i bought redmi 1s 10 days back. There are so many problems are there 1.when i on mobile data, it is not starting. when i restart the phone then after it is working. i got this issue 4 times. 2. when i capturing photos camera automatically stopping. so many times i got this issue. 3. when i watching camera gallery images then automatically closing all apps. 4. when i listening music and open another app or when i got message then music automatically stopping and not starting and closing. 5.when i listening music or playing game or talking phone is over heating. Please release new version software to overcome all problems or replace my mobile with new one. Thanks & Regards Venkeswara Rao

    I have bought a Moto G on 25th August and when the phone was delivered to me, it had a black vertical line appearing on the screen. I called Flip kart customer care and reported the issue the very next day. They told me to reboot my phone and check if the line still appears. I did the necessary and still it did not helped. I called them again n I was told that I will get a call with a solution as Moto G was not in stock. Till date I have called them 'N' number of times and the only solution I get is "Our concern team will check and reach out to you". Sorry to say, I have only received messages where the solution date is getting extended, nothing else. No calls from the "CONCERNED TEAM". Do we really have a concerned team at Flip kart? I want my money back incase Flip kart cannot provide replacement for a phone. If I am not getting a proper solution for this, I will make sure that I do not buy any products from Flip kart henceforth and will also suggest the same to my family members. Please look into this as this gets really disappointing for a customer to call for such things so many times.

      REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTED I ordered Mot G 2nd generation, just day after launch day I.e 7th sept. I got deleivery by 10th sept.. the phone is full of problems, sometimes touch not working, speaker problem and random power off, , I requested for replacement, I got my product again on 23th sept there is severe problem. phone is not turning on its blank, not reacting even on charging, really disappointed.. m complainting from day before yesterday.. but still no response from their side, they always do same reply "please bear with us" atleast they shud satify their constumers.. disgusting it is.. they just rob ppl and their HARD EARNED money..           Firstly I am left ashamed of being able to fulfill a promise made to my friend as it was a birthday gift for her. Second I had to spend some extra bucks to give her another gift. Third they didn't post any further tracking details until 22/09/2014 which is Insane. Fourth there is really not much action taken till I had to go ahead and make some tweets. Fifth there is nothing(information) exceptional that their Customer Support Team provided me with, no separate website to track or get in touch directly with their logistics team. Sixth a late effort is made only after a so called Customer takes steps to bring his point forward. Seventh They said a Sorry for the Inconvenience caused in this regard and you expect me to accept it? They broke a Promise of delivering by 24th Sept 2014 and is it acceptable? It won't even take a product from Delhi to be delivered at Rourkela more than 4 days and these Guys have created an exception out here. I paid the amount on time I even agreed to all the terms and conditions but was not mentioned in the deal that I will have to go through such hassles and chases. Now they have booked the same order again for me and say it will be delivered by 1st of October 2014.

But I have observed that when I inserted Micro SD Card in the SD card slot and tried to transfer the data to the external storage, I am not able to transfer the same as system is showing error message.               Hi, I had ordered for two t-shirts online on a cash on delivery mode. As per your website cost of a t-shirt was Rs. 499, so for two t-shirts I had to pay Rs. 998. When it was delivered to me there was only one t-shirt. It was delivered by your staff named Sugumaran (mobile# [protected]). After I made the payment of Rs. 998 he moved from my house but when I opened I saw only one t-shirt instead of two. I immediately called him back to my house and showed it and he said that he is just a delivery boy and he is not entitled to deal with it and asked me to call your customer care number and gave the number [protected]. I called up and informed your representative clearly about this and I was told that I would get the missing unit back soon. Today your delivery representative Ayyappan (mobile# [protected]) called and informed that he has brought the replacement. I was surprised about it because I have not asked for a replacement and I only called and complained that out of two units that I paid for only one unit has been delivered and the other unit is missing. He said as per the note he is seeing it is replacement and not item missing and would need the replacement and suggested that I should call the customer care and inform about it. I spoke to Syed today at your customer care number and he says that I can give back the empty cover and take one t-shirt back. My question is I was never informed that it would be a replacement. Also they never told me to retain the cover. Now I am being told that it is your policy. I do not understand why you cannot have a policy to empower your delivery boy to return the money back for the t-shirt that was not delivered to me at all ? If you take money from me for 2 t-shirts and deliver me only one then I am being cheated right ? I trusted Flipkart because I thought you are very genuine. Now you take money from me for 2 t-shirts and put me through all hassles of calling your customer care repeatedly and talk about policies. Is this in any way fair ? Is this what I get for trusting Flipkart ? Please see the attached screenshot that I took when tracked for the order number ODA[protected]BWSZS00 It says number o[censored]nits 2. Also see another screen shot or the message below for the same order number that says item shipped but unit is 1. What can you say for this ? Is this something that I rigged or tampered with to show you ? Please think. When I asked Syed to transfer to his manager he said his manager told him to inform me that I can send an email and someone will get back. He gave the reference id[protected]. I would need someone to call me back within 24 hours and make sure that I get justice for this. Either you return the money for one t-shirt Rs. 499 back to me or deliver 1 t-shirt that was missing. If you really care for your customers then you would certainly call me and make sure that your company is fair and genuine and do not take money from a customer for a product that you never delivered to me citing policy reasons.                   I am trying to buy Cooler Master Notepal Ergostand Lite Cooling Stand at my place Pune : Pincode - 411037 since last 3 months. But every time its showing Out of Stock & When its displaying in stock, again its showing 'Delivery not available in your area.' When I purchased Moto g cell phone from your site the 'Area Delivery was available' and now its not like that, So what sort of problem is this???                   I have tried to order refrigerator for last 3 days, but it asks that out of stock/delivery is not available at that address but, if I order for cooler and washing machine then it shows available or can be ordered.
                  But why refrigerator can't be delivered here??????

                    Sir I got delivery wrongly as I have ordered for index aqua style black 8mp camer and 5.9 inch screen . my oder mobine casting is 7494 rupees but we recived another model mobile cast is 6290 rupees only and 5 mp and 4 inch model. This problem has reported and registered to your costomer service immediately. I got delivery (18.9.14) againn the second time received the same model mobile wrongly.                         An issue is, i placed an order 2 phones asus zenfone 5 on 1st sep and i was told that within 7 days i will get my both phoes, but i got msg after 7 days phones have been cancelled &got msg that will refund the my amount that **rs 20998**but its not i waited one month and then 24sep i got msg from flipcart that they are going
                        To refund only **rs 10499** why only rs10499, and why its over a month why is to late and
                        My amount should be refueded rs20998 this is really big harassment for me if i would
                        Have dead within this such period then who would be responseble, now i can not wait any more plz refund my money back within 24hrs not more than that if not i m going to consumer court and going to update status on facebook twitter and also i wants compensation for this

                        Dear Customer support i am very disappointed with Flipkart Service My order ID :OD[protected] flipkart give me 6999/- for this order in my wallet because i register refund request for this order same day i call on customer care no of flipkart [protected] and i request reflect wallet amount to my bank account but flipkart debited 6999 through my wallet amount and not transfer in my bank account then i register complaint for this issue in flipkart customer care but always his customer tell me i have eselected this issue to our concern team but concern team not solve this issue only always say i have eselected this issue always give 4-5 business day. so therefore i request you take an action covey this regard.

                        I have a moto g second generation mobile, Since I was facing problems with the handset, I have files a complaint requesting for refund then one of the agent of Flipkart called me and tried to resolve the problem but the problem wasn't solved so he said that your complaint will be processed, after processing the complaint I've checked the flip kart order column then it has shown that the refund has been cancelled and REPLACEMENT has been initialised.

                        with prior taking my permission they had refunded the money to flipkart wallet. now there is no use of flipkart wallet(this is a seperate issue)

                        then they deducted the money from flipkart wallet but they did not appear in my bank account.
                        today is 3rd june 2015.
                        18 days have gone but there is no sign of my refund

I asked for a replacement but you people are taking too much time for that. When customer placed an order you people process that as soon as possible. why dont you replace when customer complaints about the defect ed piece. I dont have mobile to use now.                             I am Poovanalingam have been taken your product (Karbonn Smart A52 Plus) . But i am not satisfied with the product. Because i don't know to operate the touch phone. But the phone is received by my wife without my knowledge. Regarding this i lodge request return complaint. But one of your executive turned up and spoke to me very rashly and said it can't be done and there is no any other option still i was requesting him to replace me with some other product he is not listening to the customer and was very hurry up with his own schedule i believe he deosn't know to talk to the customer properly i think he must have to train up well or it will spoil your company name. Please get back to us or i will still lodge complaint against your company...kindly rectify us soon and give me the good service...

                              I ordered two books from flipkart under flipkart student offer according to which i would get a discount of rs 500 on orders above rs 750 . i was not sure about the offer so i called flipkart's toll fre number [protected] to confirm . A flipkart executive asked me that i will get the offer i order on and before 12 sept 12:00 night when making the order i didn't get the offer so i called again on the same number .the flipkart executive asked me that "sir you complete the order this time .when you receive the order please inform us we will give you 500rs in your wallet" .then i asked him that i want my money in my bank account, he said okk you will get this in your bank account now after receiving the product i have called them three times and now they are saying that i am not eligible to get that offer .i won't get any cashback/refund this is a fraud. i want my money 500rs back anyhow .and i want to register a complaint against flipkart to deceive me

                                This is my observation that there is a fake selling of Xiaomi Redmi 1s mobile on your site.
                                As it was showing timer to start sale at 2:00 and countdown timer was on. As soon timer came to 0 second remaining. It shown "Out of stock". I am a software Engineer by profession and working for US retail giant and have understanding of basic technical flows.
                                I am not able to understand that how in less than a second mobile are out of stock. It is not possible without your system assistance.
                                I expect flipkart management to fix this issue. I have lot of faith in this brand and expect they understand inconvenience faced by customer like us. I am trying for the 1 piece of this handset but not yet got. Atleast I would like to see your response to this.

                                  I have placed an order in www.flipkart.com on 7 September 2014 [Order id ODA[protected]KBZRV00] and the order was subsequently cancelled on same day. It was notified in the website that the amount will refunded latest by 19 September 2014. However no refund was made. Then the customer care informed that due to some internal error / system discrepancies there was delay in processing of refund, they assured that refund will be made latest by 26 September 2014. Now the flipkart customer executives are informing that refund will be made by 4 October 2014. Moreover in the website it is showing that refund has been successfully remitted. This is the height of irresponsibleness and lack of accountability on part of flipkart, where there customer executives are unable to solve customers problems. Further because of fault on part of them, I have to bear penal charges on delay in remitting payment to bank

                                    I made a purchase of Moto E and Moto G together as a single order and made the payment via 6 months EMI option. After making the purchase, I got a text and email communication that the order has been confirmed. Within seconds of getting the confirmation, I received another text saying that the order of Moto E has been cancelled. So I called Flipkart and the Agent Adarsh picked up the phone and told me he can’t help me since I Purchased another Moto E before. I escalated to the supervisor and he transferred the call to Shreeja who repeated the same. I escalated again and the call reached Sadiya who parroted the same and even suggested me to cancel the whole order including the Moto G which I placed and then call the bank and ask for a credit back for the EMI interest paid I demanded to speak to another supervisor since I did not want to cancel the whole order since I paid through bank. All I wanted was a refund of the cancelled order without me incurring any loss. She then transferred the call to escalations team and spoke to Dilip Kumar. He finally understood the concern after 1 Hr and agreed that Bank wont refund the interest amount though flipkart refunds the amount which I paid for the moto E back to my credit card and told thatI’ll loose the interest amount which I paid. And he then said that flipkart would cover this cost and will refund the interest aount incurred to me as well. He then adds on saying that I cannot have this amount refunded back to the bank but I need to utilize this amount by making purchase from flipkart and have this amount deducted from the order which I may place in future, to which I said I’m not gonna make anymore purchase from flipkart ever again in my life and I need to transfer the amount back to my card to which He shouted at me saying a CLEAR NO. My question is why cant flipkart refund me back my money back to me, how can they ask me to spend it in their website by holding up my money. Email : [protected]@ymail.com Ph: [protected]

                                      I tried to order micromax mobile unite a 106 with 8 gb ram along with 16 gb
                                      Card . Three times this order was cancelled and everytime i paid money by
                                      Netbanking. Now after paying more than rs.22000/-, i have been told that
                                      This product is out of stock hence your order has been cancelled

                                      1. After first cancellation i was told that it has been cancelled due to my
                                      Mistake.
                                      2. After second time i was told that due to some problem it has been
                                      Cancelled.
                                      3. After third time i was told that this product is out of stock hence it
                                      Is being cancelled and even my login account is blocked.
                                      4. I palced the order by cod from another account.


                                      Now...

                                      1. If this product was out of stock, why it was being shown available on
                                      Website.( a scam, may be)
                                      2. If it was not available why it was not told to me two times.( a scam,
                                      Must be)
                                      3. If my account was inactive why i was able to login again and again .(
                                      Again it seems a scam).
                                      4. Now i have placed the order with another id and phone no. And i was
                                      Advised by customer care man to buy another phone.( a scam)
                                      5. After i ordered cod i have to pay rs.50/- extra.
                                      6. My money of 22000/- rs. Is blocked ...( a scan, i strongly feel)


                                      The story doesn't end here...
                                      The order for fourth time has also been cancelled although it was placed through sales team telephonicaly . When i contacted again i my call trasfered 3 times and i was told that i ordered it from a wrong seller where this product was not available. When i explained that it was available at that time as well when i was talking ; and there is as such no option for choosing a seller, my phone was disconnected deliberately... I wish to inform you that everytime "pay now" option was available, money was transfered and immidiately order was cancelled. After getting agaitated when i called again the customer care person ( some urdu named) accepted the flipkart's mistake and promised to resolve the issue.
                                      I wasted 5 hrs. Today in this process, lost money for 8-10 days and no proper response from flipkart and in fact being blamed again and again. How flipkart is addressing this issue? How are they going to compensate me for pain and agony? What if i need rs.21000/- immidiately? What about the loss of interset that would have generated from this money? Last but not the least, should i take legal answer? Answer is know because flipkart knows that ultimately customer would suffer.

                                        Sir i purchased Redmi 1s from Flipkart on 16th september 2014 sale .. i had locked two times my complaint against the faulty handset. there have no any action taken by the flipkart costumer care.. . i received a faulty handset there have problem in speaker it is not working .. kindly replace it in soon..
