    I booked my order with you against order no. OD[protected]. The consignment of the good was sent by you through Delhivery Courier against their tracker no. "awb[protected]". I received sms on 27 December that the consignment is out for delivery and will reach me shortly. I repeatedly contacted Delhivery people on their phone no. [protected] however, every time I was given assurance that the consignment is on the way however, it has not yet reached me after a lapse of 3 days. Please look into the matter and ensure that the delivery of consignment is made today i.e. on 30.12.2014. The poor services rendered by the Delhivery people are very pathetic and you are loosing a customer like me who will think twice to book order with your couriers are lazy and making fun with the customers.     Spoke to customer, He wanted to cancel the order because of the delay, Informed customer to provide us some time so that we can update the status on the delivery, Customer agreed to wait till tomorrow.
    I am writing to issue a complaint regarding a recent product wich I ordered from flipkart on 29th Feb. On 3rd March I recived a message stating the product is out for delivery.
    I called at your customer service center for four times but so far did not get any solution of my problem. Though I shop many times from Flipkart but never faced this kind of trouble ever.
    When contacted on the number provided in the message the 1st agent was not of much help to me, 2nd agent garrenteed me the delivery in the in end of the day, talked with the same person again said the samething, the 3rd agent to whom i spoke was nither of any help infact he was being anoying, and was arrogent.
    I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as early as possible.

        Customer didn't respond to the call, When checked the product has been shipped through speed post and the replacement product will also be shipped through SP. However, we found that replacement has already been created so closing the case.

                This is how FLIPKART .Sells - fake Apple products on there site - AND USING AKOSHA WE WANT TO TEACH THEM A LESSON THAT THEY DON'T FORGET! We as Indian consumers dont face this issue again. We bought two Apple Magsafe adaptors for our macbook's. Within a month's time our apple laptops started having problems. Apple's authorised service center said - our mac's needed repairs to the tune of 30k each. on finding what was causing this . they said the adaptors which we were using were fake and they confirmed it. with apple india by cross checking the Serial Nos which proved that the Seller along with FLipkart were selling smuggled goods and fake products manufactured in china. We immediately notified Apple global service center and Flipkart Customer Service. When we went to flipkart raising the issue - Every day we got a new incident id - every time a new person to talk and explain the issue . Our mistake was that - we believed APPLE's india website - which shows flipkart as there( apple.com/in/buy/catalogresellers/) When we raised the issue with Flipkart they said they will offer a refund to which we said NO and asked for a replacement to which SHOCKINGLY they sent the same FAKE PRODUCTS AGAIN - we immedaitely seized the products delivered and refused to return as we are exploring legal options. And we gave them a last chance to ensure they agree to their mistake and offer to replace. And now after posting our review on social sites ( http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Flipkart-com-review-lulnnmmnos), they have started harassing us so much that with a new guy calling us every day and saying we cant help you, even if we replace the seller is going to send you fake apple products only - this was shocking to hear and when we asked why cant you change the seller they said do what you want but this is what will be done. We have the recording and are planning to file an FIR. I want to understand how can they get away from this - How can they continue selling the same fake apple product, who is going to bear the cost of selling fake products - we have lost our laptops . and have not been able to use them for the past 1 months . The worst part is they are still continuing to sell the fake apple product to millions of customers in india fooling each one of them ( flipkart.com/apple-magsafe-p?/p/itmdg5fbpwnjsnx8?) On the site it says 1 year warranty . As, mentioned in our previous mails - we have not been able to use our computers, with these adaptors and have incurred severe losses. We have also seized all the four fake Apple magsafe adaptors, none of the product have been returned to ekart logistics secondly we have taken all pictures of both the delivery guy and the fake products re- shipped by flipkart for the second time. We have solid proof that Flipkart is selling fake Apple products in their site and encouraging shady vendors to sell fake Apple products. This is unacceptable We need you to act, and send us original products . Do let us know if going legal helps you to act faster . This delay by Flipkart in processing our replacement for original apple mag safe adaptors, seems to show that Flipkart, encourages vendors to sell fake products and is continuing to sell fake products.                   I had order two SoRoo Sony wired headphones Violet order item ID[protected] vide order ID:OD[protected] on[protected] amounting to Rs. 400/- inclusive of shipping charges & VAT. It is delivered to me today at 1.30 pm i.e.[protected]. But to my surprise when I opened the package I found only one item. I requested the courier man to take it back but he didnt took it & told me to call ur customer care number. I tried calling but I was not satisfied with your customer care services.                         The tamaron18-200 of following details purchased through flipkart by me found defective.On directing flash light through the lens I noticed two spots of fungus and dust in the inside rim which was not visible for normal vision.                             I bought two Weardo Solid Men's Polo T-shirt one black and the other merun color.Initially the product was looking good and I was happy.Later after the first wash, the black shirt had torn near the collar, which was not their before, The t-shirt is some old piece and its getting into threads after the wash.I am disappointed, as now i cant return it also, because i had washed it once .This is my first purchase online and i dont know what to do now

                              Hello Team, I was sent an SMS, that my Item (New Nataraj Compact Cradle) will be delivered today before 7 pm by Praveen N ([protected]) at 11.32 AM, 28 Dec Till now, I have not received my Item, but I have received another SMS saying that the item has been successfully delivered at 1.47 PM, 28 Dec Can you please confirm, to whom my Item has been delivered and why are they sending wrong Information. I am not able to call the Courier wala. Please let me know, what has really happened and I need it to be delivered today only!!! The Flipkart is not ready to share the Ekart Number also, and they are also not ready to resolve my Complaint immediately -- With Regards, Ashok [protected]

                              No response from customer when checked the logistics has confirmed that the product is delivered to customer and spoke to him, Hence sent mail to customer and closing the case.

                                Hi i have recently purchased a TP Link wireless modem through flipkart on 26th December for Rs 1465 for my father in law. On receipt of the equipment, i was made aware by my IT technical person that it does not meet my needs and specification. I therefore wanted to order another item from flipkart which was more expensive than the previously ordered item. I was shocked to hear through your customer service personnel that the modem cannot be returned. This is the first time i heard that such a reputed online shopping website that is competing with others like Amazon and Snapdeal has a no refund/ return policy on my item. The customer care exective Mr Imran Khan kept telling me that there is somewhere written in the website that my item is non returnable but there lies my questions a. Why was this not highlighted at the time of purchase? As a customer, i could have consciously chosen whether to purchase or not? b. How can an item which is unpacked and not even opened cannot be refundable? Others like Amazon offer 10day return policy with full refund on all electronic items and 30 days for others? c. As a customer, am i expected to invest that much of time that I should read the fine lines somewhere on the wesbite or rather find the return/ refund policy hasslefree? I am sure that i am not expected to read everything on the website - i am in no way becoming your website analyst, am i? I am extremely dissapointed with this - my item is an expensive item which cannot be reused. i would like to receive a response on my complaint and i am pretty sure that you have made me frustrated enough to not buy anything from flipkart any further in the future. Also, i would not be advicing my friends and family to buy anything from fliparkt unless i get a full refund for my product. thanks Ankur

                                  I have ordered two soroo sony headphones on flipkart each of cost Rs. 150 with delivery charges of Rs. 50 on each But i recieved only headphone within the package with the amount payable on the package of Rs. 400. I have paid Rs. 400 to the courier man and got the package with one headphone. Order no.[protected]

                                  Spoke to customer he claims that he order for 2 quantity of sony earphone but he received only 1 quantity and that is also defective so created the replacement and informed same to customer. Hence closing the case.

                                    I have purchased Alcatel One Touch Flash from you vide Invoice no. Blr W f l d [protected] did. 5.12.2014. This instrument does not show name & photo of incoming caller. And does not activate roaming automatically. I have installed new SIM today, but nothing have changed and my complaint remained as it was. Another problem with Instrument is, it gets On & Off frequently.                                       i buy a lotto shoes when my parents were not at home . i showed my order to them .they didn't like the colour of shoes .so i cancelled my order and ordered another pair of shoes of lotto of same price . but the cancelled order came to my home . i received it thinking that it is not my cancelled shoes . so I had requested flipkart to return the shoes.but i am not getting any support .please help me .thank you .
