Dear Sir, I am Rk Tripathy for the fast time I was a wish to book something through you. So two weeks before I was booked one GSB 500 RE Smart Kit on the name of Mr.K Srinivas through you. Fortunately the item was delivered on 15.09.2014 at Flat 3/A, Pratap Tower, 7 Extention Road, Sonari, Jamshedpur. Though I was on tour yesterday I opened your carton package. Fast I found, the carton packaging was not proper & the sealed rapper of the box was cut in condition & secondly, I found two important item was in missing; they are one is Adjustable wrench 2nd is Combination plier.
So here with I requesting your good self that, kindly have a necessary thoughts about this indiscipline. I don’t know what will be your next steep & your decision about refund my missing items, but I have great hop & confidence that Flipcart like organisation will take a necessary steep about my issue. Sir this is for your kind perusal & necessary action please.

Unfortunately there were some problem with the headphone and it stopped working.
Being an electronic product, it can.
When I contacted the Philips customer service centre, they stated "we have only 6 months guarantee for this product", where flipkart mentioned that its a 1 Year warranty product.
Then I contacted flipkart customer service where they raised a complaint on the 7th month and assured me that within some days it would be resolved.
It has been a month and a half, till date I haven't received any updates from FLIPKART.
When I spoke to the customer care 10-11 times, they were taking the same complaint again and again. (Lack of experience/service).
Thats not the end, I had a talk with the supervisor of flipkart, and she assured me the same service within a time span of 5-8 days.
Again its been 15 days I didn't receive any kind o[censored]pdates from FLIPKART.
Again the same false commitment by Flipkart.
Mr. Sachin and Binny Bansal (If you continue this kind of service, I don't think your business can run for a longer tenure)
E-commerce shoppers, I wont recommend you to go for any shopping from flipkart (Rather get your deals done from JABONG/YEPME), atleast they provide a very good customer service experience.
