WHY GIVEN SUCH DISCOUNTS ON MOBILES AND Y CANCELLED THE ORDER ..JUST PLYAING WITH CUSTOMERS SIMPLY FOR BIGBILLON DAY ..I AM A REGULAR CUSOMER FOR FLIPKART I DONT TRUST NOW...MY TIME IS WASTED ON THAT DAY...IAM FULLY DISAPPOINTED. I DONT WANT APRRECIATION MONEY. I DONT AGREE WITH THIS WORDS, I NEED MOBILE
I have ordered 4 units of Moto E phone.

Flipkart itself violate dthe policy of no return no cancellation on Big Billion Sale day.
Instead of cancelling aal the orders, Flipkart should deliver atleast 1 piece of Moto E @1500.
It was really dissapointing.
Price reduced >> Customers attracted >> reurned the orders in which margin was not there.
Thats what Flipkart did on that day. Its very annoying.

      Hello, I ordered (Order No OD[protected] LG LED TV on Flip cart on 6th Oct'14 and delivery schedule was 7th oct'14 between 8AM to 10AM. Suddenly on 7thOct'14, I got a message that my delivery date has been changed and the same will be delivered on 12th Oct'14 between 6PM to 8PM. The product I ordered was to be given to someone very near to me on 9th Oct'14 on his special day. Finally I asked them to cancel the order immediately on 7th Oct. After lot of discussion, The Customer Care executive Mr Parichit told me that order has been cancelled and you will get a confirmation within one hour but nothing happened. I checked it on 8th Oct morning again, Order was still there. Then again I called Customer care and talked to Mr Regen Singh and after a discussion of 35minutes on phone, He told that he is unable to cancel the order. Then I asked him to transfer the call to your team leader and the I talked his team leader Mr. Krichitya (name may be different) and he told that you will get order status by 2 PM on 8th Oct'14. I need to purchase LED TV immediately from near market for 9th Oct but still waiting for order cancellation. If I have contact number of Binny, I have spoken to him for this fraud.           Hello Flipkart, I had ordered mobile device(Moto E) on Big Billion Day offer (6 oct 2014). Now you have cancelled order which is against your policy i.e. No Cancellation and No Refund. Kindly look into this matter and take required action to deliver said device as per order placed. I don't need your appreciation amount of Rs. 500. I want my ordered mobile MOTO E in Rs 1500 only.If you did not take any action regarding my order, i will take the legal action against Flipkart through consumer court. Thanks Vishal

            I had Ordered Philips "40PFL4958 40 inches LED TV" on The ‘Big Billion Day’ sale and received the Order ID for the same which is OD[protected]. This order was done on 6th Oct 2014 around 8.35AM but after few hours I received a message saying this particular order has been Cancelled. Right from that moment i keeping calling to Flipkart Helpdesk but couldn't get them till late evening. When I spoke with Flipkart executive they said this order is cancelled due to multiple quantity has been purchased and ended up by saying 1 customer can buy only 1 quantity (this is no where mentioned in the Flipkart terms and conditions). Now they are not ready to reopen the same order ID.

While placing order i was assured that order would be delivered on 13th. After 1 hr of placing orser and paying for it i got mail that my order will be delivered till 20th. Wtf ! Is this now? I need my order on 13th Else repay me my amt. You are so fraud that u dont think necessity in replying any mails. U frauds.

                The offers on the products was not available and the prices was also high than the usual and then they will tell huge discount how can you give a page on times of the india front page the product was not only available like samsung tab 2 p3110 you say at rs 1390 it was it og price and jbl speakers, kodak camera, singer hand blender and karbonn a5i mobile at rs 1 fake you are not capable of doing this big thing you are not big like snapdeal and amazon please do the big billion day again I am not satisfied with the app and the website

                  Dear flip cart as per your website advertisement it was clearly mentioned that there will be no cancellation and no refund policy. secondly i was given my order no confirming that my order was placed accurately. In your mail you are mentioning "in order to provide equal opportunity to all customers you are cancelling our order", kindly explain how it is an equal opportunity for us by getting our order cancelled. No where it was mentioned that preference will be given to one particular method of payment. I hope my cash on delivery will not be a reason for same. i hope you understand doing so can create lot of legal hassle for you. you cant be biased for any consumer based on mode of payment.                     I ordered a television yesterday morning (6th Oct 2014) on Flipkart and made the payment using my debit card. In the afternoon, I get a message stating that the order is cancelled and the money will be refunded in 2 weeks. Cancelling the order (Order ID - OD[protected] after accepting payment is unacceptable and an unethical practice. In the afternoon, they started selling the same product at MRP. Not sure if this is a sham and is happening to most customers. I have not had issues with flipkart earlier and Flipkart should honour its commitment. My money is stuck for 2 weeks at least (hopefully i will get it back).

                      Hi Team I have been following up flipkart team for a new Mobile phone Mi3 xiome. Many offers come on this phone i haave seen today i was able to see product available. But some issue because of which was not able to buy when i contacted customer care they said you will be able to order after one hour and after one hour product was on coming soon tag. Please do let me know if product will ever come at flipkart.

                          I have placed a order on flipkart 06th.Oct.2014 Moto E (Rs. 1500) Order ID: OD[protected]XXXXXX (1 Item) at 4.27 PM. I got the confirmation mail and message from flipkart. After that I got a message stating that your order has been cancelled by flipkart and your amount will be refund into your account 5-7 working day. We intend to purchased the MOTO E at 5499 offer only. But when I complete the Order process. I found Order amount is Rs.1500. It is Cheating Day of flipkart on 6th Oct 2014. Not the big billion day. I never got such a worst experience in online shopping. Flipkart provides the offer to user and cheating them after placing order and stating to world that, They have done huge transaction on the big billiion day (cheating day). Order Status on Flipkart APPROVAL Your order has been placed. Mon, 6th Oct04:28 PM - Payment Approved PROCESSING Your item has been confirmed. But flipkart are providing the offer for one MOTO E with 1500 on Wallet and 1500 as Offer. This shows that I have to pay 32 thousand for get 5 moto e. But flipkart give us 3000 only. This is completely cheating. Again flipkart is proving that they are smart and they are fool enough the customer. How can I trust the flipkart now? flipkart may cancel the order at any time. Who is responsible for if order got cancelled means? I wanted the Orders Placed to be delivered. I will not accepted the Refund and Offer. If not, Flipkart has to face legal process.

                          In NDTV's Internet News, Flipkart shared about the sale record. They said that "$100 million (Rs. 615 crores approximately) sales in 10 hours" by cheating the customer. Max orders are got cancelled by flipkart then how can they say that transaction Rs. 615 crores approximately. It is completely Cheating Day. I want the order to be delivered and not the refunds.
                          I also have the same situation Friend please inform me if any action u take regarding this
                          If my order is not going to be approved and delivered. I will going take the legal action against Flipkart through consumer court.

                              Order ID-OD[protected] I placed this order in the morning of 6th Oct, 14 for Xiami Redmi 1S through COD amounting 5999/- I called up the customer executive between 10 -12 am yest i.e., 6th Oct, 14. Her name was Pooja. She assured me that this orde will be cancelled and I can go further place the other order including RedMi 1S and Asus Zenfone amounting more than 10K through my Citi bank card to get the casback offer. I have the recording of the talk too Therefore, Order ID- OD[protected] under this order Id, I placed order for Xiomi Redmi 1S and Asus Zenfone 4 amounting a total of 10, 998/-. payment thr my Citi Bank card. But instead of cancelling my COD order, they cancelled the Red MI 1s of CItibank payment order without any intimation.or asking me. This is not done.I want the 10% Cashback or Cancel all my orders.                                 i ordered Moto E @ Rs 1500, on Flipkart Big Billion Offer but suddenly at night i got message that they cancelled by flipkart. and offeres me a rs 500 Wallet money, i dont need your sympathy flipkart i need my moto e at rs 1500 and delivered it as soon as possible. We are so angry about this. lets do something.

                                  I have ordered MOTO E on 6th October 2014.it belongs to Rs.1500/-. But the order is canceled by the Flipkart themself.what did they mean about the cancellation. This very bad to here.it makes me very anger.I want this offer back.else I will take this issue to consumer court.

                                    During big billion day sale on 6th Oct 2014 4 Flipkart was offering " Moto E mobile for Rs. 1500 ". I ordered moto e my order is approved but then it cancelled by flipkart itself. now they are offering rs 1500 for me. but i want moto e at rs 1500 as i ordered it and kindly delivered it. We dont want wallet money we want MOTO E which you cancelled ..

                                      I ordered Moto E @ Rs.1500 on Big Billion Day (6 oct) from flipkart (order no : OD[protected]. and got a confirmation SMS and EMAIL. But at 10.50 p.m. on the same day I got a sms and email about cancellation of my order. In email they said that due to price error we are cancelling your order and they give me 500 as flipkart wallet balance. well I place my order at a time when flipkart website shows moto e @ Rs. 1500. So how can be a price error? @Flipkart have to give me Moto E in same amount as mentioned above. I do not need any kind of reward I just want moto E. Rohit Karkar [protected]

                                      Hi This is regarding my order number OD[protected] of Moto E on 6 october. I want to put this matter to your concern that because of your huge advertisement a day ago for a billion day sale, like others i also was expecting something exquisite from flipkart, but really don't expect this from your side. Customer is not a fool that he will disturb his sleep and sit on his laptop for your 8 am sale, and for the company like flipkart this will be a matter of shame that a customer is getting so much annoyed. As i told you in earlier interaction also i don't want the Rs 1500 as a gift but i m looking for the phone at the same price i.e Rs 1500 as this was reflected on your site. I am aspecting that your will look out my concern and this is a fault on your part not mine, i want my phone at the same price and how can you cancel my order because your company policy itself state no cancellation, no refund and only replacement. Is this the kind of ethics did you follow for your customers. Kindly provide with my phone in a suitable time otherwise i have to escalate this issue even further.

                                        Flip kart, is creating Demand for certain products that are sold on it artificially. The incident that I want to share is on sale of Red mi 1s on Sep 30th 2014. The website announced the sale of Phone from 2PM and it is on first come first basis for the first 60, 000 registered users. I wanted to mention that while registering in website, there is no limit and time constraint at all. It accepts the registration for 'n' number of email ids and even before the sale started. I was logged in the website from 1 PM. At 2 PM exactly, when the sale was opened, immediately it showed 'Out of Stock'. If Flip kart plans to sell only to the first registered 60, 000 users, they could have stopped the registration when the maximum limit is attained. Doing nothing at registration, it clearly implies that Flipkart is creating Demand for their products sold artificially. This is NOT ETHICAL way of selling the products
