: OD[protected] Items) Both of these games installs another application which gets updates from the internet. I am fine with the game application going online for activation and updates but being constantly online is not what I was expecting from these games. As I have earlier played crysis and far cry games, I used to play offline without connecting my laptop to internet. I really dont want these games as they require constant internet connection. Please Note : The so called "Product Specialist" seems to be in hurry and was very rude in declining my request. I never expected this kind of behavior from such a big brand like FLIPKART.

OF VEG.CUTTER MAKE "PRESTIGE, THE SAME IS BILLED FOR THE TWO, BUT IN A PACKED COVER IT LOOKS TO BE ONLY ONE BOX INSIDE, THE SAME WAS TOLD TO THE COORIER THAT BY JUDGEMENT THAT IT LOOKS LIKE TO BE ONE PC. INSTEAD OF THE TWO PCS. BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THE OPEN DELIVERY, WE ACCEPTED AND THE FULL AMOUNT AGAINST YOUR GOOD REPUTAION ASSUMING THAT MAY BE THE TWO PCS. IN ONE BOX, THE PRODUCT WAS ONLY SEEN AT YOUR SITE AND WE NEVER KNEW OF ITS SIZE, HOWEVER AFTER OPENING THE SAME IT IS ONLY ONE, EVEN OBIOUSLY IN THE PACKING SIZE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE AND THERE IS NO ROOM FOR THE TWO SEPRATE BOXES, KINDLY CHECK UP AT YOUR END AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE PLEASE.           I am regular customer of Flipkart and I am very disappointed to note the quality of material supplied by its sellers. I had bought three Apple Lighting to USB Data Cables last month on 12th November with order number OD[protected] from a supplier named - ShoppersGadgets, It is both shocking and disappointing that all three of them have stopped functioning and would not charge my Iphone. Under the garb of original apple products, the seller is selling fake data cables and there is no protection of customer from the end of Flipkart. Original apple products come with a warranty of a year and I would expect Flipkart to provide me with a replacement of original data cables which do not stop working in less than a month.

The price on product itself is displayed as 1200 and i have received a bill of Price as 1281.55 + added VAT/CST of RS 67.45 which is equal to 1349.00.                 order cancelled Dear I placed a order @ flipkart.com on 30th nov 2014 for the seller WS retail & they cancelled my order due non availability of stock. On 4th Nov I visit flipkart again they are selling same thing . they can not take order because product can not deliver same area where my last order cancelled last day. I called up to customer care regarding this issue & they replied due to seller(WS Retail)policy we can not deliver same order where same seller(WS Retail) took order to deliver same address I am mantioning my concern about online marketing fraud, 1- How can change policy on daily basis after receiving payment 2-Flipcart is not service provider. They are only generating data for demand of product & selling to companies for making marketing strategies of companies 3-Customer care is offering bribe when I said that I will complain in consumer court I have all the record which I wrote in complain like same seller can deliver product.                   I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT AND ORDERED A REPLACEMENT WITHIN THE 30 DAYS REPLACEMENT POLICY, FLIPKART IS NOT BOTHERED TO ENTERTAIN IT. NOW ITS BEEN A MONTH AFTER I DID MY FIRST COMPLAINT AND FLIPKART IS SAYING IT IS OUT OF THERE REPLACEMET POLICY. I AM BEING PROPER HARRASED FROM LAST MONTH. THEY ARE NOT EVEN CALLING BACK TO HEAR THE ISSUE.

                          My order number -OD[protected] .i bought a moto g nearly 3 months back...i was said that if i used a sbi card i would get a cash back by 17th october..but today is 3.12.2014..and no money whatso ever has been forwarded to my account...twhat should i do plz helhelphelp me...am quite dissapointed by this...

                            sir i have bought a product with orer id = OD[protected] and returned it...the refund amount which was to come for this is 1649rs out of which they refunded 300rs to my gift voucher but they are not refundiing my 1349rs...they promised to give me on 1st december...i called them and they said wwait for a day...then i again called them and again the same reply...i need money so urgently sir...kindly make them refund my money!

                                I have ordered (Order No. OD[protected] Micromax Canvas Juice A177 on 19.11.2014. I have received damaged parcel on 26.11.2014 by Speed Post. In side the box, i found a book instead of mobile. Immediately i contacted to Customer Care and informed about the problem.                                   Hello flipkart, i bought moto G 2nd generation mobile on (20 november 2014). order ID OD[protected]. this is my order id, but i have issue occur for open the camera it may occur for flickering and blinked display. so i call lock on (29 november 2014) return and exchange process. and then customer care side people said technical field person contact with you within 2 days. but nobody can call for me. and once again i spoke with customer care and request to complaint them. but till now also i can't get any call from them. so please kindly replace my device.

                                    Sir, On 28.11.2014 as per Web site Information gone through and ordered a product( MObile) " ALCATEL ONETOUCH FLASH 6042D . On the Website It was Displayed that 29.11.2014 is Last date of booking and 30.11.2014 is launch Date . But Still Flipkart Nieghter given an inforamtion nor launch details nor Order Update. There is No Compliant Redressal forum in Flipkart as such, They do not care of a common man money . I have paid the amount through my credit card. The amount was debited by banker. There is no response fropm flipkart side . Kindly address my issue

                                      Hello, Dear Executives, ORDER NO- OD[protected] This is Rajkishore. I have purchased Lenovo A536 Handset from online shopping site i.e, Flipkart.I have confirmed this order with cash on Nov 28th, 2014. I was facing some issues like, the WiFi doesn't detects any of WLAN network automatically. For this, I have to restart the phone and then it detects. The network signal which earlier used to be captured by Micromax Canvas and Nokia in full strength, the same handset fluctuates in this also. Directly, we can say cheap network ice or problem related to this. Some time touch screen in the hot key was bit slow, I mean I have to press 3-4 times for a function. Is this not, signs as a majority problem of this handset. Arrange something for me either replacement or refund of cash. Also, I am waiting fortoday response after I will be going to attach the complain with RTI. Let the Trust should not break on Lenovo and also Flipkart.. !! Right ..!! Stay Communicated, Regards

                                        This is just to inform you that I have received a used and faulty spice cell phone today from flipkart.com. I have paid Rupees 4747.00 to get a new phone but I am not sure how can you provide a USED, SECOND and FAULTY SCREEN phone to your customers.
                                        Whenever we buy a cellphone it always ask your information to put so that you can register your detail first then phone get started but it didn't ask any thing and just provided me home screen with all updating which required when we start a brand new phone. Also, Box was not sealed pack and phone screen have some fault and blurred.

                                        Now I am really irritated and frustrated because of your disaster service and going to file a legal complaint against your dramatic service as I have legal attorney in my own family. In coming 4 days you will receive legal documents and also I will use social media as well to show your sensitivity for your customers. I would request you to please provide me your address where I can send you notice for the same concern. Also, I have already captured some pictures and videos so that same can be provide in the court as a proof. I have again raised a complaint for replacement of the phone so that same another phone also can be shown in the court.

                                        I need your intervention in this complaint ASAP so that I can also show your response under this concern
