hello sir, i have placed a order on flipkart 06.10.2014 mobile model Moto E (Rs.1500) Order ID: OD[protected] Item) But my order automatically cancelled and i got the confirmation mail and message from flipkart but after few hour my order is cancelled by the company and now they gave me 500 rupees, i think its a promotional program of the company and i buy another product, after i saw that they cancelled my ordered, in liue of this give me this amount but i don't want that token amount i want my product, how can they cancel a order if there was already specified that the offer cannot be cancelled and I want my order to be approved and to be delivered...     I ordered MOTO-E on The Big Billion Day and i got the conformation mail in the Evening. here i have attached the conformation mail with this and my order id is OD[protected]. At any cost i want my product MOTO-E. i talked with the customer care, he suggested me to mail to you. I don't want any offer or cash-back amount. From the morning, i surfed flip-kart and placed the order. at the end of the day i got nothing. i wasted my whole day for this. i have a screenshot for the placed order. please conform my order and give me my product. i eagerly waiting for the your product .

      Had ordered Moto E Mobile by Order number - OD[protected] under Flipkart's much advertised Big Billion Day sale on 6th Oct'14. The scheme clearly mentioned that this order cannot get cancelled, nor had I requested for this cancellation. As part of the deal, I got 79% discount on list price of R 6999/- and placed the order at R 1500/-. But Flipkart canceled the order and offered me R 500/- 3 hours back claiming this as technical issues. Flipkart is trying to market products at higher price, which is hoax and inappropriate trade practice. I want the order to be shipped across by Flipkart without fail as product is well in stock and on sale on the Flipkart portal. Please support to resolve this issue.             I placed an order for moto e at an offer price of 1500rs. But at 10pm they cancelled my order with out any explanation. They credited 500 rs as compensation. I don't want compensation and want that phone. They should try to honour the deals that they give. This is best eg of poor management and violation of Ethical Business practice.

                          Today I ordered a Moto E handset for Rs1, 500 on flipkart at 4 30 PM.The order was conformed and i received a sms and a mail stating the same.There was an other mail at 10:40 PM stating that the order was cancelled and they added Rs 500 to my wallet to purchase other items from flipkart. The company is fooling people with its lucrative deals, if the deal was a mistake then the compensation provided is very less for an order of Rs 1500.

                            I placed an order for the Moto E handset. The phone was available for Rs.1500 which was obviously a mistake from Flipkart's side. The order was understandably cancelled, although the refund provided by Flipkart was unfair. The refund provided was Rs.500. This is unacceptable to the customer. Flipkart has made a mistake and should either provide the full amount paid in a refund or should in an alternative, send the phone for which the money was paid. The management from Flipkart's side has been horrible. Please resolve the surprisingly large number of bugs in the site.

                                On this much hyped "Big Billion Day" on Flipkart, I placed a successful order (OD[protected] and for some time I was feeling "Lucky", however, in around 6 hours, I got message/mail from Flipkart saying order is cancelled, sorry for inconvinience. What A SHAME!!! how can they claim being number 1 online shopping site and if they cant handle the pressure of orders, why they keep such "Big Billion Day" event? Most funny thing about this big bilion day was that orders can not be cancelled or refunded by customer ... and flipkart did the same... Very disappointed... Online Shopping india still...[censored]s.. plzzz plzzz dont purchase any product from flipkart.com, tell it to all ur frnds & family plz avoid FLIPKART... its good for nothing site. I will spread this in Facebook and all other networking sites..

                                  This time a worst experience with Flipkart.

                                  I have ordered "American Tourister X Bag" and "Retina RTC16 Car Neck Pillow" during an offer period.

                                  I received "Retina RTC16 Car Neck Pillow" correctly. But flipkart has cancelled "American Tourister X Bag" due to incomplete address. Flipkart is asking me to do a fresh order in higher price.
                                  Tell me a single reason why I need to do a fresh order by making some loss in my end.
                                  It was not my fault. If the address is incomplete then how come the orther item got delivered.

                                  Courier person did not call me a single time. I called up them and they were ready to skip it. But in mean time Flipkart has cancelled the order.

                                  I need the item in same price which I have ordered earlier. Or else I will log complaint in consumer forum.

                                      I have placed an order for television on flipkart and they showed that this TV could be shipped to my location. After successfully placing the order and making full payment Flipkart cancelled the order automatically without my permission. The reason I say they cancelled my order is because their policy is that customer cannot cancel the order. They did not bother to pick up my calls or reply to my emails. On top of that they will take full 8 days to refund my money. This is also not the case of out of stock product as they increased the price of the product again by 5-6K and put it up on their website. They purposefully cancelled my order because i got it in the deal. So, then again after talking to customer care they told me to place the order again.
