Placed my product on 10th of Dec 2014, and got it deliverd on 12th of Dec . When I have tried to switch on the phone it was not working so went on to call Flipkart CC to find out the replacement for the same. Called them on 15th of Dec to place a return request to refund my money or request for new piece and the response I got from them is "will resolve your issue in 24 hrs". So waited fro their call on 16 dec but no one called me so I have to call them again on the same day after waited for 24 hrs as per their timeline but dinot get call from them so waited till 17 th dec and I went on to call them but diappointed to hear from them again that have to wait for another 24 hrs. On the whole my waiting for 24 hrs is kept on going till today 20th of dec but no solution for my query. I don't know as what is the problem they are facing to resolve this issue. In this juncture a getting mails from them saying that The below mail I got from them on 15th dec as We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected].

    I am surprised to today as flipkart also doing the same, today when I receive the BOX & open it in front of EKART courier person found no consignment is in box it's empty. This is prove that how they cheat with customer. Pl lodge a complain against this issue already i had paid for this but did not received the material. Pl help me...       Dear Sir, Reference Flipkart Order No: OD[protected] As I am a regular customer of flipkart (buying 3 to 4 items every week) and I do appreciate their fast and one the best service comparing to any other online shopping websites. But this week as I was outside office, I asked one of my office colleague to use my laptop which was at office to place an order for 2GB DDR2 RAM(2 Nos.) I did get the RAM but the bus speed of the RAM was 800 and was not compatible with the motherboard I am upgrading. I needed 533 MHz Ram and I requested for a change. The product specialist called me and as expected, he was rude and very plainly declined that he cannot exchange nor he can refund the amount. I am seriously not expecting this kind of behaviour from such a big online brand like FLIPKART. Please help me to get my money back as I had to pay cash from my pocket. You cant simplycancel the order after 11 days . The delivery date of the product was 18th dec. When I didn't receive the product I mailed Flipkart and was promised again that i will be delivered this product within 5-6 days. And today I got mail showing your appologies that your Courier Partner cant deliver the product to me. Whereas other product by Flipkart or Snapdeal, Amazon etc is being delivered at my place. Please... I dont need your appologies. Take necessary measures to deliver the product. I need it any how. How can u cancel it and make your customer fool ? Kindly change your shipping partner as other competitor like snapdeal amozon etc are delivering products to my place at right time. Now its flipkart problem to deliver the product.           Dear Flipkart team, My debit card misused some other persons, I reported to jaggampet police station i received F.I.R copy, and submitted to ICICI Bank and received transaction details(FLIPKART PURCHASED, 12, 999/- purchased ID: INN/FLIPKART.CO/[protected]/0) These are all process done with out my permission. I don't know exactly who were misused my debit card so can you please provide the customer details and also please stop product delivery.           after asking refund money from flipkart, just after 1 minute one call came from this no. that people said i am from flipkart and asked my atm no. and said 1500 rs extra he will transfer actually my mobile cost is 12999rs but he told that he will transfer 12999+1500.

              Your distributor came in to deliver the order I had placed and well yeah there's only one thing I like to say that teach them some seller ethics. I mean seriously, he came with the product and I "SINFULLY" asked him to wait for some time so that I may go and get the money from the atm and he agreed, when I came back and called him again to receive the product he said to me, " madam you can willfully reject your order I have came far from your address now." Moreover he sent me message "please reject your order". If he couldn't wait, he shouldn't have agreed in the first place. He didn't have the courtesy to wait for a few minutes. You know what even if I ignore this, the way he talked to me, as if he was doing some favour by delivering something I had ordered.So, harshly seriously, is this the way to deal with your customers. You people our doing a tremendous job providing us with these online services but incidents like his really set you back. ID WSRC [protected]

                  I have ordered two cell phones, Redmi 1s and Huawei honor Holly. Actually first i ordered Huawei honor holly then Redmi 1s. I log on to flipkart to cancel the order but it site exclaimed that if you will cancel the order for honor holly the Redmi 1s will also be cancelled. So i didnt cancelled the order instead i paid for it and thought that i would apply return request. But when i called costomer care the told that you cant return the product. I sont want Huwei Honor Holly pricing 7000 rs. Seeking for your Help. Phone is still seal packed with me in box.

                    Sir, i was purchased a Redmi back cover for my Red mi Note mobile, i provided shipping address "Hyundai Engineering and Construction Company, Behind Tilam Sangh, Rawatbhata Road, Kota, Cable Stayed Bridge Project ( Hanging Bridge) Kota, Rajasthan - 324010" and flipkart accepted to deliver item at this address, flipkart massage me since last two days that "your item will be delivered today before 7 PM" and next day when i talked to flipkart costumer care they said your order is cenacle because u did not accept item. when i was called to delivery person they said "i will not diliver item at your location, you have to come at my venue to receive this item" and talked abused also.                           I ordered an item worth rs 5490 from flipkart but received an empty box inside it. the item i ordered was a Ray Ban Aviator glass but what i got inside the package is an broken sealed box of Ray Ban and a pouch for the glass. i didnot expect such fraud activity from flipkart.

                                  I bought a Moto G on 21/6/2014 form Flipkart.Billing Details are follows. Order ID: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] VAT/TIN: [protected] Service tax #: AAACW8725FSD001. On 24 Nov 2014 suddenly it stopped working, and I approached a customer care center in kochi. They told me they will register this and will return only after 15 days because the parts should come after my complaint is registered. After 15 th day they given back my phone and told the board got replaced, when I reached home I checked it and found out that it only 8GB phone. Again I went to the same service center they changed the board at that time itself. It worked fine for one week and again the sound is lost. Again i approached the same service center in kochi, they told me i have to wait for 7 days to get repaired. Why this much time required to correct the phone.                                     I have booked an mobile with an order ID OD[protected]. When I booked the order status was confirmed &amp; Flipkart was debited money from my account. Also I got an confirmation mail &amp; message from flipkart. After a while my flipkart page showing as payment not received for that Order. On contacting flipkart they said to contact with bank &amp; bank also confirmed that the money was successfully transferred to flipkart . But still flipkart saying my transaction was not successful.

                                      Hi I brought product on 03-dec-2014, and the product is not working from 16-dec-2014, if i call to customer care they are telling that 10 days warranty policy has been expired. Meantime i went to service center, service center people denied to do service because they will not do service for the online product But your people are telling to go to service center. After explaining to your people that service center people denied the service, then your people are telling that they will take the complaint, and i have to wait until 20-Dec-2014 And one more thing that when i am giving the complaint that non of the option is working like service people not providing the service and why need to wait until 2-Dec. immediately one of your customer service people [ Mr Sunil ] cross questing and validating me that when i am giving the complaint that sunddenly your you went to service center, when you did the complaint, when you brought the mobile, This is the way you are providing the service to customer, really bad service i never this kind of service from the flipkart, if you are not delivering good product, please stop providing service to the customer, You are not providing good product and even you can't able to have good service center for repairing the product one thing I need to mentioned here I am going to file the complaint on flipkart and i am going to post the comment in Twitter and Facebook and all watch able sites in online Surely you have answer for the bad service which you have provided to me
