Flipkart had floated a scheme on motorola phones "SBI debit and credit card holders get 10% Cashback on Moto G and Moto X for limited period on purchase above 10000/-". I had purchased a Moto G phone worth 11, 999/- and was entitled for a cashback of 1200/- . As per the flipkart-Cashback will be posted to your respective card by or before 17th October 2014. I had started a follow up with the company and then started a sequence of false promises and assuarance. The caashback date started hanging from 17 to 27 Oct, to 3rd Nov, 27 Nov and now they are just looking into the matter. This is highly unethical on part of such a big online portal.

The query has been solved. It was a bulk posting in account and it did not show the name in my bank details. This led to confusion. From Flipkart, I got replies saying it would be done by this date and further on, so it was too much of confusion. Sorry for the issue. Thank you

        To whomsoever it may concern. I have purchased a phone huawei honor 6 but as promised and also as per the phone's box. There is no headset provided to me with phone. I have used [protected]@rocketmail.com for transaction. So request you to please arrnge to send me the same asap. Always customer support service of Flipkart sucks... as i have posted on FB and even twitted on twitter but there is no single reply.
        Dear friend headset is not provided with honor 6, they provide u 2 screen guards.

          I ordered a micro max canvas knight 350 mobile on 29 Nov, 2014, order id OD[protected] got the product delivered on 01 Dec, 2014. Opened the box and did all the basic setting up of the mobile and found that the mobile was getting hot i[censored]se it for more than 5 mins, i thought it was due to the new mobile takes some time to get set it. i used it for 5 days and found no improvement, it was even worser, if i use to mobile for just 2 to 3 mins it gets hot near the camera and slowly it comes down and if i get a call i am unable to speak since my ears couldnt resist the heat. its so hot!!! Hence i called flipkart customer care on 06 dec2014 and explained the problen and requested fr a replacement they said that the product is curently out of stock only a refund can be issued, i accepted that happily since i am getting my money back for a defective product and i was very happy that flipkart has such a great customer service, the next day that is today 07dec2014 a guy named AMIT from Flipkart called saying that he will help trouble shoot my mobile to get the heating problem resolved. I said i had requested for a refund and even i got a mail confirmation that the refund request is under process and now why ur calling to troubleshoot, he said that there is no replacement or refund policy in flipkart and the good once sold cannot be taken back, i was SHOCKED to hear that from a flipkart representative, again he said the same and asked me to co-operate to troubleshoot. i said i wanted a refund and i do not want to troubleshoot. He again said flipkart does not have a refund or a replacement policy. i said i read in the website before ordering the mobile that flipkart has 10 to 30 days replacement or refund policy, he denied that stating its only for genuine reasons, i dont understand what is the difference between genuine reason and my complaint. Whoever reads this mail, please i beg you to refund my money, i will not buy online anymore, this is my first experience which turnd out to be a very bad one, please please its hard earned money, please refund it na, i will not buy any product online hereafter, kindly refund, i beg you

              I sai krishna purchased HP Laptop Adapter on 23rd December and I got the fake product on 27th December. Before ordering on 23rd evening I called you flipkart (customer Care rep) and I got confirmation from the rep like the product which I chosen was HP genuine and original even I am going to have HP logo on that(you people can check the voice recording also). But 27th December I got the fake piece which is having name called "HAKO". This is not the snapshot which is there in the website or as they confirmed. I have returned back it to send the genuine one. They confirmed there fault and promised me that they will send a genuine one for this time but on 7th December again I got the same fake product. Please consider my complaint and take proper action. Attached screenshots for your reference. Thank you.

                I was erroneously charged twice in succession for an order I had placed on 05th August 2014. The transaction reference number from the bank are given below: [protected] INR 1, 716/- [protected] INR 1, 716/- The above amount was the combined total for the below orders: OD[protected] – Rs 712/- OD[protected] – Rs 419/- OD[protected] – Rs 585/- Total – 1716/- I was debited twice for the above (total) amount. Since then, I have written dozens of emails to Flipkart to try and get a refund for the same, but to no avail. I have even supplied the bank statements of my account and details of transaction numbers from the bank to Flipkart. They always reply with - we are looking into the matter OR - we tried to contact you on the phone but you did not answer. They keep lying to me. It's been more than 4 months now and they are yet to refund my money. I would appreciate any help in getting my money back. Best regards Mohammad Raza Khan

                      Hello Cheater This mail is regarding order no OD[protected] Yesterday on 5th Dec 2014 at 7:48pm I talked to cutomer care person named Anil about the my refund and return pick up of Washing machine. He answered me that my amount will be refund after pick up and I will get 200 extra in my flipkart wallet as a compensation or token of apologies for the problem I faced. But this 200 rs is not showing in my wallet and today I called to customer care they told they not promised like this. I request you please check the recordings and refund me amount and 200 wallet money too. I sent back your washing machine by gati courier and Docket no is[protected]. You flipkart really cheating too much. I sent 20 30 mails and daily 2 calls for return pick up of my order but you not arranged that also. I called your customer care on 22th november at 9:46 am and your customer care ensured me that they will not deliver the cancelled order no need to worry then also you deliver. You really have very poor management and customer satisfaction. I have the cancellation mail also and all the recordings also. Please take action and solve my issue. I am really sorry I choosen flipkart but while doing next online shopping I will not repeat this mistake. I want interest on my 17990 rs which you are using from 15 days. If you can solve the issue Let me know otherwise I have option of Consumer court.

                        I ordered a pair of shoes from flipkart and when it comes to my doorstep. Firstly, he didn't handed over the courier, he said give money first then only I will hand over the courier else not. Secondly, when i said let me check, he all the way deny and said that's not our policy and i said if the pair of shoes is defaulted or any issue then. He said we are not responsible for anything, take this to flipkart. And he was talking so rudely and start abusing too. he said " lena hai to lo nahi to jaoo bc maat karo". I will take money then give u box. if anything wrong we will not take back.

                            I purchased the above mention phone. After two three days use its speaker stopped working. I tried to return that to be replaced. I had call from Banglore office trying to resolve the problem on line. I was keep saying that it is hardware problem but person was insisting by upgrading software it will resolve. I tried nothing happened. Meanwhile I had mail saying it will not be replaced. Flipkart has return policy up to thirty days.I have been refused in one week. Please advise me what should I do? It is not small amount which I ignore. It costed me Rs.19999.00, plus the inconvenience.

                                Hi, I had purchased 1 Seagate Hardisk(ODA[protected]YRCAY00) and 1 Lenova Laptop backpack (ODA[protected]YRCAY01). These 2 items I had purchased in 3 months EMI Plan, that time site for no hidden or extra charges will be their.Asper EMI plan Rs:2066/- every month deduct from my account, But every month my account for extra Rs:142/- deducted. Regarding this I tried to complaint in Flipkart customer care. But no one is proper responding and no one is taking right way of complaint. Those just time passing for my call.                                   I had ordered a dough maker Zeomark Dough Food Maker Order NO. OD[protected], when i received this product it was a scarp and damaged piece i made a replacement request i received the same after replacement so i cancelled the product on customer care they have imform me to give my bank details for the refund that i cant provide as there are more scams done, and for the same reason i buyed the product on COD MODE. The amount of the dough maker which i paid was just 217 rupees, so i just told them to pay me in cash as i dont want to give my bank details. There are no such policies mentioned in there website that if customer pays through cash no refunds would be made in cash. please help me with this its a fraud company. i want my money to be refund in cash.

                                    I bought a pair of shoe from Flipkart site with the brand name Fostelo and those shoes i have worn them only 4 times and those shoes botton has cracked and the skin of the shoes has torn up. This is my worst experience in shopping online. I hope my shoes will be replaced with the right ones once the company sees my complaint. Thanks

When I opened the packing, there was only 1 "The Nature's Co Fucus Anti-ageing Cream" inside, although on the packing box its written Quantity 2. I wanted it quick but now I am really disappointed. Please look into this and resolve it as faster as you can!

                                        Hi, I bought SONY XPERIA M from flipkart on 15th july 2014. But within september side keys of mobile didn't work.. Now screen becomes black often. Video recording sound also not coming now. I am not able to keep on walking to service centers. Now, I am losing the hope of flipkart. I strongly believe that Flipkart will provide me a necessary solutions than my expectations. For your information, I received mobile from PHONE LELO, Invoice no PL-9645.
