I had placed an order OD[protected], however as per flipkart they are not able to fullfill the order hence they would refund the money. There is absolutely no clarity regarding the return of money. The flipkart representative had been asking the bank account details on the phone, this is really unacceptable. I had been requesting the representative to send mail regarding the requirement of the details to do the refund, however she had been saying that it cannot be done. I think asking anyone's account detail over the phone is against ethics and policy. I would appreciate if a mail can be sent regarding the required details for refunding the money. Also appreciate if you can train your personnel to rightly handle these issues. Regards Pradeep

​Spoke to customer, he claims that we should not ask bank details over phone we need to send email​ and informed customer will take your feedback and we sent bank details also please revert it back. Hence closing the case.

    My name is Vikas and This is with reference to Moto X handset which i received on 8th Jan 2015 and I found severe issues with respect to handset heating taking place while talking or simply browsing on next day i.e 9th Jan 2015.. There are also issues pertaining to mobile touch not working in smoother manner and also while navigating to apps, they are being getting hanged up. I never faced such issues with other brand handset which i had used earlier and even after explaining so much to flipkart technical person, they are simply making a statement that heating is a very common problem with Android phones as if they feel that i am a new user of Android phone and i am new to Android market. This is a brand new phone and if such kind of issues takes place with such a mobile then i am not left with any other option rather than to return this handset. I received a call from Flipkart Technical person and was not at all satisfied with their approach/discussion..They are asking me to perform troubleshooting steps which is really ridiculous..I am a customer and if there are issues with new handsets, then as per 30 days return policy of flipkart.it should be taken back by flipkart. Flipkart is making false commitments of 30 days replacement policy by giving vague responses and with weird approach taken by their technical teams. Since Moto X can only be sold by Flipkart hence i am not left with any other option rather than to rely on Flipkart for Moto Handsets and they are making misuse of it by not addressing complaints properly. Request you to help me to get my money refunded back to my account or get it replaced with a new handset asap.

      Flipkart Website track package data is not reliable. They are not providing correct details. The customer support person also not considering my issue. They are sending template mails everytime. No updates for the product delivery. If I cancel the order also, i am not sure the refund will be given. Flipkart is just cheating.

      Still the product is not delivered. They have not at all updated the reason for this. The only update i got this is "unsuccessful delivery".
      i received a mail with a reason that i am not available in the address. i didnt receive any call and didnt even receive any contact number of the courier person. The customer care is saying they are unaware of this, because Ekart is some other department.
      I ordered Redmi Note 4G on 19th Apr'15(approx. a week ago) from flipkart.com, my order ID is OD[protected] and my firstflight tracking number is D991Q2721501, Delivery expected by Thu, 23rd Apr'15 Its still not delivered neither any updates are there regarding so..please tell what the hell is going on with my order..Why my order is soo delayed??..I have ALREADY PAID the money through debit card at the time of order because the Cash-On-Delivery was not available in my city(kanpur)..I need an URGENT REPLY..so please reply ASAP..thanks.

        My name is Prakash Punjabi. I had purchased redmi note mobile @8999/- from flipkart.com. I ordered it on 2.12.14 n received it on 3-4working days.(order id OD[protected], But there is some issue with mobile charging . So I had applied for return this item from my mobile app.& On 15.12.14 (redmi note)item was picked up by ekart courier service & I had received a acknowledgement from courier boy. I had received a message from flipkart service that refund is in processing and it will be credited in your bank account in 7-8 working days, But now till todays date 9-jan-2015 there is no refund credit in my bank account.even flipkart cusomer care had told me that payment has been credited to ur account but it was not done then flipkart customer support had asked for bank transaction details, i had managed the .jpg file(transactiondetails) to them also even then there is no responce, regarding my refund Ihad complained that to flipkart toll free number many times no one respond properly . Every time I was ensure by flipkart cc that payment will made by us shortly but till date there is no refund. I am highly disappointed by flipkart.com very bad service & no after sales service or help to the customers, no one in flipkart.com network is able to properly help me out with my refund process i am not free to call again n again to ur customer care n ask n receive the same responce .Kindly arrange me my refund ASAP or else I have to take the further steps or take the issue to consumer court as its already over time n its very badexperience with flipkart refund .

        FLIPKART.COM very bad n worst service, customer care call had received but he has just given me the trans id, pg trace id, trace no, rrn no. n told me to ask to my bank customer care regarding transaction, i had talked to my bank workers, but they r saying there is no transaction as per ur given id n nothing has credit in ur account from flipkart till now date 13/1/15 they had updated my passbook n shown all the details, again the flipkart is making poor alibi rather then giving my money back its already been 30 days till the days redmi note dey had collected from me,

          I bought one Kenstar Captain Induction Cook Top on 6th of October, 2014 on the Big Billion Day. After working for perfectly 2 months, it has now stopped working from the 3rd week of December. Big promises were made by you that it will always work well and all, but it doesn't seems to be true.             OD[protected] my order has been delayed, my mobile number updated is wrong, correct number is [protected], you delivery boy i think is not coming to given dilivery address, he is just calling on my mobile number and as it is wrong he is not coming to given address.
            tell your delivery man to atleast come to given address, it's my office address and 24/7 gards are present there.

                  Dear flip cart, any product i put in my wish list be it saree or Kurti or a Barbie moisturiser, Ur site shows it's not for my pin code, then how will i shop the product which interest me, Ur customer care exe also could not help me rather discouraged.This way I can never shop from flip cart which I earlier did and I don't understand how Ur site delivered on my pin code (same as today)one year back.pls help and cooperate, i desperately want to shop from flip cart otherwise I will be forced to shop from snapdeal which i don't want due to its expensiveness.pls do something asp.

                      Hello Flipkart Team, I have seen lots of comments you made on other online shopping website's that they are not delivering the best product to the customers. So it was appreciable for me to order it from your website but didn't expect that the product will demotivate me not to order t next time. I have order Sony Xperia Ultra Z mobile from your website on Tuesday and expected delivery was on Friday, but i receive it on Wednesday, 2 days before. I was very happy with the delivery you made it so earlier. But when i started to use that mobile on the same day, i was shocked as it was getting shut down automatically. It was not even completed 24 hrs with handset and i had face this problem. It was shocking for me that the product deliver from your side is not worth. I want to ask that "Did you really deliver the new handset? or it is that a used or defective handset? because normally the new handset never get shut down automatically. I believe to use and buy branded products, is that a question that sony xperia delivers the defective pieces to the customers???? This is the first experience i am facing from flipkart.                         I have ordered Lava Iris 310 style mobile phone from Flipkart. I have made the payment of Rs.3049 from Indian Overseas Bank on 18th Dec 2014. The payment was successful from Bank side. But Flipkart said they did not receive the payment and order me again. They assured me that the payment if credited would be refunded. So, I ordered again and got the item. But till date my refund is not made. When I contact them on phone, they keep saying that the action in this case has already been taken and advised me to check the bank. I am enclosing the bank statement for your reference.                             I have ordered the data card on 31.12.2014 for my friend in tiruvarur. I got the message the item is ready to shift on 02.01.2014. But I got the message that item has returned to seller on 07.01.2014. When I contact the Flip kart Representative Mr.sudir (at 11.05 PM), he has not replied properly and simply told that the seller only the resposiblity and not flipkart.Finally he advised me "Don't order anything in Flip kart if you are not satisfied". Really, I am wondered this type of customer care person will spoil the name of the flip kart same as Home shop-18.

                              Subscribed for Flipkart first service on Dec 23rd for Rs. 399 then and cancelled on 7th Jan. As per their terms and conditions mentioned (as below) they have make only one month deduction on prorated basis and refund the rest, which we were informed will come to 365.75. But once we hung up then we got a minor shock with an email back saying that we will be refunded only 264.75. On speaking to the cust. rep. repeatedly they say the 101 rupees is their service charge. We ask why it is not mentioned anywhere in their website or phone call earlier or in their email, then they say it is their "normal charges" and they do not need to mention or inform us about it or even give us any breakup. They are indicating that we can forget that 101 rupees. If we have any more heartburn then they will give us bunch of emails that we can follow up but that money is already gone and property of flipkart. Had enough of the stupid conversation with them. http://www.flipkart.com/flipkart-first/faqtnc#tnc Subscription Cancellation The yearly subscription can be cancelled anytime during the term. Refunds are pro-rated depending on the period of subscription already completed The rolling month in which the subscription has been cancelled would be treated as subscribed & refund would be made for the remaining subscription period starting from next subsequent rolling month. For e.g. if you have subscribed on 10th June 2014, but cancel your subscription on 20th June 2014, you will be charged for the month of 10th June 2014 to 9th July 2014 & the refund would be made for the period between10th July 2014 to 9th June 2015. The prorated monies will be refunded to the payment mode/account that was originally used to buy the Service or other available option You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our customer care on the number given on the Manage Your Subscription page.

                                I had place an order for a gents leather and steel bracelet vide Order.I'd. OD[protected]. I recorded the package today.(7th Jan2015). The item they delivered was a cheap metal coated bracelet with nylon wIres as strap. This product was nowhere to the product I hadhad ordered. Upon calling customer service, they are giving a stupid explanation that the product I had ordered is out of stock. Can anybody ask these what business ethics they are adopting ? If do not have the requested product, then is it not a fraud to send some other cheap item. Now they are saying somebody will come and collect the product and only afterwards the money wil be refunded to my bank account. Nice business ethics. I have lost faith in Flipkart and online shopping. Never never and never again shall I purchase anything online. Fine ! I[censored] are prepared to take the risk...

                                Thanks to Flipkart, that within 4 days they sent somebody to collect this item and refunded the value to my bank account. It seems they had made a mistake and apologisedfor it and took prompt action to pick up the item and refund its full value promptly...

Flipkart has asked me to place a fresh order for this product without receiving my money.How can i place my order without receiving my money? After recieving my money only i can place the order, but on the other hand it will take another 20 days to complete the process. so total days will be the 50 days for suppose to get the my product . I have a question, why can Flipkart will do my order on fast delivery mode . or other option as cash on delivery . I am feeling very low, by the behavior of flipkart team . I had a very bad experience, i will all of you please don't use flipkart services, they are not treatable. please help me as also i had registered my complain my nearest police station on consumer court.                                       Hii sir/madam, I was purchased moto g in the month of October 2014 from flipkart .Had a physical right side touch on the ground first time and the screen of my moto g is cracked .Touch still works fine.I am shock how can a my moto g screen was crack when everyone claims that screen is made to avoid physical damage... Now, sir /mam tell me what I can do I do...

                                        I had purchased a Bajaj coffee maker from Flipkart last week...they delivered a 2.5 years old product. After complaining to Flipkart they replaced it with a 3 year old product. Yet another complaint and they replaced again with 2.5 years old product...this is such a careless attitude by Flipkart by not making sure that they would send the latest product and not old on...it clearly means that Bajaj does not new stock or it is selling old stock and lesser rate...feels like I am buying something from OLX and not Flipkart...never knew flipkart also sells old products...it's an excellent platform for e-commerce... After too much of calls and arguments they raised their hands saying that they can't give latest product and only option left to me was accepting old product or refund... Please do not but anything from flipkart if it's highly discounted else you may get old inventory product

                                        Ridiculous way of handling complaint on this forum...I recd call from flipkart towards this complain...He hearheard the whole story from me again and said he would call me soon...its been almost 3 days and I have notnot recd any call
