Your service sucks!! You have lost one customer!!!
I ordered an earring from you guys and received a default
earring! The same day when I raised the issue to replace the ear ring, I
received a couple of messages/emails saying they would. Now its been over a
month (Does it really take more than a month to deliver a product???) and there
is nobody to collect the default piece, you guys never turned up. I have called
your customer service so many times- No doubt they speak so well and keep
assuring you that they will take it as a high priority or they will escalate
the issue and all they have done is postponed the pick up for the replacement.
When asked to refund, you guys are not ready!!The first complaint was done on
Oct 21st. After several call, when called on 20th November to check the status
and ask you to collect by 27th Nov, you said I would receive by 27th ; when
called on 25th nov to check, you told 12th Dec and also 27th Nov(assuring more
on delivering on 27th Nov), the email to track order shows both by dec 12th and
Nov 27th. when called today (27th Nov) to check you said the pickup would be
done on Monday 1st Dec. I will wait till Monday, and if I don’t receive it I
will post my concern in consumer forum.
I am highly disappointed by your service. I have done enough
of the waiting. Please don’t tell me you regret the inconvenience
caused! – I’m tired of hearing the same over and over from you and also dont tell me you will look in to this, because you have been looking from Oct 21st. Disgusting!!!
