I was told that the money will be refunded within 5-6 days whereas it has been a month these people are not refunding my money. I gave my dad's account number so the refund was not successful. Then I was asked to send a picture of my pan card as a proof. And they assured me that the problem will be resolved now. I did the same. But now it has been more than a month my money has not been transferred in my band account amd nor in my flipkart wallet. I am boycotting from this shopping store. It's disgusting how you fool your customers. Nonsense.

    I purchased a Micromax canvas nitro from flipkart on the big billion day(Order Number-OD[protected]. And within a month it stopped working.It is neither getting charged or switched on. Could not contact the customer care number as I did not have any spare phone to raise the complaint. Now flipkart is not registering the complaint as it is just 4 days over a month. Would like you to take immediate action on it and get this resolved.

      Good Day I had ordered a Godrej refrigratior from the Flipkart online shopping portal with order reference no. OD[protected]. The said product was delivered to me on 02nd Nov 2014, with a promise that the service engineer would visit us within 48 hrs to initalise the product and stamp on the warranty certificate. Despite multiple communication with Flipkart, which I have on record, the issue has not been resolved till date - i.e. 16th Nov. The only thing I get back from Flipkart customer care is that the problem would be resolved in 24 hours, but nothing. Now, I'm in a situation where the product is lying at my place, however, cannot be put into use as the product technician is not showing up, due to lack of follow up by flipkart. My request for refund has been met with deaf ears I earnestly request you to please assist me in getting the product refund.

        I have ordered a moto g 2nd gen mobile through flipkart through the order id OD[protected] through ws retailer on october 1st, 2014. Its mentiones that if i pay through debit card they 'll give me 5% cashback and i did it accordingly. They told that they will give 650 rs in to my account by november 15th. But there is no reply yet... Please look in to it.

          Hi All, Order ID: OD[protected] I hope most of you are aware of the most fraudulent e-commerce service of India, one and only Flipkart. This is not new to the customers like us, as you must have heard of the bakwas flipkart service and cheating. I am writing this mail in public interest, so that at least some of you will be cautious when you need to buy from flipkart. For viewers understanding, let me describe my issue again. On 8th of October. I had placed an order for Moto G second Generation worth Rs:12999, and the expected date of delivery was 18th of October. Well, I was notified by mails and SMS that product is been dispatched, and I was eagerly waiting for the day. But I had not got any delivery from flipkart even after 18th. I called up customer care in frustration and asked for the status.. one lady spoke to me, and said it has been returned by me. I got surprised, then I made myself to come out of that shock and asked her for the details. She argued with me that for sure it was rejected by you, then i replied back how come I can receive the product and return without having any call from executive, and I asked for a proof for the visiting of their executive to my place, she has no proof for that. After arguing with her for sometime, she agreed that it is a mistake from their side and started asking sorries . I shouted on her for that, and asked for the compensation and she agreed to refund 10% as token of apologies. Till here it went like this.. now the actual drama begins.. She said refund will take 1week time. I waited for 1 week, . I didn't get refund. .. called up customer care.. and i was asked to wait for 2 more days. Again.. my turn started.. kept on calling them. but the answer was same, "Concerned team is looking into your issue"., for my understanding they would have taken 1 day to read one line of my complaint. But still ok, I said take actions to get the refund in a day or two. again they committed on the confirmation date as 1st of Nov. Again my waiting turn has started., but refund didn't happen on the said date. Again called them up, and spoke to one of the nice guys from Flipkart (must me a manager). He said refund will happen with in 90 mins. But I was very much impressed by his way of handling the customers and degrading themselves.. he agreed that they are the worst providers in India, if you are not satisfied you can go for any other ecommerce site.. that was the answer from Mr.Lohit Kumar, which I never heard from any customer care people of any service provider. I said. I am not bothered about your business. I want the refund to happen by endof the day. he said it wont take much time than 90mins. Cool.. again it didn't happen.. again called up flipkart. and the new random date given was 03rd of Nov. Fed up of their replies and same useless answers.. and now the date is 06th of Nov. Could you guess what happened now.. u must be thinking I would have got the refund..?? No I didn't get it. Imagine how helpless I was, I had to request them to giveback my own money..:( Now the new random date is 13th Nov.. So you thinking I have got the refund on 13th.. No friends.. those cheaters again showed their back.. Refund was not done.. Now the new date is 16th of Nov.. Still I am not sure about it.. but I had got a message about it on 17th Nov, that credit is done.. Thank god. Now could anyone tell me.. what kind of compensation I can ask now.. they cheated me by giving false commitments and rude answers, it took more than 1month for the refund to happen. By considering my experience with great flipkart.. do you dare to raise an order??? I would like to request you not to consider flipkart for any kind of purchases.. their products are not genuine ..specially laptops and mobiles.. they are delivering faulty products. Guys don't waste your money and time .. Now requesting consumer complaints team to do justice for the time i have spent with flipkart people.. Regards, A Flipkart Victim..

            Hello i have purchased a moto g 2nd generation on 22 october and moto g 16gb ist. and now is is not working as a new works. i gets hanged and if a video is running and then we receives call it dont stops video player so we are unable to talk on phone . its really slow in processing. and the charger is also not working . Kindly look toward this immidately

The items were delivered on 17/11/2014 @ 1.24 PM but the size of one Rain coat is XL ( Cover marked as XXL). This may please be changed with correct size.

                Order no- OD[protected] I bought this product on 3rd nov 2014 and got delivered on 6th nov but soon after delivering of this product i realized it was worthy product so i requested for refund of money and return request but they have simply rejected my request even after calling thrice customer care they say its against their return policy they can only replace the product if its faulty they can't return it.                   I have purchased Micromax 32" LED television from flipkart which was shipped in 20th October, and I was informed that the installation of the same will take place within 3 working days. Today is 16th November. I have taken more then 100 follow ups with the flipkart and micromax customer support service... And I am still told that they are working on it. Its been really frustrating for me. I am planning to lodge a complaint in consumer court against both flipkart and micromax.

                    On 6th November I ordered the beats pills from your website flipkart.com.In the package I recived a beats pills on 12th of November which contained the Beats pills one USB cable and one AUX cable. But I checked on the internet about the same product and I found the product i recived is quite different packing as well as the content was different The original package is supposed to contain one original Beats pills the beats logo sticker, some booklets, a case for the beats pill, original beats USB cable, one original beats quality AUX cable and an AC adapter but the package I recived had nothing of that sort. Moreover the bluetooth range is hardly 2ft and the NFC feature doesnt work Though you have promised to replace it with another of the same kind you have insisted that it is the original Beat product - I still get a substandard product Aditya Manan Choksi

                      Hi, I am Indira Bhoumik.I have been shopping from Flipkart since a year now, and until date I had a fairly decent experience with them. That is, until, I trusted them enough to buy a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone this 11th November, which is when things got really disgusting. The product specs, and I checked them 5 times that day, showed that the Samsung Galaxy Star 2 SM-G130E was a 3G handset. Also, a search for 3G Smartphones on Flipkart rendered the device on their list of 3G Mobiles. I was perfectly satisfied and placed the order, but by the time I received it, I discovered how shockingly I had been befooled. Not only is the mobile a 2G phone with no support for 3G whatsoever (which already makes the device useless to me), it also gets heated up like a burning furnace every time I try to browse the internet. Confident about Flipkart's refund policy, I lodged a return request, which is when they delivered the second shock, that I could not get a full refund or even a new 3G device even if I decide to pay all additional costs for the new 3G mobile phone! All I could do is get a stupid replacement of another new handset of the same Samsung model with the same old "no 3G support"! Flipkart has claimed that the seller doesn't have a full refund policy under "normal circumstances". But these aren't normal circumstances! There website misdirectingly stated that the device was 3G, a a mistake which they have very cunningly corrected after receiving my complaint I might add. Now the website clearly states how Samsung Galaxy is a 2G phone, though that was well after they got me to trash Rs.4, 290. I didn't ask them to have the money refunded to my account so that I could buy a a 3G phone from somewhere else. All I am asking for is that they have the cell phone picked up from my house, render the amount I paid in my Flipkart wallet so that I may buy a costlier smartphone from Flipkart and from the same retailer WS Retail. Thus no one loses. But it seems Flipkart's ridiculous "policies" are more important to them then actual customer satisfaction. And they have refused to let me replace the device for a costlier 3G one from their site.I ahve until now been exceptionally cooperating, but I have lost valuable time ringing up their customer care agaiun and again for 3 days, waiting for a mythical phone call from their "Technical Dept." which was to come on 15th Nov, then 16th Nov. and as per my last call to their office a few moments ago, 19th Nov. I am within my rights to demand compensation for damages, but as of currently, all I ask is a refund to my Flipkart wallet and a discount on the price of the Moto E phone which I intend to buy instead. Thus, they have their mobile back, and I have a 3G phone at a discounted price (compensating for the loss of time and mental disturbance I have been caused) to purchase from the money rendered in my wallet.                         have placed a pigeon cooker 3litr on flipkart worth 800 INR...after receiving product ...I checked with barcode in the box..shocked, tat the product price is 599 n the product is not I ordrerd...but same like...I booked for 102 model.but delivered is pf2 model...cheating customers like this...how common people can trust n buy in online market...if I did noticed, I tooo be a fool...pls don't be silly like tis

                            I bought SONY TV from flipkart online worth of Rs.74, 000 on October 11, 2014 . They promised me to send engineer for installation. Since then Till now, i am waiting. I have called them 40 times, daily their executives and team leads will promise to send the installation team to my house and again, i have to complain. from Past 35 days, this is exercise of 40 mins, they will keep me on hold, keep on transferring the case and again next day, i have to explain them the issue in detail every day. They will promise like anything. Every day for 40 mins, my Blood pressure will increase. Any one just help me, how to complain against Flipkart in consumer forum and to get my services done ?? please help any one...what to do now ?

                                The Service at Flipkart is very bad ! For Those who are new to online retailing please do not purchase your products from this website, I ordered a simple mobile cover on 4th November 2014 and today the date is 15th November, Over these 10 days i have received TWO Products that do not resemble my original order at all and after being replaced i am sent another cover with does not resemble the original order, and on contacting Flipkart of this situation, they refused to register my complaint and further more do not call back after sending a message that they will. I am truly amazed at the casual attitude of THIS WEBSITE FLIPKART ! I am a regular customer and if they can treat me like this i wonder how the treat new customers.

                                  I have ordered Asus Zenfone 5 on 6/10/14. The order nu was OD[protected] amounting to Rs. 9999. It was scheduled to deliver on 18/10 but they extended it upto 24/10 but when i called them because of not deliver on respective date then they told me to wait till 30/10. During this period there was no updates regarding product from Flipkart side. Even Flipkart agent also can't get me the exact location of product. On 28/10 customers agent called me and told that my order has been missed by them and can't deliver and have to cancel this. They canceled the order and insure me to refund upto 6/11. Again they are not able to refund me on given date and date extended to 12/1. Again they are not refunded me and extended to 20/11. On 14/11 i got my cash back to my a/c. But i have faced a lot of irresponsibility from there side and called several time. I want proper consolation money and have to pay me the 15 days interest. Plz take strong actions.

                                    Disappointed by Flipkart's Rigid Stand I wanted Netgear N300 Router and due to heavy discount available on it on the Big Billion Day I placed on order on the Flipkart. But due to the technical problem on your website the product got changed by default to Netgear N150 on which no discount was available. The product is not compatible with my LAN and it is useless for me. Inspite of repeated request to replace it even with the more expensive product you people are not ready for the same. Not getting proper response from your customer care team as their behavious is rude and few times they have even disconnected the phone in between not letting me to explain my point. They are repeating the same record of not within their policy. There were many other technical issues with your website on that day. The website was running very slow, money getting debited twice for the same product, the product getting out of stock as soon as clicked on add to cart and so on... I was satisfied customer for your company from more than 3 years but after this incidence I was forced to change my stance Was it a BIG BILLION DAY for us or for them??? Pathetic response..Most unfriendly response You were going to resolve this issue but instead you have rejected my claim for replacement.. only because the order was placed on The Big Billion Day you have rejected my replacement claim though the main problem was with your site.. This is another rigid stand example set by you.. Atleast show some respect to your regular customers.. This is a genuine problem which you are not ready to resolve inspite of my readiness to pay the additonal expenses incurred by you.. You were not good enough to revert directly or through other medium before rejecting my claim.. I dont think you people have understood my genuine problem without going into the gist of the matter..                                         This is to notify you that my husband ordered Moto G(2nd Gen) - 1 piece on 03Oct2014.The order ID is
                                        OD[protected] and I received the item on 06Oct2014.But the mobile is not working at all since 20Feb2015.I contacted Flip kart customer care via phone and informed the same.The customer care person instructed me to give it to the Motorola service centre at my hometown.It has already been a month, I did not get my mobile yet.The service centre people are telling that the mobile needs to be replaced with new mother board.It is just 4 months since I received the handset.I am not all ready to compromise on the quality of product which I bought thru Flipkart.I need the handset as soon as possible, either you resolve the problem or replace the same.I will be filing a case in the customer court if I did not get my problem solved as soon as possible.
