I have made a purchase from Flipkart on 25th Aug 2014 of Rs 28352, the payment was cleared and Flipkart delivered me the product. Unfortunately the product was faulty which I returned and as per Flipkart they have remitted the amount back to my account on 23rd Sep 2014, but I am unable to see the same amount credited in my account till date (08th Oct 2014). Flipkart is persistent that I need to check with my bank (ICICI) why the amount is not credited and they can't help me any further. This seems to be weird as they are the one making the payment and should check where has the payment gone. When contacted the bank they say that the initiator of payment can track the payment so i should ask them to do the same. Its strange that Flipkart and ICICI both are clueless where the money has gone. Please assist.

    Dear Sir, Flipkart sold an item under order ID OD[protected] in Rs. 480/- on 29th Sept-14, he not only delayed my item to deliver but also he himself cancelled the product for selling it in higher rate as it was sold in your portal till[protected] night, I witnessed and saved the screen shot.       Hello, I m vandana sharma. I want to complaint against flipkart.com that i have some amount in my flipkart wallet but i m unable to use my money because flipkart says that i can only buy things that are sold by ws retailters. But from last four days i am facing problem that everything that is under ws retailers is out of stock. For solving this problem i tried to buy things that were beyond the amount in my wallet and under ws retailers. But when i proceed to pay they have no option of cash on delivery of the remaining amount. Flipkart says i have to pay the remaining amount through credit card or debit card which i am unable to do so. I also spoke to flipkary customer care executives and they say that they don't know when will the ws retail things be in stock. So ultimately flipkart has no solution for my problem. Please help me get back my flipkart wallet money.

        I have purchased Redmi 1s xiaomi phone online on 28th sep' 2014 and selected mode of payment as COD. At the time of delivery on 3/10/2014, I have swapped my HDFC card[protected] for rs. 5999/-, but the receipt is not generated by the card machine. While checking found that receipt paper was not available in the card machine. The delivery boy returned back as the receipt was not generated. I have received transaction payment sms on my mobile no. Till date I am following with back team member, but no action has been taken. It is requested to you kindly look into matter.             The order which i booked is cancelled for unacceptable reason when i mailed to know the status they said they have cancelled for price error which is not acceptable as it is a Big Billion day offer anything can happen in the offers when they are giving 10000 tab for 99 rupees and 16 GB pen drive for 1 rupee also samsung tab for 1239 Rs why cant they cannot give Moto E for 1500 Rs. they displayed the offer in site as MotoE 1500 Rs so only i booked the product for 1500 rs per piece but now they are telling due to proce error we are cancelling the order. I have all the proofs for confirmation of the order email and messages to my cell. in the customer call they are saying out of stock but still the product is available i can see that i have taken all the necessary details to produce to consumer court.             The Flipkart sale was a total sham! Inspite of being online 8 AM sharp did not get anything as at checkout the cart came up empty. I know 5 other people who had similar experiences. waste of time and efforts.

                Worst service ever. Please don't order through Flip kart ever. Shipment of items in order OD[protected] by Flipkart.com I have ordered this item in 99 Rs afterwards they change the price to 999 and cancel my order saying out of order but stock still exist in 999 Rs.I will file a lawsuit against your company for this inconvenience.I promise I will sue you for this. This is your mistake why i have to suffer for your mistake.

                    I received the product Apple IPAD Air 16GB on 1st October... The product was technically damaged as it was not getting ON.. On lodging the complaint, i was advised to visit the Apple customer care which i did and found there is some technical problem with the product.. Also my product was shown to customers saying this is what happened when you shop online I have asked for the Refund on the same and waiting for my product to get picked .. Till now it has not moved.. Flipkart is known for quickest delivery which happened but when it comes to refunding the money, all i have been listening 4 to 5 business working days.. which are not getting over yet could you please help to resolve the and get the refund

                    i got this product faulty and aseked for the the refund, against which i m just being fooled that the packet will be picked up
                    Since past 10days i have been following and being assured .. but at the end of the day the only statement i get ''Sory it could not happen today and we make sure it will be done with in 24hrs''
                    Is this the service flipkart provide or is this meaning of Easy Returns written as Flipkart Subtagline
                    Being a customer i am literally fed up of calling, following up and hearing the same assurance and lost complete trust on Flipkart.. i am doubting now wether i would get the refund of the product

                    Please do somethings against this..

                      I ordered two MOTO E handsets for Rs.1500 each. My order numbers are OD[protected] and OD[protected] has been cancelled after the confirmation stage. I have attached a photo proof where my order has been cancelled after confirmation . They sent me a mail stating that there was a prize error. When they were offering products at Rs.1 and they were talking about it with pride. Now they are cheating their customers by cancelling their orders. Now they are even trying to shut the mouths of the Customers by refunding them Rs.1500. I have all the email, messages and screenshots for proof. I need my products which were ordered. Please do the needful

                        I purchased one Moto e for 1500 on BIG BILLION day, later they themselves cancel it. They have this policy that there will be NO canceling and no refund on this day so why are they themselves doing this with costumer.This is cheating with consumers, they are doing publicity stunt like this to bring more traffic to them.

I changed my choice to other online site same happens for my friends too..because you are not shipping to pin :680125, 680684 which was easier for us to purchase but other sites are ready to ship to these pincodes (amazon, snapdeal, ebay) allmost all except Flipkart.So everyone is forced to buy from these site.When you shipped to 680125 we buy Why you are not shipping to irinjalakuda (pin: 680125, 680684)?                               I had ordered 2 pairs of catwalk flats from which one was delivered today . After my repeated calls for complain of wrong shoe size I was given no answer n asked to call after 2 hrs. I refuse to accept the delivery of my other pair of flats ordered. Since, there was no action taken after my repeated calls I would like my amount 518 rupees to be refunded back to me n I deny to accept my order placed since there is no cancellation or return option in those orders. Henceforth, I would not like to deal with flipkart nor would I lrecommend any other person.. It's really shocking and irritating . It's only about harassing customers

                              My order no is OD[protected] which has been delivered and is WRONG and the other order which now I want to cancel but I'm not getting an option to, will now not accept is OD[protected]

                              i had order the diffrent product but two times recieved the wrong order even after the replacement request.
                              i ordered powerbank of sony model no. CP-V5/BC5000 mAH but recieving CP-F5/LC. bad companyto purchase online.

                                    My GPU fan is not working hence Gpu Get heated and pc get shut down there is no service centre in mumbai i have 3 years warranty and its been only 1 year i m using this GPU just tell me detailed about what should i do. Remeber -there is no service centre in mumbai all internet address are fake or not present so just tell me where should i claim my warranty

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, There was an offer on Flipkart.com on 6/10/2014 regarding sale of Mobile Handset Motorola Moto E for Rs. 1500/- per handset. I booked 4 units of Moto E at that time and choose the cash on delivery mode for the payment. I received Order confirmation mail also for the same. But next day they Cancelled my order and refused to deliver the order. I spent my Internet Data Pack and whole day to book the Orders on Flipkart. This incurred a loss in monetary terms. Compensation money provided by Flipkart is 1500 to My Flipkart Account Wallet. I want my Ordered products to be delivered at that same price. (4 units of Moto E amounting to a total of 6000).                                       I have submitted an order on 20th october in flipkart, on 29th october i got a message saying the order cancel request has been initiated as requested by you, but i did not even know about this, when i called customer care they are telling it has been cancelled by courier service,
                                      so first the message came with order has been cancelled by me, second reason they are telling it has been cancelled by the courier service, the reason they are telling is because its a defective product, but i dont know how the courier service knows about the product is defective or not,

                                      Hi, My name is Mukesh. I reside at Silvassa. I had ordered "Nova Trendy NHT 1046 Trimmer For Men " with it on 26/01/2015; however, a very next day I got a message stating that my order has been cancelled. When I called customer service to explore a possible cause of my order being cancelled without any notifications, they literally gave me no damn reason of it and just ignored it.
