Hi, I have bought xiomi mi3 last month, within a week, display has been cracked. I am trying to get it changed with exclusive service centres of Xiomi (Bangalore & Hyderabad). However, still the service is not available, every time they say that stock is yet to arrived. Is this service which you provide to your customer ? I am really unhappy of buying this product.     I ordered a book from flipkart named "imitation of christ" on 12th sept 2014, i received it after 16 days(28/09/2014) and on receiving i came to know that MRP of book is 6.99$, but it was sold to me to me for 569 Rs.       I HAVE PURCHASED MOTO G 2 GEN LAST WEEK . I GOT COUPLE OF PROBLEM WITH THIS SET, FIRSTLY WHATSAPP MESSANGER IS NOT RESPONDING, IT GOT AN ERROR EVERYTIME I OPEN IT, EXCEPT FIRST TWO DAYS.. I TRIED RE INSTALLING IT ALMOST 12 TIMES, I HAVE UPDATED WHTSAPP, PHONE AND ALL OTHER STUFFS WHICH NEED TO BE UPDATED, EVENTUALY IT IS NOT WORKING. SECONDLY, OTHER APPS LIKE FLASHLIGHT OR CAMERA, WHEN EVER I ON THE FLASH LIGHT, AFTER CLICKING THE PICS THE LIGHT KEEPS ON FLASHING AND MY PHONE GETS HANG UNTILL I RESTART THE PHONE AND OPEN THE SAME APP AGAIN.         I ordered HALF GIRLFRIEND by chetan..bhagat on Aug 14 now when the release date is near money has been refunded saying demand is too high and they want to hive fare chance.They kept the money for more than a month and returned it back witwithouwitwithout interest.This is a clear case of duping people keeping money for long and earning interest and returning money back citing issues which are not justified.I quote FLIPKART "Hi anshul mehrotra, Greetings from Flipkart.com!           My order number OD[protected]. I had ordered a lipstick shade. But the shade looked completely different on screen compared to in front. I have not tested the colour . When i am calling flipkart to exchange with some other shade or refund, they are not doing it. I have paid ₹340 but will not be able to use the lipstick. Please exchange the colour with a darker shade. If you don't exchange even unused products it will be very difficult to buy cosmetics online. Contact [protected].

            Hi, This is Prakash, i have purchased AOC LED on 1st September OD[protected], as i have received the defective peace after lots of communication n trouble my product got replaced.. At the time of purchase there was a offer like 10% cash back on any visa debit or credit card as i made the payment through my visa debit card after calling n confirming my ur customer care.. On 20 th of sep i suppose to get tat cash back but still i dint got n i spoked to your customer care also they surprisingly saying tey dnt have any idea n the offer is not applicable, n tey said tey ll call back in 2 hrs but today its 7th day i dint got any call frm Flipkart frm anyone.. toady i have received a mail saying as u replaced the defective product received is not under cash back, as receiving defective product is not my problem.. as i went thru tat policy tere was nothing returned as such... I have been cheated by your company i request pls take back this product and refund my money. Really my first experience with Flipkart is horrible thx for the lesson fr not.to purchase anything online.. Waiting for your response..               I purchased ASUS ZENFONE 6 ... 1.5 months back...(11 th August 2014) via Flipkart ...a week back suddenly i got the problem. My mobile getting over heat.I went Service center, they diagnosed and informed ...there is Problem in Mother board. They ready to change, they ordered in ASUS ..After 3 days, yesterday mother board reached .They replaced and diagnosed .They face same problem again .Then they informed me, now only they came to know there is a problem in Screen also .Need to change screen and Mother board

              with in 1.5 month ..i faced these much problem, then why should i keep this device for further.

              Any Possible is there to change my device. Urgent

                I have ordered "Karpine Flip Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG" from Flipkart.com on 13 September, 2014 11:06 PM, Order ID: OD[protected] Item). I have received the product on 16th September, 2014 03:34 PM and paid Cash-On-Delivery Rs.249. After opening the parcel I check that there is only one Flip cover, the product is most worst quality and the flip cover is partly boken. Then and there I called Flipkart customer care at [protected] and they Initiated the Refund (Return ID: 7668002), also they have taken my bank details to refund my money. Pick-up trackingID: FMPR[protected]. But On Friday, 19th September when Courier person came to pick-up the product he asked for two products (1 Flip Cover and 1 Screen Guard). But I have received only 1 item, the Flip cover. I said that to courier person but he refused to pick-up the product. So I again called Flipkart customer care on same day then and there and told the problem. They again took the complaint (complaint no[protected]. On Monday, 22 September a Flipkart executive called me and told that courier person will pick-up the product by that day. But till now no courier person has came/called to pick-up the product. I have called customer care several times regarding the Return of the product and they are saying that courier person will come today to pick-up the product. But till now no response from flipkart. Again today morning I called flipkart customer care regarding the return of the faulty product and refund of my money, talked to Ms. Asmita and she told that Refund can not be possible because 10 days has been left out. So whose fault it is? Have I not reported the problem within time? If Flipkart customer Care can not resolve the problem then what can I do? It is my earnest request to you please help me to get the refund of the faulty product.

                      As per your confirmation on call and on email as well on 22nd sep that my issue would resolve till 26th sep, 2014. However, one of your executive mr. Rahim commit me that i will get call from your technical support team within 48 hrs, after 48 hrs i haven't get any single call or email from your side, then i called your support team again and that time mr. Ali commit me to wait for next 24 hrs. Even both of them assured me that either i will get refund or replacement. Now already 72 hrs. Are completed and i again haven't got any call. It seems that you are not bother about your customers. Its my very bad experience with flipkart.

                      For your reference i am attaching one file on which i want clarification??? Because firstly my issue had been resolving on 26th sep now its extended to 28th sep as confirmed today by mr. Ridhvik. Kindly check it and its really very very pathetic experience on buying product from flipkart.

                      Mr. Tippu arfath: i would like to tell you that after doing all these i called your customer support as i am not an uneducated person.
                      Inspite of sending all these silly emails you have to call the customer. Don't send these copy paste emails to me. As per your copy paste email we can't do anything in this product, so its your responsibility to refund my money. Even your executive didn't gave me escalation email id.

                        DEAR SIR I HAVE PURCHACED THE MOTO G 16GB MOBILE IN THE DATE OF JULY 17TH, ON SEPTEMBER 12 IT HAS A SIM 2 DISABLE PROBLEM FOUND.                           I have ordered reddim1st i got confirmation from flipkart phone has been added to your cart, but webpage was giving error got screen shot's notified same to flip kart and they said there is techical glitch and flipkart is working on it Hence I have called Customer support on 23rd around 2.30 pm I was told to send an email with screen shots to [protected]@flipkart.com so that concern team can assist you and request to try around 4.30 pm again I got same error hence I had to call customer support around 4.30 PM and I was told there is some technical fault hence they are working on it and requested to check around 5.30 pm and I was told that I will get the phone for sure it error on flipkart side. 2) Around 5.30 PM I got same error and again I have called helpdesk number and spoke with executive I was told that there is technical glitch on flipkart side hence orders could not be processed and requested to check around 7 PM. “And was repeatedly told this is flipkart fault you will get the phone”. 3) When same error repeated around 7 Pm again same thing when I called customer support I was told to check at 9 pm, from 9 pm they told 11 pm as lines would be closed at 1 pm, and was told there is some technical fault at flipkart side. 4) Till yesterday I had have made around 22 calls until yesterday I had word with customer support member Rahul and later on when I requested he transfer me to his supervisor shabaz alikhan around 8.45 pm on 24th September. 5) 25th 3.15 PM called flipkart cs team Curooj transfered to Nithin and transfered to Senior Deepankar after listing all things Deepankar updated 40000 Product where there out of that 9 thousand people had problem deepankar will moving to technical team he will arrange call until 9 pm today. But till now no proper response from Flipkart if there is error from flipkart team should give compensation to customer rahul.[protected]@gmail.com ph [protected]

                            I have not got the refund from flipkart, they said the already did... but i have not got the refund in bank account... i went to bank they were unable to track the regarding refernce no flipkart gave.. flipkart says they have initiated the refund on 21-sept-2014.. but till today i have not receievd any refund amount...                             they told me within 8 working days 12999/- price of moto g mobile will be refunded.
                            but till date amount is not refunded.
                            the flipkart company is playing with the sentiment of their customers.

                            I had purchase Dlink Data card from flipkart but it is not ful fill my requirement as I have a CDMA based connection ant the Data Card I had purchased is GSM based so I requested to flipkart refund my money so that I can purchase CDMA based data Card but flipkart dose not refund my money insted they told me to replace the same with same model

                            I ordered moto e 2nd gen on 15th May, Received the product by 22nd may. Found speaker problem, contacted flipkart, they changed my phone on 10th june. It means approx 15 days, The 2nd phone i got also has receiver problem, i contacted flipkart they said that they will refund my money, till date no updates.
                            Its going to be a month since i paid them.
                            I&#039;m feeling uncomfortable as 7000 is a big amount.
                            Please help

                                  I had purchased a product(samsung galaxy tab3 flipcover) from flipkart and upon delivery only i found that it will not suit my phone. I tried to call flipkart and told them that the item is not suiting my device and requested them to replace the item with the right one. I also told them that i am ready to pay the difference in amount for the new item. But they simply denied it and told me to use the one which is delivered. This is like locking me i a dead loop where my right to buy the right product is denied. Please help in this case. Flipkart cheated me...

                                    i have purchased moto g second generation bearing order no.OD[protected] on 13th of september 2014 everything went right and on 21 st of september 2014 the charger stopped working i immediately brought it to the notice of flipkart.They took the complaint and said me that the problem wiil be resolved by 25th of september 2014 lateron on 24th september a lady from flipkart called me up and provided an option that they dont have the chargers of the moto g second generation and said they would give 500 rs in my wallet as a TOA.First i accepted the offer and later denied it.Then they told me that the problem shall be resolved by 26th of this month and today when i called them up they were telling itwill be solved by 27th of thismonth like this way they have been prolonging the service .

                                      I have purchased HP.SLATE 7’’ TAB for a sum of Rs.12, 899/- through FLIP KART online by using SBI DEBIT CARD on 17.8.2014. While me aware that an offer 10% discount was announced for the said product purchase in between 13.8.2014 to 19.8.2014. Also they assured with in 17.9.2014 10% discount which to be credited into my bank account. But they have not to do the same. So I said a complaint before the customer care on 18.9.2014 and 24.9.2014. Subsequent to that they gave an unsuitable reply on 22.9.2014, where they deputed that the said offer was ended on 4.9.2014 alone. Initially they offer announced between 13.8.2014 to 19.8.2014 and now on their reply the offer was ended on 4.9.2014. So they misuse the SBI name.                                         My name is Yashwant Ghale. I'd been looking forward to the release of the 'Dragon Age Inquisition PC' for a very long time. Being a regular customer of Flipkart's I naturally assumed you would have it available for pre order as you do with most games. The desired product seemed available on many other platforms besides the PC for a brief period of time around two months back. It was removed afterwards. My concern is that, even with the assurances from Flipkart's executives, I will not be able to acquire the pre order version of this product that comes with certain offers in time. I hope you understand this from my (a customer's) point of view that it's not a trivial matter. I have reasons quite urgent and I would look for another way to obtain the product if you please make it clear to me if the product will or will not be available for pre order for the PC before it's official release.
