My order on flipkart has automatically cancelled by flipkart because I placed multiple orders of the same item. Order ID - OD[protected]. Basically I wanted a Moto E to purchase as it was the big billion day ! i ordered one Moto E . Then my father came to know about my order and the big billion day offers. He told me to book one same phone for him also . So I had to place multiple orders ! I guess it doesn't mention anywhere that i can't place multiple orders for a specified item !. I have booked a Moto E at price 5499/- . How could they cancel my order without my permmision. I have also talked in flipkart. they said we cant do anything !

    Dear Team, This is to bring to your notice that i had ordered a samsung menory card and a asus zenfone from flipkart and the scheduled date for delivery was 11th and 13th oct. But till date i have not received the order and have been struglling to get a solution from them. The customer service sucks. they have a standard script that they just keep on using. My order id for both the order is OD[protected] and the other is OD[protected] Request some help on the above

      Hello flipkart, ur services were good till big billion day. on big billion day I ordered 40 inch TV Order id : "OD[protected]". it got auto cancelled. i contacted customer care, they assured that order will be dispatched. but i am not able to track my order. sent number of complaint emails, i got only acknowledge emails. till now No action taken. these are the incident ids for my complaint mails "Incident:[protected]", "Incident:[protected]" and "Incident:[protected]". I got sick of contacting u guys. this is really frustrating me.

        Dear sir/madam, On 13/10/2014 night at 10 pm, I ordered for a mobile for RS 4099. I made payment through SBI Internet Banking, After entering my OTP in SBI account, it showed session expired but my money was deducted for this order. In Flipkart, it shows that I haven't ordered for my mobile and i didn't get my confirmation of purchasing mobile. Please help me to get my money back.

        I too faced the same incident. Did you get the refund or not? Flipkart CC doesn't even understand what i said.

            I bought Puma Tazon-2 sport shoes from Flipkart on 6th October at a discount and received it today, 13th october. Order ID is D[protected]. The pair of shoes i received is fake and duplicate. I know this because I am already using the original for the last 2 years. As soon as i received it, I compared it with the original and could figure out the defects and duplicate features instantly. I have requested Flipkart to refund my money but they are insisting on a replacement. I am checking on their website and after very careful detailing of the photographs uploaded against the product it is evident that they are knowingly selling a duplicate product. Therefore there is no point in getting a replacement from flipkart and i only want a refund of my money.
            The same thing happened to me also today. My question is why should we only get the refund ? we did not invested our time and hope to get a fake product and beg for its replacement. It is harm of time, hope and trust too. Puma should claim on flipkart for hampering its brand value by selling fake products.

              I had ordered a Asus Zenfone 4 (Black) which is supposed to come with 2 batteries according to Market sellers. But I have received only One Battery. Plus there is no temporary screen gaurd that is supposed to be for protection till we put new screen gaurd on the screen. Order OD[protected]. I doubt if it's genuine or not as there is no Asus seal on the box too. I wish that the company now will satisfy or complete the above mentioned things. Not Expected this at all ! I want justice to this.

                  Delivery boy name Naresh Bohra ([protected]) DEHRADUN.The date of delivery of the product is 13/10/2014, which I recieved a message for the flipkart, I was not avaliable at the point of delivery but I said Mr.Naresh Bohra to give it to my hostel warden, but he said that hostel wardon will not give the money, but i have already give the money to hostel for to collect the delivery. The delivery boy Mr.Naresh Bohra didnt listen to what I said and went off.I tried him several times, he says that he is coming but didnt come (calls tried at 2:32 pm, 3:45 pm, 5:15 pm, 6:36 pm ) But the product is not delivered ...This is disgusting...I wanted him be given a strict warning, Otherwise I will put a case, I know a lawyer who are at high places. KEEP THIS IN MIND AND DON'T REPEAT THIS MISTAKE.

                    I Bought MOTO E From Flipkart In Big Billion Day.. In 3 days without using it, Now my call function is not working.. They just provide some thing in lower price ... Maybe they have supplied replacement pieces in order !! All i want to say That Flipkart is nothing but a good Scamer or maybe Cheater !! Zzzzzzz
                    Order Id- OD[protected] is a defected piece, smaller size and colour change. While placing order i did not get any conformation on my email id. Requesting you to exchange the product soon...

                      I ordered a MotoX Gen 2 on 6Oct2014 on the Big Billion Sale day order ID OD[protected]. After Multiple follow-up no correct information is provided to me! Despite giving me wrong information talking to me foully by not transferring the call to the supervisor and telling me if you can’t wait you can cancel the order. Yesterday, Sunday 12 Oct I called around 6 PM to customer care and they informed me that my phone has reached to Pune Motherhub and will be delivered to me within 24 Hrs. You can listen to the recording ID:[protected]please do hear this call!), after that call too I made confirmation calls and everyone told me that yes it has reached Pune Mother Hub. However, when I called this morning I get to know that it has not reached Pune and will take another day to reach Pune.

                        I have ordered a product from flipkart on 6 october 2014 for redmi 1s the standard delivery was of 14 october, and on 12 october the product was out for delivary but not delivered till 13 october and on 13 october a message sent from flipkart that i have rejected the order which was totally a lie the i called flipkart they told that the consignment was damaged by them and will not deliver so they cancelled that order and told that you have to apply a new order on next sale my name is Vikas arya registered mobile no-[protected]

                          I did not want to fall in the trap of their Big Day, so I ordered a gift for a friend the day before their so called BIG Day, which turned out not so big after all. I was supposed to received my delivery on the 11th October and today is the 13th, and i still haven't' received it. The CC executives are lax and say casually, you will get it before 7, as if they are doing me some favour. If before 7 was a specified time, then when people go about asking whats the time, the appropriate response should be its before noon or afternoon. Also previously we would receive notification details of the person and his number who would deliver our products, now that has been stopped too. I can only say that the goodwill that they had built over the 4 years has just vanished because they took their customers for granted. Remember, we are the Romans, and u guys had tried to pull a Brutus stunt, we have a Mark Anthony amongst us who would turn the favour against you. So tread very lightly!!

                            Order No: OD[protected], placed order on 5th October 2014. Received an SMS from Flipkart on 7th October stating the shipment will be delivered on 7th October before 7 pm. However, I did not receive any call from the courier person on 7th. Waited till first half of 8th October but still did not hear from flipkart guys. On tracking order ID in flipkart webiste, saw a message which said that "the order was not delivered as customer requested reschedule", which is a false statement. As I had to go out of station on 8th October, requested flipkart customer care on 8th October 2014 to change the delivery address. The request was confirmed by them but still on 8th, 9th and 10th October, received as SMS again from them saying "We tried to deliver your flipkart.com shipment today. As per your instructions delivery will be reattempted." Called flipkart customer care once again to check whether new address was updated in their system. They confirmed it once again and said that the shipment will be delivered on 11th, but till date(13th October 2014), the product is not delivered. Neither have I received a single call from the delivery persons on any of these days.

                                Dear flipkart team, Are you guys mad? i cannot understand the reason behind using my flipkart wallet money only on ws retail products which i cannot find any of them on your site. This is very diassapointing because yesterday i returned a product purchased on big billion sale and in return you refunded my money in my wallet account. My question is : can i assume that i lost my money or it has been stolen? because i find no use of it now or are you guys gonna fix this issuse very soon? please let me know! or if you guys cannot do the above things then lend me a favour by sending me the link of your so called "ws retail" products list so that i can buy one.                                     I have ordered a trimmer for men on 26th September. My product was supposed to deliver on 17th Oct, due to million day offer. After that I called them to make a priority delivery before 12th Oct. For three days I have been talking to that customer care they people are making false promises that your product will deliver today, the same dialogue every day. And finally at 12th Oct they are telling me " IF YOU WANT THE PRODUCT WAIT, OR CANCELL THE ORDER ". This is what I got from the customer care department. I don't know weather I will get solution here or not, we consumers are not having any respect in this country and everyone else are simply just watching. INDIA IS IMPROVISING !!! HAVE FUN PEOPLE

                                      Hello there, Sir, I have purchased Dell KM113 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo from flipkart on dated Wed, 23rd Apr'14 and Delivered on Mon, 28th Apr'14 with one year replacement warranty. Now its not working and I have complained for the same to the flipkart, I called them from the last one month and they are not providing exact service centre. Whenever I called them they just give me addresses and phone number of service centre of valsad where I live, but when I went there they said that we did not providing any services to flipkart customers. I told about this to the flipkart and they just said 'we solve this problem and we'll soon contact you on this' on wed, 8th Oct, still there is no response. Sir, please help me here and do the necessary step and replaced the product as they write when they want to sell the product. Thanking you, Mohit H. Modi

                                        Never Buy anything from flipkart.com, Their Customer Service Sucks ! I have purchased a Moto G (2nd Gen 2014) from them on the opening day, the mobile worked fine, until I updated with the latest system update and it's motherboard got toasted, When I contacted Flipkart I was offered a replacement which was turned out to be a defective piece which wont turn on, I raised a complaint on 6th and since I had one day delivery I was suppose to get a call from flipkart back-end team on or before 10th of Oct 1:00 PM, no body called from Flipkart back end so I had to raise another complaint with them. Finally some guy called me around 4:00 PM after repeated incidence escalations. Again he couldn't understand that there was a display issue and I have to call Customer Care again to get a return initiated.This time I was assured that the product will be delivered on or before Friday 10th Oct 2014. But some issues with Shipment and product didn't deliver. I have chosen One day delivery to my house address, I called up Customer Support again on Sunday 12th Oct 2014 to ask for the status and I was assured that they are helpless and offered to send a mail to Delivery Team to make the delivery happen on Sunday itself. I explained to her that I have chosen One Day Delivery as I will be available only on Weekends at home and not on working days, She assured me that it can be solved if the delivery didn't happen on Sunday they can change the delivery address and deliver it to my office address.Sunday afternoon the Courier guy came but he didn't have any acknowledge form for the return product i have given him. But he made sure that I didn't get the replacement also even after getting my signature on it. I called up the customer care of Flipkart and again the same saga ! The Customer Care person says the delivery people are uneducated ! Is this our mistake that they are uneducated ??? (It's #Flipkart responsibility) . The delivery guy just took back the original and went back to his four wheeler ! (These guys have a lot of attitude) they cannot even come to your apartment stating they are in four wheeler ? So, what you are not supposed to deliver ? Are we suppose to go to this delivery guys and beg for them to give our products ??? Is this why we are paying Flipkart for ??? Really #shameonFlipkart ! Now I am left with a product which is not working and the delivery guy has my signature on the delivery sheet and I don't have a working product yet !
