I Ordered a Micro max TV on 28th September 2014 Order no:OD[protected]. When I placed the order the Delivery date specified clearly as 29th Sept between 10 AM and 12 PM. When I logged into my account the next day to check the reason for the delay the delivery date was already changed without my consent from 29th Sept to 30th Sept. This same process happened for 3-4 consecutive days. Then for almost a week the delivery person kept calling my house stating there is a technical problem and the T.V will be delivered the next day. He did this almost every day for a little over a week. On 6th Oct (Big Billion Day- Complete Crap) My order does not even show on the site and because of that your not even able to raise any complaints to the customer care team. Then after raising a complaint 1 day later, the Flip kart team calls up the next day and says "because of the Big Billion Day we had some technical problem and your product will be delivered after a few days(8-9th Oct).(I placed the order on 28th Sept, they used the Big Billion Day as an excuse for which the product was delayed) Today after almost 2 weeks I have got a TEXT MESSAGE on my phone stating there is still a delay, that they are working on the issue and the problem will be resolved by 12th Oct. During these 2 weeks I have been continuously checking this product on their site and have noticed how the product had changed from in stock to out of stock ever since my order was placed. Any one planning to buy any big electronic item with a price range of above 4000, word of advice try any other site but flipkart. Their customer service as well as their delivery service is horrible. I Hope this complaint comes in use for anyone planning to buy anything on flipkart in the future. Regards, Extremely unsatisfied customer still awaiting delivery of my product

    Hi, I had ordered a shoe from flipkart Yonex SHB 95 Badminton Shoes (Size: 9) order number OD[protected] they delivered me a shoe of size 8 and I order a return as I had no option to change size to 9 i choose 10 and clearly mentioned that I need a 9 size shoe I got 10 size shoe again I spoke to customer care they assured me that they will give the correct size and I got 8 size shoe frustrated I cancelled my order and again on 2nd Oct I ordered another shoe order number OD[protected] they told that 9th oct they will delivery i have not recived the order still and i don't know why they have sent it through FedX because usually they deliver through Ekart but strangley i dont know why have they changed the courier.
    I am teja have ordered for 1 day delivery service but revived after 4 days

      This is my sixth mail to Flipcart Team On Big Day I have purchased one product whose Order ID OD[protected] .the same product was available on exchange offer .I am also attaching scene shot of the same .which I have take just before Order. When I did exchange it got 10999/- but while paying it shown me 13000/- .So I thought once I will give me My phone I will get 2000 Rs back as a exchange or I will get point in my wallet. Now 08 Oct I got mail form your side that I would like to inform you that on checking our records we see that you have placed the order when the exchange offer was not on live. Hence, you will not be able to have an exchange offer on your product. I know When I did Order have entered all the details of exchange .I have screen shot of the same.Even Just aftre I called you & m, ailed you abount exchange order .Kindly check my call record & mail record to show I m correct. I know this could be happen due to Website Issue.Please agry from your side.Only sending Apologies, from Flipkart is not enough. I request you kindly look into this issue.From last 4 days I am waiting some solution . Kindly call me & provide me solution...

        I have ordered an Redmi 1s on 30th Sep through Flash Sale. The Estimated Delivery Date is given as 7th Oct. Meantime the Delivery address was asked to change twice by the Flipkart CC. I have given the Alternate Address as asked by them. But till now as on 10th Oct I didn't received my product. When I called the Flipkart CC, they are saying "it will take 1-2 more business days to deliver as their delivery boy called me and I didn't attended the call". Which is a complete wrong information given by the logistic service center as I have not even received a single call or miss call from them. When I asked the Flipkart CC to give the Logistic Center Contact Number they refused to give as it is a BIG SECRET. The worst service. Intolerable... Frustated from their Delivery service...               Highly unprofessional and disappointing behaviour is delivered by flipkart, actual product is yet to be delivered. I Placed the order(OD[protected] on 6th dec (The Big Billion Day of Flipkart). I got confirmation via email that it will be delivered by 7th oct. 7th Oct I get update saying revise delivery is 9th-Oct (I understand they had huge sale and technical glitches) 9th Oct I called up in the morning to Flipkart customer care, they said it will be delivered by 7PM. 9th Oct delivery person calls me and tells he will deliver by 9PM 9th Oct I called delivery person at 5PM he says I'm far from your place, I have to deliver lot of stuff 9th Oct I called delivery person at 7PM he says Sir it's raining here, I will call you 9th Oct I called delivery person at 9PM and person responds saying shift is changed I'm different person. 10th Oct I got up in the morning I get mail from flipkart saying we tried to delivery but You were not available and product remains undelivered so far.

              Even I got the similar excuse. I have placed order (OD[protected] at Flipkart on the "billion day flop show", knowing my past experience of delayed delivery I checked in advance that whether with will honor their committed date.

              Last time when there was no "HUGE ORDER" order (OD[protected]) delayed shipment by 4 days and every one in back end team was clue less where item is stuck.

              Even after repeated follow-up I got a below response from the Flipkart team and when I again followed up on the day when I was expecting delivery then Flipkart response changed. They were not able to honor their own commitment. I guess there has to be a way by consumers like us can eradicate this casual attitude of Flipkart. This is second time they couldn't fulfill order on the committed time.

                      Dear Consumer Complaints Board, How to ruin someone's festival season, can be learnt from FlipKart. This is regarding my order ( OD[protected] of fully automatic washing machine purchased before their Big Billion Day sale. It was purchased on 4t Oct with next day delivery & installation within 48 Hrs. Well, I received a damaged product from Flipkart. Which I fought with them to replace. Later they agreed for the replacement & send me other piece. Well, next piece was OK & I accepted that. But now, it's been 5 days passed & no installation has been done. I am calling their cust-care multiple times but they are deaf & dumb. In fact after Big Billion Day sale they become rude as well & started lying now. I am only getting false promise from them everyday. They are not even replying to emails. Looks like this company has lost mind now & forget the customers who made it so big. Other incident is related to their Big Billion Sale day (but my purchase is no where related to that). On that day I purchased a power bank (order no OD[protected]. I selected next day delivery (being their Flipkart First Customer). The item must be delivered on 7th Oct else as per their policy, they were to pay back Rs 198/-. But they delivered on 8th oct. I asked them to compensate & they agreed on Rs 100/- (Incident:[protected]. But they never paid me that amount. I called their cust-care on 9th Oct 11 AM. I raised both the concerns. That lady promised that installation of washing machine will be done on 9th & she will give me the confirmation in 30 minutes. 30 minutes passed no callback. She was lying openly. I called again on 9th oct at 7 PM & raised both the concerns. That cust-care person was rude & disconnected my call. I called again at 8:20 PM on 9th oct. This time cust care was even more rude and started asking me all sort of junk questions in a rude way. He was so rude that, I was forced to disconnect the call myself this time. First of please take strict action against this company who behave rude with the customers. This company must be closed now. This was built by the customers & will be shut down by the customers soon anyway. I am happy with our PM who is encouraging foreign investment. Let the Amazon to rule here. Bye to flipkart. But please teach these guys a lesson & take strict action against them. Thanks & Regards, Ashwani

                        On flip karts big sale day I bought Hyderabadi ear rings for Rs 2400. After 3 days from big sales their price has got reduced to Rs 890. Then what was the sale about? I feel like they were cheating on the sale day itself over value for money. Thankyou
                        Yah I agreed with you it was big scam. They are fooling everybody. Almost all product they sold on higher price on that day. It was completely waste of time and money. They are loosing customer base with their own act. FLOPKART !!!
                        Flipkart has lost its brand name only coz of this enact from them. Many of the products the moment they came on web was "sold out" for eg Transcend 16gb pen drive were sold at Re. 1/- ... I am sure that flipkart was just fooling ppl with that ads. FLIPKAAT !!!
                        We al know how Flipkart failed in the Big Billion sale. They themselves realised and apologized. If this was their mistake, then they should have steps to revert back to fix the issue. Agreed that mistakes can happen. But after realising it happened, the solution to fix-it is what we are looking forward to.
                        When they agree that the prices on 'that day' changed back(by mistake) to the original price from the discounted sale price, then they should refund the excess amount to resolve the inconvenience we have been through. Have this done, to regain our trust in them.

Same with nokia xl which added in cart but when i continue for payment it auto disappear from the cart.                               With reference to ORDER ID - OD[protected], received broken sealed and half opened consignment on dated 9th October 2014 at 12:44 PM through courrier boy Mr. Kushal, mobile no. [protected]. He instructed me to make payment and sign the documents before opening the package. I requested him to verify the product but he again said first make the payment and also said that if there is some problem you may complaint on customer care to replace the product. I asked him to give me in writing about the consignment's condition he simply refused and gone away. It seems that product may have been tempered. Immediate after I lodged a complaint on[protected] wide complaint no.[protected]. After several attempts I was able to place order as per my liking. But sorry to say because of this type of dealing, I feel harrassed and may have monitory loss to a big company like Flipkart. Kindly do the needful and oblige.                                 Yesterday at around 11 am i received the TV which i had ordered on the Big Billion Day sale. The Order No is
                                OD[protected] and the TV details are LG 32LB582B 32inch LED TV. I insisted the Delivery Guy to Open the New pack so that i can check the product before he leaves with my old TV. However after opening the cover i found that the entire screen is broken beyond my imagination. I always thought that flipkart is renowned for Fast and Excellent packaging of the Products. But i never expected a TV screen which is broken completely is packed and shipped to a customer. This is not the way delicate things like TV are packed and delivered. I told the Delivery Guy( Singh - [protected]), that i wont give the new TV (LG 32 inch LED) and my old TV (For Exchange) until i get a new replacement of the Broken TV. But he didn't listen to me and took back the new TV and left the OLD one with me. He said it will be delivered to me on 9th October. He also gave me an Email id of a Person (Vignesh Rajshekhar - Opps Manager). But Emailing Vignesh has not helped. i really don't know if that person is there in Flipkart or this Delivery Guy gave me a Fake Email ID.
                                Today morning i woke with a big surprise that the order is delivered and i have also received the Invoice copy of the Product. The Order Status in My account says the TV has been delivered.
                                I have called the customer care, a number of times but the response which i am getting is not satisfactory at all. i dont know why the Best E-retailer in the country is doing all these stuffs. i think they forget the fact that they are because o[censored]s and not the other was round.
                                Hopefully the give me a Replacement soon or else i may think of a Legal action against Flipkart and WS Retail.

                                friend this same incident was happened to me also, flipkart delivery boy came with new led but when he cut box seal in front of me, i saw led screen panel were completely broken and damage, delivery boy immediate took the led tv and told me I will get replace with new one but till now nothing happened and when i log to my order option, iam getting a message that " delay in delivery reattempt delivery" i dont' no why flipkart are doing this to customer and spoiling owns goodwill and reputation in market.

                                  I had ordered mobile phone (Moto E) on Big Billion Day offer (6 oct 2014).Now you have cancelled my order for unacceptable reason and already i have paid the full amount.They said they have cancelled for price error which is not acceptable as it is a Big Billion day offer.I have all the proofs for confirmation of the order.

                                  If you did not take any action regarding my order, i will take the legal action against Flipkart through consumer court.

                                    I have made a purchase from Flipkart on 25th Aug 2014 of Rs 28352, the payment was cleared and Flipkart delivered me the product. Unfortunately the product was faulty which I returned and as per Flipkart they have remitted the amount back to my account on 23rd Sep 2014, but I am unable to see the same amount credited in my account till date (08th Oct 2014). Flipkart is persistent that I need to check with my bank (ICICI) why the amount is not credited and they can't help me any further. This seems to be weird as they are the one making the payment and should check where has the payment gone. When contacted the bank they say that the initiator of payment can track the payment so i should ask them to do the same. Its strange that Flipkart and ICICI both are clueless where the money has gone. Please assist.

                                      Dear Sir, Flipkart sold an item under order ID OD[protected] in Rs. 480/- on 29th Sept-14, he not only delayed my item to deliver but also he himself cancelled the product for selling it in higher rate as it was sold in your portal till[protected] night, I witnessed and saved the screen shot.                                         Hello, I m vandana sharma. I want to complaint against flipkart.com that i have some amount in my flipkart wallet but i m unable to use my money because flipkart says that i can only buy things that are sold by ws retailters. But from last four days i am facing problem that everything that is under ws retailers is out of stock. For solving this problem i tried to buy things that were beyond the amount in my wallet and under ws retailers. But when i proceed to pay they have no option of cash on delivery of the remaining amount. Flipkart says i have to pay the remaining amount through credit card or debit card which i am unable to do so. I also spoke to flipkary customer care executives and they say that they don't know when will the ws retail things be in stock. So ultimately flipkart has no solution for my problem. Please help me get back my flipkart wallet money.
